为探明大麦不同组织(茎、叶和穗)在不同刈割期对饲草产量及品质的影响,以安徽省两个主栽饲用大麦品种为材料,比较了两年度两个品种茎、叶和穗分别在齐穗期及其后14 d和28 d饲草产量及品质的差异。结果显示,不同组织、刈割期及组织×刈割期互作效应对饲草产量及品质均有显著影响(P<0.05),年度效应主要影响产量,其他互作效应因品种和性状不同而异。饲草产量随刈割期后移增加,对其贡献表现为茎﹥穗﹥叶,第2年度高于第1年度。饲草品质性状在组织间和刈割期间存在显著差异,而在年度间仅在单个品种若干性状上存在差异;粗蛋白含量表现为穗﹥叶﹥茎,且随刈割期后移下降;粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤木质素含量均为茎﹥叶﹥穗,且随刈割期后移前3个性状先降后升,酸性洗涤木质素含量持续上升;粗脂肪含量为叶﹥穗﹥茎,且随刈割期后移上升。综上,在株高相当时,增加穗部比例可提高大麦饲草产量和品质;刈割期后移可提升饲草产量但降低品质。基于本研究,选育大穗、多叶型品种,适期刈割,有望同步提升大麦饲草产量和品质。  相似文献

Several reports have focused on utilization of post-harvest residues of crops, while neglecting those residues produced by mango processing. These residues represent a waste of nutrients and a source of environmental contaminants. Such by-products could be valuable sources of dietary fiber (DF), antioxidant compounds, and single carbohydrates. The aim of this study was to evaluate some functional properties (FP), and the content of DF and polyphenols (PP) of the peel and coarse material obtained from residues during the industrial processing of Ataulfo and Tommy Atkins mangoes. The total dietary fiber (TDF) content was about 225 mg/g and 387 mg/g (dry weight) for the coarse material and the peel, respectively, from which soluble dietary fiber represented 23 and 42 %, respectively. The main neutral sugar identified was rhamnose, especially in peels; the klason lignin (KL) content was 92 mg/g, which highlights the Ataulfo peel (Ataulfo-P) and the Tommy Atkins peel (Tommy Atkins-P). The extractable PP content in Ataulfo-P was higher than in Tommy-Atkins-P, and interesting data for non-extractable PP were obtained in the residues. FP as swelling, water holding, oil holding, and glucose absorption in the residues was studied, obtaining better functional properties when compared to cellulose fiber. The results show that mango industrial by-products, mainly from the Ataulfo-P variety, could be used as ingredients in food products because of their functional properties as well as their DF and PP content.  相似文献

Flavonoids-enriched tissues of citrus such as peel, immature fruit and flower are consumed as culinary seasonings, tea ingredients in China for centuries. This HPLC quantitative study on the five citrus flavonoids, naringin, hesperidin, neohesperidin, sinensetin and nobiletin on a wide range of Chinese citrus fruits and several Traditional Chinese Medicinal food ingredients in East China, revealed a great diversity in flavonoid composition. Huyou peel (C. paradisi cv. Changshanhuyou) was found to be the best naringin (3.25%) and neohesperidin (2.76%) source; C. aurantium, a major ingredient of several citrus-related TCM, is also a suitable source of naringin and neohesperidin, and a good juice source for flavanone glycosides; the peel of Wenzhoumiju (C. unshiu) is one of the richest local species in hesperidin (up to 6.25%); Zaoju (C. subcompressa) has the highest content of nobiletin (0.59%), a polymethoxylated flavone. LC-ES-MS analysis of Zanthoxylum genus for flavonoids revealed for the first time the presence of significant amounts (0.74%) of hesperidin in the root of Liangmianzhen (Z. nitidum (Roxb.) DC), a relative of Sichuan pepper, which is a spice widely used in China.  相似文献

测定了腺毛千斤拔、宽叶千斤拔、海南千斤拔、球穗千斤拔、大叶千斤拔Ⅰ、大叶千斤拔Ⅱ的粗蛋白质(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)含量,以探讨其养分含量随生育期的变化动态。结果表明,各种养分含量随生育期的推移而变化,其变化趋势因千斤拔种类而异,但峰值多出现在开花期和结荚期。6种叶片的CP平均含量为18.55%,ADF为38.66%,NDF为47.10%,EE为3.75%,Ash为5.35%。总体来看,千斤拔叶片具有较高的营养价值,其营养价值的高低和生长发育有关。  相似文献

本文以5类(宽皮橘类、甜橙类、柚类、柠檬类和金柑类)柑橘共5个品种的果皮提取液为原料,评价各品种的抗氧化能力。实验采用DPPH法和ABTS法测定柑橘果皮的抗氧化能力,用IC50值来评价柑橘的抗氧化性,并综合分析了各品种柑橘果皮的抗氧化能力强弱。结果表明,供试柑橘的果皮均具有良好的抗氧化性,不同样品柑橘果皮的抗氧化能力不同,综合抗氧化能力由高到低为:太田椪柑>金弹>北京柠檬>纽荷尔脐橙>坪山柚,即在5类柑橘品种中,宽皮橘类的抗氧化能力最强,金柑类次之,柠檬类和甜橙类较弱,柚类最弱。  相似文献

应用酶-重量法测定凯特(Keitt)、吉禄(Zill)、海顿(Haden)、爱文(Irwin)、台农1号(Tainong No.1)、红象牙(Red Ivory)、三年芒(Sannian) 7个攀西地区主推芒果品种果皮中总膳食纤维(TDF)、可溶性膳食纤维(SDF)及不溶性膳食纤维(IDF)的含量。结果表明,7个品种芒果皮中总膳食纤维含量均在45 %以上,其中海顿TDF含量最高,达到66.94 %,台农1号TDF最低,含量为46.87 %,7个品种SDF含量占TDF含量均在31 %-43 %。  相似文献

为探究新疆北部地区播期对青贮大麦产量、青贮原料品质和青贮品质的影响,以3个大麦品种(系)(垦啤麦13、P13-3和甘啤4号)为材料,分别于3月18日、4月2日、4月17日播种,对其青贮农艺性状、干草产量、青贮原料营养成分和青贮品质进行分析。结果表明,随着播期的推迟,青贮大麦生育期大幅度缩短,4月17日播种时生育期较3月18日缩短22~23 d。晚播会显著降低大麦干草产量,晚播(4月17日)时3个品种(系)干草产量比早播(3月18日)降低15.2%~24.2%,其中垦啤麦13降幅最大。推迟播种使垦啤麦13和甘啤4号茎、穗的干物质分配比例下降,叶的干物质分配比例上升。晚播使P13-3和甘啤4号洗涤纤维含量(中性和酸性)和粗脂肪含量分别显著上升和下降,显著降低P13-3的粗蛋白含量,提高甘啤4号可溶性碳水化合物含量。播期对青贮品质影响因品种(系)而异,晚播降低了甘啤4号青贮的pH值、氨态氮含量,提高乳酸含量,对其他品种(系)无显著性影响。总体来看,新疆青贮大麦在外界条件允许的条件下,应适当早播。  相似文献

为筛选出适宜在齐齐哈尔地区推广种植的燕麦品种,用基于熵权的灰色关联方法对9个燕麦品种的农艺性状和饲草品质进行综合评价。结果发现,9个品种中,梦龙株高达到120 cm以上,与吉利和摩登差异不显著,但显著高于其他品种(P<0.05);悍马鲜草产量最高(49 395 kg·hm-2),龙牧12号干草产量最高(13 837 kg·hm-2)。9个燕麦品种的可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、粗灰分(ASH)、木质素(ADL)含量和相对牧草质量(RFQ)分别为10.52%~12.55%、6.58%~9.88%、1.96%~2.83%、32.67%~39.52%、59.47%~68.34%、6.99%~10.40%、3.50%~4.47%、85.00~110.67。梦龙、龙牧12号和吉利的CP含量显著低于其他品种(P<0.05);泰克的ASH含量显著高于其他品种(P<0.05);龙牧12号的ADF和NDF含量均显著高于其他品种(P<0.05)。应用灰色关联度法...  相似文献

为探讨不同刈割高度对多花黑麦草新品种饲草产量和品质的影响,以2个多花黑麦草新品种为对象,采用5个刈割高度分别测定2个品种的鲜、干草产量、粗蛋白、可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和干物质体外可消化率(IVDMD)。结果表明:在65 cm时刈割,所获得的鲜、干草产量最高;随着刈割高度的增加,2个黑麦草品种的粗蛋白和可溶性碳水化合物含量呈抛物线趋势变化,在刈割高度为55 cm时达到最高值;中性和酸性洗涤纤维含量则随着刈割高度的增大逐渐增加;干物质体外消化率亦呈现抛物线的趋势,在刈割高度为65 cm时达到最高。2个品种的表现规律一致。  相似文献

Dry common beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) were evaluated for potential conversion of starch to ethanol. Eight varieties of beans with average starch content of 46% (db) were assayed in a laboratory-scaled process based upon the commercial corn dry grind fermentation process. Ethanol yield was 0.43-0.51 g ethanol/g glucose (0.19-0.23 g ethanol/g beans). The average ethanol yield for the eight bean types was 92% of maximum theoretical yield, demonstrating that starch from beans could be efficiently converted to ethanol. Ethanol concentration obtained from 20% (w/w) solids loading was 3.5-4.4% (w/v). The residual fermentation solids contained, on a dry basis, 37.1-43.6% crude protein, 10.8-15.1% acid detergent fiber and 19.1-31.3% neutral detergent fiber.  相似文献

为确定华北平原饲用油菜高产优质的适宜播期,选用甘蓝型油菜品种4个,设置4个播期,研究不同播期下温度对饲用油菜鲜草产量和饲用品质的调控效应。结果表明,随播期推迟,饲用油菜生育期内日均温与有效积温升高,花前生育期天数缩短但花后生育期延长,总生育期天数缩短2~7 d。饲用油菜鲜草产量随播期推迟呈降低趋势,3月28日前播种超过35 t/hm2;品种间华油杂62鲜草产量显著高于其它品种(P<0.01)。饲用油菜鲜草产量和饲用品质与纤维含量显著负相关,中性洗涤纤维含量与苗期的有效积温量极显著负相关,与营养生长和花后有效积温量显著正相关。因此,在华北平原春播饲用油菜可选用华油杂62,播期以3月8日-3月18日为最佳,鲜草产量稳定在50 t/hm2以上,具有较高的粗蛋白、淀粉、水溶性碳水化合物和总可消化养分含量,可实现华北平原饲用油菜的高产优质生产。  相似文献

粮饲通用型玉米产量高品质优良,在生产上应用越来越广泛。为探讨其适宜种植密度,以4个粮饲通用型玉米品种登海605、登海圣丰168、青农118和天泰366为试验材料,研究4个种植密度(4.5×104、6.75×104、9×104和11.25×104株/hm2)对粮饲通用玉米产量和饲用品质的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内随着种植密度的增加,玉米的鲜草和干草产量呈增加的趋势。种植密度对中洗涤纤维影响不显著,对酸性洗涤纤维、粗蛋白、淀粉和粗脂肪的影响在不同品种间变化趋势不一致。综合生物产量和粗饲料分级指数,在黄淮海地区天泰366和登海605推荐种植密度分别为9×104株/hm2和11.25×104株/hm2,青农118和登海圣丰168推荐种植密度为9×104~11.25×104株/hm2。  相似文献

The guava processing industry in Malaysia produces by-products in the form of seed core and peel. These by-products can be regarded as underused resources but there are concerns about their composition that prevent their use in the food and feed industries. This study aims to analyze the respective effects of heat treatments (boiling or autoclaving) and germination periods on the nutritional composition and phytochemical content of guava seeds. The guava seeds were found to contain 618, 78, 72, and 5 mg/g dry weight total dietary fiber, fat, protein, and ash, respectively. The tannin and saponin contents, but not the phytic acid content, were below the respective anti-nutritional thresholds. The heat treatments did not affect the total dietary fiber and ash contents but reduced all other chemical components to different extents (15–91 %). Boiling did not reduce the phytic acid content substantially but autoclaving caused a reduction of 91 % to a level below the anti-nutritional threshold. Germination for 14 days caused a significant reduction in nutrient contents in the range of 16–79 %. Germination also reduced the phytic acid content by 90 % in the seed but did not significantly affect the saponin content. Thus, guava seed can be treated thermally or germinated to manipulate its chemical composition to enable its use in the food and feed industries.  相似文献

为探明大麦饲草与籽粒双收的适宜刈割期,以六棱皮大麦皖饲麦2号为材料,设不刈割(T0)及分蘖期(T1)、拔节期(T2)、孕穗期(T3)分别进行一次刈割4个处理,比较了两年度不同刈割期大麦饲草、籽粒产量及品质的差异。结果表明,随刈割期后移,皖饲麦2号饲草产量显著增加;饲草粗蛋白、粗灰分、钙、磷含量显著下降,粗纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、中性洗涤纤维含量显著增加,即饲草品质显著下降。籽粒产量受刈割期影响大,与T0相比,两年度T1期刈割籽粒产量无显著变化,T2、T3期刈割则籽粒产量显著下降;而品质受影响小。说明T1期刈割,可达到饲草与籽粒双收目标,且饲草品质好;在生产中要保障一定的籽粒产量,T2期后应停止刈割。  相似文献

为筛选花生秸秆饲用性评价指标和饲用价值高的种质,以40份生物量较大的品种(系)为材料,利用NIRS方法分别检测收获后花生茎秆、叶片和种子部位的蛋白质、钙、磷、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、干物质、酸性洗涤木质素和体外干物质消化率等指标。结果表明,叶片中的蛋白质含量较茎秆高5%以上,营养价值较高;茎秆、叶片、种子部位对钙和磷的吸收均具有协同特征;茎秆、叶片中的钙、磷含量分别与蛋白质含量呈显著或极显著负相关,种子中的钙、磷含量均与蛋白质含量极显著正相关。秸秆饲用性评价分析表明,利用主成分分析共提取到5个主成分,代表茎秆、叶片检测指标91.12%的信息,可用于花生品种(系)秸秆饲用性的综合评价;根据各品种(系)的综合得分D值筛选出10份饲用价值较高的品种(系);构建了花生秸秆饲用性评价的回归方程,D=0.014X1+0.012X2-0.003X5+0.009X7-0.023X8+0.009X10+0.011X16-1.582(R2=0.994,F=764.329,P<0.01),该方程的估计精度达88.0%以上,方程中茎秆的蛋白质、灰分、中性洗涤纤维、植物干物质、酸性洗涤木质素、叶片的蛋白质和干物质共7个指标可作为花生秸秆饲用性综合评价指标。  相似文献

Triticale, a man made cereal is mainly used in animal feed but also in food and as a renewable crop for energy. In this study, eight triticale cultivars and reference rye and wheat were grown at two locations in Sweden (Svalöv and Kölbäck). The harvested grains were characterized for dietary fiber (DF) content, molecular weight distribution of extractable DF components, and some general quality parameters (bulk density, thousand kernel weight, and content of crude protein, crude fat, starch, maltose, sucrose, neutral detergent fiber, and acid detergent fiber). Total DF content (13-16%) was affected by both location and cultivar. Arabinoxylan (average 6.8%), fructan (average 2.3%), cellulose (average 2.1%), Klason lignin (average 1.6%), and β-glucan (average 0.7%) were main components of DF. Cultivars grown at Kölbäck contained extractable arabinoxylan with significantly lower weight-average and number-average molecular weights, probably due to rainy weather and sprouting in the ears. The Calcofluor average molecular weight of extractable β-glucan was highly reduced at this site. About 80% of the fructan had a low degree of polymerization (3-9). Our results show that modern triticale grain has a DF profile and molecular weight distribution of extractable DF components that are much more similar to wheat than rye.  相似文献

The proximate composition and glycoalkaloid content of a dried potato by-product meal (tater meal) and two dried potato pulp meals (potato meal and potato meal plus 10% molasses) were determined. All three feeds demonstrated variable compositions: the tater meal averaged 8.7% moisture, 9.1% crude protein, 5.4% ether extract, 5.0% crude fiber, 4.1% ash and 56.8% nitrogen-free extract; the potato meal averaged 14.5% moisture, 6.0% crude protein, 0.5% ether extract, 9.5% crude fiber, 2.2% ash and 57.1% nitrogen-free extract; the potato meal plus 10% molasses averaged 15.3% moisture, 6.4% crude protein, 0.3% ether extract, 8.0% crude fiber, 2.6% ash and 57.8% nitrogen-free extract. The phosphorus concentration was determined to be approximately 0.2% for the three samples. Other minerals were found in lesser concentrations. The riboflavin and thiamine concentrations of the three potato meals were less than 10% of the values reported for raw potato pulp and peel. The niacin concentration was approximately 40% of the values reported for raw potato pulp and peel. Tater meal contained 11.5 mg a-chaconine and 6.5 mg α-solanine per 100g meal. Analysis of potato meal gave 15.8 mg α-chaconine and 7.8 mg α-solanine per 100g meal while the potato meal plus 10% molasses was found to contain 13.2 mg α-chaconine and 7.3 mg α-solanine per l00g meal.  相似文献

本研究对11份毛蔓豆属种质的常规营养成分进行测定分析,并采用主成分、隶属函数值法和聚类分析对其营养价值进行综合评价。结果表明:11份毛蔓豆种质的粗蛋白、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙、磷含量间差异极显著,将其隶属函数值进行聚类,分为2类,其中,041130150毛蔓豆、051210057毛蔓豆、050320021毛蔓豆、050106023毛蔓豆、050319007毛蔓豆为高营养价值种质,其他种质综合营养价值较低;通过主成分分析发现,磷、中性洗涤纤维和粗蛋白的含量可作为其营养价值评价的重要指标。  相似文献

Summary The glycoalkaloid content in 18 potato varieties grown in Oman was measured by HPLC using peel and flesh tissues. The total glycoalkaloid content of the tubers was found to be variety dependent and varied greatly between the 18 varieties. The total glycoalkaloid in the tubers of seven varieties was within the safe limit of ≤200 mg kg− 1 FW recommended for food safety, whereas the remaining 11 varieties exceeded this upper limit. The principal glycoalkaloids α-chaconine and σ-solanine were present in higher concentration in the peel than in the flesh of all varieties with the former being the principal alkaloid in the peel. The flesh of all of the 18 potato varieties contained total glycoalkaloid levels lower than the upper safety limit. The leaves of the 18 potato varieties were also analyzed for glycoalkaloids. The levels of glycoalkaloids in expanding leaves were higher than that of expanded leaves with the exception of six varieties. The principal glycoalkaloid in expanding and expanded leaves was α-chaconine. No correlation was observed between the glycoalkaloids levels of in the leaves and tubers.  相似文献
