针对目前我国城市中路侧停车管理模式,分析了路侧停车存在的必要性及当前管理中信息传递的不足,并分析了适应ITS(智能交通系统)发展的几种车位检测方法的优缺点,提出了一种比较先进而且经济实用的路侧停车管理系统方案,同时给出了系统构成及信息流向图。该方案把城市的路侧停车看成一个整体,并且可以和城市的停车诱导系统融为一体,对改善城市交通具有积极作用。 相似文献

This study examined whether or not weight, density, and Young’s modulus can be accurately measured by vibration test without weighing beams for timber guardrails. Bending vibration tests with and without the concentrated mass were performed on small clear round bars without the pith of spruce and cedar and on actual size round bars with the pith of cedar for the timber guardrail. The following results were obtained. The vibration method with additional mass could be applied to the round bar as well as the rectangular bar. It is possible that resonance frequency was decreased by the sawn split in the horizontal tapping. It is believed that the free ends condition is easier to realize than the fixed ends condition for cross beams for timber guardrails. The weight of the cross beam for the timber guardrail could be accurately estimated by the vibration method with additional mass under several testing conditions. 相似文献

Resonance frequencies of beams with various types of end supports were examined for flexural vibration. Rectangular beams
with dimensions of 300 (L) × 25 (R) × 5 or 10mm (T) were used as the test specimens. Various compressing stresses were applied
to the parts around both ends of a test beam and flexural vibration tests were conducted. The measured resonance frequency
started to increase from the resonance frequency of a beam with simply supported ends and was stable around the resonance
frequency of a beam with fixed ends as the compressing stress increased. The stable resonance frequency was lower than the
theoretical value because perfect fixation of a beam to a post was difficult. From these results, the temporal change in resonance
frequency itself, rather than the stable resonance frequency, is effective to examine whether a beam has enough strength as

Due to the lack of large cross-section wood, the concern regarding the utilization of small-diameter logs from forest thinning has increased as a worldwide issue recently. Round shape is advantageous to efficient use of small-diameter logs, there is a difficulty of drying and preservative treatment. It is necessary to apply a new technique. In this study, center-boring technology was applied to improve the efficiency of manufacturing. The effect of a hole was not expected to make a significant effect on the flexural performance because the hole is located at the centroid of beam under bending moment. Unlike a round timber beam, the failure of center-bored round timber beam starts with a crack and is followed by a longitudinal split. When designing center-bored round timber as guardrail beam, additional strength reduction by flattening should be considered. 相似文献

Road spacing on slpes depends on the underlying off-road transportation technology. One major decision in road network planning
is to determine under what terrain conditions ground- or cable based extraction systems should be applied. The present investigation
aims to develop a road spacing model for steep slope conditions and to implement a total cost model for skidder and cableyarder
based road network concepts. The study analyzes transportation and road geometry to specify the relationship between road
density, slope gradient, and road spacing. Production functions for skidder and yarder-systems make it possible to derive
transportation cost as a function of road density and slope gradient. A total cost function integrates road building cost,
harvesting strategy, and production economics to derive optimal road density for the two network concepts. The difference
between the cost levels at optimum road density is an indicator for differentiating cable and skidder-based extraction systems.
The model was implemented as a Visual Basic add-in for Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software. This flexible approach makes
future adaptations and changes very easy due to the modular concept. The validity of the model is limited to the production
functions of the underlying off-road transportation technologies. Future work needs to develop production functions for the
state-of-the-art technologies and to improve the road building cost model. 相似文献
