Numerical control last making machine is a machine that is used to process shoe last. A new principle of numerical control machining shoe last is put forward aiming at the deficiency of current carving last system. On the basis of the principle, the algorithm of cutter machining position during numerical controlled carving last is analyzed in detail. The complex problem of the calculation of cutter machining positiion is resolved by applying spherical milling cutter that is often used in machining free_curve surface today and taking account of practical situation of the shoe last_making machine. At the same time, the calculation of cutter machining position is realized by program using Visual C++6.0. As a result, the calculation time of cutter machining position is reduced greatly and the efficiency of design is improved. Moreover, the process of carving last is agile and precision of carving last is ensured.  相似文献

Based on the mechanism of spiral V notch loosen blasting,uncoupled explosive loading is adopted to prevent the explosion waves from breaking the wall of the blasting hole. Relative parameters of spiral V notch are analyzed and their calculating formulae are achieved. The expressions of the width of the blasted crack,the length of the developed crack and of the sizes of the blasted lumps are obtained. The relationship between the blastyed effect, the spiral angle, and the notching angle is studied, which provides a theoretical base for developing a blasting strategy with desirable lump sizes.  相似文献

In this paper,the seeking optimum method for determining symmetrical axis of cam, the method for acquiring the obsolute lift value of every sampling-point on cam, and the method for obtaining the lift error of node on cam as well as curve of lift error by fitting with N order harmonic components are described. This research explores the enlightenment on the design conceptualization and visualization in digital architecture.This study uses 3D models as the main source of data,taking the process of design development as its object.A rapid prototyping(RP) technology is used for 3D color output of design models.The substantiated digital models are used as an important media in design interaction.It is found from the study that RP models were an important media in connecting the virtual world and the real world.Designers could verify their intentions and thus increase efficiency by switching between both worlds.The surface attributes of components and the characteristics of architectural spaces could be merges with images,as a way to extend the freedom in the declaration of a surface's appearance.The large amount of design information can be simplified by explicit visualizing design data.  相似文献

According to existent problems on design and application of the cylindrical cam mechanism with the slide roller-follower, the one correct concept about profile design and pressure angle is presented. Based on this concept, the theoretical profile,practical profile,meshing surface equations and pressure angle formula of the cam mechanism are built up by using opp.rotation analysis and offset surface principle. This method is very simple and clear, and avoids the abstract analysing process in meshing principle. The mathematic models built by this paper can be used to design,manufacture and check this type of cam mechanism correctly, and also create conditions to make deeply meshing property analysis of this mechanism.  相似文献

研究了以“黄瓜子叶法”为特征的蔬菜灰霉病杀菌剂的筛选模式.采用本方法标准药剂速克灵、扑海因获得很好的重复性;接种最适宜的分生孢子浓度为1×10~5/ml;菌丝菌龄对实验结果有明显的影响;采用浸渍法或喷雾法进行药剂处理对实验结果影响不大,但前者操作似更简单.供试乳化剂、溶剂中,除农乳700号及二甲基甲酰胺之外,对蔬菜灰霉病菌均无明显的影响.  相似文献

According to the graphics characteristics of metallic doors & windows design and based on the research of graphics dimension restriction problems. This paper provides a new method for parameterized design of metallic doors & windows in virtue of expression solution. In this method, the restrictions of graphic elements have been changed into the parameter expressions of sizes and positions of graphic elements. Through the calculation of such expressions, the parameter driven method has been reached. Thus the parameterization of graphics can be easier and quicker than before. A 3D model of a 2 DOF spatial linkage mechanism was built using ADAMS. Kinematic analysis and simulation of the model were performed. The analysis results show that this mechanism meets the design requirements, which provides the basis for further design and control of the mechanism. The main factors that have an impact on mechanism precision subsequently were analyzed and designed. The results show that the sensitivity of the two legs' lengths ranks higher than that of the other design variables. Therefore, the precision design of the bipod is the key point to achieve mechanism precision. The study provides a theoretical foundation for the design, manufacture, assembly, and control of the mechanism.  相似文献

Based on an analysis of the current die design situation, the numerical simulation software Dynaform was applied to die development. In a compacting spring bracket project, the finite element method and shape forming technology were used to simulate and validate the pressing and forming processes. Top to bottom technology of Pro/Engineering next was adopted to design the die. The result shows such die design methods and technologies can help designers develop dies quickly and accurately and improve productivity.  相似文献

介绍了一种新的快速鉴定棉花品种抗黄萎病的方法——六棱塑料钵定量注菌液法 ,与传统的鉴定方法相比具有以下优点 :1使用有底的六棱塑料钵 ,灭菌后可以重复使用 ,减少了制作营养钵的工作量 ,而且其造型有利于棉苗根系下扎生长。2以价格低廉、通透性好、一次性使用、经高温灼烧的蛭石填充营养钵作生长基质 ,可免去灭菌消毒工序 ,也有利于棉苗根系生长发育。3种子催芽技术出苗整齐、生长健壮 ,每钵只种 1~ 2棵棉苗 ,减小了寄主个体间的竞争。4用六棱营养钵培育棉苗时 ,棉苗根系生长健壮且须根紧贴塑料钵内壁生长 ,采用先用粗铁丝定点伤根再定量注菌液的方法 ,有利于病菌的侵入 ,且不会因伤主根而使病情加重  相似文献
