“Five-in-one” Comprehensive Demonstration Village Planning of Nanzhou Village,Tacheng Town,Nanchang County

Against the background of accelerating new socialist countryside construction, Nanchang City proposed the "five-in-one" comprehensive demonstration village planning, including village planning and construction, characteristic industry, ecological optimization, leisure agriculture, and civilized local customs. Taking the planning of Nanzhou Village for example, this paper introduced specific construction contents of "five-in-one" comprehensive demonstration village, in order to provide references for the new countryside construction in other regions.     

Exploration of Feasible Path for the“New Urbanization”in Practices

This paper introduced problems in the current construction of "new urbanization" from four perspectives, namely making new countryside planning, but not eliminating countryside, protecting architectural cultures, avoiding pursuit of grandiose western-style projects. In addition, solutions to the problems were proposed, the necessity and urgency of promoting new urbanization scientifi cally and reasonably was stressed, the feasible approach for the construction of new urbanization was explored.

By reviewing the beautiful countryside construction in Xihu Lijia Village, Qianfang Town, Jinxian County, this paper further explored the concept of building happy and harmonious countryside, provided theoretical and technical instruction for the construction of "ecological settlement", "ecological environment", "ecological economy", "ecological culture", in order to instruct the construction of beautiful countryside.     

发展林业是山区新农村建设的现实选择

从山区经济社会相对落后的具体情况出发,提出建设社会主义新农村的难点在山区,应当高度关注山区。从生态、经济、社会等方面的需求满足看,林业必将在山区新农村建设中大有作为。因此,在山区建设社会主义新农村中必须选择以林为主,综合开发,山区林业应当走以生态建设为主,发展林业产业,加快建立现代林业产权制度,完善林业分类经营管理制度,建立森林生态效益补偿制度等路径,在重视和解决三农问题的同时,高度关注和切实解决发展林业与山区新农村建设问题。

中国城乡统筹发展的区域分步推进战略探索

本文基于城乡统筹视角,根据我国东、中、西部地区的发展差异,提出了三类地区应分别采取提升城镇化质量、城镇化与新农村建设并重以及着力建设新农村的区域优先战略。     

农民文化权益受损的原因分析

长期以来,农民的文化权益遭受了不同程度的损失,广大农民群众享受不到应有的文化权益,这将非常不利于推动农业现代化和新农村建设的开展。当前农民文化权益受损的原因主要在于：新农村建设对经济发展的路径依赖,忽视了农村文化建设;农民是文化的被动受众,未能成为农村文化建设的主体;传统文化的裂隙和现代文化的陷阱制约着农村文化自身的发展等。切实保障农民的文化权益必须在新农村建设中重视农村文化建设,充分肯定农民主体地位,发挥农民主体功能,在社会主义核心价值的引领下很好的继承传统文化,避免现代文化的陷阱,建设符合新农村发展、满足农民文化需求的农村文化,农民的文化权益才能得到切实保障。     

典型农牧区新农村发展影响因素及模式选择——以内蒙古鄂尔多斯市乌审旗为例

中国实施可持续发展战略,农业与农村既是基础和优先领域,也是最具挑战和难度最大所在。农牧地区的新农村发展既是我国新农村建设的重要组成部分,也是相对薄弱的环节。内蒙古自治区乌审旗是典型的农牧地区,全旗各乡镇（苏木）在区域的差异性、功能的主导性和发展的制约性（简称“三性”）等方面具有不同特征,这对于全旗新农村建设具有直接的影响。基于乌审旗不同乡镇（苏木）“三性”的分析,乌审旗新农村发展的主要模式为：工业企业带动模式、城镇建设带动模式、现代农业带动模式、生态牧业带动模式、休闲旅游带动模式、专业市场带动模式。     

新农村建设过程中的障碍分析与路径选择

新农村建设是中国实现由传统社会向现代社会转型过程中的一个必经阶段,但在进行社会主义新农村建设问题上如何分清轻重缓急,标本兼治,实现农村经济的可持续发展,则是众说纷纭,观点分歧较多。对新农村建设中的一些障碍进行了分析,探讨了中国新农村建设过程中的路径选择问题。     

社会主义新农村建设视域下农村实用人才研究概述

为促进农村实用人才为社会主义新农村建设提供有力的人才保证和智力支持,以社会主义新农村建设中的人才需求为背景,对农村实用人才研究的基本观点进行了全面考察分析,研究内容主要在农村实用人才的基本内涵、重要性、队伍建设现状和开发对策研究4个方面取得了重要进展。纵观农村实用人才的研究历程,提出农村经济社会发展的客观需求、农村的教育培训创新和建立健全科学的机制体制是促进农村实用人才发展的3个动力因素。     

新型农民科技培养模式的创新与实践研究——“沈阳市农村青年科技人才研修工程”模式与运行机制

农民教育是社会主义新农村建设的核心问题。培养一大批用得上、留得住、掌握一定专业知识的新型农民，农民教育是关键。由大学和地方政府科技部门共同实施的“沈阳市农村青年科技人才研修工程”， 探索出“政府出资、大学培训、农民受益” 的科技培养新模式，搭建了科技培训平台，为社会主义新农村建设培养出一大批“懂技术、善经营、留得住、用得上”的新型农民，已产生了很好的经济效益和社会效益，是解决“三农”问题的一大创举。     

Establishment of Entrepreneurship Education and Practice System in Agricultural and Forestry Universities against the Background of New Countryside Construction

Current entrepreneurship education and practices in colleges and universities of China against the background of new countryside construction were analyzed,and compared with foreign practices.SWOT analysis was adopted to further elaborate current entrepreneurship education and practices in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities of China.Driven by education courses and practices,a sound course and practice system was established by considering characteristics and specialties of agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,which was significant for undergraduates from agricultural and forestry colleges and universities who want to start their own business,and also for the construction of new socialist countryside.     

当前构建中国新农村和谐社会的思考

建设社会主义新农村,构建农村和谐社会是中国目前需要解决的迫切问题。笔者分析了中国目前构建农村和谐社会的主要障碍和可行性,提出了构建中国农村和谐社会需要改变执政观念,实现政府职能转变作保障;需要加大对农村的投入,大力发展农村经济作支撑;需要加强农村精神文明建设来助推,同时提出构建农村和谐社会要依靠科技进步,发展效益农业;要完善农村社会保障制度,解决农民后顾之忧;要加快农村剩余劳动力向城市转移,弱化转移农村矛盾的思路。     

Exploration of Near Water Rural Landscape Planning and Design:Taking Shiping Village,Zhijiang City in Hubei Province as an Example

By centering on the problems in rural environment and ecology in new rural planning of China,this study is to discuss the new rural planning modes through the effective methods on the near water rural landscape planning and design.Based on the studies of the status at home and abroad,borrowing ideas from successful cases,this study intends to apply the landscape ecological design technique to the Shiping Village,Zhijiang City in Hubei Province by depending on the near water geographical position and water resources.Through improving pools,fishponds,rivers,canals and other environments near water and planning and design of landscape,modern ecological new countryside with features of water resource is formed.Through discussion,we find effective ways to improve ecological environment of countryside,protect style and feature of countryside near water,construct people-oriented rural development system of and promote the construction of rural human habitat environment.Such landscape planning model of countryside near water obtains good ecological and environmental effect,and provides references for projects of similar themes.     

社会主义新农村建设中农民体育投入实证研究

以社会主义新农村建设为背景,为全面促进新农村体育发展,采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,从农民直接体育行为、间接体育行为、智力体育行为三个方面对社会主义新农村建设中农民体育投入现状进行了全面调查与深入研究,最后给出几点建议。     

Problems Facing the Implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy: A Case Study of Luocun Town of Shandong Province

According to the requirements of the national rural revitalization strategy and the construction of new countryside, the current situation of rural construction in Luocun Town, Zichuan District, Zibo City was taken as the entry point, the problems occurred in the local revitalization and construction were analyzed, and corresponding improvement measures were put forward.     

转变农民的思想观念：新农村建设成败的关键 ——由建设社会主义新农村引发的思考

当前开展的社会主义新农村建设，不论在理论界还是在实践中都存在着忽视转变农民思想观念的问题。而如果农民的思想观念不能彻底向现代化转变，则所有新农村建设的实施都将成为空谈，甚至会造成像城市现代化过程中出现的思想观念混乱、经济发展偏颇的现代性危机。文章运用历史和逻辑统一的方法，从理论、历史、现状3个层面进行分析，认为虽然经济基础决定上层建筑，但思想观念作为上层建筑对经济的发展也会产生一定的反作用；中国在近代现代化的实现过程中，正是由于在不同的阶段都程度不同地忽视了思想观念的转变，才造成了中国现代化进程中的现代性危机；同时从农民现状来看，思想观念更是滞后于现代化的进程。因此，从伦理的规范、道德的重建、传统的继承等方面转变农民的思想观念就成为新农村建设中不可忽略的重要内容，成为关乎新农村建设成败的关键所在     

农业科技团队助推新农村建设的研究

本文根据“团队”理论,介绍了我院在新农村建设中,组建科技团队和团队创新所作的探索与实践。在加强科技团队建设过程中,我院的科研、技术推广、为地方经济服务、助推社会主义新农村建设等方面工作均取得了显著的成效。该研究对农业高校、科研院所在为“三农”服务和新农村建设中可提供参考。     

农村土地流转的理论审视与现实路径解析

促进和规范农村土地流转是当前农村全面小康社会建设和新农村建设的重要内容之一。当前,应积极进行农村土地流转的理论分析,促进农村土地流转的法制化,完善政府的引导、管理和服务职能,积极建立和完善农村土地流转机制,建立健全农村社会保障体系。
