依照总体设计原则和通用设计原理,兼顾小杂果本身的物料特征,自主研究设计自动分级机。小杂果单果质量一般在10~40g左右,要达到设计要求的生产能力、无损伤及分级精度,必须同时兼顾分级部件的工作速度和称量系统的精度。阐述了6GF—500型小杂果自动分级机的原理、组成,以及主要参数的确定、主要解决的关键技术和创新点,并对该机型的应用前景进行了展望。  相似文献

虚拟现实技术应用于园林设计,可利用动态和交互方式对未来的园林进行身临其境的全方位审视,可达到传统的园林效果图所无法达到的效果,然而目前虚拟技术在园林中的应用比较少。笔者基于VRML技术对园林设计要素的(植物、建筑、地形和水体)构建进行探索,实现了园林设计四大要素的三维模型构建和互联网上的漫游与交互功能。研究表明基于VRML构建园林设计要素的方法是行之有效的,而且效果比较好。  相似文献

介绍了用于果蔬保鲜的小功率管式电晕放电型臭氧发生器电源电路利用电晕放电原理产生臭氧(O3)的工作过程。根据臭氧发生管放电极的空间布局上的特点,设计双变压器回路给予供电,并辅以STC89C52RC单片机控制电路,实现定时可控功能。该设计克服了传统果蔬保鲜臭氧发生器电源模块庞大的缺点,并根据臭氧发生器的机械结构特点设计了合适的电路板,使电源模块体积减小,节省了安装空间。  相似文献

The present status and problem for collaborative design are analyzed. A communication system structure based CORBA principle and the Java distributed programming technology is developed. The capability of CORBA and Java supplying is compensated each other in this structure system. The integration of CORBA and Java is proved to be a more effective designing platform for distributed collaborative design in the area developing WWW-based applications. Different climatic zones should consider different architectural spatial organization forms when designing buildings. In this paper, the design scheme of Half Courtyard located in the Guanzhong Plain of Shaanxi is selected for research to explore how to construct ecological elderly care buildings in cold regions. The process of designing the common slope pile-anchor retaining structure in Chongqing is analyzed, the finite element method is applied to calculate the force of the structure and design the anchor bar, pile and holding sheet. The CAD system is developed including fore-process, post-process, calculation of the structure and drawing by computer in order to make the designing of slope pile-anchor retaining structure more quickly, more economical and convenient. Self-adjusting planetary gear rational mechanism can eliminate the influence of various uncertain errors in mechanism. Therefore ,it's method of self-adjusting designing is attented by machine designer. For seeking a simple, regular, and widely realizing self-adjusting designing way, this article uses approach of the follow text to design no over-constraint and self-adjusting mechanism. First, the article advances the conception of planetary gear structure muster and it's plotting basis, through using for reference the strategy and method of self-adjusting structure groups in planar linkage mechanism. Second, it designs the self-adjusting planetary gear structure muster, through analyzing the constraint and freedom of planetary gear structure muster. Third, it designs the self-adjusting mechanism, through adding aptitude rotational links outside of self-adjusting planetary gear structure muster. This mechanism can realizes the self-adjusting in the interior of muster and self-adapting in the exterior of muster. This designing plan possesses a series of excellence, such as, theoretical, simple, feasible, widely self-adjusting. After investigating into the design of classical FIR digital filter, a method of FIR filter design based on proximate best uniform approximation is proposed. The paper introduces the theoretical basis of the proximate best uniform approximation theory in detail, and applies it to the design of FIR digital filter. The procedure of designing a FIR filter with the proximate best uniform approximation method is given. The example shows that the filter designed by this method is of good performance in both pass band and eliminated band, and comparatively little calculation related, and hence it is of promising prospect to be applied.  相似文献

It is two main factors that the refrigerant leakes and preheated in compress process for the discharging of the screw refrigeration compressor. The size of them directly is related to the form of the screw and the precision of the screw processed, and the screw cooled etc. Each compressor factory is different from others for designing and processing the screw. In the engineering design, it is difficult to calculate volumetric flow rate of the screw refrigeration compressor. The main factor of the volumetric flow rate is analyzed for the screw refrigeration compressor. A method of calculating the volumetric flow rate is inferred and checked.
