Construction and Application of GPS Location-based Services System Based on JAVA

A method of constructing GPS-based positioning services system by means of JAVA technology is introduced in this paper. The position data, which are sent from GPS satellites, are received by GPS receiving terminal and are analyzed by mobile computing client developed on J2ME in accordance with the differential GPS algorithm. The client submits special position querying information to position server in way of wireless GPRS network. After computing and data querying, the server developed by J2EE returns results to the mobile device. Then, the mobile computing client displays the position map or carries out further processing. All of these form a highly precise location-based services system.     

基于MQTT协议的移动冷库智能监控系统设计

随着人们对生鲜果蔬需求的增加,我国冷链物流得到快速发展。移动冷库由于其综合成本低,使用方便灵活的优势得到广泛的应用。针对移动冷库分布式、全方位监控的需求,设计了基于MQTT协议的智能移动冷库监控系统。该系统将物联网技术、传感器技术和无线通信技术等诸多技术相结合,采用MQTT协议实现冷库与用户之间消息传递,可实时监测冷库的运行参数,并能远程控制冷库工作模式,设定目标温度,极大提高冷库的智能化水平,具有较大的应用价值。     

Adaptive Intrusion Detection System Based on Agent and Data Mining

Intrusion detection system is an essential component of network security protection mechanisms. Most intrusion detection system can not adapt the variation of network environment. Aiming at this problem, an adaptive strategy that composed of condition space and strategy space is proposed. The condition space describes the network environment and the strategy space describes the strategy. There is an exclusive strategy corresponds to a certain environment state in condition space. On the base of the adaptive strategy, an adaptive intrusion detection system based on agent and data mining is designed. The simulation experiments indicate that the adaptive strategy is effective.     

USSD Technology and Its Application of Mobile Telecommunication System

This paper concludes the technique and application character of USSD, the related network structure of USSD platform, explains the handle flow of the interactive response of USSD. By analyzing the application type in mobile communication and market benefit of USSD, combining the feature of USSD service platform, it presents the infrastructure of USSD system and application, including composing of core system, deployment of application (assignment of service code, suitable application type and market benefit), and the influence and change to the existent network.     

Study on Network Learning System Based on Fuzzy Mathsmatic

Evaluation of network study result is key job that network teaching and network teaching system developments. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to analyze the network study based on the network study evaluation system index system combining with the characteristics of the combinative network study. The paper puts forward the model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of network study, it proves the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is a kind of valid method than other traditional method in network learning through an experiment.     

Study on Broadband Cellular Mobile Communication System OFDM Based

The characteristic of broadband mobile channel is analyzed, then we construct a model of bidimensions wideband mobile channel based on delay and Doppler frequency domain. On the basis of describing OFDM theory, the design on initial physical layer of broadband cellular mobile communication systems is proposed. Simulation for base band system is ground on channel model proposed above. The results of experiment and simulation are relatively inosculated, which manifest the well prospect of the communication system proposed for future application.     

Using Agent Server to Enhance the Performance of Remote Data Service Based on HFC Network

The bi-directional Hybrid Fiber/Coaxial (HFC), which has almost 1GHz frequency bandwidth to transmit information, is the best access mode except Fiber to the Home (FTTH). Initial experiences indicate that real-world HFC networks are susceptible to a variety of radio-frequency impairments that significantly reduce the benefits of using high-speed cable modems. In this paper, the performance of data services in the TCP sub-layer of a HFC network is discussed and an agent server is used to enhance the performance of remote data transmission.[WT5HZ]     

Research on Load Prediction Model of Air Condition System Based on Elman Neural Network

The load of air condition system is influenced by many factors, and they are variable and nonlinear, The relation between them is dynamic,It is impossible to forecaste the load of air condition syestem accurately by traditional method. But Recurrent Neural Network is able to reflect the dynamic lively and directly. Elman is one of the typical RNN. Based on the analysis as above, prediction model of air-condition system based on Elman neural network is established, and some prediction is done. The prediction accuracy of Elman neural network and BP neural network is compared, and the experiments show that the Elman neural network is efficiency and accuracy , so Elman neural network is a new and reliable method for predicting the load of air-condition system.     

Research and Development of Evaluation system Based on Neural Network and Expert System

As a single system of evaluation, both neural network (NN) and traditional expert system (ES) have many limitations. Developing evaluation system integrating NN with ES is an available way to offset their weakness. With black-box module, a new frame of evaluation system is developed in relative independent method. Then, a way of programming and realizing evaluation system, which is more close to human thinking, is put forward.     

基于无线传感器网络的森林火情实时监测系统

为了实现森林火情监测过程的自动化、智能化和网络化,提出基于无线传感器网络的森林火情实时监测系统。该系统由无线传感监测网络和监控中心2部分组成,可实时、在线、精确获取森林气象及火场环境信息,具有部署灵活、维护方便、成本低廉、扩展性好等优点。移动节点的引入进一步加强了消防人员的安全保障和监测系统的可靠性。将该系统应用在情况复杂多变、实时性要求很高的森林防火,能显著提高救灾效率,减少火灾所带来的人员和财产损失。     

Tracking System of Mobile Satellite Communication Ground Station Based on Grads Tracking Method

Existing mobile satellite communication ground stations mostly achieve satellite tracking with laser gyro.But such stations are not only expensive but also ponderous for installation in moving vehicles,and they can only track geostationary satellite.In order to solve these problems,a tracking scheme using grads tracking method is proposed.With this scheme,not only the expensive laser gyro can be eliminated from the system,but also non-geostationary satellite can be tracked.A tracking scheme based on GRAD-DBF(grads-digital beam forming)are presented.The tracking system can eliminate both the laser gyro and the mech-electronic rotating pedestal and servo system,at the same time it has the ability of tracking multiple non-geostationary satellites.Simulation programs and results of the tracking scheme are given by the software Mathcad.     

基于共享服务模式的农业资源管理WebGIS系统构建

根据现有农业资源管理信息系统在可视化表达和资源共享方面存在的不足,提出以农业资源共享服务模式为基础,结合富客户端WebGIS可视化表达与空间分析技术,构建农业资源管理系统的思路,并将该设计思想运用在“贵州省安顺市农业资源管理系统”的具体案例中。实践表明,运用共享服务模式来构建农业资源管理WebGIS系统不仅可以满足自身系统的业务需求,还能为其他应用系统提供数据共享服务,可以有效解决目前农业资源信息系统之间资源不能共享、重复建设,互操作难的问题,有效避免“信息孤岛”的产生,还可以直观的描述农业资源的时空分布、动态分析区域农业资源状况,为农业资源的管理、规划和决策提供了快速、直观和有效的手段。     

基于RBF神经网络的蔬菜价格预报研究

准确预测农产品市场价格对于农户生产决策与政府调控等具有重要意义。针对蔬菜市场价格预报的复杂性,利用RBF神经网络的特性,应用2003-2007年的香菇市场价格数据建立蔬菜价格预报模型,并对RBF神经网络模型的参数选择进行分析。最后应用模型对2008-2009年的香菇市场价格数据进行预报,通过与BP神经网络模型预报结果进行比较,表明RBF神经网络模型具有更高的预报准确度。     

The Three-Valued PMC Model Computer System Diagnosis Implemented by Artificial Neural Network

This paper systematically studied how to construct a neural network to realize the three-valued computer system diagnosis problems. Through a lot of simulation it seems effective to solve the computer system diagnosis problems with the help of network. Meanwhile the simulation also reveals the relations among capacity C, resistance R , gain Kand time.     

作物形态诊断人工神经网络专家系统的研究

本文使用计算机图像识别系统对作物形态进行自动提取，并设计了一种用于形态诊断的人工神经网络专家系统，它较好地解决了传统专家系统所面临的知识获取和表达、系统扩充困难等问题。达到计算机对作物形态性状信息自动提取和智能诊断之目的，为实现作物因苗管理、分类指导、提高科学管理水平提供技术支持。     

Study on the Integration Framework of Urban Planning Information System Based on Web Services

Web Services is a service-oriented structure and which is really platform-independent and language-independent.In this paper, its system and key technology are analyzed,then aiming at the main problems in information sharing of urban planning information system(UPIS),a UPIS integration framework based on the Web Services is proposed and its principle is studied.Furthermore,an example with realization of UPIS system by ASP.NET in Visual Studio.NET is given.     

基于遗传算法的BP神经网络在小麦蛋白质含量预测中的应用

为了快速、简便、准确地测定小麦蛋白质的含量,本文提出了应用近红外光谱分析技术结合遗传算法(GA)的BP神经网络的建模方法。采用SPXY算法对光谱数据进行了合理划分,并运用连续投影算法(SPA)将预处理过的数据压缩,对光谱数据提取最佳敏感波点作为GA-BP神经网络的输入,建立小麦蛋白质含量的校正模型。模型的预测均方根误差和预测相关系数为1.3379和0.979,并与BP神经网络所建立的校正模型进行了比较。结果表明：GA-BP神经网络所建模型收敛速度快、训练时间短、准确度也较高,能够实现对小麦蛋白质含量快速高效的检测。     

Calculation Model Based on Improved BP Network of Refrigerant State Parameters

BP network is improved by using Levenberg-Marquardt optimization method. Under large swatch input circumstance, more fast network constringency speed and more highly approach precision are obtained. Calculation model based on improved BP neural network of refrigerant state parameters is established. The main defect of refrigerant hot ties of matter model in existing refrigeration and air-conditioning appliances simulation system is overcome.     

基于生境网络理念的城市绿地系统规划研究——以浙江余姚市中心城区绿地系统规划为例

城市绿地为城市生物多样性保护提供了重要的空间保障,构建和优化城市绿地生境网络对保护城市生物多样性意义重大。根据生境网络的相关理论,阐述了生境网络在绿地系统中的定位和建设的必要性。以余姚市绿地系统规划为例,针对城市空间扩张中导致的景观破碎化、生物栖息地减少等问题,在城市绿地现状评价的基础上,从市域绿地系统规划、中心城区绿地系统规划等不同层次阐述了城市绿地生境网络系统构建的方法和策略,研究结果可为城市规划者进行城市绿地系统规划提供科学的依据与参考。     

The Evaluation System of Agent of Government Investment Project Based on AFD

According to analyses of the existing problems in the evaluation of agent of government investment project, combining with the characters of the substituted construction system of the government invested project and the project management, a performance evaluation index system of the agent of government invested project was constructed, fdlowing the basic principles of the index settlement. It introduces the AHP, the fuzzy evaluation mode, and the ADF comprehensive evaluation mode based on DEA, and gives some practical examples.
