在柑桔疮痂病发病初期施用试验农药绿菌锏和对照农药可杀得。结果显示,绿菌铜600倍、800倍、1000倍、可杀得800倍对柑桔叶外疮痂病施药后15天的防效分别为78.75%、73.65%、61.69%,6、73.29%,绿菌铜600倍的防效显著高于其它处理:绿菌铜800倍与可杀得800倍的防效无显著性差异,但两者显著高于绿菌铜1000倍;对柑桔果实疮痂病施药后防效分别为76.17%、72.18%、64.29%、70.47%,绿菌铜600倍极显著高于其它处理,绿菌铜800倍与可杀得800倍的防效无显著性差异,但两者极显著高于绿菌铜1000倍。 相似文献

使用松毛虫赤眼蜂不同放蜂密度分别于7月30日和8月10日两次放蜂防治松毛虫,第二次放蜂后10d分别调查卵寄生率和虫口密度。结果表明,松毛虫赤眼蜂块剂50、60、70块/667m2三种放蜂密度防治松毛虫均有良好的防治效果,卵寄生率分别为78.8%、75.3%、90.1%,虫口防效达89.1%、84.6%9、1.6%。从经济成本预算,每亩放蜂50块,就可以达到较好的控制效果。 相似文献

本论文介绍一种农药药液润湿性测试卡的制作,即将指示剂涂布在特定图案的纸卡上,再覆盖一层石蜡.使用时,把液滴加到测试卡上,液滴铺展所到之处发生显色反应,根据显色面积读数,以此判断溶液的润湿性.选用不同浓度有机硅表面活性剂Silwet 408水溶液,对其表面张力,在测试卡上的铺展系数和接触角,在黄瓜、番茄、油菜等6种植物叶片表面的接触角分别进行了测定,初步分析了该测试卡的润湿性能.结果表明,该种测试卡具有与其他自然植物叶片相似的性质.浓度0.003%的Silwet 408水溶液铺展系数为3.3,对应表面张力26.79 mN/m,在小麦表面的接触角66.5°,可见测试卡能反映药液的铺展系数、表面张力、接触角等多种因素,为田间喷雾助剂的选用提供了快速直观的判别工具. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Pyoluteorin (Plt) is a polyketide metabolite produced by fluorescent Pseudomonas. It controls a wide range of pests, including bacteria, epiphytes and weeds. It could become widely used as a new biological pesticide. However, ignorance of the stability of Plt is an obstacle to its use. This work studied the stability of Plt and its degradation under different conditions, including temperature, pH and UV–visible light irradiation. RESULTS: Degradation of Plt followed first‐order reaction kinetics. The degradation rate increased with increased temperature. The derived activation energy was 11.06 J mol?1 K?1. Plt was relatively stable in neutral solutions, in contrast to acid and alkaline solutions. Visible irradiation had no obvious effect on Plt stability, while UV irradiation greatly decreased its half‐life to 3–4 days, in contrast to its half‐life of 25 days in the dark. CONCLUSION: Plt is relatively stable in pure water solutions and at room temperature, with a half‐life of more than 20 days. However, UV irradiation and acidic or alkaline solutions will enhance its degradation, reducing its half‐life by a factor of 0.1–0.3. Before Plt is widely used as a pesticide, it might be necessary to modify the structure of Plt to make it more stable. Copyright © 2009 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

Phenylpyrazoles constitute a newly developed class of chemicals with insecticidal and herbicidal properties. In acute toxicity experiments in rats, near-lethal doses of phenylpyrazoles produce neurotoxic symptoms with an unknown mode of action. We have investigated the effects of two phenylpyrazoles, SLA4722 and SLA4685, in the frog neuromuscular junction and in the clonal muscle cell line BC3H-1. In the frog neuromuscular junction SLA4722 at concentrations ? 10?5 M caused a pronounced increase in the frequency of miniature endplate potentials (MEPPs). SLA4685 caused a similar increase but was less potent. In the clonal muscle cell line BC3H-1, SLA4685 produced a concentration-dependent block of the acetylcholine (ACh) response (IC50 = 2.4(±0.3) × 10?5 M). At 10?6 M a slight potentiating effect of SLA4685 on the ACh response was observed. SLA4722 was less potent in this preparation. The increased transmitter release might, at least partly, be responsible for the excitatory effects of the phenylpyrazoles in intact animals. 相似文献

A greater public, political and regulatory awareness of chemicals in general, and in particular of their environmental behaviour, has led to increased attention being given to the so called ‘inert’ ingredients of pesticide formulations. Specific controls of these ‘inerts’ have been developed and introduced in the USA whilst in Europe the approach at national and Community level has been more broad-based. These legislative controls and their associated influence on the labelling and data requirements for pesticide formulations are discussed. The positive move towards ‘safer’ formulations is to be welcomed and will hopefully not lose momentum in the light of increasing regulatory pressure on the individual constituents. 相似文献

The influences on pest control that are external to the pesticide industry are discussed first. The complexity of the interrelationship between the five main parties to the pesticide controversy (the farmer, the public, the pesticide manufacturer, wild life interests and the government) explains in some measure the intensity of the controveersy itself. It is to be hoped that with increasing knowledge all parties will be able to move together along an agreed, optimum course.The responses within pest control in general, and the pesticide industry in particular, to these external influences are then discussed. Existing pest control practices largely utilise control at the level of the individual. Much current research relates to population control procedures. The pesticide industry is concerned with innovations relating to the mode of action of conventional insecticides as well as to new ways of using chemicals to control insect populations. It is suggested the long term success of population control procedures depends as much on the provision of appropriate organisasuccess of population control procedures depends as much on the provision of appropriate organisational requirements as on solving the technical problems.Finally, the likely future couse of pest control is considered. It is suggested that over the next 10 years or more the major burden of pest control will continue to fall on the pesticide industry much as at present. The first innovations, over the period 5–15 years hence, are likely to concern conventional pesticides with novel modes of action. Population control procedures will gradually become established and this process will accelerate over the period 10–20 years hence and beyond. However, full benefit from such procedures will only accrue if organisatonal requirements have been met. 相似文献
