As the important method and instrument of agile manufacture,the technology of distributed collaborative design and manufacturing has become the hotspot of manufacturing. The basic concept and key technologies of IP_VPN are introduced in this paper,and a collaborative design network model based on IP_VPN is presented. Distributed collaborative design is a multi_user,multitask involved system, which is consisted of lots of collaborative processs,so the network security is the key of distributed collaborative design. We research on the security of collaborative design network based on IP_VPN, hence get a conclusion:we can construct an economical?practical and secure collaborative design network system by the application of data encryption,user authentication and access control based on the role,etc.  相似文献

The dynamic data exchange is the key to the realization of the collaborative design based on Internet. The features of data for collaborative design based on Internet are analyzed. The data transformation, the data transmission and the data transaction of collaborative design based on Internet are researched. The system configuration and organization mode of dynamic data exchange for collaborative design Internet-based are developed, in which, STEP serves as the product data exchange standard, and ORACLE is the kernel database of the system, so that each of the CAD systems can synchronously access the ORACLE database, share and exchange the design information. The STEP-ORACLE serves as the organizing mode of dynamic data exchange for the collaborative design based on Internet, which realizes the real-time exchange and consistency of the dynamic data between the different platforms and CAD systems.  相似文献

OGSA, as a universal grid computing frame, has resolved a good many problems in the CSCD, and provides a new solution for the network-based collaborative design. This paper studied the main problems in application of the grid technology to network-based collaborative design system by the OGSA based the WSRF, which is used as the basic platform of collaborative design grid. The meaning of the collaborative design grid is explained, and then the opening architecture of collaborative design grid design process on the condition of eoll is presented based on the function analysis in detail. Meanwhile, the collaborative aborative design grid is explained, and the key technologies of the collaborative design grid are analyzed deeply. The results provide a solution and groundwork for the more research on the collaborative design grid and its implementation.  相似文献

The collaborative levels in modem web - based product development processes are diversed in a large degree. However, current researches are lack of systematic approaches to analyze the appropriate level of the collaboration. Aiming at the problem, the collaborative levels and effecting factors are studied in the paper. First, a primary framework of the effecting factors analysis is proposed, which defines the input, output, and components of the effeeting factors analysis. Next, a collaboration hierarchy model is set up, which is constituted by message level, data level and application level. Based on the model, the effecting factors of collaboration levels are analyzed systematically from technology, organization and business aspects. Detailed indices are abstracted from these aspects and an evaluation factors set is formed systematiclly. According to the framework, hierarchy model, and the factors set, a methodology for factors evaluation and analysis is developed, which contains analytical hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gap analysis method. The methodology has characteristics of quantitive analysis, easy to oprerate, and optimization support capability. A case study is provided to illustrate the analysis process based on the application of the methodology in a collaborative product development project of a furniture enterprise. The case study shows that the methodology can help enterprises to determine the collaboration level effectively, and can also find out the critical factors which impact the collaboration on a large extend. As a result, the develop process, working efficiency and the outcome of the collaborative project can be highly improved.  相似文献

Network Organization is an organization built by some rules among organizations for some purposes or some tasks. For example, many organizations work together to develop a new product. The technology of directed graph and fuzzy design structure matrix are used in the development of a new product in the network organization. Base on this, the methods of task de-coupling, matrix exchange and partitions are used to optimize the design activity. Both tenderees and tenderers attach much importance to contractor prequalification before bidding because it plays important roles for both and so far the Score Method has been widely used in our country. But the weights in the method are man-made, which may be affected by personality inevitably. In order to avoid this influence, this thesis will introduce another method based on artificial neural network. This thesis expatiates the principle of artificial neural network, and analyzes the characters of prequalification. Then, the author sets up the mathematics model. The degrees that the design agent capacity matches the design task are an important factor affecting the efficiency of collaborative product innovation design. The classification and quantitative calculation of different types of design agent capacity combination is carried out after the characteristic of design agent is analyzed. An efficiency model whose goal is the shortest entire time is constructed based on the definition of task attribute,and then the solving method of efficiency model are designed based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. The collaborative product innovation design of cabin is taken as an example to prove that considering the matching agent attribute with task can shorten the design cycle and improve design efficiency.  相似文献

Abstract:To manage suppliers who are involved in product collaborative design and innovation, on the basis of collating and analyzing 35 literatures related to co design process and supplier management activities, a three tier model of supplier management in collaborative product development is put forward, which includes tiers of long term strategic management, product development project and co design task. In terms of collaborative product development process, an overall management activities model about suppliers is built. Methods of supplier selection and performance evaluation are studied. XLPE cable in practical application is subjected mostly to thermal stress, which would cause an irreversible damaging and shorten its lifetime. A method based on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR)is proposed. This paper presents the characteristic quantities of thermal aging process-vertical relaxation time and area of wave crest. Experimental results indicate that the vertical relaxation time and area of wave crest decreases with the increase of aging time and aging temperature, and the relationship between the area of wave crest and aging time is approximately linear. The proposed method provides great application value for monitoring cable aging process.  相似文献

A mathematic model for filtering reducer transmission robots which have the characteristics of parameter uncertaintiesexternal disturbancestrong couplingnonlinearities and multi-variable is establishedand then an adaptive RBF networks backstepping method is proposed to control the robot.RBF is employed to approach the nonlinear item of the filtering reducer transmission robot on lineand an adaptive RBF network controller is developed based on backstepping method which effectively suppresses the effect of parameter uncertainties and external disturbance etc.It is combined with Lyapunov stabilization analytical method to demonstrate the close loop system convergence.Simulation results verify that the proposed controller not only satisfies high performance position trackingbut also has good accuracy and robustness.  相似文献

Considering the calculation procedure of the valuation and the quote strategy of quantities bill, the composition of fees for the valuation is settled and the calculation method is designed. To establish the management system of tender and bidding with a valuation based on the bill of quantities is beneficial for the costing reform of power projects and the perfection of the tender and bidding market. Illegal traffics on network can be actively detected by network security monitor An advanced system is given which can capture network data stream and intercept malicious attack, so as to alarm or take response action in real-time. The system is composed by sniffer, monitor control center, remote management unit,etc. Attack activities under surveillance can be distinguished by two methods,which are rule based method and statistics based method. Intrusion recognition by sniffer is the key technology of the system. In addition, dilemma between real-time data stream and high inquiry speed, as well as dynamic addition of attack rules contributes to the main concern of system design. Backdoor of The system can be self detected, while intelligent analysis and bi-directional surveillance ability has also been implemented. Quoting price is an important technology in the process of logistic company. The degree of the price has direct effect on the enterprise's profit, and whose correctness influences whether an enterprise can hold its client. In the operation of ship, due to the phenomenon of empty container, it is difficult to decide the quoted price to use the traditional quoting method based on the cost, because if the price is too high, the client can't accept it, but if the price is too low, it can't ensure an enterprise's profit. In this article, we will apply the economy meaning of shadow profit in the corresponding theory to resolve the problem of quoting price in the phenomenon of empty containers in operation of ship. The profit model and correspond opposite model are built, the theory and meaning of shadow benefit are discussed, and some classified formulae and quoting guide lines based on shadow profit are proposed. An example will be used to prove that the quoting theory based on shadow profit can validly direct the quoting price of logistic company for the added goods in the phenomenon of empty container.  相似文献

To deal with the complexity problems of design tasks decomposition and allocation in the process of product collaborative innovation, a task decomposition model based on mapping level function, structure and task and fuzzy search and matching collaborative partners is proposed by considering the dependencies between the design tasks and the design capacity constraints of innovative subjects. Then on the basis of studying the classification and attributes of design resource, a design resources allocation model with resource use threshold is established to compensate the lack of resource allocation by the priority strategy for design tasks, and the simulation modeling for task-resource allocation based on the time colored Petri net is carried out. Finally, a product collaborative innovation design R & D case of a certain brand phone is imported to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.  相似文献
