为了解小肠消化吸收功能对羔羊生长发育的影响,本试验选择60只相同饲养条件、相同断奶日龄(3月龄断奶)的5月龄健康阿勒泰×特克赛尔杂交F1代羔羊为研究对象,从中选择体重大小具有显著性差异的8只羔羊分为大体重组(HBW组)4只,平均体重(37.20±2.80)kg;小体重组(LBW组)4只,平均体重(28.24±3.75)kg。测定两组羔羊十二指肠绒毛组织形态学指标、消化酶活性及其黏膜中钠依赖性葡萄糖转载蛋白1(SGLT1)和葡萄糖转载蛋白2(GLUT2)表达量的差异。结果显示,HBW组羔羊十二指肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度均显著低于LBW组(P< 0.05),而黏膜厚度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度比值差异均不显著(P> 0.05);HBW组羔羊淀粉酶活性显著高于LBW组羔羊(P< 0.05),麦芽糖酶、乳糖酶、蔗糖酶活性均极显著高于LBW组羔羊(P< 0.01),脂肪酶及蛋白酶活性在两组羔羊间均无显著差异(P> 0.05);HBW组羔羊SGLT1表达量显著高于LBW组(P< 0.05),GLUT2表达量极显著高于LBW组(P< 0.01)。综上所述,反刍动物体重增加与十二指肠消化吸收功能密切相关,这些消化酶及葡萄糖运载蛋白的分子生物学上调机制尚需进一步研究。  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to explore the possible association of the intestinal microbiome with early-stage weight in Duroc pigs.80 days old weaned piglets with Lighter body weight (LBW,n=9) and heavier body weight (HBW,n=9) were selected from 91 individuals based on their body weights ranked.Fecal samples from piglets in the early grower phase were performed for microbial diversity,composition and predicted functionality by sequencing the V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA gene.The results showed that there was no significant differences in microbial Alpha diversity between HBW and LBW groups(P>0.05).The two dominant phyla detected in both groups were Firmicutes (65.62% and 66.57% in HBW and LBW groups) and Bacteroidetes (30.87% and 29.80% in HBW and LBW groups).Four dominant genera were Prevotella (23.82% and 20.84% in HBW and LBW groups),Lactobacillus (9.11% and 16.55% in HBW and LBW groups),norank_f_Ruminococcaceae (10.32% and 9.98% in HBW and LBW groups),and norank_f_Lachnospiraceae (6.33% and 4.53% in HBW and LBW groups).PCoA analysis showed that there were small differences in gut microbes among Duroc piglets,whereas,some weight-associated microbial compositional differences were revealed between HBW and LBW groups.At the genus level,the abundance of several genera,such as g_Kitasatospora,g_norank_o_Tremblayales,g_norank_f_Erysipelotrichaceae,g_unclassified_f_[Paraprevotellaceae] and g_Coprobacillus,were significantly higher in HBW group than in LBW group (P<0.05).The abundance of Corynebacterium in LBW group was significantly higher than that in HBW group (P<0.05).Moreover,the KEGG pathways analysis showed that the sesquiterpenoid biosynthesis,insulin signaling pathway,ascorbate and aldarate metabolism,and biosynthesis of ansamycins were significantly enriched in HBW group (P<0.05),however,the secretion system pathway was significantly enriched in LBW group (P<0.05).These results might provide insights into host-microbe interactions occurring in the early stage piglets and would be useful in contributing to healthy pig breeding.  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同中性洗涤纤维(NDF)水平饲粮对羔羊生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、消化道重量及瘤胃乳头发育的影响。选用60只体况良好,体重为(3.23±0.20)kg的初生母羔羊,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复3只羊。试验羔羊于10日龄补饲开食料,开食料NDF水平分别为12%(12NDF组)、16%(16NDF组)、20%(20NDF组)和24%(24NDF组)的饲粮。试验期60 d,饲养试验所有羔羊均随母哺乳,消化试验所有羔羊不随母哺乳。结果显示:1)随着日龄的增加,羔羊的体重极显著增加(P<0.01);各日龄阶段日增重均差异不显著(P>0.05);随日龄的增加,羔羊干物质采食量(DMI)极显著增加(P<0.01),饲喂不同NDF水平饲粮,各组羔羊DMI差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)24NDF组羔羊干物质(DM)、有机物(OM)采食量和总能(GE)摄入量显著高于16NDF、20NDF组(P<0.05)。24NDF组羔羊粗蛋白(CP)采食量显著高于20NDF组(P<0.05);24NDF组羔羊中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)采食量极显著高于20NDF组(P<0.01),20NDF组极显著高于16NDF、12NDF组(P<0.01);24NDF组羔羊DM、OM表观消化率显著低于12NDF、16NDF组(P<0.05),24NDF组GE表观消化率显著低于16NDF组(P<0.05),但20NDF、24NDF组NDF、ADF表观消化率显著或极显著高于12NDF组(P<0.05或P<0.01);24NDF组羔羊粪能显著高于12NDF、16NDF和24NDF组(P<0.05)。各试验组CP表观消化率和消化能差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)12NDF组羔羊全胃重显著高于16NDF、20NDF组(P<0.05)。12NDF组羔羊瘤胃重显著高于20NDF组(P<0.05)。12NDF组羔羊瘤胃占宰前活重的比例显著高于16NDF、20NDF和24NDF组(P<0.05)。12NDF组羔羊十二指肠重及十二指肠占宰前活重的比例显著高于16NDF组(P<0.05)。其余各指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,母羔羊在0~60日龄最适的NDF水平为16%~20%。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同纤维源对成年扬州鹅肠道组织形态变化的影响。选用18只健康、体重相近的25周龄扬州鹅公鹅,随机分为3组,即:稻壳粉组、苜蓿草粉组、羊草粉组,每组6只。试验期28 d,试验期末将试验鹅处死并留取各肠段组织,称重并观察肠道组织形态。结果表明:①不同纤维源对十二指肠和空肠长度影响差异不显著(P>0.05),稻壳草粉组回肠长度显著高于苜蓿草粉组与羊草粉组(P<0.05),苜蓿草粉组与羊草粉组差异不显著(P>0.05)。②稻壳粉组十二指肠绒毛高度、绒毛宽度、隐窝深度、肌层厚度均显著高于苜蓿草粉组与羊草粉组(P<0.05),其中苜蓿草粉组隐窝深度、V/C与羊草粉组差异显著(P<0.05);稻壳粉组与羊草粉组空肠绒毛高度显著高于苜蓿草粉组(P<0.05),隐窝深度显著低于苜蓿草粉组(P<0.05),稻壳粉组与羊草粉组间均差异不显著(P>0.05),稻壳粉组肌层厚度显著高于苜蓿草粉组(P<0.05);羊草粉组回肠绒毛高度显著高于苜蓿草粉组与稻壳粉组(P<0.05),3组间绒毛宽度差异显著(P<0.05),且以稻壳粉组最大,羊草粉组V/C显著高于苜蓿草粉组和稻壳粉组(P<0.05),羊草粉组肌层厚度显著低于苜蓿草粉组与稻壳草粉组(P<0.05)。由此可知,不同纤维源可显著影响25周龄扬州鹅肠道组织形态。  相似文献

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different dietary fiber sources on intestine tissue morphology changes of adult Yangzhou geese.Eighteen Yangzhou geese with 25 weeks old were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 geese per group, namely:Rice husk meal group, alfalfa meal group and Chinese wildrye group.At the end of the test, all geese were weighed, slaughtered and intestinal tract were collected to observe intestine tissue morphology.The results showed as follows:① No significant differences were found in the length of the duodenum and jejunum among three groups (P>0.05), ileum length of rice husk meal group was significantly higher than of alfalfa meal and Chinese wildrye groups (P<0.05), but no significant differences were found between alfalfa meal group and Chinese wildrye group (P>0.05).② Duodenal villus height, villus width, crypt depth and muscle thickness of rice husk meal group were significantly higher than that of alfalfa meal group and Chinese wildrye group (P<0.05), where the crypt depth and V/C of Chinese wildrye group were significant different from alfalfa meal group (P<0.05).Jejunum villus height of rice husk meal group and Chinese wildrye group were significantly higher than alfalfa meal group (P<0.05), while crypt depth was significant lower than alfalfa meal group (P<0.05)with no significant differences founding between rice husk meal group and Chinese wildrye group (P>0.05).Muscle thickness of rice husk meal group were significantly higher than alfalfa meal group (P<0.05).Ileac villus height of Chinese wildrye group was significantly higher than the rest groups (P<0.05) and villus width of three groups showed significant differences (P<0.05), rice husk meal group was the biggest.V/C of Chinese wildrye group were significant higher than the other two groups (P<0.05), and muscle thickness of Chinese wildrye group was significantly higher than rice husk meal group and alfalfa group (P<0.05).In conclusion, the different sources of dietary fiber could significantly affect intestinal tissue morphology of adult Yangzhou geese.  相似文献

试验通过比较不同断奶日龄的湖羊羔羊瘤胃组织结构的差异,特别是瘤胃乳头超微结构变化,旨在为羔羊适宜断奶日龄的确定提供瘤胃生长发育的依据。选择新生湖羊羔羊24只(初生重:2.80 kg±0.08 kg),随机分为3组,每组8只,分别为30日龄早期断奶组(EEW-30)、45日龄早期断奶组(EW-45)和60日龄常规断奶组(NW-60)。在各断奶日龄及75日龄时每组分别屠宰4只羔羊,测定体重及瘤胃空重,计算瘤胃相对重量;采集瘤胃组织进行显微及超微形态学测定。结果显示:①EEW-30组羔羊断奶体重极显著低于NW-60组(P<0.01),而EW-45组与NW-60组断奶体重无显著差异(P>0.05);75日龄时3组羔羊的体重无显著差异(P>0.05)。各组羔羊瘤胃相对重量与其体重变化规律相同。②光镜下可见:断奶时,EEW-30组瘤胃壁厚度极显著低于NW-60组(P<0.01),EW-45组与NW-60组无显著差异(P>0.05);75日龄时,EW-45组羔羊瘤胃壁厚度显著高于NW-60组(P<0.05)。断奶时EEW-30组瘤胃乳头较短小,极显著短于NW-60组(P<0.01),EW-45组也显著短于NW-60组(P<0.05)。断奶时瘤胃乳头宽度和面积在3组间差异均不显著,在75日龄时也无显著组间差异(P>0.05)。③扫描电镜观测结果显示:EEW-30组断奶时单位面积瘤胃微乳头(ruminal micro-papillae)数量极显著低于NW-60组(P<0.01),而EW-45与NW-60组间无显著差异(P>0.05);75日龄时,3组羔羊单位面积瘤胃微乳头数量无显著差异(P>0.05)。上述试验结果显示,断奶时羔羊瘤胃形态结构在EEW-30与NW-60组间差异明显,而EW-45与NW-60组较为接近,瘤胃微乳头状结构也呈相同变化趋势。提示45日龄时断奶较为适宜。  相似文献

试验旨在研究饮用磁化水对羔羊生长、消化代谢和屠宰性能的影响。选择12只20日龄、平均体重(5.57±0.36)kg的断奶小尾寒羊公羔,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组6只。在自由采食相同日粮条件下,试验组饮用磁化水,对照组饮用普通水。在95~110(试验前期)和215~230日龄(试验后期)分别进行消化代谢试验,并在240日龄进行屠宰性能测定。结果表明,在试验前期,磁化水组羔羊的干物质自由采食量,干物质、有机物、粗蛋白质、纤维素、半纤维素、钙、磷的表观消化率较对照组分别提高25.5%(P>0.05)、15.2%(P>0.05)、14.4%(P<0.05)、13.5%(P<0.05)、66.3%(P<0.05)、52.3%(P>0.05)、16.4%(P<0.05)和1.3%(P>0.05);在试验后期,分别提高15.3%(P>0.05)、9.0%(P<0.05)、8.8%(P<0.05)、7.7%(P<0.05)、20.6%(P<0.05)、33.5%(P<0.05)、9.8%(P<0.05)和14.5%(P<0.05)。在20~240日龄期间,磁化水组羔羊平均日增重较对照组提高40.8%(P<0.01)。磁化水组羔羊的屠宰活体重、胴体重、胴体净肉率、胴体瘦肉重比对照组分别提高40.8%(P<0.01)、52.3%(P<0.01)、8.8%(P<0.01)和66.2%(P<0.01)。综上所述,饮用磁化水可在一定程度上提高羔羊日粮表观消化率和日增重,改善羔羊的屠宰性能。  相似文献

The experiment was conducted to study the effect of magnetized water on the growth performance, digestion metabolism and slaughter performance of lamb.12 weaned male lambs with average body weight of 5.57 kg±0.36 kg were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups, 6 lambs in each group.2 groups were provided with the same basal diet while lambs in experiment group were given with magnetized water (MW), and that in control group were given with normal water.The digestion metabolism experiments were carried out at 95-110 days and 215-230 days, respectively, and the slaughter performance of lamb was determined at 240 day to study the effects of drinking MW on the growth performance, digestion metabolism and slaughter performance of lamb.The results showed that in the earlier phase, comparing with control group, dry matter voluntary intake and the apparent digestibility of dry matter, organic matter, crude protein, cellulose, hemi-cellulose, calcium and phosphorous of lambs in MW group at 95-110 days were increased by 25.5% (P>0.05), 15.2% (P>0.05), 14.4% (P<0.05), 13.5% (P<0.05), 66.3% (P<0.05), 52.3% (P>0.05), 16.4% (P<0.05)and 1.3% (P>0.05), respectively.In the later phase, that of MW group were increased by 15.3% (P>0.05), 9.0% (P<0.05), 8.8% (P<0.05), 7.7% (P<0.05), 20.6% (P<0.05), 33.5% (P<0.05), 9.8% (P<0.05) and 14.5% (P<0.05), respectively.During 20-220 days, the average daily body weight gain of lambs in WM group was increased by 40.8% (P<0.01)and the live body weight, carcass weight, carcass net meat percentage, carcass lean weight were increased by 40.8% (P<0.01), 52.3% (P<0.01), 8.8% (P<0.01) and 66.2% (P<0.01), respectively.In conclusion, the digestibility of nutrient and daily body weight gain of lamb could be increased and the slaughter performance of lamb be improved to a certain degree by drinking MW.  相似文献

旨在观察断尾对兰州大尾羊生长性能、屠宰性能、脂肪沉积分布以及血清脂肪因子的影响,为通过脂肪沉积部位干预提高脂尾型绵羊生产效益提供参考。选择血缘清楚、体重接近的5日龄健康兰州大尾羊羔羊18只,随机分为对照组(C组)和试验组(T组),每组9只羔羊,试验组羔羊采用橡皮圈结扎法断尾。试验期间两组羊日粮相同,均饲喂全价配合饲料(精粗比为70∶30),自由饮水。试验期240 d。结果表明:1)兰州大尾羊羔羊断尾后的30 d内,断尾组羔羊日增重显著低于对照组(P<0.05);31~240 d各阶段两组试验羊日增重无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)断尾组羊的体重在断尾后的前3个阶段(断尾90 d内)显著低于对照组(P<0.05),随后各阶段两组试验羊的体重无显著差异(P>0.05);料重比在断尾后的61~90 d内,显著小于对照组(P<0.05),其余阶段和整个试验期差异不显著(P>0.05)。3)断尾后0~60 d内兰州大尾羊血清TNF-α较对照组显著升高(P<0.05),61~240 d断尾组羊血清中TNF-α浓度数值上一直高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>...  相似文献

Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effect of different dietary concentrate to forage ratios (C/F) on the growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and economic benefits of Dorper sheep.TestⅠ:40 weaned lambs with the 20 to 35 kg body weight were divided into 4 groups with 10 sheep in each group and provided 4 different C/F diets:group A (40:60),group B (50:50),group C (60:40),group D (70:30) and the experiment lasted for 70 d;TestⅡ:40 growing sheep with the 30 to 45 kg body weight were divided into 4 groups with 10 sheep in each group and provided 4 different C/F diets:group E (35:65),group F (45:55),group G (55:45),group H (65:35) and the experiment lasted for 70 d.The results showed as follows:In the testⅠ:①With the increase of C/F,the ADG of rams increased,but that of ewes was increased initially and then decreased,the ADG of group A in male and female were significantly lower than other three groups (P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in group B,C and D (P>0.05);ADFI of male and female were reduced significantly (P<0.05);F/G was decreased significantly of ram (P<0.05),while that of group B was significantly lower than the other three groups of ewe (P<0.05).②There were no significant differences of TP,TG and Glu in 4 groups (P>0.05),but C/F had different effects on other serum components.③The average net profit in group D of rams was 53.03% higher than group B,and 35.33% higher than group C,while that in group B of ewes was 61.76% higher than group C,and 54.49% higher than group D.In the testⅡ:①With the increasing of the C/F,the ADG of the growing rams was increased gradually,but group G of ewe was significantly higher than group E (P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in group F,G and H (P>0.05).ADFI of male and female was reduced significantly (P<0.05);F/G was decreased significantly of ram (P<0.05),while that of ewes was decreased initially and then increased,group G was significantly lower than the other three groups (P<0.05).②There were no significant differences in TP,TG and Glu in 4 groups (P>0.05),but C/F had different effects on other serum components.③The average net profit in group H of ram was 69.49% higher than group F and 52.13% higher than group G.While that in group G of ewe was 1 282.61% higher than group F.Under the conditions of this experiment,the appropriate C/F was 60:40 to weaned male lambs,while 50:50 to weaned female lambs,and the appropriate C/F was 50:50 if they were mixed fed.TestⅡ showed that the appropriate C/F was 55:45 to both male and female growing sheep.  相似文献

为探讨不同精粗比日粮对不同生理阶段杜泊绵羊生长性能、血清生化指标及经济效益的影响,本研究进行了2个试验。试验Ⅰ:选用体重20~35 kg断奶杜泊羔羊40只(公、母各半),随机分成4组,每组10只,分别饲喂精粗比为40:60 (A组)、50:50 (B组)、60:40 (C组)、70:30 (D组)的日粮,试验期70 d;试验Ⅱ:选用体重30~45 kg生长期杜泊羊40只(公、母各半),随机分成4组,每组10只,分别饲喂精粗比为35:65 (E组)、45:55 (F组)、55:45 (G组)、65:35 (H组)的日粮,试验期70 d。结果显示,试验Ⅰ:①随日粮精料比的增加,断奶杜泊公羊的平均日增重呈现增加趋势,而母羊为先增加后降低,总体A组显著低于其他3组(P<0.05),B、C、D组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);随日粮精粗比的增加,各组平均日采食量逐渐降低且差异显著(P<0.05),各组公羊料重比显著降低(P<0.05),而B组母羊料重比显著低于其他3组(P<0.05)。②各组试验羊血清中总蛋白、甘油三酯、血糖含量差异均不显著(P>0.05),而日粮精粗比对其他血清成分有不同的影响。③D组公羊平均日净利润比B、C组分别高53.02%、35.33%,B组母羊平均日净利润比C、D组分别高61.76%、54.49%。试验Ⅱ:①随日粮精料比的增加,生长期杜泊绵羊平均日增重基本呈现显著增加趋势(P<0.05),而G组母羊平均日增重最高且显著高于E组(P<0.05),F、G、H组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。随日粮精粗比的增加,各组平均日采食量逐渐降低(P<0.05),公羊的料重比逐渐降低(P<0.05),而母羊料重比呈现先降低后增加趋势,G组显著低于其他3组(P<0.05)。②日粮精粗比对各组试验羊血清中总蛋白、甘油三酯、血糖含量影响差异均不显著(P>0.05),而对其他血清成分有不同的影响。③H组公羊平均日净利润比F、G组分别高69.49%、52.13%,G组母羊平均日净利润比F组高1 282.61%。综合各项指标分析,断奶杜泊公羔羊日粮精粗比以60:40较好,断奶杜泊母羔羊精粗比以50:50较好,断奶羔羊混群饲养,日粮精粗比为50:50较宜;生长期杜泊绵羊日粮精粗比均为55:45较适宜。  相似文献

试验通过研究不同隔栏补饲时间对杜湖杂交羔羊生长性能、羊毛品质和生化指标的影响,以确定最佳的羔羊隔栏补饲时间。选取体重均匀、体况相近的健康公羔180只,分为3组,每组60只,15日龄时开始隔栏补饲,40日龄时结束,Ⅰ组每日隔栏补饲时间为6 h,Ⅱ组从6 h过渡至10 h,Ⅲ组从6 h过渡至12 h。试验开始和结束当天晨饲前对羔羊称重测定其生长性能指标,试验结束当天采集毛样和血样测定羔羊羊毛品质及血清生化等相关指标。结果表明,随着隔栏补饲时间的延长,羔羊表现出平均日增重逐渐增大、采食量下降、料重比减小的趋势,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。羔羊体侧部羊毛中有髓毛与无髓毛的比例在不同组间差异显著(P<0.05),有髓毛占比Ⅰ组>Ⅱ组>Ⅲ组,无髓毛占比Ⅲ组>Ⅱ组>Ⅰ组,无髓毛比例随隔栏补饲时间的延长而增加,其他羊毛指标组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。Ⅱ和Ⅲ组羔羊血清甘油三酯含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ和Ⅱ组羔羊血清白蛋白含量显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组肌酐含量显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组肌酸激酶活性显著高于Ⅰ和Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。综合分析,羔羊15~40日龄与母羊逐渐隔离,随着羔羊隔栏补饲时间的延长,其生长性能得到了提高。隔栏补饲时间最长的Ⅲ组,其平均日增重、料重比及羊毛品质均优于其他组。  相似文献

试验通过研究不同生长速度阿勒泰羊主要血液生化指标含量和尾脂中瘦素(Leptin)基因的表达水平,探讨阿勒泰羊生长速度与脂肪沉积之间的关系。选取300只出生时间相近的阿勒泰羊公羔,正常饲喂至6月龄,记录日增重,取平均日增重排前10%和后10%的公羔各30只,分为生长快速组(HBW)和生长慢速组(LBW),从生长快速组随机选12只分为抑制生长组(饲喂低能量饲粮以抑制其生长,HBW-75%,n=6)和生长快速对照组(饲喂标准饲粮,HBW-100%,n=6),生长慢速组随机选12只分为促进生长组(饲喂高能量饲粮以促进生长,LBW-125%,n=6)和生长慢速对照组(饲喂标准饲粮,LBW-100%,n=6);预饲期7 d,正饲期30 d,试验结束后称重并采集血液,屠宰后采集尾部脂肪。检测血液TG、CK、TSH、T3、T4、S.S、GH、INS、PG、Leptin含量或活性及尾部脂肪Leptin mRNA和蛋白表达量,并观察尾部脂肪细胞形态学变化。结果显示,HBW-100%和LBW-100%组初体重与末体重均差异显著(P<0.05),HBW-75%和HBW-100%组初体重与末体重均无显著差异(P>0.05);LBW-100%和LBW-125%组初体重差异显著(P<0.05),末体重无显著差异(P>0.05)。LBW-100%组的T4、S.S、Leptin、TSH、T3含量显著低于HBW-100%组(P<0.05);LBW-125%组T3含量显著高于LBW-100%组(P<0.05);HBW-75%组GH、PG和Leptin含量显著低于HBW-100%组(P<0.05)。LBW-125%组尾部脂肪细胞面积大于LBW-100%组,HBW-75%组小于HBW-100%组(P<0.05)。Leptin mRNA和蛋白表达量检测结果表明,HBW-100%组的Leptin mRNA表达量与LBW-100%组无显著差异(P>0.05),Leptin蛋白表达量极显著高于LBW-100%组(P<0.01)。LBW-125%组Leptin mRNA和蛋白的表达量均显著高于LBW-100%组(P<0.05)。HBW-75%组Leptin mRNA的表达量极显著低于HBW-100%组(P<0.01),Leptin蛋白表达量显著低于HBW-100%组(P<0.05)。综上所述,生长快速组与生长慢速组中,Leptin的表达量与体重和体脂有一定关联;在生长慢速组促进生长后体重和体脂显著增加,Leptin的表达量呈上升趋势;在生长快速组抑制生长后体重和体脂减少,Leptin的表达呈下降趋势。改变生长速度对Leptin的表达量会产生影响,从而改变机体的脂肪沉积状况。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究不同饲喂水平对育成生长期雄性北极狐生长性能、血清生化指标及机体能量沉积的影响。试验选取46只85日龄,平均体重为(3 198±281)g的健康雄性北极狐,其中6只北极狐作为试验初屠宰试验对照,另外40只北极狐随机分成4组(每组10个重复,每个重复1只),分别为自由采食组(AL)(I组)、自由采食量的80%组(IR80)(II组)、自由采食量的60%组(IR60)(III组)和自由采食量的40%组(IR40)(IV组)。预试期7 d,试验期55 d,通过饲养试验、血清学试验、屠宰试验并结合化学分析方法来评定生长性能、血清生化指标及机体能量沉积的各项指标。结果表明:1)IV组100日龄体重极显著低于I和II组(P<0.01),与III组差异不显著(P>0.05),IV组115日龄、130日龄、145日龄体重和平均日增重(ADG)极显著低于其他3组(P<0.01),3组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。随饲喂水平降低,平均干物质采食量(ADMI)呈极显著降低趋势(P<0.01),III组料重比(F/G)极显著低于I和II组(P<0.01),与IV组差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)IV组血清葡萄糖(GLU)显著高于III组(P<0.05),与I和II组差异不显著(P>0.05);IV组血清胆固醇(CHO)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)极显著高于其他3组(P<0.01),I、II和III组间差异不显著(P>0.05);IV组血清总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)显著高于I和III组(P<0.05),与II组差异不显著(P>0.05);对血清甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、球蛋白(GLOB)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、M(IgM)和G(IgG)、补体3(C3)和补体4(C4)、胰岛素(INS)均无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)随饲喂水平减少,毛皮脂肪沉积及其产热显著降低,I和II组显著高于III和IV组(P<0.05),II组毛皮增重和沉积总能量显著高于IV组(P<0.05),与I和III组间差异不显著(P>0.05);IV组胴体增重极显著低于其他3组,3组间差异不显著(P>0.05);对毛皮蛋白沉积及其产热、胴体脂肪沉积及其产热、蛋白沉积及其产热和胴体沉积总能量均无显著影响(P>0.05)。采取适当限饲(IR60)降低了育成生长期北极狐血清中糖脂类指标含量,保证了机体正常的生长和健康状态,提高了饲料转化效率,进而增加了养殖生产效益。  相似文献

本试验旨在研究载锌蒙脱石(zinc-montmorillonite,Zn-MMT)对肉鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫功能及肠道形态的影响。选择1日龄健康科宝公雏288只,按体重随机分成6个处理组,每处理6个重复,每个重复8只仔鸡。对照组(CK)饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,正对照组饲喂基础日粮添加40 mg·kg-1 ZnSO4,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加20、40、60和80 mg·kg-1 Zn-MMT(均以Zn含量计算),自由采食饮水,试验42 d,采集肠道和脾组织,并测定脾IL-2、TNF-αIgGIgA基因表达及肠道绒毛高度与隐窝深度。结果表明:1)与CK和ZnSO4组相比,Zn-MMT对肉鸡平均日采食量(average daily feed intake,ADFI)无显著影响(P>0.05),但80 mg·kg-1 Zn-MMT显著降低了1~21、22~42及1~42日龄的仔鸡平均日增重(average daily gain,ADG)(P<0.05),且40 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著降低1~42日龄的料重比(feed to gain ratio,F/G)(P<0.05)。2)相比CK组,添加ZnSO4和60 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高21日龄法氏囊指数(P<0.05),且60 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT提高42日龄法氏囊指数(P<0.05)。同时,ZnSO4、20和40 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高42日龄脾IgG的表达(P<0.05)。同时,ZnSO4组显著提高脾IgA的表达(P<0.05)。相比CK和ZnSO4组,20 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高脾TNF-α表达,添加40、60和80 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高脾IL-2的表达(P<0.05)。3)与CK相比,Zn-MMT对肉鸡屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)相比CK与ZnSO4组,添加40 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT可以显著提高十二指肠、空肠的绒毛高度(villus height,VH)和绒毛高/隐窝深(villi height to crypt depth ratio,V/C)(P<0.05),且显著降低十二指肠的隐窝深度(crypt depth,CD)(P<0.05),但对回肠的CD无显著影响(P>0.05)。同时,相比CK组,40 mg·kg-1的Zn-MMT显著提高回肠的VH和V/C(P<0.05),但与ZnSO4组无显著差异(P>0.05)。添加ZnSO4对肉仔鸡十二指肠和空肠的VH、CD、V/C及回肠的VH、CD均无显著影响(P>0.05),但能显著提高回肠的V/C(P<0.05)。结果显示,日粮添加Zn-MMT显著提高饲料转化率、增强机体免疫力,促进肠道绒毛的发育。  相似文献

旨在研究代乳粉中添加枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)对7~28日龄羔羊生长性能、组织器官、腹泻率及肌肉组织脂肪酸含量的影响。本研究选取体况发育良好的7日龄湖羊公羔(双羔)30只,按同质性原则将羔羊随机分为2组,每组15只,每只为1个重复,给2组羔羊分别饲喂枯草芽孢杆菌含量为0和0.2%的代乳粉,试验期为21 d。在7、14、21和28日龄晨饲前进行称重,计算各生长阶段的平均日增重(average daily gain,ADG)。并且每天饲喂羔羊的同时观察羔羊腹泻情况,计算羔羊腹泻率。在28日龄时每组随机选择8只羔羊进行屠宰,屠宰后称量各组织器官重量,计算其相对指数,并采集羔羊背最长肌和肱二头肌,测量肌内脂肪含量。结果表明:1)枯草芽孢杆菌显著降低了7~14日龄羔羊的末重(P<0.05),显著提高了15~21日龄和22~28日龄羔羊的平均日增重(P<0.05),有提高7~28日龄羔羊平均日增重的趋势(P=0.100);对7~28日龄羔羊腹泻率的无显著影响(P>0.05)。2)枯草芽孢杆菌显著降低了7~28日龄羔羊胰腺重量(P<0.05),显著增加了蹄占宰前活重比例(P<0.05),对其他组织器官没有显著影响(P>0.05)。3)枯草芽孢杆菌对7~28日龄羔羊皮张发育无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)枯草芽孢杆菌显著降低了羔羊背最长肌不饱和脂肪酸(unsaturated fatty acid,UFA)、单不饱和脂肪酸(monounsaturated fatty acid,MUFA)、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、二十烷酸、棕榈烯酸、油酸含量和MUFA∶多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fatty acid,PUFA)(P<0.05),显著提高了十五烷酸、肉豆蔻烯酸、神经酸含量和饱和脂肪酸(saturated fatty acid,SFA)∶UFA (P<0.05);显著降低了羔羊肱二头肌UFA、SFA、MUFA、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、二十烷酸、棕榈烯酸、油酸含量和MUFA∶PUFA (P<0.05),显著提高了PUFA、n-6PUFA、肉豆蔻烯酸、神经酸含量和SFA∶UFA、PUFA∶SFA (P<0.05)。结果表明,在代乳粉中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对7~28日龄湖羊羔羊腹泻率、器官和皮张的发育无显著影响,但羔羊平均日增重和胴体重有升高趋势。枯草芽孢杆菌显著降低了湖羊羔羊背最长肌中UFA、MUFA、MUFA∶PUFA的含量和肱二头肌UFA、SFA、MUFA、MUFA∶PUFA的含量,显著提高了湖羊羔羊背最长肌中SFA:UFA的含量和肱二头肌中PUFA、n-6PUFA、SFA∶UFA、PUFA∶SFA的含量,表明枯草芽孢杆菌可通过对肌内脂肪酸组成比例和含量的影响,起到改善湖羊羔羊肉品质的作用。  相似文献

旨在研究不同饲喂水平对冬毛生长期雄性北极狐生产性能、器官发育及机体能量沉积的影响。本试验选取46只161日龄,平均体重为(7 285±5.77)g健康的雄性北极狐,其中6只北极狐作为试验初屠宰试验对照,另外40只北极狐随机分成4组(每组10个重复,每个重复1只),分别按照自由采食组(AL,I组)、自由采食量的80%组(IR80,II组)、自由采食量的60%组(IR60,III组)和自由采食量的40%组(IR40,IV组)4个水平饲喂,预饲期7 d,试验期67 d,通过饲养试验、屠宰试验并结合化学分析方法来评定生长性能、毛皮品质、器官发育及机体能量沉积的各项指标。结果表明:1)随饲喂水平降低,平均干物质采食量(ADFI)呈极显著降低(P<0.01),II组平均日增重(ADG)极显著高于IV组(P<0.01),显著高于III组(P<0.05),与I组差异不显著(P>0.05);饲喂水平对北极狐末重和料重比(F/G)无显著影响(P>0.05),但II组末重略高于其他组,F/G略低于其他组。2)饲喂水平极显著影响了北极狐鲜皮长(P<0.01),I组极显著高于III和IV组,与II组无显著差异(P>0.05);随饲喂水平降低,体长、干皮长、针毛长和绒毛长均呈降低趋势,但各组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。3)饲喂水平显著影响了北极狐心脏重和心脏指数(P<0.05或P<0.01),II组心脏重显著高于III组(P<0.05),与I组和IV组差异不显著(P>0.05),IV组心脏指数极显著高于I组(P<0.01),显著高于III组(P<0.05),与II组差异不显著(P>0.05),而饲喂水平对肝、肾、肺和脾重及其脏器指数均无显著影响(P>0.05)。4)随饲喂水平降低,毛皮增重、毛皮脂肪沉积及其能量沉积、毛皮沉积总能量、胴体脂肪沉积及其能量沉积、胴体蛋白沉积及其能量沉积和胴体沉积总能量均呈降低趋势,但饲喂水平对毛皮、胴体能量沉积各项指标均无显著性影响(P>0.05)。采用适当限饲(IR80)不影响冬毛生长期北极狐机体器官的正常发育,能够保证其体重增长及毛皮品质,提高了饲料转化效率,且还降低了机体能量沉积过度带来的肥胖风险。  相似文献

本研究旨在探讨肠道微生物与杜洛克猪早期体重的关系。从91头80日龄杜洛克公猪中根据个体体重排序选择体重较轻(lighter body weight,LBW)的9头猪和体重较重(heavier body weight,HBW)的9头猪。通过对16S rRNA基因V3-V4区测序,分析了HBW和LBW组猪粪便中微生物多样性、组成和预测功能。结果显示,HBW和LBW组之间微生物的Alpha多样性无显著差异(P>0.05)。杜洛克仔猪肠道微生物的核心菌门为厚壁菌门(HBW和LBW组分别为65.62%和66.57%)和拟杆菌门(HBW和LBW组分别为30.87%和29.80%),核心菌属为普雷沃菌属(HBW和LBW组分别为23.82%和20.84%)、乳杆菌属(HBW和LBW组分别为9.11%和16.55%)、未分类的瘤胃菌科(HBW和LBW组分别为10.32%和9.98%)和未分类的毛螺菌科(HBW和LBW组分别为6.33%和4.53%)。PCoA分析显示,肠道微生物在杜洛克仔猪个体之间差异较小,但两组间在微生物组成上存在一些显著差异的菌属。在属水平上,HBW组猪中北里孢菌属、g_norank_o_Tremblayales、未命名的丹毒丝菌属、未分类的普雷沃氏菌科和粪芽孢菌属的丰度显著高于LBW组(P<0.05),棒状杆菌属在LBW组中的丰度显著高于HBW组(P<0.05)。此外,KEGG通路差异分析发现,倍半萜类化合物生物合成、胰岛素信号通路、抗坏血酸和醛酸代谢及安沙霉素类合成的途径显著富集于HBW组(P<0.05),分泌系统途径显著富集于LBW组(P<0.05)。本研究结果有助于理解猪早期肠道微生物与宿主间的相互作用和猪的健康养殖。  相似文献

To study the effect of nutrient restriction and compensation on weight,serum indexes and gene expression of chest fat adipokine in Mongolian lamb,thirty male lambs were randomly divided into control group (20.26 kg± 3.63 kg) and feed restricted group (21.29 kg±3.00 kg).The experiment lasted for 120 days,including 60 days for feed restriction and 60 days for compensatory feed.At the end of each stage,five lambs from each group were slaughtered and chest fat was collected.Serum concentration of triglycerides,non-esterified fatty acids (NEFA),total cholesterol were measured.Quantitative Real-time PCR were used to determine Adiponectin,Visfatin,PPAR-γ and ACC genes expression.The results showed that:①The lamb body weight of restricted group kept maintain level and that of control group showed a increase tendency.During the compensatory period,the average daily gain (ADG) of restricted group was significantly higher than control group (P< 0.05).②During the restriction period,serum triglycerides concentration of lambs in restricted group was significantly decreased at day 30 and 60 (P< 0.05),and NEFA concentration was significantly increased at day 30 (P< 0.05).After 60 days of nutritional compensation,all serum parameters we tested were not significantly different between restrict group and control group (P >0.05).③During the restriction period,PPAR-γ and ACC gene expression in restricted group were significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.05),while no significant differences were found during the compensation period (P>0.05).Adiponectin and Visfatin genes expression in chest fat was not significantly changed throughout the experiment (P >0.05).We could know that nutritional restriction reduced fatty acid synthesis and adipocyte differentiation ability,adipose tissue was mobilized energy metabolism,and total cholesterol was recoveried growth on the compensation.However,the ACC and PPAR-γ genes in restricted group were significantly decreased with the body weight increased rapidly during the compensatory stage.Adiponectin and Visfatin were not significantly different between restricted and compensatory stages.  相似文献
