1. Five dietary treatments were used in a 49 d broiler trial to assess the effect of xylanase on performance, nutrient digestibility and thermal profiles of the caeca and head. Treatments included an industry-standard control diet and four further diets where xylanase was introduced with or without a metabolisable energy density dilution either from day one or the introduction was delayed until d 28.

2. The addition of xylanase with no associated energy dilution from day one resulted in the most consistent beneficial effects on performance, with significant improvements in weight gain compared with the industry-standard to d 28 and at d 49. Addition of xylanase from d 28 (with no energy dilution) was the second most successful strategy and resulted in a significant improvement in feed conversion ratio (FCR) from d 29 to 49 and overall.

3. Addition of xylanase improved ileal digestible energy values at d 28 by around 0.35 MJ/kg and ileal nitrogen digestibility coefficients by around 3%. On d 49 xylanase improved ileal digestible energy values by around 0.9 MJ/kg and ileal nitrogen digestibility coefficients by around 4.6%.

4. Thermal imaging of the head and caeca of three birds per replicate on d 49 revealed a significant increase in caecal surface temperature following xylanase addition with no effect on head temperature profile. These increases were particularly large (around 1.4ºC, or 3.9%) when xylanase was added from day one with no corresponding energy dilution in feed formulation.

5. It can be concluded that supplemental xylanase is effective in improving performance and nutrient digestibility in broilers given wheat-based diets. The correlation between the magnitude of this effect and the increased temperature in the caeca presents additional evidence that the hind-gut microflora may play an important, if yet unquantified, role in the outworking of these mechanisms.  相似文献

1. The objective of this experiment was to study the influences of xylanase and citric acid on the performance, nutrient digestibility, digesta viscosity, duodenal histology, and gut microflora of broilers fed on a wheat based diet.

2. The experiment was carried out as a 2?×?3 factorial arrangement with two concentrations of xylanase (0 and 200?mg/kg) and three concentrations of citric acid (0, 20 and 40?g/kg). A total of 408 one-day-old chickens with similar body weight were distributed into 24 pens with 17 birds/pen. Each dietary treatment was given to 4 replicate pens from 0 to 24?d of age. To determine the apparent nutrient digestibility, chromic oxide (3?g/kg) was added to the diets as an indigestible marker.

3. Xylanase significantly increased body weight gain at 24?d of age by 1·4% and improved gain-to-feed (G:F) by 3·6%. The inclusion of 40?g/kg citric acid decreased feed intake and body weight gain by 15·4% and 11·8%, respectively. The inclusion of 20?g/kg of citric acid decreased feed intake, but it did not affect body weight gain of broilers at 24?d of age. The inclusion of 20 and 40?g/kg citric acid improved G:F by 3·8 and 4·3% respectively. Xylanase significantly decreased the viscosity of digesta and improved retention of DM, CP, and energy.

4. Xylanase and citric acid did not have any effect on the histo-morphology of the duodenum and intestinal microbial population.

5. In conclusion, citric acid at 20?g/kg decreased feed intake, did not have a negative effect on body weight gain, and improved G:F. Xylanase decreased digesta viscosity, increased nutrient retention and consequently improved performance of broilers fed on a wheat based diet.  相似文献

文章旨在研究肉鸡饲粮中植酸酶水平从1000 FTU/kg(行业推荐水平)提高到2500 FTU/kg(超剂量水平)对肉鸡养分回肠表观消化率系数和氮平衡校正表观代谢能值的影响。试验选择360只1日龄雄性肉仔鸡,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复30只肉鸡。试验1~14 d饲喂基础日粮(前期料),在15~21 d期间饲喂3种日粮,即正对照日粮(不含植酸酶)、负对照日粮(1000 FTU/kg植酸酶),植酸酶组日粮(2500 FTU/kg植酸酶)。负对照组日粮除钙和非植酸磷含量降低1.80 g/kg和1.50 g/kg外,其余营养指标均与正对照组日粮相同。结果显示,正对照组日粮的总能和粗蛋白质回肠表观消化系数显著高于负对照组(P <0.05)。正对照组日粮中淀粉、钙、磷的回肠表观消化系数与负对照组日粮无显著差异(P> 0.05)。正对照组日粮的氮校正表观代谢能显著低于负对照组日粮(13.34 MJ/kg和14.46 MJ/kg,P <0.05)。负对照组日粮中植酸酶水平从1000 FTU/kg升高至2500 FTU/kg,导致总能和粗蛋白质回肠表观消化系数分别升高2.5%和7.1%(P <0.05),且磷有显著升高的趋势(10.4%,P=0.08)。此外,负对照组日粮中植酸酶水平从1000 FTU/kg升高至2500 FTU/kg时对淀粉回肠表观消化系数和日粮的氮校正表观代谢能值无显著影响(P> 0.05)。综上所述,日粮超剂量植酸酶水平(≥2500 FTU/kg)在改善玉米能量、蛋白质和磷在回肠消化率的效率要优于肉鸡行业推荐水平。  相似文献

1. The aim of the present study was to compare wheat-based diets supplemented with arabinoxylanase, bile acid and virginiamycin with a maize-based diet in their effects on the performance of broilers. 2. The diets were fed to 5 groups of broilers. Group A received a maize-based diet (control), and groups B, C, D and E were fed on wheat-based diets. Diets C, D and E were supplemented with arabinoxylanase (150 mg/kg), bile acid (500 mg/kg) and virginiamycin (200 mg/kg), respectively. 3. A total of 450 1-d-old Ross 385 chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups, each with three pens as replicates (30 birds per pen). The experimental diets were given for 18 d. On d 18, three chickens from each group were slaughtered by cervical dislocation and the liver weight, and duodenal, jejunal and ileal lengths were measured for length and width of the villi and the height of crypts. 4. Arabinoxylanase, bile acid and virginiamycin supplementation significantly increased feed intake and daily gain but had no significant effect on feed conversion ratio. The liver weight was significantly greater in virginiamycin supplemented chicks as compared with those on the diet containing bile acid. 5. Virginiamycin inclusion increased full and empty caeca weight significantly compared with groups A and D. Group A had the lightest caeca. Significant effects of diets were observed on duodenal, ileal and intestinal length, but jejunal length was not affected by diet. The heights of duodenal and ileal, but not jejunal, villi were significantly affected by the treatments. The lengths of villi in groups B and E were significantly higher than other groups. The mean height of ileal villi in group A was significantly higher than in groups receiving the wheat-based diets. The mean width of duodenal and ileal villi was significantly affected by the ration. The height of crypts in group B was significantly higher than in group E. 6. It could be concluded that supplementation of the wheat-based broiler ration with virginiamycin had significant positive effects on gastrointestinal tract characteristics for absorption. Supplementation with bile acid reduced the weight of liver and caeca and the length of duodenum, jejunum, ileum and in small intestine and the height and width of villi.  相似文献

1. The aim of this study was to evaluate various levels of Satureja khuzistanica essential oil (SKEO) on performance and physiological parameters of broilers fed on wheat- or maize-based diets.

2. Treatments consisted of two cereals (maize- or wheat-based diets) and three levels of SKEO)0, 250 and 500 mg/kg).

3. Feed intake (FI) and body weight gain (BWG) decreased in broilers fed on the wheat-based diets compared to the control diet. Dietary supplementation of 500 mg/kg SKEO increased FI and BWG. Dietary SKEO supplementation was effective in improving FI and BWG only in wheat-based diets and was effective in improving feed conversion ratio (FCR) in both diets.

4. Dietary supplementation of 500 mg/kg SKEO caused a significant decrease in plasma cholesterol and triglycerides. Also, plasma low-density lipoprotein concentration was decreased in broilers fed on 250 and 500 mg/kg of SKEO. Plasma cholesterol levels in birds fed on the wheat-based diets were lower than in those fed on maize-based diets.

5. Dietary supplementation of 500 mg/kg SKEO increased caecal population of Lactobacillus and reduced total bacterial and Escherichia coli count. Caecal population of Lactobacillus decreased in broilers fed on the wheat-based diets.

6. Digesta viscosity was increased in broilers fed on the wheat-based diets and decreased in broilers fed on 500 mg/kg SKEO compared to the control diet. Dietary SKEO supplementation was effective in reducing digesta viscosity values only in wheat-based diets.

7. Villus height of the duodenum and jejunum decreased in broilers fed on the wheat-based diets. Dietary supplementation of 500 mg/kg SKEO increased villus height and villus height-to-crypt depth ratios and decreased crypt depth of the duodenum compared to the control diet.

8. It can be concluded that dietary SKEO supplementation was effective in improving FI, BWG and FCR values in wheat-based diets.  相似文献

本文旨在研究小麦型日粮中添加木聚糖酶和植酸酶对肉鸡生长性能、回肠氨基酸表观消化率及矿物元素沉积的影响。试验选择1日龄科宝白羽肉仔鸡850只,随机分成5组,每组5个重复,每个重复34只鸡。一共有5种日粮,即低磷日粮、高磷日粮、低磷日粮+2000 IU/kg木聚糖酶、低磷日粮+500 FTU/kg植酸酶,低磷日粮+2000 IU/kg木聚糖酶+500 FTU/kg植酸酶,试验进行21 d。低磷组较高磷组显著降低了肉鸡的日增重、日采食量及趾骨灰分含量(P <0.05),与低磷组相比,木聚糖酶组显著降低了肉鸡的料比(P <0.05),而植酸酶组显著提高了肉鸡日增重、日采食量、趾骨灰分及饲料利用率(P <0.05)。复合酶组显著提高了15种氨基酸回肠表观消化率(P <0.05)。与低磷组相比,木聚糖酶组显著提高了表观消化能和可消化代谢能及回肠氮消化率(P <0.05),而植酸酶显著提高了氮沉积及回肠氮消化率(P <0.05),复合酶组显著提高了代谢能、可消化代谢能及氮沉积量(P <0.05)。植酸酶和复合酶组较高磷组显著提高了磷表观消化率和沉积量(P <0.05),但低磷组较高磷组显著提高了钙的表观消化率(P <0.05),植酸酶酶和复合酶组较其他3组显著提高了钾的沉积量(P <0.05)。结论 :小麦型日粮同时添加植酸酶和木聚糖酶对肉鸡生长和消化的影响要优于单独添加这两种酶。  相似文献

试验旨在研究肉鸡低能日粮中添加木聚糖酶或复合酶对肉鸡生产性能和养分消化率的影响。采用单因子的试验设计,试验分6个处理,每个处理8个重复,每重复10只肉仔鸡。6个试验饲粮处理分别为正对照组(PC)、负对照组(NC,在正对照组基础上降低表观代谢能836 kJ/kg)、以及4个在NC基础上的加酶组(分别为处理1:木聚糖酶添加量为4 000 U/kg饲料;处理2:木聚糖酶、α-淀粉酶和蛋白酶分别为300 U/kg、400 U/kg和4 000 U/kg饲料;处理3:木聚糖酶、α-淀粉酶和蛋白酶分别为:1383U/kg6、7U/kg和667U/kg;处理4:木聚糖酶、α-淀粉酶和蛋白酶分别为2 766 U/kg、134 U/kg和1 334 U/kg)。试验结果表明,与PC相比,NC降低了肉鸡的增重、提高了料肉比(P<0.05);与NC相比,4个加酶组提高增重3%~10%和改善料肉比2%~8%(P<0.05),加酶后NC组肉鸡的生产性能达到了PC水平。NC降低了干物质、粗蛋白和能量的表观消化率(P<0.05),加酶组对养分消化率具有提高作用,且达到了PC水平;木聚糖酶和复合酶两种酶制剂对肉鸡生产性能和养分消化率的影响差异不显著,处理3和4两组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明,在降低代谢能836 kJ/kg的肉鸡饲粮中添加木聚糖酶或复合酶,能够使肉鸡的生产性能和养分消化率得以补偿,低能负对照饲粮加酶后能够使肉鸡的生产性能达到与正对照组相同水平。  相似文献

1. A total of 192 male broilers (Cobb 500) were used in a growth and digestibility assay, involving a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement of treatments, to assess the effects of an enzyme cocktail of xylanase, amylase and protease in maize-based diets. 2. The following two diets were formulated: a positive control diet containing adequate nutrient concentrations for broiler starters as per breeder recommendations and a negative control diet to contain approximately 0.63 MJ/kg apparent metabolisable energy (AME) and 3% amino acids less than the positive control. 3. A further two dietary treatments were developed by supplementing each control diet with an enzyme product containing xylanase, amylase and protease. 4. Birds fed on the negative control diet had poorer weight gain and feed efficiency than those given the positive control diet. There was no effect of diet or enzyme on feed intake. The digestibility of nitrogen, calcium, phosphorus and most amino acids were unaffected by dietary nutrient density. 5. Supplementation of both the positive and negative control diets with the enzyme improved weight gain and feed efficiency compared with the unsupplemented diets. In the case of the negative control, supplemental enzyme improved performance to that of the unsupplemented positive control diet. There was no interaction between diet and enzyme for either weight gain or FCR, suggesting similar beneficial responses regardless of the nutrient density of the diet. 6. In both diets, enzyme supplementation improved AME by an average of 3% (0.35 MJ/kg DM) and nitrogen retention by an average of 11.7% (26 g/kg DM intake vs 29 g/kg DM intake). There was no interaction between diet and enzyme for AME or nitrogen retention. 7. Ileal digestibilities of calcium and phosphorus were not influenced by supplemental enzyme, whereas the digestibility of nitrogen and most amino acids was improved by enzyme addition compared with the unsupplemented control diets. There was no interaction between diet and enzyme for the ileal digestibility of nitrogen and amino acids. 8. These data demonstrate that it is possible to improve the nutritional value of a maize/soy-based diet for broiler starters through the use of exogenous enzymes. The nutrient density of the diet does not appear markedly to influence the response to enzyme, offering flexibility in the use of enzymes for maize-based diets. 9. It is concluded that the energy and amino acid values of maize-based diets for broilers can be enhanced by supplementation with an enzyme cocktail of xylanase, amylase and protease, offering potential economic benefits to producers.  相似文献

1. The influence of conditioning temperature on the performance, nutrient utilisation and digestive tract development of broilers fed on maize- and wheat-based diets was examined up to 21 d of age. The experimental design was a 2 × 3 factorial arrangement of treatments evaluating two grain types (maize and wheat) and three conditioning temperatures (60°C, 75°C and 90°C). Broiler starter diets, each based on one grain (maize or wheat), were formulated and pelleted at the three temperatures. 2. Increasing conditioning temperature decreased the body-weight gain and feed intake in wheat-based diets, but birds fed on maize-based diets conditioned at 60°C and 90°C had higher body-weight gain and feed intake than those fed on the diet conditioned at 75°C. Increasing conditioning temperature increased feed per body-weight gain in both grain-type diets but improved pellet durability index (PDI) only in wheat-based diets; PDI was unaffected in maize-based diets. 3. In wheat-based diets, increasing conditioning temperature decreased the ileal digestibility of nitrogen and starch. Ileal nitrogen digestibility of maize-based diets conditioned at 60°C and 90°C was higher than at 75°C. Starch digestibility was unaffected by conditioning temperature in maize-based diets. No effect of conditioning temperature was found for apparent metabolisable energy (AME). Increasing conditioning temperature decreased digestible protein and AME intakes in wheat-based diets but, in maize-based diets, birds fed on the diet conditioned at 75°C had lower digestible protein and AME intakes compared to those fed on diets conditioned at 60°C and 90°C. 4. Small intestine was longer in birds fed on diets conditioned at 75°C and 90°C compared with those fed on diets conditioned at 60°C. 5. Overall, the data suggest that while the effects of conditioning temperature on body-weight gain and feed intake of broilers to 21 d of age differed depending on the grain type, feed per body-weight gain was adversely affected by higher conditioning temperatures.  相似文献

文章旨在研究低磷、低钙水平日粮添加植酸酶、柠檬酸和碳水化合物酶对1~21 d肉鸡生长性能及养分消化率的影响。试验选择1日龄肉仔鸡576只,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复24只鸡。试验共分为6种日粮,阳性对照组日粮(正常钙磷水平)、阴性对照日粮(低磷、低钙)、阴性对照日粮+600 IU/kg植酸酶,阴性对照日粮+600 IU/kg植酸酶+5 g/kg柠檬酸,阴性对照日粮+600 IU/kg植酸酶+500 mg/kg复合碳水化合物酶,阴性对照日粮+600 IU/kg植酸酶+5 g/kg柠檬酸+500 mg/kg复合碳水化合物酶。试验共开展21 d。结果显示:阳性对照组肉鸡日增重和采食量显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);植酸酶组添加碳水化合物酶较单独添加植酸酶组显著提高了肉鸡的日增重(P<0.05);植酸酶+碳水化合物酶较阴性对照组显著改善了料肉比(P<0.05)。阳性对照组较阴性对照组显著提高肉鸡胫骨灰分含量(P<0.05);植酸酶组显著提高了总磷、有效磷和植酸磷的回肠表观消化率(P<0.05),同时植酸酶组添加柠檬酸或碳水化合物酶进一步提高了总磷和植酸磷的回肠表观消化率(P<0.05)。阴性对照组添加植酸酶显著提高了表观代谢能及干物质、总能、氮和总磷的表观沉积量(P<0.05),而植酸酶组添加碳水化合物酶提高了干物质和总磷表观沉积量(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,低磷、低钙水平日粮添加植酸酶和碳水化合物酶改善了肉鸡生长性能、提高了营养物质的消化率和沉积量,而植酸酶日粮添加柠檬酸可以改善营养物质消化率和沉积量。  相似文献

通过日粮中添加果寡糖(FOS)测定其对肉鸡生长性能、消化酶活性和短链脂肪酸的影响,研究果寡糖在肉鸡生产中的应用效果。试验选取250只1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉公鸡,随机分为5个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复10只鸡。处理组CON为对照组,饲喂不添加果寡糖的基础日粮;处理组FOS_(125)、FOS_(250)、FOS_(500)、FOS_(1000)分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加125、250、500、1 000 mg/kg FOS的日粮。试验结果表明,与CON组相比,添加250 mg/kg FOS不仅能够显著提高肉鸡平均日采食量(P<0.05)和十二指肠食糜中淀粉酶活性(P<0.05),还能够提高22 d肉鸡盲肠食糜中戊酸含量。同时饲料中添加125 mg/kg和500 mg/kg FOS也能显著提高肉鸡盲肠食糜中戊酸含量(P<0.05)。由此可知,肉鸡饲料中果寡糖的最佳添加量为250 mg/kg。  相似文献

试验旨在研究山楂提取物对AA+肉鸡生产性能、养分消化率及消化酶酶活的影响,并探讨了山楂提取物在肉鸡日粮中的适宜添加量。试验选用1日龄健康AA+肉鸡300只,随机分为5个处理组,每组60只,设6个重复,每个重复10只。采用单因子试验设计,在玉米-豆粕型日粮中分别添加0、10、15、20、25mg/kg的山楂提取物。试验期6周,分两个阶段进行(0~3和4~6周龄)。结果表明:日粮中添加山楂提取物能显著提高AA+肉鸡的平均采食量(P<0.05)、平均日增重(P<0.05),提高肉鸡生长后期饲料转化率;可提高粗蛋白质、钙、磷的表观消化率(P>0.05),降低粗脂肪的消化率(P>0.05);适宜的添加量水平可极显著提高十二指肠和胰腺的胰蛋白酶活性(P<0.01),显著提高胰腺脂肪酶活性(P<0.05),对淀粉酶活性也有提高(P>0.05)。根据试验结果综合评定得出:肉仔鸡日粮中以添加20mg/kg的山楂提取物为最好。  相似文献

试验以玉米豆粕为基础日粮,在日粮中添加不同水平的葡萄糖氧化酶和过氧化氢酶,探讨了两种酶单独或者复合后替代抗生素对肉鸡生长性能及养分代谢率的影响。试验选用1 080只1日龄健康的肉仔鸡,公母各半,按照试验要求随机分为9组,即对照组,抗生素组,处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ组和处理Ⅲ组均加葡萄糖氧化酶150 g/t,活力分别是1 000、2 000 U/g和4 000 U/g,处理Ⅳ、Ⅴ组和处理Ⅵ组均加过氧化氢酶150 g/t,活力分别是5 000、10 000、20 000 U/g,处理Ⅶ组复合酶150 g/t(葡萄糖氧化酶2 000 U/g、过氧化氢酶10 000 U/g)。结果表明,从料重比来看,与对照组和抗生素组相比,1~21 d各试验组显著降低(P0.05),22~42 d除了处理Ⅱ组和处理Ⅴ组外其余各组显著降低(P0.05),1~42 d除了处理Ⅱ组外其余各组显著降低(P0.05);粗蛋白质表观消化率方面,处理Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅶ组比对照组显著增加(P0.05),相比抗生素组,除处理Ⅳ组外其余各试验组显著增加(P0.05);粗脂肪表观消化率方面,处理Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅶ组比对照组显著增加(P0.05),与抗生素组比,除添加CAT组外其余显著增加(P0.05);与对照组相比,各处理组钙和磷表观消化率差异不显著(P0.05);能量表观消化率上,与对照组和抗生素组相比,除处理Ⅳ、Ⅴ组外其余各试验组显著增加(P0.05)。因此,从结果来看,过氧化氢酶和葡萄糖氧化酶能够促进肉鸡的生长,增加肉鸡的养分表观消化率;在适宜添加量的前提下,能够替代抗生素。  相似文献

The study was conducted to compare the effects of XG with AG and BM at different metabolizable energy diets on growth performance, digestive physiology and energy utilization of broilers fed with corn-SBM diet. A 2 x 4 factoria design was used with two basal diets (the positive control group, PC; negative control with ME reduction 100 kcal/ kg, NC) and with or without the addition of three exogenous enzymes (0.02% BM; 0.01% AG; 0.05% XG) respectively. 1,200 one-day-old broilers were randomly allocated to 8 treatments with 10 pens of 1_5 broilers. There was no significant difference on BW, BWG, and FI at 0-21d, 21-42d or 0-42d for diet, enzymes or their interactions, but FI at 22-42d and 0-42d were tend to be decreased with the addition of enzymes. The F/G was significantly improved by the addition of enzymes especially in NC diet. The dietary AME and TME in PC or NC diet were significantly increased by XG or AG in NC diet. The villus length and V/C of ileum were significantly increased by the addition of BM or XG. XG improved the activities of trypsin, chymotrypsin and amylase, BM improved the activity of trypsin at 21d, and AG improved the activity of chymotrypsin at 21d. Comparing to PC diet, the addition of enzymes in PC or NC diet decreased feed cost per kg body weight gain especially in NC diet (except AG in PC diet) with the highest profits for XG in NC diet. In conclusion, supplementation of 0.02% BM or 0.01% AG or 0.0.5% XG could improve feed conversion of broilers in corn-soybean meal diet by improving energy utilization and digestive physiology, and also supplementation of 0.05% XG had a preferable efficacy in low energy diet.  相似文献

In the first experiment, the addition of 560 and 2800 IU of xylanase and beta-glucanase, respectively, per kg of diet significantly improved feed efficiency in turkeys fed on wheat- and barley-based diet throughout the entire experiment (42 d). 3. In the second experiment, the enzyme mixture significantly increased N-corrected apparent metabolisable energy (AMEN) by approximately 5%. 4. Furthermore, the combination of xylanase and beta-glucanase significantly improved body weight gain and feed efficiency. Feed efficiency was increased by 2.94, 2.47 and 5.91% in diets based on 500 then 540 g of wheat/kg of diet, 394 then 384 g of wheat and 100 then 150 g of barley/kg of diet and 180 g of wheat and 300 then 350 g of barley/kg of diet, respectively. 5. This enzyme mixture decreased in vitro viscosity of wheat, barley and soybean meal, the effect being larger for wheat and barley than for soybean meal. 6. In conclusion, the supplementation of diets based on wheat and barley with xylanase and beta-glucanase significantly improved body weight gain and feed efficiency. Therefore, wheat and barley could be used more efficiently by turkeys in the presence of an appropriate enzyme preparation.  相似文献

The study was conducted to compare the effects of XG with AG and BM at different metabolizable energy diets on growth performance, digestive physiology and energy utilization of broilers fed with corn-SBM diet. A 2 × 4 factorial design was used with two basal diets (the positive control group, PC; negative control with ME reduction 100 kcal/kg, NC) and with or without the addition of three exogenous enzymes (0.02% BM; 0.01% AG; 0.05% XG) respectively. 1,200 one-day-old broilers were randomly allocated to 8 treatments with 10 pens of 15 broilers. There was no significant difference on BW, BWG, and FI at 0-21d, 21-42d or 0-42d for diet, enzymes or their interactions, but FI at 22-42d and 0-42d were tend to be decreased with the addition of enzymes. The F/G was significantly improved by the addition of enzymes especially in NC diet. The dietary AME and TME in PC or NC diet were significantly increased by XG or AG in NC diet. The villus length and V/C of ileum were significantly increased by the addition of BM or XG. XG improved the activities of trypsin, chymotrypsin and amylase, BM improved the activity of trypsin at 21d, and AG improved the activity of chymotrypsin at 21d. Comparing to PC diet, the addition of enzymes in PC or NC diet decreased feed cost per kg body weight gain especially in NC diet (except AG in PC diet) with the highest profits for XG in NC diet. In conclusion, supplementation of 0.02% BM or 0.01% AG or 0.05% XG could improve feed conversion of broilers in corn-soybean meal diet by improving energy utilization and digestive physiology, and also supplementation of 0.05% XG had a preferable efficacy in low energy diet.  相似文献

探讨黄芩黄酮对肉用仔鸡主要营养物质代谢率以及生长性能的影响。选择1日龄AA肉仔鸡500只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复20只,分别在基础饲料中添加0、5、10、15和20 mg/kg黄芩提取物黄芩黄酮,试验期为49 d。测定各组营养物质代谢率和生长性能指标。结果表明,在0-3周龄,黄芩黄酮可提高肉仔鸡干物质和表观代谢率,3-7周龄,肉仔鸡干物质和表观代谢率降低;在3-7周龄,粗蛋白和粗脂肪代谢率最高的是20 mg/kg黄芩黄酮添加组,分别比对照组提高4.47%和2.12%,差异不显著(P>0.05);在0-3周龄,黄芩黄酮对钙的代谢影响显著(P<0.05),效果最好的是10 mg/kg黄芩黄酮添加组,比对照组提高17.32%,对磷的代谢影响不显著。10 mg/kg黄芩黄酮添加组可明显提高肉仔鸡49日龄平均体重、平均日增重、并降低料肉比(P>0.05)。由此可知,饲料中添加适量的黄芩黄酮在一定程度上可以提高肉鸡对营养物质的代谢,增加对钙的吸收,降低料肉比,提高生长性能,其中10 mg/kg添加量效果较好。  相似文献
