An Aggregate Demand Forecasting Model on the Residence of Chongqing Main City Zone

Developing of real estate industry is one of the important ways to optimize Chongqing's industry structure and develop Chongqing's economy based on the relative theory. This paper brings forward an aggregate demand forecasting model on the residence of Chongqing main city zone according as data of the level of residence and relative factors in a certain period of Chongqing main city zone,by the way of gradually regressing and compounding forecasting. The model indicates that, according with the characteristic of residence,the aggregate demand of the residence is positive correlation to the polulation of Chongqing main city zone.     

An Analysis on Specialization and Synthesis Development of ChongQing''s Industrial Structure

Through an analysis on specialization and synthesis development of Chongqing's three-D industrial structure and 13 major sectors, dominant specialization sectors and their status and functions, the relationships among dominant specialization sectors and non - specialization ones are given in this paper. This would be helpful for Chongqing to establish rational industrial policies, to upgrade its industrial structure level.     

An Analysis on the Altitude of Industrial Structure of Chongqing

To supply an even more amplitude background for the analysis on the quality of the structure of Chongqing, this paper analyzed the altitudes of employment structure and production value structure among three industry structures in Chongqing, then an static and dynamic comparison with other countries of DIFFERENT levels on the basis of grasping Chongqing's status in Western Area. An structural explanation of ChongQing's economy development stage aiming at giving an even more amplitude background to analyze the essence of its industrial structure.     

Real Option Method in Real Estate Investment Decision

Through analysis of basic assumptions and limitations of the conventional real estate investment decision method, in this paper, its unconformity to the investment environment, which includes a great number of uncertain elements, is pointed out. By analyzing the real option and the price formula, the pattern of real option in real estate investment decision is put forward and this breaks through the limitations of the conventional investment decision method and makes the decision scientifically and reasonably, moreover, it has some directive significance to investment administration work of real estate corporation.     

Discussion of the Application and Foreground of Falling Water Aeration with the Process of Sewage Treatment

The engineering design of sewage treatment plant for the Chongqing city, P. R. China is analyzed in this paper. Considering the situation of China and other projects, the characteristics of falling water reactor for the environment protection project and economy of investment is introduced ; the application and foreground of falling water aeration in the process of sewage treatment is discussed, such as Oxidation - ditch, SBR, and so on. The conclusion indicated that the falling water aeration can be designed and used as an independent aeration, and, it is an upgraded technology of sewage treatment which is adaptive for city water environment control in middle and small towns in China. The falling water aeration may reduce running cost of the sewage treatment plant, is adaptive for foothill and the mountainous areas, and reduces project investment and environments damage.     

An Analysis of the Existing Problemsand Countermeasures in Chongqing Listed Companies

This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of such problems as industrial structure readjustment and corporate governance in Chongqing's 22 A-type listed companies from 1993 to 1994.Based on present realistic situation and future development need,a set of countermeasures including industrial structural readjustment,modern enterprise system promotion,capital market development and macro policy formulation has been put forward for consideration.

Analysis on Unbalance of Real Estate Investment Goal under the Environment of High Profit Margin

With incessant development of Chinese real estate market, the amount and size of real estate corporations are enlarging rapidly and the real estate corporation investment goal is tending to become divertive. So it is especially important to understand rightly the investment goal of the real estate corporations. This paper analyzes the unbalance phenomena of real estate corporation investment under the environment of high profit margin and discusses the serious aftereffect from this unbalance. Finally this paper brings forward the right order of investment goals for the real estate corporations in order to contribute to a nicer performance of real estate corporations in establishing sustainable development stratagem.

Having demonstrated the importance of establishing the appraisal system for the effect of investment control by supervision,this paper designs not only the appraisal model for this problem by citing the basic theories of Analytic Hierarchy Process but also interprets the application conditions and specific approach of the model.Finally,the paper introduces an actual project case by using the model and analyzes the general practical application environment of the model.     

The Real Option Method of Real Estate Exploitation Evaluation

Real estate exploitations have high risk and its exploitation environment is quite uncertain. The traditional investment value methods, such as the net present value and discount cash flow methods, usually undervalue the real estate value. In this paper the real option pricing theories and methods are applied to discuss real estate investment value under uncertainty. This method provides a new approach for real estate items.     

准噶尔盆地南缘沙产业发展差异与影响的多元统计分析

为了研究新疆沙产业发展区域差异性,分析沙产业发展与环境、经济的关系,选取准噶尔盆地南缘的19个县市（兵团）作为主要研究对象,数据来源为实地调查和新疆统计年鉴、各地2013年统计公报等面板数据,筛选出当地沙产业发展、经济发展以及环境状况的16个典型指标,运用因子分析、聚类分析等方法,对调查区19个不同区域的沙产业发展进行了综合评价与分类比较,采用多元线性回归,分析了沙产业发展与环境、经济之间的相互关系。得出以下结论：（1）沙产业发展能够改善环境,拉动经济;（2）沙产业发展的焦点和难点为均衡性不足;（3）沙产业前期发展的短板是“挤出效应”。提出以下建议：（1）因地制宜,发展特色沙产业;（2）加大科技创新投入力度,合理规划投资规模。

Rural Development Program for State-Level New Area in Western China: An Empirical Analysis and Policy Suggestions Based on Villagers' Wishes

Rural development that has been raised to an unprecedented strategic position has become an important fulcrum for China to maintain its rapid economic growth in the future when China's economy has entered a period of new normal. As a quintessential example in the state-level new area of western China and mountainous city, rural areas around Chongqing's Liangjiang New Area have typical preferential policies, space structure, and industrial layout. This study is different from the traditional rural research which focuses on the spatial arrangement of settlements and facilities. From the perspective of villagers' participation and field investigation, this study objectively understands the characteristics, advantages and problems of rural development, and explores the development problems in rural areas, so as to provide a reference for rural planning.     

Index System Incubation Performance of Science and Technology Enterprise Incubator

The business incubator comes from the management model that provides environment,service for science and technology small enterprises to accelerates their growth.Incubation performance is a main evaluation criterion to choose incubator for venture investment enterprises.The paper constructs incubation performance evaluation system of science and technology business incubator,and establishes a method model to calculate weigh based on Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).The conclusion is that the AHP is applied well to the structure the incubation performance index system of science and technology enterprise Incubator index system based on an example.     

福建省林业投资环境评价

林业投资环境评价研究成果能够为林业投资者决策提供参考资料,为政府改善林业投资环境提供决策依据。采用因子分析法得到影响林业投资环境的5个主要因子,并选取了广东、浙江、江西、湖南、湖北5个省份作为福建省林业投资环境的横向比较对象,通过评价得出：福建省林业投资环境5个因子的得分在6个比较省份中的排名分别为第一、第五、第二、第一和第四,综合评价在6个省份中居首位。在此基础上,找出影响福建省林业投资环境的薄弱因子,并且针对这些薄弱因子提出了改善福建省林业投资环境的建议。     

北京市社会力量参与新农村建设效果与未来展望

社会力量是新农村建设的重要主体之一。为了解社会力量参与新农村建设的建设效果,填补有关研究空白,本文以北京为例做了实地调查。结果发现,在新农村建设中,多种社会力量积极参与,取得了良好的经济社会效益,其中政府在参与建设和政策引导方面起到了重要的推动作用。但同时,社会力量在参与新农村建设过程中,建设内容及合作方式还相对简单,建设项目偏重直接的经济投资,对医疗卫生、精神文化和社会公益等项目投入不足,一些建设还存在形象工程、破坏环境等问题。鉴于此,本文认为,在引导社会力量进行新农村建设过程中应该做好政策鼓励、舆论引导和组织保障等工作,并充分发挥农民的主体地位,为新农村建设培育良好的氛围。     

北京市平谷区“生态桥”治理工程废弃物资源化利用和运行模式研究

“生态桥”治理工程是北京平谷区针对桃树枝废弃物资源化利用而提出一套废弃物资源化利用和乡村治理的模式,对于破解乡村环境治理困境具有重要意义。本研究分析了“生态桥”治理工程废弃物资源化利用和运行模式特征。结果表明：“生态桥”治理工程通过堆制有机肥、食用菌栽培、制作栽培基质和地表覆盖物等资源化利用方式,打造桃树枝废弃物良性生态循环模式。在运行模式上,“生态桥”治理工程建立投融资平台,统筹资金使用与投入方式,建立起财政资金有效使用和管理办法,激发企业投入农村环境治理的动力,保障农民全员参与的机制。通过“生态桥”工程设施,吸引社会资本进入乡村环境治理领域,有效改善环境质量,推动乡村生态环境建设投融资机制改革,提高了乡村生态环境综合治理水平,是一种有效的乡村环境治理模式。     

Liquidity Risk Management of the Open-end Securities Investment Fund

The main object of this paper is to research the liquidity risk management of the open-end securities investment fund in line with the real position of China's securities market and investment regulation of the open-end securities investment fund.So the paper concentrates on discussing the redemption forecasting methods,stock liquidity assessment system,portfolio selection in line with the redemption forecast,and financing from the other institution,which are the main parts of liquidity risk management of the open-end securities investment fund.     

天然橡胶国际投资发展潜力评估——以科特迪瓦为例

[目的］为给中国天然橡胶产业“走出去”提供科学参考,[方法］拟以国际投资理论和产业发展理论为支撑,构建橡胶种植业国际投资发展潜力评价体系,对科特迪瓦天然橡胶产业发展潜力进行评估。运用因子分析法得出影响天然橡胶跨国发展的关键因素,并进行综合评价。[结果］结果表明,较好的天然橡胶产业发展基础,较高的资源潜能开发度,广阔的经济发展前景对橡胶种植业国际投资有积极的推动作用。[结论］从评价的得分来看,虽然科特迪瓦天然橡胶产业发展环境存在不稳定性,但总体呈现向上的发展态势,中国天然橡胶产业在非洲的投资可以优先选择科特迪瓦作为主要投资目的地。
