The seasonal changes in the contents and compositions of n-alkanes and n-methyl ketones have been studied in typical soddy-podzolic soils (Albic Retisols (Ochric)) under lime forests in the Losiny Ostrov National Park, Moscow. In the humus horizons, the reserves (about 370 mg/m2) of odd n-alkanes with the chain length of C25–C35—the biomarkers of terrestrial vegetation—are 4–5 times below their amount entering with the leaf falloff in autumn. A noticeable contribution of microbial biomass hydrocarbons to the lipid fraction in the AY and AYel horizons manifests itself in the increased fraction of odd and medium-chain (<C25) homologues (OEP = 4–6, LSR = 5–7) in the spectrum of n-alkanes. The lowest content of methyl ketones and odd n-alkanes was observed immediately after the winter period (OEP = 22, A/K = 21–170). In the EL and BT horizons, the n-alkane fraction of organic matter and the relative content of high molecularweight n-alkanes more resistant to microbial destruction (C33, C35) increases by 3–4 times in comparison with that in the abovelying horizons, and the type of distribution of n-alkanes by the carbon chain length changes: the dominance of odd homologues is absent; in the EL horizon, OEP = 1.  相似文献

For the paleoreconstruction of permafrost peat mounds and the identification of plant communities participating in the formation of peat, the contents of n-alkanes (C20–C33) have been determined, and relative changes in the stable isotope compositions of carbon and nitrogen and the C/N ratio have been analysed. Several indices (CPIalkanes, Paq, Pwax) have been calculated to assess the degree of decomposition of the peats studied and the contributions of different plant species to their formation. It has been found that shortand long-chain n-alkanes are concentrated in high-moor peat, while medium-chain alkanes are typical for transitional peat. Integrated analysis of the studied markers has shown that the botanical and material composition of peat, anaerobic conditions of bog formation, and permafrost play an important role in the preservation of organic carbon in permafrost peat mounds. Alternation of plant associations is the main reason for changes in n-alkane concentrations, C/N ratios, and δ13C values.  相似文献

New methodological approaches and an algorithm for the quantitative assessment of accumulating a substance by a plant (C p ) with due regard for its concentration in the soil (C n ) are proposed. The first approach is the approximation of concentration curves by the functions C p = f(C n ) and their parameters. The second one is the standardization of the coefficients of biological sorption (K b ) of a substance upon its stable concentration in the soil using the function K b = f(C n ). As compared to the variation-statistical values of the mean and extreme concentrations, or the coefficients K b , the proposed parameters are characterized by a higher accuracy and sensitivity. They may be successfully used for quantitative studies of the mechanism and the intensity of the absorption of substances by plants, for the prediction of the accumulation of substances in the trophic chain, and the assessment of soil self-purification (detoxification) and comparative ratings.  相似文献

Quantitative estimates of the rate of transformation of moss residues of two species (Sphagnum angustifolium and Sphagnum fuscum) in the peat soils (Histosols) were obtained for two oligotrophic bogs with different hydrological conditions in the southern taiga of Western Siberia. The coefficients of decomposition rate (k) significantly differed for the studied species; the decomposition of Sphagnum fuscum proceeded much slower. The most intense decomposition was observed in the first year of transformation (k = 0.06 and 0.16–0.66 for Sph. fuscum and Sph. angustifolium, respectively); then, the rate of moss decomposition decreased. Despite the great amount of fungal mass in the moss residues (exceeding the bacterial biomass by 3–10 times), the rate of the initial decomposition was very low. The hydrological conditions affected the intensity of this process—in the peat of the Kirsanovskoe bog with the low level of bog water, losses of the mass of sphagnum moss were 1.1–1.6 times greater as compared to those in the Bakcharskoe bog. For Sph. angustifolium, the level of bog water was more important than for Sphagnum fuscum, whereas for Sphagnum fuscum, the composition of organic matter played a decisive role in the rate of decomposition of moss residues. The activity of the microflora also depended on the level of bog water, which was manifested in a greater abundance of bacteria in the peat of the Kirsanovskoe bog.  相似文献

Purpose

Re-establishment of soil nitrogen (N) capital is a priority in mine rehabilitation. We aimed to evaluate the effects of biochar addition on improving mine spoil N pools and the influence of elevated CO2 concentration on mine rehabilitation.

Materials and methods

We assessed the effects of pinewood biochar, produced at three temperatures (650, 750 and 850 °C, referred as B650, B750 and B850, respectively), on mine spoil total N concentrations with five different plant species, including a tree species (Eucalyptus crebra), N-fixing shrubs (Acacia floribunda and Allocasuarina littoralis) and C3 and C4 grasses (Austrodanthonia tenuior and Themeda australis) incubated at ambient (400 μL L?1) and elevated (700 μL L?1) atmospheric CO2 concentrations, as well as the effects of elevated CO2 on mine rehabilitation.

Results and discussion

Soil total N significantly improved following biochar incorporation under all plant species (P < 0.05) except for T. Australis. E. crebra had the highest soil total N (0.197%, 0.198% and 0.212% for B650, B750 and B850, respectively). Different from the negligible influence of elevated CO2 on soil properties under the grasses and the N-fixing shrubs, elevated CO2 significantly increased soil water and hot water extractable organic C (WEOC and HWEOC, respectively) and decreased total C under E. crebra, indicating that the nutrient demands were not met.

Conclusions

Biochar addition showed the potential in mine rehabilitation in terms of improving soil N pool, especially with E. crebra. However, it would be more difficulty to rehabilitate mine spoils in future with the rising atmospheric CO2 concentration.

A field experiment investigating the phytoremediation potential of six plant species—Goosegrass (Eleusine indica), Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon), Sessile joyweed (Alternanthera sessilis), Benghal dayflower (Commelina benghalensis), Lovanga (Cleome ciliata), and Chinese violet (Asystasia gangetica)—on soil contaminated with fuel oil (82.5 ml/kg of soil) have been conducted from March to August 2016. The experiments consider three modalities—Tn: unpolluted planted soils, To: unplanted polluted soils, and Tp: polluted planted soil—randomized arranged. Only three (E. indica, C. dactylon, and A. sessilis) of the six species survived while the others died 1 month after the beginning of experimentations. The relative growth indexes showed a strong similarity between the growth parameters of E. indica and C. dactylon, each on polluted and control soils, unlike A. sessilis. Total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs) removal efficiency were 82.56, 80.69, and 77% on soil planted with E. indica, C. dactylon, and A. sessilis, respectively; and 57.25% on non-planted soil. According to the bioconcentration and translocation factors, E. indica and A. sessilis are involved on rhizodegradation and phytoextraction of hydrocarbons whereas C. dactylon is only involved into rhizodegradation. Overall, E. indica and C. dactylon out-yielded A. sessilis in the phytoremediation capacity of fuel oil-contaminated soils.  相似文献

Purpose

Our aim was to examine linkages between mass loss, chemical transformation and CH4 production during decomposition of leaf litters submerged under water. We hypothesised that (i) labile leaf litters would fuel a rapid, high rate of methane (CH4) production and that recalcitrant litters would fuel long-lasting but lower emissions, (ii) leaf litters experiencing a greater alteration to chemical properties would stimulate increased CH4 production and (iii) nitrogen (N) addition would increase CH4 emissions.

Materials and methods

Litters from six plant species were collected from a riparian ecosystem adjacent to Wyaralong Dam, located in Queensland, Australia, i.e., Lophostemon confertus, Cynodon dactylon, Heteropogon contortus, Chamaecrista rotundifolia, Chrysocephalum apiculatum and Imperata cylindrica. We evaluated the rate of mass loss and CH4 emissions for 122 days of incubation in inundated microcosms with and without N addition. We quantified the chemical changes in the decomposing litters with 13 C-cross polarization and magic angle spinning (CPMAS) nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrum.

Results and discussion

The inundation treatment of plant litters significantly affected decomposition rates. All litters decomposed in either inundated or aerobic microcosms were quite distinct with regard to the NMR spectra of their initial litters. N addition altered the NMR spectra under both inundation and aerobic conditions. The N treatment only marginally influenced the decomposition rates of I. cylindrica and C. apiculatum litters. The diurnal patterns of CH4 production in the H. contortus, C. rotundifolia and C. apiculatum litters under inundation incubation could be expressed as one-humped curves, with the peak value dependent on litter species and N treatment. N addition stimulated CH4 emission by C. rotundifolia and C. apiculatum litters and inhibited CH4 emission from microcosms containing the litters of the three gramineous species, i.e., I. cylindrica, C. dactylon and H. contortus.

Conclusions

Our results provide evidence that labile leaf litters could fuel a rapid, high rate of CH4 production and that recalcitrant litters fuelled a lower CH4 emission. We did not find that leaf litters with altered chemical properties stimulated increased CH4 production. We also found that N addition was able to increase CH4 emissions, but this effect was dependent on the litter species.

A high number (from tens of thousands to millions of CFU/g of soil) of actinomycetes and a high diversity of genera were found in typical peat and agropeat soils. Agricultural use increases the number and diversity of the actinomycete complexes of the peat soils. In the peat soils, the actinomycete complex is represented by eight genera: Streptomyces, Micromonospora, Streptosporangium, Actinomadura, Microbispora, Saccharopolyspora, Saccharomonospora, and Microtetraspora. A considerable share of sporangial forms in the actinomycete complex of the peat soils not characteristic of the zonal soils was revealed. The number of actinomycetes that develop under aerobic conditions is smaller by 10–100 times than that of aerobic forms in the peat soils. Among the soil actinomycetes of the genera Streptomyces, Micromonospora, Streptosporangium, Actinomadura, Microbispora, and Microtetraspora, the microaerophilic forms were found; among the Saccharopolyspora and Saccharomonospora, no microaerophilic representatives were revealed.  相似文献

Purpose

We attempt to describe the cover and management (C) factor more comprehensively through the use of a simple and efficient method.

Materials and methods

We measure the coverage of each vegetation layer and C factor for 152 sampled plots in the Ansai watershed. We propose four stratified coverage indices (green coverage (V G), total coverage (V T), probability coverage (V P), weight coverage (V W)), derive green and yellow vegetation indices from Landsat 8 OLI images to reflect green and residue cover, and construct and validate C factor estimation models from stratified coverage and remote sensing indices, respectively.

Results and discussion

(1) V T and V P present C factor estimation advantages for grassland and shrub land. V W can better illustrate the C factor due to the relatively complete spatial structuring of woodland and orchard land. For cropland, four stratified coverage indices present the same estimation capacities for the C factor. Except for cropland and grassland, the estimation capabilities of V G are relatively low because the residue layer is ignored. (2) The C factor is more sensitive to yellow vegetation indices, which indicates that senescent fractional cover and litter are important and cannot be ignored. The linear and non-linear models can explain 56.6 and 61.8% of C factor variation, respectively, and the linear model is more accurate than the non-linear model. (3) Compared to traditional indices (projective coverage and single remote sensing indices), stratified coverage indices and a combination of several remote sensing indices can estimate the C factor more effectively.

Conclusions

At the field scale, the C value estimation model can be selected according to the land-use type. At the watershed and regional scales, a linear model is recommended for C factor estimation.

Agricultural management significantly affects methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions from paddy fields. However, little is known about the underlying microbiological mechanism. Field experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of the water regime and straw incorporation on CH4 and N2O emissions and soil properties. Quantitative PCR was applied to measure the abundance of soil methanogens, methane-oxidising bacteria, nitrifiers, and denitrifiers according to DNA and mRNA expression levels of microbial genes, including mcrA, pmoA, amoA, and nirK/nirS/nosZ. Field trials showed that the CH4 and N2O flux rates were negatively correlated with each other, and N2O emissions were far lower than CH4 emissions. Drainage and straw incorporation affected functional gene abundance through altered soil environment. The present (DNA-level) gene abundances of amoA, nosZ, and mcrA were higher with straw incorporation than those without straw incorporation, and they were positively correlated with high concentrations of soil exchangeable NH4+ and dissolved organic carbon. The active (mRNA-level) gene abundance of mcrA was lower in the drainage treatment than in continuous flooding, which was negatively correlated with soil redox potential (Eh). The CH4 flux rate was significantly and positively correlated with active mcrA abundance but negatively correlated with Eh. The N2O flux rate was significantly and positively correlated with present and active nirS abundance and positively correlated with soil Eh. Thus, we demonstrated that active gene abundance, such as of mcrA for CH4 and nirS for N2O, reflects the contradictory relationship between CH4 and N2O emissions regulated by soil Eh in acidic paddy soils.  相似文献

Phenolics from root exudates or decaying residues are usually referred as autotoxins of several plant species. However, how phenolics affect soil microbial communities and their functional significances are poorly understood. Rhizosphere bacterial and fungal communities from cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) seedlings treated with p-coumaric acid, an autotoxin of cucumber, were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA gene and internal transcribed spacer amplicons. Then, feedback effects of the rhizosphere biota on cucumber seedlings were evaluated by inoculating non-sterilized and sterilized rhizosphere soils to sterilized background soils. p-Coumaric acid decreased the bacterial diversity of rhizosphere but increased fungal diversity and altered the compositions of both the bacterial and fungal communities. p-Coumaric acid increased the relative abundances of microbial taxa with phenol-degrading capability (such as Chaetomium, Humicola, and Mortierella spp.) and microbial taxa which contained plant pathogens (such as Fusarium spp.). However, p-coumaric acid inhibited the relative abundances of Lysobacter, Haliangium, and Gymnoascus spp., whose species can have pathogen-antagonistic and/or plant-growth-promoting effects. The positive effect of cucumber rhizosphere microbiota on cucumber seedling growth was reduced by p-coumaric acid. Overall, our results showed that, besides its direct phytotoxicity, p-coumaric acid can inhibit cucumber seedling growth through generating negative plant-soil microbial interactions.  相似文献

Purpose

The USLE-MM estimates event normalized plot soil loss, Ae,N, by an erosivity term given by the runoff coefficient, QR, times the single-storm erosion index, EI30, raised to an exponent b1?>?1. This modeling scheme is based on an expected power relationship, with an exponent greater than one, between event sediment concentration, Ce, and the EI30/Pe (Pe = rainfall depth) term. In this investigation, carried out at the three experimental sites of Bagnara, Masse, and Sparacia, in Italy; the soundness of the USLE-MM scheme was tested.

Materials and methods

A total of 1192 (Ae,N, QREI30) data pairs were used to parameterize the model both locally and considering all sites simultaneously. The performances of the fitted models were established by considering all erosive events and also by distinguishing between events of different severity.

Results and discussion

The b1 exponent varied widely among the three sites (1.05–1.44) but using a common exponent (1.18) for these sites was possible. The Ae,N prediction accuracy increased in the passage from the smallest erosion events (Ae,N?≤?1 Mg ha?1, median error =?3.35) to the largest ones (Ae,N?>?10 Mg ha?1, median error =?1.72). The QREI30 term was found to be usable to predict both Ae,N and the expected maximum uncertainty of this prediction. Soil erodibility was found to be mainly controlled by the largest erosion events.

Conclusions

Development of a single USLE-MM model appears possible. Sampling other sites is advisable to develop a single USLE-MM model for a general use.

Petroleum products which are used in a wide variety of industries as energy sources and raw materials have become a major concern in pollution of terrestrial and marine environments. The purpose of this study was to assess the potential of indigenous microbial isolates for degradation of diesel fuel. Two most proficient bacterial strains among five isolated strains from polluted soil of an industrial refinery were studied. The isolates then were identified as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Bacillus subtilis using biochemical tests and 16S rRNA gene sequence analyses. P. aeruginosa showed higher biodegradation efficiency than B. subtilis in shaking flask containing diesel-contaminated water. P. aeruginosa and B. subtilis degraded about 87 and 75% of total hydrocarbons, respectively, in flasks containing 2% diesel and 98% water. The biodegradation efficiency of the isolates decreased as diesel contamination increased from 2 to 5%. The isolates showed significantly higher efficiency on degradation of short-chain hydrocarbons in 20 days, i.e., by using P. aeruginosa, removal efficiency of C10 hydrocarbons was near 90%, while about 69% of C20+ hydrocarbons and 47% of aromatic hydrocarbons were removed. Therefore, the isolates showed high capability in biodegradation of diesel contamination of the refinery.  相似文献

Aegilops geniculata Roth, a wild relative of wheat (2n = 4x = 28, genome UUMM), is distributed over the Mediterranean basin and nearby areas. The species consists of two subspecies, subsp. geniculata and subsp. gibberosa (Zhuk.) Hammer. The former is distributed over the whole species area and has been genetically analyzed, and the latter is endemic to Spain and North Africa and has not been genetically evaluated. In this study, to clarify the genetic variation and delineation of the two subspecies from a biosystematic viewpoint, morphological variation among 23 accessions of subsp. geniculata and three of subsp. gibberosa and chromosome pairing at meiosis and fertility in their intra- and inter-subspecific F1 hybrids were examined. A principal component analysis based on the 11 spike characteristics clearly divided the 26 accessions into two groups representing the two subspecies. The inter-subspecific F1 hybrids showed significantly lower frequencies of chromosome pairing, significantly higher frequencies of multivalents, and significantly lower fertilities relative to those of the intra-subspecific F1 hybrids. It was concluded that wide-ranging cytogenetic variation is included in subsp. geniculata, that subsp. gibberosa, the intra-subspecific variation of which is small, is morphologically and cytogenetically differentiated from subsp. geniculata beyond the range of the intra-subspecific variation of subsp. geniculata, and that the two subspecies are effectively isolated reproductively by hybrid sterility. The results strongly suggested that western North Africa is one of the important diversity centers of Ae. geniculata, where two subspecies were differentiated in the past and grow together in the present.  相似文献

It was found that the actinomycetal complex of a cultivated low-moor peat soil is characterized by a high population density and diversity of actinomycetes; representatives of eleven genera were isolated from this soil: Streptomyces, Micromonospora, Actinomadura, Saccharopolyspora, Microbispora, Microtetraspora, Streptosporangium, Nocardioides, Saccharomonospora, Kibdelosporangium, and Thermomonospora. Some genera were isolated from the soil under all the studied levels of soil moisture. The so-called rare (rarely occurring) genera (Saccharomonospora, Kibdelosporangium, and Thermomonospora) were isolated upon the low level of soil moisture, which ensured an absence of competition from the more abundant actinomycetes. Spores of all the studied actinomycetes could germinate under the low moisture level (a w = 0.67). The level of moisture a w = 0.98 was found to be optimal for the development of the actinomycetes. The complete cycle of the development of all the actinomycetes up to spore formation occurring was only observed under the high moisture level (a w = 0.98).  相似文献

Purpose

Evaluate the efficiency of Populus alba clone Villafranca in the uptake and translocation of Zn from contaminated soils.

Materials and methods

The effects of 48 days of zinc treatment (Zn t ) on the growth and the photosynthetic activities of P. alba L. clone Villafranca were studied using ZnSO4 (375 ppm per unit of soil dry weight) added in sand and peat moss substrate at the beginning of the treatment (T 0) and again after 30 days (T 1) in order to reach a target Zn concentration of 375 ppm at T 0 and 750 ppm at T 1 per unit of soil dry weight.

Results and discussion

Zn uptake in the different organs was analyzed after 30 (T 1) and 48 days (T 2) from the beginning of treatment, showing the following order: root ? leaves ≥ woody cutting = stem. The leaf area increased by 12 % in comparison to control plants at the end of second treatment (48 days). Cutting radial growth showed a high synchronicity in the growth rate fluctuation among control and Zn t plants, but a higher increase in radial diameter of Zn t cutting was observed starting from day 38 (after 8 days of second Zn t ) reaching after 48 days 38 % higher than control plants.

Conclusions

Although our data of leaf Zn concentration were in the range usually reported as toxic for plants, Villafranca clone in Zn t substrate were unaffected in terms of net CO2 assimilation and stomatal conductance to water vapor.

Purpose

There is a paucity of data regarding the multiple timescale variations of heterotrophic respiration (R H) and autotrophic respiration (R A) as well as the primary controlling factors. The objective of this study is to find the temporal variations of total soil respiration (R S) and its components, revealing the driving factors at different timescales.

Materials and methods

A trenching method was used to distinguish R S, R H, and R A in a spruce-fir valley forest in northeastern China. We used the closed dynamic chamber method to measure the soil respiration rate. Analyses of R S, R H, and R A in relation to biotic and abiotic factors were conducted to realize the temporal variations at different timescales.

Results and discussion

Only R S and R H showed a distinct diurnal variation and soil temperature (T S) can explain 68 and 59 % of the daily variation, respectively. R S, R H, and R A showed a pronounced, single peak curve seasonally, and T S can explain 11–95 % of the seasonal variation. Soil moisture (W S) maintained at a relatively high level and was not related to R S, R H, or R A on a seasonal scale, and there was no significant relationship between the seasonal R S, R A, and root biomass. However, for 5 years, only the mean R A of the growing season was significantly related to the mean W S, which can explain 39 % of the inter-annual variation of R A. The annual variations of litterfall and the relative growth rate of stems were not related to R S, R H, or R A. The contribution of R H to R S was larger, and the temperature sensitivity was 2.01–3.71 for R S, 1.90–3.08 for R H, and 2.20–5.65 for R A.

Conclusions

R S, R H, and R A show different temporal variations at multiple timescales. When W S is not restricted, T S is the primary driving factor of daily and seasonal variation of R S and R H. In this site, R H accounts for a large proportion of R S and plays a crucial role in determining the magnitude and temporal variation of R S.

The impact of nanoparticles (NPs) in zooplankton is poorly studied, particularly when organisms are exposed through diet. Food, constituted mainly by unicellular algae, can act as an important route of contamination for zooplankton. Since unicellular algae have a high surface area in relation to their volume, NPs can interact with their cell membranes and walls, as well as with exopolysaccharides secreted by them. In the present research, we investigated both the acute effects of waterborne titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs), and its chronic effects via dietary exposure on the Neotropical freshwater zooplankton Ceriodaphnia silvestrii Daday, 1902 (Crustacea: Cladocera). The observed acute effects served as support for chronic tests, in which we investigated the effects of TiO2 NPs on survival and life history parameters (body length, numbers of eggs, and neonates produced) of cladoceran adult females, using the freshwater cosmopolitan chlorophycean Raphidocelis subcapitata as source of contamination of TiO2 NPs for zooplankton. R. subcapitata cells were exposed to concentrations of 0, 0.01, 1, and 10 mg L?1 of TiO2 NPs for 96 h, and then provided as food for females of C. silvestrii until the third brood was released. Significant toxic effects were observed in body length and total number of neonates and eggs produced by females of C. silvestrii at concentrations of 1 and 10 mg L?1 of TiO2 NPs. Survival was the most sensitive parameter when exposure was given via food. From the concentration of 0.01 mg L?1 of TiO2 NPs, there was a decrease in the survival of C. silvestrii females. The quantification of TiO2 NPs in algae evidenced that they have retained NPs in their cells, being, therefore, an important route of exposure and toxicity of TiO2 NPs to the studied microcrustacean.  相似文献

Alkaline phosphomonoesterase (ALP) mainly originates from soil microbial secretion and plays a crucial role in the turnover of soil phosphorus (P). To examine the response of ALP-encoding microbial communities (analysed for the biomarker of the ALP gene, phoD) of soils and derivative soil fractions to different fertilisation regimes, soil samples were collected from a long-term experimental field (over 35 years). The different organic P (Po) pools of soil fractions and the ALP activity of soil were also determined. Compared with chemical-only fertilised soils, the ALP activity was 232–815% higher in organic-amended soils, and the highest enzyme activity was observed in the organic-only fertilised treatment. The abundance of the phoD gene harbouring in soil fractions, determined by quantitative PCR (qPCR), was affected by different fertilisations. The highest abundance of the phoD gene was generally detected in the 2–63-μm-sized fraction (silt), but most phoD-encoding microbial species were associated to the 0.1–2-μm-sized fraction (clay) in the chemical-only fertilised soil. The contents of labile Po (LPo), moderately labile Po (MLPo) and fulvic acid-associated Po (FAPo) were significantly correlated with the phoD gene abundance, whereas only LPo content was significantly correlated with the ALP activity. The dominant phoD-encoding phylas were Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria, according to a high-throughput sequencing. Bradyrhizobium, a N2-fixer identified as a phoD-encoding genus, showed the highest abundance in fertilised soils. The abundance of Bradyrhizobium, Streptomyces, Modestobacter, Lysobacter, Frankia and Burkholderia increased with the organic-only amendment and was significantly correlated with the ALP activity. According to structure equation models (SEM), pH and LPo content significantly and directly affected the ALP activity; the soil organic C (Corg) content was related to composition and abundances of phoD-harbouring microbial communities; since both microbial properties were correlated to the ALP activity, the Corg content was indirectly related to the ALP activity. In conclusion, soil management practices can be used to optimise the contents of soil available P and the organic P with regulation of soil ALP activity and the community composition of corresponding microbes.  相似文献

C-banded pattern in two accessions of Thinopyrum bessarabicum (Save ex Rayss) A. Löve (2n = 2x = 14, EbEb) and their idiogram was established. C-banding analysis was further used to identify the chromosomes of Tritipyrum amphiploid (2n = 6x = 42, AABBEbEb) and a BC1F2 genotype from wheat and Tritipyrum. Two 18S-26S rDNA loci were detected on Th. bessarabicum chromosomes by in situ hybridization using an 18S-26S rDNA probe. Eb chromosomes in Tritipyrum generally were identified by their distinctive C-banding patterns which reflected heterochromatin regions. C-banding procedure resulted in sharp and distinct bands in one or both ends of Eb chromosomes without interval bands. Observed C-bands in Eb genome mainly reflected the telomeric and subtelomeric sequences which also showed more strong signals in genomic in situ hybridization. Results showed the importance of the C-banding technique as a screening tool in identification of addition and substitution lines in the progenies of wheat and Tritipyrum crosses during segregating generations.  相似文献
