中医药期刊防范学术不端行为的思考——基于1227篇来稿查重结果分析及112篇退稿追踪调查

目的了解中医药期刊学术不端稿件状况，探讨防范学术不端行为的措施。方法总结1227篇来稿科技期刊学术不端文献检测系统（Academicmisconductliteraturechecksystem，AMLC）查重的结果，追踪112篇因学术不端退稿后发表情况。结果来稿中疑似学术不端论文比例较高，因学术不端的退稿近半数已在他刊公开发表。结论中医药期刊编辑要增强责任意识，提高甄别学术不端论文的能力；教育和适当处罚学术不端论文作者；加强对期刊的监管，防止学术不端论文公开发表。

审稿意见的处理运作机制

如何处理审搞意见了编辑工作者面对的一个经常性的工作。如何把握和运作，笔者在实际工作中认为，审者与编者二者相互联系、彼此促进，尊重审者意见但并不盲从、并不抱泥，要综合扼括，分析提高，力排情感、诱因干扰；要言辞婉转，退稿留人。只有这样才能促进学报的长足发展。

让理想转一个弯

他是农民,但他从小的理想就是当作家,为此,他一如既往地努力十来年,坚持每天写作500字。每写完一篇,他都精心地加工润色,然后再充满希望地寄往报纸杂志。遗憾的是,可他从来没有一篇文章得以发表,甚至连一封退稿信都没有收到过。

采用文献计量学方法,统计分析了《西南农业大学学报》近５年的载文情况,对论文的学科分布,地区分布,退稿率,信息密度,出版周期,基金论文。作者情况等进行了研究,得出《西南农业大学学报》是侧重于西南地区的全国性农业科技期,论文质量在全国处于中等水平。     

重组人白介素-10对兔皮肤移植排斥反应及外周血T细胞亚群的影响

目的 观察重组人白介素-10（rhIL-10）对白兔皮肤移植排斥反应及外周血T细胞亚群的影响.方法 36只白兔随机等分为供体组和受体组,再将18只受体白兔随机分为rhIL-10组（5、10μg·kg-1·d-1）、环孢素（CsA）阳性对照组（5、10 mg· kg-1·d-1）、rhIL-10＋ CsA联合组（5μg·kg-1·d-1 hIL-10＋5 mg·kg-1·d-1 CsA）、生理盐水阴性对照组（1 mL/d）.在移植前1d至术后8d连续肌注药物,观察各组皮片移植排斥反应情况及外周血CD4＋和CD8＋细胞数、CD4/CD8细胞比值.结果 rhIL-10组排斥反应发生时间比阴性对照组延长（P＜0.05）,而rhIL-10＋ CsA组排斥反应发生时间比低剂量rhIL-10及CsA组延长（P＜0.05）.在发生急性排斥反应时,CD4＋细胞数及CD4/CD8细胞比值升高,在皮片坏死时达到峰值.结论 rhIL-10可抑制白兔皮肤移植排斥反应,CD4/CD8细胞比值有助于监测排斥反应发生.     

Genetic and immunological complexity of major histocompatibility regions

There are genetic differences within the major histocompatibility complex of the mouse which lead to skin graft rejection but which cannot be detected serologically. When confronted with these differences on allogeneic cells, lymphocytes proliferate in vitro. In other cases, in vitro lymphocyte proliferation but no skin graft rejection is associated with loci that are linked to but genetically separable from the loci controlling the serologically defined antigens.     

HOMOGRAFT REJECTION IN THE FETAL LAMB: THE ROLE OF CIRCULATING ANTIBODY

Specific rejection of sterile orthotopic skin homografts by the fetal lamb in utero was unaccompanied by the presence of plasma cells in either the graft and its bed, or in the reactive draining lymph node. The grafts appeared not to stimulate the production of circulating immunoglobulins. The presence in the fetal circulation of rabbit anti-sheep 7S gamma-globulin and anti-beta(2M)-globulin did not inhibit the normal course of homograft rejection. These data support the contention that conventional circulating antibody is not an obligatory participant in the rejection of solid-tissue homografts.     

抽水蓄能电站水力装置系统动态过程仿真

针对抽水蓄能电站混流式水泵水轮机的运行特点,采用内特性解析理论,建立了复杂水力装置系统计入弹性效应的水轮机甩负荷过渡过程的仿真数学模型。采用进程交互法,建立了抽水蓄能电站水轮机工况甩负荷过渡过程的仿真模型。应用该模型,结合十三陵抽水蓄能电站运行实际编制了相应的仿真软件,取得了满意的效果。     

Structure of solidified colloidal array laser filters studied by cryogenic transmission electron microscopy

Ordered arrays of charged uniform colloidal polystyrene particles in solution form a single-wavelength laser filter that is transparent to other wavelengths. A usable filter was prepared by solidification within an acrylamide-methylene-bisacrylamide gel. The rejection wavelength of the colloidal array filter changes with gel composition. Cryogenic transmission electron microscopy of two gel formulations shows that the colloidal array filter is composed of AAA stacking of close-packed planes. Excellent agreement is found between the layer spacings measured and those predicted from the rejection wavelengths.     

抽水蓄能电站水力装置系统动态过程仿真①

On the basis of the operating characters of mixed-flow pump-turbine in pumped storage plant, the simulation model, which is of complicate hydraulic system's, of rejection transient when the unit was working as turbine, were founded through the internal analysis method and the elasticity was also considered. The simulation model of the rejection transient was developed through the method of process interaction. The corresponding simulation software was developed according to the operation situation of Shisanling pumped storage plant.     

社会排斥和决策框架对风险偏好影响

为探讨社会排斥和决策框架对风险偏好的影响及其交互作用,实验1采取回忆排斥经历范式激发社会排斥感,考察不同决策框架下风险偏好;实验2采取虚假人格反馈范式激发社会排斥感,并增加不幸控制组,考察消极事件和人际压力对框架条件下决策偏好的影响.结果显示:(1)社会排斥情境下存在框架效应;(2)社会排斥强化框架效应,积极框架下风险规避增加,消极框架下风险寻求增加.     

免疫抑制剂在肝移植术后特殊状态下的应用分析

目的探讨肝移植术后免疫抑制剂个体化应用的方法．方法在经肝移植治疗后的患者中筛选出在不同情况下应用免疫抑制剂后的137例患者临床资料进行回顾性分析．结果137例患者1a生存率为82．5％（113／137），99例术后感染患者经减药或停药后87例存活；39例移植肝排斥患者（急排21例，慢排4例）在加药及激素冲击治疗后23例存活；再次手术的24例患者根据具体情况调整免疫抑制剂用量后，18例安全度过围术期；A，B，O血型不符肝移植3例，加用塞尼派及调高免疫抑制剂浓度后，2例预后良好；严重感染并急性排斥6例患者经降低免疫抑制剂浓度控制感染后再加强免疫抑制效果，4例存活．结论免疫抑制剂个体化用药是提高肝移植成功率和移植后生存质量的重要保证．     

Direct observations of North Pacific ventilation: brine rejection in the Okhotsk Sea

Brine rejection that accompanies ice formation in coastal polynyas is responsible for ventilating several globally important water masses in the Arctic and Antarctic. However, most previous studies of this process have been indirect, based on heat budget analyses or on warm-season water column inventories. Here, we present direct measurements of brine rejection and formation of North Pacific Intermediate Water in the Okhotsk Sea from moored winter observations. A steady, nearly linear salinity increase unambiguously caused by local ice formation was observed for more than a month.     

Lactate dehydrogenase isozymes in human cardiac transplantation

Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) isozyme activities have been followed in 17 human cardiac allografts. A pattern of abnormality associated with cardiac rejection during the first month after operation has been determined: (i) LDH-1 activity is greater than LDH-2 activity; (ii) LDH-1 activity is greater than 35 percent of total LDH activity; and (iii) LDH-1 activity is greater than 100 international units. The LDH-1 abnormality helps to meet the need for an index of cardiac rejection during the early weeks after operation when the electro-cardiogram is least reliable.
