The definition, history and development process of water pollution control planning are introduced in this paper. The new methods of water pollution control planning based on GIS and ANN technology are introduced as well. 以山西省晋城市土地利用规划为例,采用三维建模法和可视化分析法,将电子沙盘技术与相关规划数据结合,利用ArcGIS和skyline等软件实现土地利用规划演示系统的构建,形成一套成本低廉、易于复制的技术流程,增强其科学性和可行性。结果表明,通过生成三维电子沙盘和叠合土地利用规划数据来开发土地利用规划演示系统,经济效益优于平面规划演示平台,能够有效改观规划成果的视觉效果,提高原有数据的利用率,便于专家领导及相关公众直接参与和评判规划,其他地区也可以得到参考和借鉴。  相似文献

Belt grinding machine with multi axis computer number control(CNC) system can effectively process parts with complex moulding surfaces.In this paper,iso parametric and iso planar tool path planning strategies customized for this kind of machine are proposed.The tool path generation methods are designed based on the analysis of the belt grinding process.By using least square method,optimized cross section normal is computed in the iso planar method.To improve the design efficiency of path planning,reduce experiments and increase economical benefit,the geometric simulation program based on linear grinding model is developed.Experiment on a turbine blade profile shows that the proposed algorithms work satisfyingly.  相似文献

Regulatory detailed planning is the most direct management tool for urban development and construction activities. Through theoretical deduction, this paper demonstrated the elastic relationship between the land-transferring price and the floor area ratio(FAR) of residential land, which represented the space control intensity for regulatory detailed planning. Based on the two dimensions of market regulation and fiscal replenishment, this paper also established an analytical framework for the space control intensity for regulatory detailed planning. The results showed that the space control intensity for regulatory detailed planning decreased with the expansion of urban scale and that the weaker the market regulation and the stronger the land finance dependence, the weaker the space control intensity for regulatory detailed planning. Based on this, this paper proposed that local governments should strengthen the scientificity and openness of regulatory detailed planning, institutionally resolve the predicament due to fiscal decentralization, and reduce the dependence on land transfer income.  相似文献

This paper, by introducing the conception of planning scheme of Zijingang West Campus of Zhejiang University, expounds how to integrate the traditional "human landscape" spirit into the planning and design of the modern campus, so as to create a personalized campus where cultural traditions are complementary to natural atmosphere. In this paper, with the campus planning and design as an extension as well as the blending and symbiosis between urban historical culture and natural scenery as the focus of attention, the Chinese thinking pattern stressing prefect harmony and in-depth dialogue between culture and nature is expected to be applied to the construction of modern cities to build and improve the "Shanshui city" planning system so that the planning concept that Chinese thought, "unity of man and nature", is used to build modern cities is carried forward.  相似文献

通过比较水稻主要病虫草害全程防控减量施药技术的优缺点,为农药减量应用提供技术参考。试验设计非化学绿色防控技术、化学药剂及化学药剂减量加助剂3套农药减量方案。方案一,化学药剂用量合计6450 mL/hm2,本田除草剂用量占比为97.7%;方案二,化学药剂用量合计8285.55 mL/hm2,除草剂用量占比为62%;方案三,化学药剂用量6616.05 mL/hm2,除草剂用量占比为36.7%。方案一施药次数比方案二和方案三少4次,化学药剂用量分别比方案二、方案三减少1835.55 mL/hm2和166.05 mL/hm2,分别减量22.2%和2.5%。方案三与方案二相比化学药剂用量减少1669.5 mL/hm2,减量20.1%。从农药减量与防控效果上看,方案一和方案三都达到了预期效果,方案一以生物措施防控水稻潜叶蝇和水稻二化螟,防效略高于其他2个方案。  相似文献

A modified genetic algorithm for automatically assembly sequence planning is presented in this paper. The assembly direction sets of parts in structure are built to evaluate a assembly sequence without collisions. Five genetic operators are proposed. The fitness of sequence is calculated by its reorientation number, and a fitness scaling scheme is used to overcome premature termination. [目的]构建合理的空间规划体系是落实国家生态文明战略的重要举措和落实用途管制制度的重要抓手。研究围绕建立和落实用途管制制度的目标提出了我国空间规划体系构建的思路和整体框架、层次与组成、功能与内容,以期为我国空间规划体系的建立提供理论基础。[方法]通过文献研究和综合分析的方法分析了我国现行的空间规划体系、发达国家的空间规划体系、我国“多规合一”的试点成果和围绕落实用途管制制度的我国空间规划体系改革的思路与框架等。[结果]研究表明我国现行的空间规划体系存在众多问题,但可以通过构建更为科学的空间规划体系予以解决。我国空间规划体系的构建可以借鉴发达国家空间规划体系的成熟做法和吸取我国“多规合一”试点取得的经验。围绕落实用途管制制度构建“全国——省级——地级——县级”四级的“国土空间规划+专项规划”的规划组成的空间规划体系,每一级的规划是基于落实用途管制制度且对应于该级政府事权和相关部门事权的规划。“国土空间规划”是全域性国土空间保护与开发的战略性、纲领性和基础性规划,是划定“用途区”的规划;“专项规划”是落实用途管制制度和精细化管理的需要而编制的部门性规划,是“用途区”的保护和开发的规划。[结论]研究坚持“层次清晰、功能明确、上下衔接”和“宏观、中观、微观,远期、近期,刚性、弹性”相结合的基本要求和原则,构建了基于落实用途管制制度的空间规划体系思路和整体框架、层次与组成、功能与内容,这将为国国内空间规划体系和落实用途管制制度构建提供理论基础。  相似文献

随着村庄空心化问题的日益凸显,农村居民点空间布局重构对于指导区域农村居民点整理规划、确定经济发展主要方向具有重要价值。本文以黑龙江省绥化市明水县为研究区,通过计算研究区空心化程度、农村居民点整理的重要性指数、迫切性指数、整理时序指数,对研究区农村居民点的整理时序进行划分,提出农村居民点的整理迁移方案。研究结果表明:研究区各乡镇农村居民点空心化现象明显,在空心化趋势预测结果中,规划近期通泉乡空心化增强趋势变化最明显,规划中期树人乡空心化增强趋势变化最明显,规划远期育林乡空心化增强趋势变化最明显;在农村居民点整理时序上,近期农居点整理比重较大的乡镇有通泉乡、永兴镇、崇德镇和通达镇;最后,根据研究区各农村居民点的空间分布情况及农民意愿,提出合理的整理迁移方案,研究成果为指导县域农村居民点经济发展提供参考和科学依据。  相似文献

According to the urgent need for motorcycle parts enterprise to improve the ability of information exchange and business collaboration between the production process and other links such as the marketing, design, production planning, outsourcing, purchasing and delivering, an integration framework of the intergraded workshop production management system for motorcycle parts enterprise is presented. It can be integrated with the designing and production planning management systems upwards, the workshop equipments and workers downwards, and the subcontract production and supply chain management systems outwards. Then, some key technologies are studied, such as the realization scheme of system integration based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), the data integration and sharing mechanism of heterogeneous information system based on eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and the real-time interaction technology of workshop information based on the multi-functional interactive information terminals, etc. Finally, the system is developed and successfully applied in a motorcycle parts enterprise, and good results are obtained.  相似文献

基于过程模拟的东昌湖流域水环境承载力评估与预测   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
基于过程模拟的水环境承载力评估与预测对区域社会经济的可持续发展有重要的指导作用。以东昌湖及其流域为研究对象,利用Vensim软件构建了由流域社会经济、流域与湖泊水资源、流域与湖泊水环境子系统构成的系统动力学模型。从社会经济、水资源与水环境3个方面构建了包括人均GDP、城镇化率等11个水环境承载力评价指标,采用模糊综合评价法进行评价。以2008年为现状年,以2015年、2020年为近期和远期规划水平年,在规划方案的基础上拟定了3种改善型方案:资源环境约束型、社会经济约束型、协调发展型,对不同发展方案下的水环境承载能力状况进行分析。结果表明,规划方案下东昌湖污染物严重超标(2020年东昌湖CODCr、氨氮、TN平均浓度分别为43.61、2.16、2.85 mg/L),承载力系数较低(2020年达到0.17);协调发展型方案不仅改善东昌湖水质方面效果显著,而且其水环境承载力系数优于其他方案(2020年达到0.67),预计到2020年CODCr、氨氮和TN浓度可满足水质目标要求(2020年东昌湖CODCr、氨氮、TN评价浓度分别为22.56、1.13、1.41 mg/L)。以协调发展型方案为推荐方案,给出了相应的建议对策。  相似文献

为促进中国农民专业合作社在联结“小农户与大市场”的过程中更加有效地开展农产品营销,以3个全国优秀农民专业合作社为例,对其在产前、产中和产后开展农产品营销的行动及其有效性进行分析和比较。总结得出:合作社的营销行动主要体现在产前进行生产规划和产品质量控制,产中开展生产标准化管理和产品安全化控制,产后运用各种营销策略促进销售和树立形象等方面;进而分析农民专业合作社成功开展农产品营销的原因及其深入营销渠道的有效性和阻力,最后给出几点建议。

The load changed of motor affects normal run. If it is not adjusted, the state of motor will become poor, while it affects steady of the system. This paper presents an efficient method for the motor speed controlling, it applies Tacagi-Sugeno's method that each linear submodels are connected for fuzzy algorithm, an algorithm of the fuzzy model identifying and fuzzy control is fulfilled through whole nonlinear model which are replaced with local linear models. It makes speed of motor to maintain steady, and variable structure control is applied to guarantee performance of dynamic flowing for process controlled, the design of stability and robustness is proposed in the scheme. Practice running results show that it is efficient that uncertain dynamic processes are controlled.  相似文献

土壤可蚀性K值作为评价土壤特性的重要参数,是水土保持规划、土地利用评价、水土保持综合治理工程等规划设计工作中的重要基础数据。笔者从贵州省五大石漠化治理类型区的空间角度出发,选择五个典型小流域作为研究对象,应用EPIC模型分析其土壤抗蚀性,探索不同类型石漠化土壤可蚀性的特征及差异,初步认为贵州省岩溶地区总体由北向南K值逐渐增大,峰丛洼地石漠化类型区土壤可蚀性最大,土壤最易侵蚀。  相似文献
