在实验室设置的5个不同恒温条件下,对铜绿丽金龟各虫态的发育历期,发育起点温度和有效积温进行了研究.结果表明:随着温度的升高,发育历期逐渐缩短;铜绿丽金龟0卵、1龄幼虫、2龄幼虫,3龄幼虫,整个幼虫期、蛹、成虫以及全世代的发育起点温度C分别为:11.93299±0.608208、10.09588±0.636162、10.11822±0.626651、4.10728±0.5631、4.503128±0.517028、10.42225±0.22592、9.180074±0.73464和6.959769±0.535106℃.相应的有效积温K分别为:128.4972±5.18851、353.4484±14.77367、374.0462±15.49812、3 139.8566±91.3068、4 132.557±112.839、168.6237±2.34459、526.20794±24.66807和4 587.01326±146.82423℃.根据发育起点温度和有效积温,预测出铜绿丽金龟在丹东地区的年发生代数为1年1代,结果与实际情况符合. 相似文献

通过田间调查和计算,明确了铜绿丽金龟幼虫在越橘园内呈聚集分布,且符合奈曼分布型和负二项分布型.通过对比三点法、五点法和棋盘式抽样法发现,棋盘式抽样法最适合对铜绿丽金龟幼虫进行调查.在棋盘式抽样法中,以每个样点的抽样面积为1 m2为最佳,这样既省时省力,又高效. 相似文献

采用喷雾法测试了4种杀虫剂对菜青虫的防治效果。结果表明:用药3 d后1.2%苦.烟乳油、40%辛硫磷乳油和4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油防效均在85%以上;用药7 d后40%辛硫磷乳油和4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油防效虽大于90%,但防效较前下降;用药10 d后20%灭幼脲Ⅲ号胶悬剂防效最高,达93%以上。高效氯氰菊酯乳油防效好,但不能长期大量使用。施用高效氯氰菊酯可与40%辛硫磷、1.2%苦.烟乳油药剂轮换施用;1.2%苦.烟乳油和20%灭幼脲Ⅲ号胶悬剂是开展无公害防治、保护环境的理想药剂。植物杀虫剂1.2%苦.烟乳油可替代化学农药4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油,以减少化学药剂的使用。 相似文献

为筛选出防治烟粉虱高效低毒的药剂,选取6种高效低毒杀虫剂对海南地区设施甜瓜烟粉虱进行田间防治效果进行比较研究,通过调查药前与药后虫口数,计算各药剂1、3、7、10d的防治效果,其中,1.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(EC)的防效分别为97.67%、91.48%、82.24%和90.16%;3.2%阿维菌素(EC)的防效分别为97.80%、86.85%、93.69%和91.07%.结果表明,3.2%阿维菌素(EC)和1.5%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(EC)不仅对烟粉虱的防治效果较好,而且具有持效期长的特点,可作为海南地区设施甜瓜烟粉虱防治的首选药剂. 相似文献

目前设施甜瓜上蓟马防治主要采用化学防治为主,但在农药使用过程中出现的不科学用药现象增多,因此造成其耐药性增强,防治效果差,严重时引发食品和环境安全问题。为有助于设施甜瓜上蓟马防治的合理用药,通过比较6种药剂对海南设施甜瓜蓟马的室内毒力以及田间试验,筛选出对海南设施甜瓜蓟马防效较好的药剂。研究结果表明,设施甜瓜蓟马对60 g·L^-1乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂最敏感,24 h的LC50值为1.324 mg·L^-1,其他药剂敏感次序由高到低依次为:15%高效氯氟氰菊酯悬浮剂(1.871 mg·L^-1),48%噻虫胺悬浮剂(2.345 mg·L^-1),19%溴氰虫酰胺悬浮剂(3.409 mg·L^-1),30%吡虫啉水分散粒剂(3.554 mg·L^-1),20%啶虫脒微乳剂(5.738 mg·L^-1);田间试验结果表明,在田间推荐剂量下,60 g·L^-1乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂防治设施甜瓜蓟马均可表现出较强的速效性和持效性,其在处理后1 d和7 d的防治效果分别为86.82%和79.18%;其次为19%溴氰虫酰胺药悬浮剂,其在处理后1 d和7 d的防治效果分别为78.46%和72.95%。综合考虑,60 g·L^-1乙基多杀菌素悬浮剂和19%溴氰虫酰胺药悬浮剂可以作为海南设施甜瓜上防治蓟马的优先推荐药剂。 相似文献

Three insecticides, Bacillus thuringiensis, chlorpyrifos and phorate, were tested as compost additives to control the larvae of Otiorhynchus sulcatus in hardy-annual nursery stock. In two experiments, one tested a range of doses (20-100 g a.i. m-3 compost) in plants exposed to egg-laying adults for 20 weeks, and the other investigated the persistence of insecticidal activity. B. thuringiensis failed to control the larvae; phorate gave control up to early July but by August had also failed; chlorpyrifos-treated compost controlled larvae until mid-August and maintained partial control through September. Possible phytotoxic damage by chlorpyrifos is discussed. 相似文献

AIM: To illuminate the effect of sirtuin 6 (SIRT6) on the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells. METHODS: The mRNA expression of SIRT6 in the peripheral blood from 200 cases of HCC patients and 50 cases of healthy people was detected by real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). The mRNA expression levels of SIRT6 in the peripheral blood from 200 cases of HCC patients were combined with multiple clinicopathologic parameters for statistical analysis. The protein expression of SIRT6 in primary hepatocytes, immortalized hepatocytes and 4 hepatoma cell lines were determined by Western blotting. The silencing of SIRT6 was conducted by transfection of vector expressing short hairpin RNA targeting on SIRT6, and the protein level of SIRT6 was measured by Western blotting. The viability of HCC cells was tested by MTS assay. DNA synthesis was analyzed by Cell-LightTM EdU Apollo® 488 In Vitro Imaging Kit. The abilities of colony formation and anchorage-dependent growth were measured by colony formation assay and soft agar assay, respectively. RESULTS: The mRNA expression of SIRT6 in the peripheral blood of HCC patients was significantly higher than that in the healthy people, and its expression was highly associated with tumor size, tumor grade and vascular invasion. SIRT6 expression in 4 hepatoma cell lines was significantly higher than that in the others. SIRT6 silencing led to a significant decrease in the cell viability as tested by MTS assay. EdU staining revealed that SIRT6 silencing reduced DNA synthesis. SIRT6 silencing reduced the ability of colony formation and anchorage-dependent growth as determined by colony formation assay and soft agar assay, respectively. CONCLUSION: Sirtuin 6 promotes the proliferation and malignant transformation of HCC cells. 相似文献
