为准确定量秸秆基生物天然气工程的温室气体减排量,首先参考UNFCCC方法学和IPCC国家温室气体清单指南,基于农作物秸秆自然腐解基准线,构建秸秆基生物天然气工程的温室气体减排量计量方法;后以河北省临漳县秸秆基生物天然气工程为例,采用构建的温室气体减排量计量方法进行实证研究。结果表明:基于农作物秸秆自然腐解基准线,利用CDM方法学和排放因子法构建了秸秆基生物天然气工程温室气体的基准线排放量、项目运行排放量、工程泄漏排放量及净减排量计量方法。运用该计量方法计算出2019年河北省临漳县秸秆基生物天然气工程基准线排放量(以CO2计)1.25×105 t,项目排放量1.21×104 t,泄露排放量为10.24t,净减排量1.13×105 t,相当于约4.19×104 t标准煤的CO2排放量。因此,本研究构建的以秸秆自然腐解为基准线的秸秆基生物天然气工程温室气体减排计量体系,对于完善生物天然气工程的温室气体减排估算方法学体系,全面评价生物天然气工程温室气体减排效果具有...  相似文献

为了解日照近岸海域浮游植物的群落结构及其环境影响因子,于2016年2月和8月对该海域18个站位进行了浮游植物种类和优势种组成、丰度、群落多样性及其环境因子调查分析,利用CLUSTER聚类分析、MDS排序和Pearson相关分析探讨该海域浮游植物群落结构和环境因子的关系。调查海域共鉴定浮游植物3门41属92种,其中,硅藻门(Bacillariophyta)31属73种,甲藻门(Pyrrophyta)9属18种,金藻门(Chrysophyta)1属1种。冬季主要优势种为柔弱几内亚藻(Guinardia delicatula),夏季主要优势种为劳氏角毛藻(Chaetoceros lorenzianus)和深环沟角毛藻(Chaetoceros constrictus)。冬季浮游植物丰度为2.20×106~6.12×107cells/m3,夏季丰度为3.75×104~5.70×106cells/m3。Pearson相关分析表明影响浮游植物丰度的环境因子为盐度、水深、溶解氧(DO)、硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐、铵盐、总氮和重金属中的锌。在日照近岸海域,相比Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H')分析方法,多元统计分析能更好地反映该海域的水环境质量状况。  相似文献

棉花冠层光合有效辐射截获率(PARI)是影响干物质积累和产量形成的重要因素,然而对于不同覆膜方式下种植密度对棉花冠层光分布的影响尚未明确。在旱区一膜三行的机采种植模式下,设2种覆膜方式(有膜和无膜)与5种种植密度(D1:9×104株/hm2,D2:13.5×104株/hm2,D3:18×104株/hm2,D4:22.5×104株/hm2,D5:27×104株/hm2),研究不同覆膜方式下种植密度对棉花冠层PARI的影响。结果表明,在全生育期,有膜处理下棉花冠层光合有效辐射(PAR)的截获能力较强;冠层PARI与种植密度呈显著正相关关系,不同种植密度之间PARI存在差异;叶面积指数(LAI)随生育进程推进呈单峰曲线。有膜处理下,不同种植密度LAI在第94~98天达到峰值;无膜处理下,不同种植密度LAI在第109~113天达到峰值;随着种植密度的增加干物质积累量减少,其生殖...  相似文献

 用常规方法测定了昆明地区猴、树懒、兔、豚鼠、金黄地鼠、大白鼠、小白鼠和鸽8种实验动物的体温、红细胞数等10项生理常值。与资料报道的数据进行了比较,结果表明:(1)猴的心率(123.12次/min)和白细胞分类计数中的嗜酸性白细胞的比例(33%)比文献〔2〕的值(174次/min和48.83%)低。(2)树懒的白细胞数(9.2×109/L)比文献〔3〕的值(4.4×109/L)高。(3)兔的呼吸频率(64.64次/min)比文献〔2〕的值(38~60次/min)高,而血红蛋白(92.6g/L)和血小板(221.5×109/L)比文献〔4〕的值(128g/L和450×109/L)低。(4)豚鼠的呼吸频率(86.2次/min)比文献〔3〕的值(110次/min)低,而血小板(184.3×109/L)比文献〔4〕的值(450×109/L)低。(5)金黄地鼠的体温(37.05℃)和心率(324.2次/min)比文献〔2〕的值(38.7℃和400次/min)低,而血小板(201×109/L)比文献〔3〕的值(310×109/L)低。(6)大白鼠的心率(240.94次/min)比文献〔2〕的值(352次/min)低,而血小板(195.9×109/L)比文献〔4〕的值(319×109/L)低.(7)小白鼠的体温(37.23℃)和呼吸频率(146.75次/min)与文献〔2〕的下限值(37~39℃和140~210次/min)相近似。(8)鸽的呼吸频率(56.64次/min)比文献〔3〕的值(30次/min)高,而白细胞数(38.9×109/L)比文献〔2〕的值(13.0×109/L)高。  相似文献

对长江口富营养化指标中的响应变量进行了筛选,并在长江口分区的基础上,运用参照点或观测点指标频数分布曲线法,对1992年-2010年的数据进行分析,确定了长江口外海区和舟山海区富营养化指标中响应变量的参照状态.选择叶绿素a和底层溶解氧作为响应指标的必选指标,浮游植物密度和CODMn作为辅助指标.经分析,长江口口外海区叶绿素a、浮游植物密度、CODMn和底层溶解氧的春夏秋3个季节的参照状态分别为0.87mg,/m3,17.44× 103个/L,0.42mg/L,8.36mg/L;1.88mg/m3,25.96×103个/L,0.56mg/L,4.22mg/L;0.84mg/m3,12.10×103个/L,0.46mg/L,6.95mg/L;舟山海区叶绿素a、浮游植物密度、CODMn和溶解氧的春夏秋3个季节的参照状态分别为0.73mg/m3,6.77×103个/L,0.51 mg/L,8.75mg/L;1.00mg/m3,9.72×103个/L,0.37mg/L,5.94mg/L;0.78mg/m3,4.59×103个/L,0.55mg/L,7.40mg/L.本研究确定的参照状态值能较为客观的反映该海域的富营养化参照状态,且不同分区,不同季节间的指标的参照状态亦存在着显著的差异.  相似文献

4-取代基苯胺棉酚席夫碱的合成及脲酶抑制作用研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
使用脲酶抑制剂能够降低脲酶的活性,减缓尿素的水解,是提高尿素利用率的有效途径。以天然产物棉酚为原料,通过N-取代基苯胺对其进行化学改性制备高效脲酶抑制剂苯胺棉酚席夫碱(Gos-H),氨基苯甲酸棉酚席夫碱(Gos-COOH)和氨基苯磺酸棉酚席夫碱(Gos-SO3H),并探究其抑制土壤氨挥发的效果。结果表明,棉酚及其衍生物均有较强的脲酶抑制活性。其对刀豆脲酶的抑制IC50值分别如下:Gos,2.61×10-5 mol·L-1;Gos-H,9.93×10-5 mol·L-1;Gos-COOH,1.49×10-4 mol·L-1和Gos-SO3H,1.85×10-4 mol·L-1。抑制土壤氨挥发的IC50值分别为:Gos,5.74×10-5 mol·L-1;Gos-H,3.47×10-5 mol·L-1;Gos-COOH,2.27×10-5 mol·L-1和Gos-SO3H,1.75×10-5 mol·L-1。总体来说,改性引入的含O基团能够增加棉酚席夫碱的抑制能力。  相似文献

安庆新洲水域浮游植物群落结构特征   总被引:3,自引:3,他引:0  
为了解安庆新洲水域浮游植物群落结构特征,于2017年2—11月对新洲水域9个断面的浮游植物现状进行季节性调查。结果表明,共检测出浮游植物8门143种:以绿藻门种类最多,占总种数的46.15%;其次是硅藻门,占29.37%;蓝藻门、裸藻门、金藻门、隐藻门、甲藻门和黄藻门分别占12.59%、3.50%、3.50%、2.10%、1.40%和1.40%。浮游植物优势种共6种,分别为蓝藻门的假鱼腥藻(Pseudoanabaena sp.),硅藻门的尖针杆藻(Synedra acus)、梅尼小环藻(Cyclotella meneghiniana),隐藻门的尖尾蓝隐藻(Chroomonas acuta)、啮蚀隐藻(Cryptomonas erosa)和绿藻门的丝藻(Ulothrix sp.)。浮游植物生物密度变化在14.09×10~4~487.98×10~4个/L之间,平均为63.05×10~4个/L;生物量变化在0.07~1.41 mg/L之间,平均为0.28 mg/L。密度最高值出现在夏季的黄湓闸(断面5)水域,最低值出现在春季的新洲尾(断面7)水域;生物量最高值出现在夏季的董家窑(断面6)水域,最低值出现在夏季的皖河口(断面1)水域。利用多样性指数分析浮游植物群落结构特征,Shannon-Weiner指数(H')变化范围为1.93~3.10,均值为2.70;Margalef丰富度指数(D)变化范围为1.12~3.00,均值为2.21;Pielou均匀度指数(J)变化范围为0.52~0.93,均值为0.79。Shannon-Weiner指数(H′)、Margalef丰富度指数(D)和Pielou均匀度指数(J)在空间分布上存在显著性差异,季节变化上无显著性差异。多样性指数评价水质为轻-中度污染状态,表明新洲水域水质状况良好。  相似文献

Diesel contaminated soil(DCS) contained a large amount of the hydrocarbons and salt which was dominated by soluble sodium chloride. Aggregation process which made the desired aggregate size distribution could speed up the degradation rate of the hydrocarbons since the aggregated DCS had better physical characteristics than the non-aggregated material. Artificial aggregation increased pores 〉30 μm by approximately 5% and reduced pores 〈1 μm by 5%, but did not change the percentage of the pores between 1 and 30 μm. The saturated hydraulic conductivity of non-aggregated DCS was 5×10-6 m · s-l, but it increased to 1×10-5 m · s-l after aggregation. The compression index of the non-aggregated DCS was 0.0186; however, the artificial aggregates with and without lime were 0.031 and 0.028, respectively. DCS could be piled 0.2 m deep without artificial aggregation; however, it could be applied 0.28 m deep when artificial aggregates were formed without limiting O2 transport.  相似文献

为了寻找出一种平欧杂种榛硬枝扦插的简便方法以及提高其生根率,选择激素种类、激素质量分数和插穗类型3个因素来研究平欧杂种榛1年生硬枝插穗扦插于园土的生根特性和生根率。运用正交试验筛选出扦插生根率效果较佳的组合为激素种类IBA、质量分数200×10-6(6 h)处理根萌蘖下部插穗或者激素种类ABT3号、质量分数200×10-6(6 h)处理当年生枝条中部以上插穗,试验处理中最高生根率为79.33%。平欧杂种榛硬枝扦插是以皮部生根为主,兼有部分愈伤组织生根的生根类型。  相似文献

为了提高安徽省羊肉生产水平和养羊经济效益,引入世界著名肉羊品种波尔山羊和萨能奶山羊,与本地安徽白山羊进行杂交改良,并对安徽白山羊及其二元杂交(波×安,萨×安)、三元杂交(波×萨×安)和级进杂交(波×波×安,波×波×波×安)的生长发育与繁殖性能进行测定.结果显示,0~12月龄羊的日增重,波安F3(118.3 g)、波萨安(107.8 g)、波安F2(110.2 g)、波安F1(102.5 g)、萨安(84.5 g)分别比安徽白山羊(60.4 g)提高95.9%、78.5%、82.5%、69.7%和39.9%;产羔率,安徽白山羊(236.0%)>波安F1(213.3%)>萨安(209.0%)>波萨安(204.2%)>波安F2(198.6%)>波安F3(189.8%);2月龄断奶羔羊成活率,波萨安(94.9%)>萨安(93.6%)>波安F2(93.1%)>波安F3(92.5%)>波安F1(92.3%)>安徽白山羊(90.7%).试验结果揭示了“波萨安”三元杂交的生产效能最高,其次为“波波安”二元级进杂交.  相似文献

Soil electrical conductivity (ECa) measured by electromagnetic induction (EM) using the EM-38 has shown promise as a soil survey tool. Soil temperature influences ECa readings, and temperature can fluctuate considerably in the upper 10cm of the soil during a day. ECa readings were taken in the horizontal and vertical dipole orientations once an hour from 8a.m. to 8p.m. at four sites on three separate days to determine if ECa values were influenced by diurnal temperature variations. Soil temperature readings were taken at the same times at four depths. EM-38 readings remained steady at all four sites all 3days. Linear regression analysis when temperature in the upper 10cm was plotted against ECa yielded low r 2 values and slopes, indicating no correlation between soil temperature in the upper 10cm and ECa values. Diurnal changes in soil temperature do not significantly influence soil ECa readings obtained with the EM-38 under the conditions encountered during the study.  相似文献

采用开顶式熏气装置进行SO2对小麦、玉米的伤害试验研究。结果表明,在小麦返青至灌浆期,用SO2浓度为0.322mgm-3处理的小麦出现了伤害症状。长时间用浓度为0.322,0.211和0.122mgm-3SO2处理的小麦比对照分别减产24%,19%和13%.在不同生育期不同浓度SO2对小麦表观光合作用速率及叶片含硫量都有影响。玉米急性伤害的临界剂量为2.50mgm-3×4h,4.92mgm-3×2h,7.38mgm-3×1h,阈值为5.90mgm-3×8h,6.49mgm-3×6h,11.80mgm-3×4h,15.00mgm-3×2h,17.00mgm-3×1h.  相似文献

为了查明海藻场和贻贝养殖场中均以γ变形菌为优势种的异养浮游细菌发挥不同生态作用的环境条件是否相同,以2009年5月底栖海藻和养殖贻贝快速生长期的实验数据为基础,研究枸杞岛海域表层水体异养浮游细菌与生态环境因子之间的关系。结果显示: 春季异养浮游细菌在海藻场海域、贻贝养殖区海域和过渡海域丰度均值分别为1.60×108个/L、1.21×108个/L和1.56×108个/L, 水平分布为海藻场高于过渡区域高于贻贝养殖场, 且藻场中细菌数量约为贻贝场中的1.33倍。海藻场中异养浮游细菌与叶绿素显著正相关,与铵盐也呈现一定的相关性,这主要归因于大型海藻主要利用硝酸盐而浮游植物与细菌共同竞争铵盐,导致铵盐浓度降低,铵盐成为影响异养浮游细菌生长的限制因子;过渡海域异养浮游细菌和铵盐显著负相关,与溶解有机碳呈正相关;贻贝养殖区中细菌与生态环境因子的关系不明显。因此,叶绿素、铵盐、溶解有机碳是枸杞岛海域春季藻场内外海域制约异养浮游细菌现存量的重要控制因子。  相似文献

Based on the former constructed 'Tyrl' locus genetic map in family 9145, from LB6-2 [Clementine mandarin (C. reticulata) × Hamlin orange (C. sinensis)] × Swingle citrumelo (C. paradise × P. trifoliata), 9 markers were chosen for application in evaluating their effectiveness in marker-assisted selection (MAS) for citrus rootstock breeding program from many F1 progeny of Poncirus trifoliata. As the mapping revealed that these markers were estimated within a range of 12.1 cM in the linkage group, and among them, SCO07 co-segregated with "Tyrl', and 7A4R as the closest to 'Tyrl' with a distance of 1.5 cM, these markers were basically fitful to go MAS screening. The results of screening P. trifoliata F1 progeny indicated that all the markers were inherited in codominant fashion and most of them were heterozygous on PT (Pomery of P. trifoliata)., marker 4L17R/CfoI and 7A4(1407)/BfaI were proved to be consistently reliable for accurate scoring of genotypes and the revealed polymorphism was basically coincided with the citrus nematode resistant phenotype within tested populations. The polymorphic genotype with marker 4L17R/Cfol was found completely matched up with the phenotype of individuals that conferred high resistance to citrus nematode when the USDA hybrid rootstocks were screened. Utilization of these markers, especially the highly specific 4L17R/Cfol and 7A4(1407)/Bfal, should result in great benefit to world citrus industry for early selection in rootstock-breeding program.  相似文献

Mechanical pot-seedling transplanting is an innovatively developed transplanting method that has the potential to replace mechanical carpet-seedling transplanting. However, the initial pot-seedling transplanting machine lacked optimized density spacing and limited yield potential for japonica rice. Therefore, ascertaining the optimized density by wide-narrow rows and the appropriate transplanting method for yield formation and grain quality of japonica rice is of great importance for high-quality rice production. Field experiments were conducted using two japonica rice cultivars Nanjing 9108 and Nanjing 5055 under three transplanting methods in 2016 and 2017: mechanical pot-seedling transplanting with wide-narrow row(K, average row spacing of 30 cm); equidistant row(D, 33 cm×12 cm); and mechanical carpet-seedling transplanting(T, 30 cm×12.4 cm). In addition, five different density treatments were set in K(K1–K5, from 18.62×10~4 to 28.49×10~4 hills ha~(–1)). The results showed that the highest yield was produced by a planting density of 26.88×104 hills ha~(–1) in mechanical pot-seedling transplanting with wide-narrow row with a greater number of total spikelets that resulted from significantly more panicles per area and slightly more grain number per panicle, as compared with equidistant row, and yield among density in wide-narrow row showed a parabolic trend. Compared with mechanical carpet-seedling transplanting, the treatment of the highest yield increased yield significantly, which was mainly attributed to the larger sink size with improved filled-grain percentage and grain weight, higher harvest index, and increased total dry matter accumulation, especially the larger amount accumulated from heading stage to maturity stage. With the density in wide-narrow row decreasing, processing quality, appearance quality, and nutrition quality were all improved, whereas amylose content and the taste value were decreased. Compared with mechanical carpet-seedling transplanting, mechanical pot-seedling transplanting improved processing quality and nutrition quality, but decreased amylose content and deteriorated appearance quality. These results suggested that mechanical pot-seedling transplanting with wide-narrow row coupling produced a suitable planting density of 26.88×10~4 hills ha~(–1) and may be an alternative approach to improving grain yield and quality for japonica rice.  相似文献

A grain pile delivered from the combine harvesters to the postharvest handling stations contains, besides the full-value grain, foreign materials, including the poisonous ergot sclerotia. The use of air-sieveseparating machines and other devices does not provide any positive results during cleaning of the grain material from the ergot due to the similarity of its properties and properties of the cleaned crop. The grains of the main cereal crops (wheat, barley, rye, oats) has specific gravity of (1.2–1.5) × 103 kg/m3 and that of ergot sclerotia is (0.9–1.15) × 103 kg/m3. Cleaning of the grain from the ergot sclerotia is possible in saline solution. The estimation of the height of location of the charging hopper as to the level of the saline solution was made to develop the device for cleaning the grain material by the specific gravity using the wet method. It is stated that, taking into account the geometrical dimensions (l kernel = 8.0 × 10–3 m3 and r kernel = 1.0 × 10–3 m) of the grain of the main grain crops upon the saline solution density ρr = 1.15 × 103 kg/m3 corresponding to the maximum density value ρs of the ergot sclerotia, the coefficient of the solution surface tension σ = 0.0816 n/m and the coefficient of the hydrodynamic resistance c = 0.9, the height h of location of the hopper as to the surface of the saline solution makes from 21.35 × 10–3 m for the grain with the density ρz = 1.5 × 103 kg/m3 to 34.01 × 10–3 for the grain with the density ρz = 1.2 × 103 kg/m3.  相似文献

根据我国国家金枪鱼渔业观察员2012年10月-2013年1月和2013年10月-2014年2月两个阶段在印度洋中西部采集1233尾黄鳍金枪鱼的样本,对其进行了繁殖生物学的研究,主要分析黄鳍金枪鱼纯重、叉长、性比、性成熟率和性腺指数等繁殖生物学参数。结果表明:(1)雌性雄性叉长-纯重关系式分别是W=7×10-6L3.244和W=6×10-6L3.197;(2)雌雄之比为0.74∶1,达到性成熟的雌雄个体性别比为0.69∶1;(3)雌性性腺指数为0.39~5.92,在雌性个体中性腺指数大于2的占52.03%;雄性性腺指数为0.44~3.37,在雄性个体中性腺指数大于2的占31.43%。(4)雌、雄性成熟叉长的Logistic曲线分别是P=1/[1+e0.08276×(122.991-FLm)]和P=1/[1+e0.03767×(118.618-FLm)];(5)采样期间(10月至翌年2月)雌、雄性个体分别在12月和1月的性成熟率达到最高,在2月份性成熟率最低;(6)根据体长分布推算,叉长为115 cm可以作为黄鳍金枪鱼个体分为大小两个群体的基准,雌雄样本中大个体所占比例分别是63.13%和75.40%,两个群体中,雌雄个体大小存在显著性差异(P0.05)。本文的研究结果有助于更好地了解印度洋西部黄鳍金枪鱼的生物学特征,为我国进一步开发该种渔业资源提供基础资料。  相似文献

野猪(Sus scrofa)危害农作物是人与野猪冲突的主要体现,经常带来巨大经济损失。研究利用1956年至2021年间的121篇文献数据,对野猪危害农作物的时间和空间特征进行研究。结果表明:(1)时间特征上,野猪对农作物造成的损失呈上升趋势。1956年—2000年农作物损失面积40.00±53.33 hm2/年,损失金额23.25±34.03万元/年;2001年—2021年的农作物损失面积1520.00±4766.67hm2/年,损失金额2506.65±12248.76万元/年。2000年后的农作物损失面积显著高于2000年前(p<0.05);(2)从时间特征上看,我国野猪危害农作物均多发生在秋季,约占总体危害的50%,夏季仅次于秋季,约占总体危害的31%;(3)从空间特征看,我国的东北区、中南区、西南区、华东区、华北区、西北区野猪造成的农作物损失面积依次增加,其中最严重的是西北区,农作物损失面积与该区农作物播种总面积比值为(16.0±38.56)×10-4,损失金额14910.61±52212.95万元;东北区最少,农作物损失面积与该区农作物播种总面积比值为(1.63±4.39)×10-4,损失金额591.37±967.15万元,但不同地区野猪危害损失农作物面积与农田播种面积之比均未发现显著的差异(p>0.05)。研究为我国的野猪危害农作物进行科学精准防控提供依据,有助于减少野猪危害农作物带来的损失和有效缓解人与野猪冲突。  相似文献

杭州湾人工潟湖夏季浮游植物群落演替与环境因子的关系   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
金山城市沙滩是东海杭州湾的一处人工潟湖,是上海首个滨海4A级景区,由于潟湖本身复杂的物理海洋学性质,为了确保金山城市沙滩水质优良,近年来一直在对其进行生态修复。本研究从2016至2018年,连续3年夏季对该潟湖浮游植物群落结构及其变化与环境因子之间的关系进行了调查,结果显示:2016—2018年夏季浮游植物种类不断增多,共发现浮游植物7门109种,其中硅藻门(Bacillariophyta)、蓝藻门(Cyanophyta)和绿藻门(Chlorophyta)种类较多。优势属共发现13个,优势度较大的是微囊藻属(Microcystis)、囊裸藻属(Trachelomonas)、直链藻属(Melosira)和小环藻属(Cyclotella),其中微囊藻属是夏季第一优势属,其他优势属重合度小。2016—2018年浮游植物丰度变化很大,分别为50.78×10~4~5 957.52×10~4个/L、5.35×10~4~25.67×10~4个/L和474.87×10~4~1 026.94×10~4个/L,其中微囊藻丰度最大,分别占97.88%、68.18%和77.23%。调查期间,浮游植物的多样性指数(H′)和均匀度指数(J′)先增大后减小,但总体呈上升趋势,而第一优势属优势度总体下降,说明经过生态修复,水体浮游植物群落发生正向演替,生态风险有减小趋势。RDA分析表明,总氮、总磷、铵盐、亚硝酸盐、无机磷和硅酸盐是影响浮游植物群落的重要环境因子。其中硅酸盐、亚硝酸盐、铵盐和无机磷与该潟湖的浮游植物群落相关性较大。  相似文献
