AIM:To observe the effect of pretreatment with external trigeminal nerve electrostimulation (eTNS) on behavioral changes and the expression of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and  tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) in hippocampus of pentylenetetrazol (PTZ)-treated rats. METHODS:The rats were randomly divided into control group, PTZ group and eTNS group, and kindled by PTZ after administered 7 d, 14 d and 28 d of consecutive fake electrostimulation or eTNS. Subsequently, the severity and duration of seizure were quantitatively evaluated. The concentrations of IL-1β and TNF-α in hippocampus were detected by the methods of ELISA and immunohistochemisty. RESULTS:Compared with PTZ group, treatment with eTNS significantly inhibited the severity and duration of seizure (P<0.05), and significantly reduced the content of IL-1β and TNF-α in the hippocampus after status epilepticus (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSION:Pretreatment with eTNS may provide a new approach for prevention and treatment of epileptogenesis.  相似文献

AIM:To explore the role of P2X7 receptor in inhibition of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated BV-2 cell activation by minocycline. METHODS:BV-2 cells were divided into 5 groups: control group, LPS group, LPS+0.1 μmol/L Mino group, LPS+1 μmol/L Mino group and LPS+10 μmol/L Mino group. The expression of P2X7 receptor was determined by real-time PCR and Western blotting. The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the microglia culture supernatants were measured by ELISA. The morphological changes of the cells were also observed. RESULTS:After exposed to LPS, the expression of P2X7 receptor increased in BV-2 cells at mRNA and protein levels. The concentrations of TNF-α and IL-1β in the microglia culture supernatants also increased. Meanwhile, 0.1~10 μmol/L minocycline inhibited those changes in a dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION:Minocycline inhibits the activation of microglia. The mechanism may be related to the P2X7 receptor.  相似文献

AIM:To observe the effects of taurine-zinc (TZC) on the learning and memory abilities of vascular dementia (VD) mice and to investigate the related mechanism. METHODS:The mice were randomly divided into model group, sham group, and TZC at 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg groups. The mice in drug groups were given TZC by gavage at 10 mL/kg once daily. The mice in sham group and model group were given equal volume of distilled water. VD mice were established by intercepting both common carotid arteries and bleeding at caudal vein after 14 d of gavage. The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) were detected by ELISA. The levels of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and nitric oxide (NO) were measured via spectrophotometer. Step-down test and Morris water maze test were used to examine the abilities of learning and memory in the mice. RESULTS:TZC at 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg reduced the levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, iNOS and NO in the brain tissues. In the water maze test, TZC at 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg significantly decreased the error times and latency compared with model group. In the step-down test, the escape latency was prolonged and error times were lowered significantly by treatment with TZC at 50 mg/kg, 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg as compared with model group. CONCLUSION:TZC improves the abilities of learning and memory, which might be related to the reduction of TNF-α, IL-1β, iNOS and NO levels in VD mice.  相似文献

AIM: To observe the effects of diosmin on the production of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-1β(IL-1β), IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in serum and kidney tissues of rats with kidney ischemia and reperfusion (I/R). METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats (180 in total) were randomly divided into 3 groups including sham operation group (sham),I/R group and diosmin+I/R group (diosmin+I/R). At the end of the experiment, the blood and kidney tissues were obtained and TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 were detected by ELISA. RESULTS: The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in serum and kidney tissues in I/R group and diosmin+I/R group were significantly higher than those in sham group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Following the development of the pathologic process, the level of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 was significantly increased in I/R group and diosmin+I/R groups, but the level of IL-10 was significantly decreased in I/R group and significantly increased in diosmin+I/R group. The levels of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8 in I/R group was significantly higher than those in diosmin+I/R group (except TNF-α at 1 h in diosmin+I/R group). The level of IL-10 in diosmin+I/R group was significantly higher than that in I/R group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Diosmin not only decreases the production of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-8, but also promotes the production of anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10, suggesting that the protective effect of diosmin on kidney I/R injury was associated with anti-inflammatory mechanism.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in transplanted intracerebral rat gliomas under angiotensin II-induced hypertension chemotherapy. METHODS: The brain tumor model was produced in Wistar rats by stereotaxic inoculation of C6 glioma cells (1×1012 /L). Tumor-bearing rats were treated with carmustine, teniposide and lisplatin (chemotherapy) during angiotensin II-induced hypertension. Then, the survival time of tumor-bearing rats, tumor blood flow, the concentration of drug, volume of gliomas and the activity of interleukin-1β converting enzyme in glioma were examined.RESULTS: The survival time of tumor-bearing rats was significantly longer in chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension group than that of chemotherapy alone. In addition, regional tumor blood flow, the concentration of chemotherapeutic drug and the activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme in transplanted rat gliomas were increased, while the volume of gliomas was decreased in hypertention chemotherapy group compared with chemotherapy alone. CONCLUSION: Chemotherapy with angiotensin II-induced hypertension has a enhancing effect on chemotherapy for improving the drug delivery to tumor tissue by a increased tumor blood flow and enhancing activity of interleukin -1β converting enzyme.  相似文献

AIM: To explore the role of α7 nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (α7nAChR)-specific agonist PNU-282987 in promoting wound healing in diabetic mice by suppressing the expression of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α).METHODS: A model of incised wound was established in diabetic mice or normoglycaemic mice (control). Skin samples were taken on 1 d, 3 d, 5 d, 10 d, 14 d and 21 d post-injury (5 mice in each posttraumatic interval). The numbers of macrophages and fibroblasts, the expression of TNF-α and the deposition of collagen were detected by the methods of immunohistochemistry, Western blotting and Masson staining, respectively. After incised wound was performed in the diabetic mice, PNU-282987 was applied by intraperitoneal injection at suitable posttraumatic interval. The above indexes were investigated again.RESULTS: Compared with control group, the diabetic mice presented delayed wound healing. In diabe-tic mice, the infiltration of macrophages and the expression of TNF-α were significantly reduced in the early phase during wound healing, while they were significantly increased from 5 d post-injury. Besides, from 5 d to 21 d post-injury, the wounds in diabetic mice showed decreased number of fibroblasts and deposition of collagen. From 5 d post-injury, PNU-282987 was applied to diabetic mice, which significantly down-regulated the expression of TNF-α, and increased the number of fibroblasts and the content of collagen in the wounds, eventually promoted wound healing.CONCLUSION: Inflammatory reactions delay wound healing in diabetic mice. Activation of α7nAChR promotes wound healing in diabetic mice by suppressing the expression of TNF-α.  相似文献

AIM:To establish a rat hyperlipidemia model for studying the aortic expression of heat shock protein 22 (HSP22), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and the effect of atorvastatin intervention. METHODS:Hyperlipidemia model was established in SD rats. Afterwards, the rats were divided into normal control group, high fat group and high fat+atorvastatin intervention group. The expression of HSP22 and TNF-α in the rat aortas was detected by immunohistochemical assay and the expression of eNOS was assessed by Western blotting. RESULTS:No detectable expression of HSP22 and TNF-α in the normal control group was observed. However, the expression of HSP22 and TNF-α was positive in the high fat group and the atorvastatin intervention group. The mean densities of HSP22 and TNF-α positive particles were significant lower in the atorvastatin intervention group as compared with high fat group (both P<0.05). The expression of eNOS protein in the high fat group and atorvastatin intervention group was significantly lower than that in normal control group (P<0.01). However, no marked difference of eNOS protein expression between high fat group and atorvastatins intervention group was observed. CONCLUSION: The expression of HSP22 and TNF-α in the rat aortas is increased in the hyperlipidemia rat model. This effect can be restored by atorvastatin treatment. The expression of eNOS in the rat aortas is decreased in the hyperlipidemia rat model, but this tendency could not be attenuated by atorvastatin.  相似文献

AIM: To evaluate the effect of aminoguanidine (AG) on inflammatory factors and neuronal apoptosis after focal cerebral ischemic injury in rats and the possible mechanism of protective effect of AG against cerebral ischemic injury.METHODS: Thirty male SD rats (weighing 250 g-280 g) were randomly divided into three groups: (1) sham operated group (SH group,n=10),(2) ischemic groups (IS group,n=10),(3) AG group (n=10).In AG group,AG at dose of 100 mg·kg-1 was given intraperitoneally twice a day for 3 consecutive days.In IS group,normal saline was given instead of AG.Focal cerebral ischemia was produced by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) for 12 h.A nylon thread with rounded tip was inserted into left internal carotid artery cranially until resistance was felt.The distance from bifurcation of common carotid artery to the tip of the thread was about 18-19 mm.Focal cerebral ischemia was confirmed by left Horners syndrome and right side hemiplegia.In SH group,the carotid artery was exposed but no thread was inserted.The expression of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) was determined by immunochemistry and the content of interleulin-1β(IL-1β) was measured by radioimmunoassay.The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax protein were detected by flow cytometry.RESULTS: The expression of TNF-α and the content of IL-1β were markedly increased after MCAO.Significantly increased DNA fragmentation,the indication of apoptosis,was detected after MCAO.The expression of TNF-α and the content of IL-1β were significantly lower in AG group than those in IS group.The percentage of apoptosis cells and expression of Bax protein were markedly lower in AG group than those in IS group but still significantly higher than those in SH group.The expression of Bcl-2 protein was markedly higher in AG group than that in IS group.No significant difference in the expression of Bcl-2 protein between IS and SH group was observed.CONCLUSION: AG inhibits the increase in the expression of TNF-α and the content of IL-1β,and protects neurons from apoptosis induced by focal cerebral ischemia through increasing the Bcl-2 protein expression and inhibiting the Bax protein expression.  相似文献

AIM:To observe the expression of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) in the renal tissue of the rats with contrast-induced nephropathy (CIN). METHODS:Male Sprague-Dawley rats (n=96) were randomly divided into control group (n=48) and CIN group (n=48). The model rats in CIN group were intravenously injected with iodinated contrast media (76% compound diatrizoate injection,10 mL/kg), while the rats in control group were injected with the same volume of saline. Six rats in each group were sacrificed at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 5 d, 10 d and 15 d after intravenous injection, respectively, and the blood and kidney samples of the rats were obtained. The renal tubular injury was assessed by histological examination (HE staining). The expression of kidney injury molecule-1 (KIM-1), TNF-α and NF-κB at mRNA and protein levels in the renal tissues were semiquantitatively measured by the methods of RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry, respectively. The correlations between the expression of TNF-α, NF-κB and tubular injury score, KIM-1 expression in renal tissue of CIN group were analyzed. RESULTS:The levels of serum creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in control group were not changed between different time points (P>0.05). The levels of SCr and BUN in CIN group displayed significant increases at different time points (except 15 d) compared with control group (P<0.05). The renal tubular injury score in CIN group was significantly higher at all time points than that in control group (P<0.05). The expression of KIM-1, TNF-α and NF-κB at mRNA and protein levels up-regulated significantly at 6 h and the peaking of KIM-1 expression was at 24 h, while the peaking of TNF-α and NF-κB expression was at 48 h in CIN group. The expression of KIM-1,TNF-α and NF-κB was significantly increased in CIN group compared with control group except at 15 d (P<0.05). The expression of TNF-α and NF-κB at mRNA and protein levels showed close correlations with renal tubular injury score (r=0.843, 0.758, 0.743 and 0.707, P<0.05). The expression of TNF-α and NF-κB at mRNA and protein levels was also positively correlated with KIM-1 expression (r=0.863, 0.807, 0.839 and 0.855, P<0.05). CONCLUSION:The expression of TNF-α and NF-κB at mRNA and protein levels in the renal tissues of CIN group is up-regulated and is closely related with renal tubular injury, indicating that the inflammatory response is involved in the pathogenesis of CIN.  相似文献

AIM: To explore whether IL-1β inhibits the oligodendrocyte precursor cell (OPCs) differentiation and affects axonal myelination. METHODS: One-day-old SD rats were randomly divided into control group and LPS group (48 rats in each group). The rats in LPS group were intraperitoneally injected with 1 mg/kg LPS. The rats in control group were injected with an equal volume of PBS. The rats in each group were further divided into 3 h, 24 h, 3 d, 7 d, 14 d and 28 d subgroups after injection. The expression of IL-1β and IL-1R1 in the rat corpus callosum at 3 h, 24 h, 3 d, 7 d was determined by double immunofluorescence and Western blotting. The myelin basic protein(MBP) expression in the rat corpus callosum at 14 d, 28 d after injection was also measured. In vitro, primary OPCs culture was performed and divided into control group, 30 μg/L IL-1β group, 30 μg/L IL-1β+IL-1Ra group and 30 μg/L IL-1Ra group. The expression of MBP in the OPCs induced differentiation for 3 d was observed by double immunofluorescence and Western blotting. RESULTS: The expression of IL-1β and IL-1R1 in the rat corpus callosum at 3 h, 24 h, 3 d, 7 d after LPS injection was obviously increased and the expression of MBP in the rat corpus callosum at 14 d, 28 d in LPS group was obviously decreased compared with control group in vivo. The level of MBP was significantly decreased after IL-1β treatment for 3 d in vitro. However, IL-1Ra (IL-1R inhibitor) reversed the down-regulation of MBP expression. IL-1β inhibited the expression of p-ERK, ERK over-expression reversed the down-regulation of MBP expression compared with IL-1β group. CONCLUSION: IL-1β inhibits the differentiation of OPCs, which may be involved in ERK pathways, thus leading to axonal hypomyelination in the corpus callosum of septic neonatal rats.  相似文献

AIM:To clarify if interferon-γ(IFN-γ), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)can induce apoptosis of human airway smooth muscle cells (ASMCs) in vitro.METHODS:Human ASMCs were isolated and cultured in DMEM containing 10% fetal bovine serum. Passage 4-6 cell was used in the experiment. IFN-γ,TNF-α and IL-1β, were used separately or together in the treatment of human ASMCs. The effects of IFN-γ,TNF-α and IL-1β on the growth of the cells was detected by MTT method at the hour 0,24,48 and 72. Light microscopy and electron microscopy were used to examine the morphological change. DNA fragmentation was analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. SP immunohistological staing method was performed to detect the change of expressions of p 53, bcl- 2 and bax gene. The apoptosis cell percentage were detected by in situ end labeling technique (TUNEL)of fragmental DNA. RESULTS:(1)IFN-γ or IFN-γ together with TNF-α and IL-1β decreased the number of viable cells in a time dependent manner. (2) Light and electron microscopic examination showed cell shrinkage, membrane blebbing, nuclear contraction, chromatin condensation and nuclear fragmentation in human ASMCs. (3) Agarose gel electrophoresis showed a characteristic"ladder"of DNA bands representing integer multiples of the internucleosomal fragments (about 180-200 bp) in cytokine cotreated human ASMCs. (4)The expression of p 53 and bax gene in cytokine cotreated group was significantly higher than in control group, but the expression of bcl-2 gene was lower than in control group. (5)Stimultaneous treatment with IFN-γ(4×105 U/L),TNF-α(4×105 U/L)and /or IL-1β (10×104 U/L) induced apoptosis of human ASMCs. Apoptotic index of human ASMCs in cytokine co-treated group was significantly higher than in control group (P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Stimultaneous treatment with IFN-γ,TNF-α and /or IL-1β induced apoptosis of human ASMCs. These immune cytokines may play an important role in airway remodeling of asthma and of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.  相似文献

AIM:To investigate the mechanism of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) promoting the transformation of naïve T cells into Th22 cells and the correlation of its peripheral blood expression in non-small cell lung cancer patients. METHODS:CD4+ naïve T cell magnetic bead sorting kit was used to isolate the peripheral blood mononuclear T cells from healthy people. Transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) and IL-2 were added to promote differentiation and proliferation. IL-1β was used to induce differentiation into Th22 cells. The proportion of CD4+ IL-22+ T cells was analyzed by flow cytometry, and the expression of IL-22 was detected by ELISA. We selected 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients in our hospital, including 18 in I phase, 20 in Ⅱ phase, 13 in Ⅲ phase and 9 in IV phase, as well as 25 healthy persons. The proportion of Th22 (CD4+ IL-22+) cells in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry, and the serum levels of IL-1β and IL-22 were measured by ELISA. RESULTS:IL-1β induced the transformation of naïve T cells into Th22 cells and promoted the secretion of IL-22 (P<0.05). The proportion of Th22 cells and the IL-22 and IL-1β levels in peripheral blood of the patients with non-small cell lung cancer were higher than those in healthy subjects, and correlated with the clinical stage. CONCLUSION:IL-1β induces the differentiation of Th22 cells and the expression of IL-22. The levels of IL-1β and IL-22 are related to the progression of non-small cell lung cancer, which may be involved in immunosuppression and promote the occurrence of non-small cell lung cancer.  相似文献

AIM: To investigate the role of damaged mitochondria in dendritic cell (DC) apoptosis induced by Vibrio vulnificus (Vv) and its possible mechanism. METHODS:DC2.4 cells were co-cultured with Vv 1.1758 strain. Fluorescent probes DCFH-DA and Fluo-8-AM were used to detect reactive oxygen species (ROS) and intracellular Ca2+ concentration in the invaded cells, respectively. The cellular apoptotic rates and mitochondrial membrane potential (Δψm) were measured by flow cytometry. The expression of nuclear factor-kappa B p65 (NF-κB p65) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS: Vv 1.1758 induced DC2.4 cell apoptosis. Vv 1.1758 bacteria invaded into the DC2.4 cells by binding with cellular membrane though the end of the body. In the invaded DC2.4 cells, the visible mitochondrial damage, elevated ROS and intracellular Ca2+ levels, and declined Δψm were presented. After 1 h of co-culture, NF-κB p65 began to rise and reached the peak at 5 h, and then slightly decreased at 6 h. The TNF-α level increased after 2 h of co-culture and reached the peak at 6 h. CONCLUSION: The damaged mitochondria play an important role in DC apoptosis induced by Vv, and its possible mechanism may associate with the elevation of ROS and intracellular Ca2+ level, and the declined Δψm. Meanwhile, NF-κB p65 and TNF-α are potential critical signaling molecules in the process of apoptosis.  相似文献

AIM:To observe the protective effect of curcumin derivative B06 on the liver from the rats with hyperlipidemia and type 2 diabetes mellitus. METHODS:Male Sprague-Dawley rats (n=35) were divided randomly into 5 groups: normal control group, high-fat group, high-fat+B06-treated group, diabetic group and diabetic +B06-treated group. After fed with a high-fat diet for 4 weeks, the rats in the later 2 groups were injected with streptozotocin intraperitoneally to induce type 2 diabetes mellitus. The rats in B06-treated groups were given B06 by gavage at a dose of 0.2 mg· kg-1·d-1 for 8 weeks. After the treatment, the morphology of the liver was observed under light and transmission electron microscopes. The protein expression of AMP-activated protein kinase α (AMPKα) and phosphorylated AMPK α (p-AMPKα) was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS:Fatty degeneration, hepatocellular necrosis, inflammatory cell infiltration and hyperplasia of fibrous tissue were observed in the liver from the rats in high-fat group and diabetic group,and were relieved after B06 treatment. The protein expression of p-AMPKα was decreased in the liver of the rats in diabetic group and high-fat group, and it was increased in the liver of the high-fat and diabetic rats in B06-treated group. CONCLUSION:Curcumin derivative B06 exerts a protective effect on the liver in type 2 diabetic rats, and the increased expression of p-AMPKα may be involved in the mechanism of protection.  相似文献

AIM: To explore the influence of long-term swimming on peripheral neuropathy in type 2 diabetic rats. METHODS: Male Wistar rats were fed with a high-fat and high-fructose diet, and injected with streptozocin to establish a model of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group (C group), exercise control group (CE group), diabetes mellitus group (DM group) and diabetes mellitus+exercise group (DME group). The rats in CE group and DME group received 8-week swimming training (6 d/week). The training time was 20, 30 and 45 min in the first 3 d,respectively, and then it increased to 60 min a day. Eight weeks later, the motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) and the levels of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin 6 (IL-6) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in sciatic nerve tissues of the rats were measured. The morphological changes of the sciatic nerve were also observed under light microscope. RESULTS: Compared with DM group, 8-week swimming obviously accelerated the MNCV (P<0.05), decreased the levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and CRP in DME group (but no significant difference, P>0.05). The obvious nerve injury in DM group was observed. However, the pathological change of the sciatic nerve in DME group was relieved. CONCLUSION: Eight-week swimming training significantly accelerates the MNCV, attenuates the nerve injury in diabetic rats and has protective effect on peripheral nerve, which may be correlated with relieving the inflammatory reaction.  相似文献

AIM:To study the immunosuppressive and protective effects of human α1-antitrypsin (hAAT) on pancreatic β-cell transplantation. METHODS: An NIT-1 cell line (NIT-hAAT) was constructed, which can stably express the protein of hAAT. The BALB/c mice were intraperitoneally injected with NIT-1 and NIT-hAAT cell lines twice to induce cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL). The apoptotic situation, the cytokine expression, and the mRNA expression of inflammatory factors were examined after mixed culture of CTL with NIT-1or NIT-hAAT cell line pretreated with mitomycin. Both cell lines were transferred into the left renal capsule of the diabetic mice to dynamically observe the changes of blood sugar and body weight, the serum levels of insulin and C-peptide, and the pathological changes of the transplanted sites. RESULTS: The results of extended CTL killing assay showed that the cytotoxic effect on NIT-hAAT cell acceptor mice was significantly reduced compared with NIT-1 cell acceptor mice. hAAT effectively reduced apoptosis, inhibited the mRNA expression of inflammatory factors IL-1β and IL-6, and adjusted the balance of Th1/Th2 cytokine expression. After NIT-hAAT was transplanted into the diabetic mice, blood glucose decreased obviously and maintained for 28 d. The serum levels of insulin and C-peptide increased obviously. The infiltration of the inflammatory cells in the transplanted sites significantly reduced. CONCLUSION:hAAT has the abilities of reducing cytotoxic effect of CTL on the β-cells, inhibiting inflammatory factor expression, and stopping short-term immunological rejection of the acceptor. hAAT has obvious immunosuppressive and protective effects on pancreatic β-cell transplantation for treatment of diabetes.  相似文献

AIM:To study the effects of lipopolysaccharide(LPS), interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor α (TNFα) on tissue factor(TF) expression of astrocytes. METHODS:Astrocytes were identified with anti-glial fibrillary acidic protein antibody. The TF activity of cell lysate was measured with one stage clotting assay. RESULTS:TF activity of astrocytes of LPS,IL-6,TNFα groups were obviously higher than that of the control group(P <0.05); While LPS,IL-6 and TNFα were combined with trifluoperazine or H7, their inductive effects were inhibited. CONCLUSION:LPS,IL-6 and TNFα promoted the TF expression of astrocytes and its mechanisms may connected with Calcium/Camodulin and protein kinase C pathway.  相似文献
