水杨酸诱导小麦赤霉毒素抗性研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
以不同浓度水杨酸 (SA)分别在小麦开花前和开花后进行处理 ,研究水杨酸对小麦离体穗的赤霉毒素抗性诱导和对小麦赤霉毒素胁迫下离体穗的幼胚培养的影响。结果表明 :以 0 0 5~ 0 1mmol·L-1水杨酸处理小麦 ,可使小麦离体穗在小麦赤霉素胁迫下延迟衰老 ,离体穗的百粒重比对照提高 9%以上 ,幼胚培养的绿苗率显著下降 ,愈伤组织出愈率显著上升。低浓度水杨酸对离体小麦抗赤霉毒素诱导无显著影响 ,高浓度水杨酸对离体穗产生损伤 相似文献

Inhibition of gastric acid secretion in rats by intracerebral injection of corticotropin-releasing factor 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
Intracisternal injection of ovine corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) into the pylorus-ligated rat or the rat with gastric fistula resulted in a dose-dependent inhibition of gastric secretion stimulated with pentagastrin or thyrotropin-releasing hormone. When injected into the lateral hypothalamus--but not when injected into the cerebral cortex--CRF suppressed pentagastrin-stimulated acid secretion. The inhibitory effect of CRF was blocked by vagotomy and adrenalectomy but not by hypophysectomy or naloxone treatment. These results indicate that CRF acts within the brain to inhibit gastric acid secretion through vagal and adrenal mechanisms and not through hypophysiotropic effects. 相似文献

水杨酸处理对采后绿熟芒果炭疽病抗病性的诱导 总被引:12,自引:0,他引:12
绿熟芒果(MangiferaindicaL .cv .Matisu)经水杨酸(SA)处理后,用炭疽病菌(Colletotichum gloeospori oides)孢子悬浮液(1×10 4cfu/mL)对其进行损伤接种,贮存于13℃85 %~95 %相对湿度条件下。结果表明:SA处理的芒果接种后第4天果实发病率仅为对照的6 2 . 5 % ,第12和16天果实病斑直径比对照分别降低了39. 9%和35. 3% ,差异达到显著水平(P <0. 0 5 )。贮藏过程中SA处理后芒果果皮中的过氧化物酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性以及总酚和过氧化氢含量明显高于对照,其中苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性在接种后第4天达到对照的3 4倍。SA处理能显著抑制果实病斑扩展,有效降低果实的接种发病率,提高绿熟芒果对炭疽病的抗病性。 相似文献

在3叶1心时,选取大小一致的莴苣幼苗,定植到日光温室中。分别以不同浓度(0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6mmol/L)的外源水杨酸(SA)溶液进行叶面喷施处理,旨在研究外源水杨酸对叶用莴苣幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:浓度在0.2~0.4mmol/L的SA处理,能显著提高叶用莴苣幼苗叶片的过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧物歧化酶的活性,增加可溶性蛋白的含量,降低丙二醛的含量。当处理浓度超过0.4mmol/L或低于0.2mmol/L时,幼苗的生理生化特性,各指标均反应出SA处理的效应呈下降的趋势。 相似文献

以黄河蜜甜瓜种子为试材,通过水杨酸(SA)浸种预处理,研究了 SA 对甜瓜种子萌发质量和相关生理特性的作用。结果表明:较低浓度 SA 浸种预处理明显促进了黄河蜜甜瓜种子的萌发和生长,其萌发指数、发芽势、发芽率、根冠比和生物学产量等指标在低浓度范围内呈显著增长趋势,其中 0.5 mmol/L 的 SA 处理效果极为显著。而高于 0.5 mmol/L 的 SA 处理则对种子萌发起抑制作用,各项萌发和生长指标均随 SA 浓度的增加而明显下降。SA浸种后甜瓜萌发种子内蛋白质和脯氨酸的含量的变化同种子的萌发和生长趋势相似,较低浓度 SA 显著提高了种子内蛋白质、脯氨酸的含量,此后随 SA 浓度的升高其含量呈明显下降趋势。 相似文献

This experiment was undertaken to explore the effect of salicylic acid (SA) at different concentrations on regulating fruit
senescence of Huang Kum pear. Through dipping fruits and fruit discs for a series of hours in SA solution, enzyme activities
and physiological characteristics of Huang Kum pear were determined. The results revealed that SA enhanced the activity of
superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) enzymes at 0.02 mmol/L and at 0.002 mmol/L with the treatment of dipping fruit
discs for 4 h and 12 h, respectively. The malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were reduced at 0.002 mmol/L for 12 h, and water
loss ratio was decreased at 0.5 mmol/L after 48 h of treatment. It was concluded that SA at lower concentrations could delay

以五角枫叶片为实验材料,经预处理后用反相高效液相色谱测定了植物组织中水杨酸的含量.该方法摸索出了使水杨酸与其他酸性(或杂质)组分很好分离的液相色谱条件,建立了植物组织中水杨酸的定性定量方法.用该方法测定水杨酸标样的回收率高于95%,精密度和重现性均较好(相对标准偏差为0.42%).用该方法对实际植物样品的分析也取得了较理想的结果. 相似文献

以水杨酸处理后的拟南芥(Col-0)为材料,采用高通量测序技术分析拟南芥在水杨酸处理后的转录组变化,发现了12个受水杨酸下调的新基因。以Col-0幼苗的cDNA为模板克隆其中一个基因NG314,并对其功能进行研究。NG314的cDNA序列总长为1 097bp,基因组DNA包含1个内含子。荧光定量PCR结果表明,NG314的表达量随着水杨酸处理时间延长而逐渐下降,病原菌侵染也能抑制NG314的表达。NG314可能是一个长链非编码RNA或新的miRNA基因,可能通过抑制其靶基因的表达调控植物的抗病反应。 相似文献

Effects of salicylic acid (SA), ultraviolet radiation (UV-B and UV-C) on the trans-resveratrol (Res) inducement of the skin
of harvested grape berries were studied with three grape cultivars Takasuma, Tano Red and Carigane. Split plot design tests
were adopted to compare the effects of UV-B and UV-C radiation on Res inducement of different cultivars. Results showed that
spraying 100 mg·L−1 SA markedly enhanced Res contents in the skins of harvested berries for the three selected cultivars. However, the effect
of SA varied with the cultivars, and Res inducement by SA was more effective to Tano Red than Takasuma and Carigane. UV-B
or UV-C irradiation significantly increased Res contents in grape skins and UV-C was more effective than UV-B. The effects
of UV types and dosages on Res inducement depended upon cultivars. In the range of 0–3.6 kJ·m−2, the Res contents in the skins of the three grape cultivars were enhanced along with the increase of dosages of UV-B and
UV-C.

以3-羟基-苯甲酸为内标,利用甲醇提取拟南芥叶片水杨酸,然后用三氯乙酸和盐酸溶解,再用乙酸乙酯∶环己烷(1∶1)萃取浓缩,高效液相色谱法测定.结果表明流动相0.2 mol·L-1醋酸钠∶甲醇(9∶1)p H为6.0时,水杨酸独立出峰,分离效果最好.用水稻及水仙叶片验证该提取及测定方法,效果良好,说明该方法在植物中具有一定的通用性. 相似文献

Gastric acid secretion has been thought to depend on histamine stimulation of the parietal cell. However, in the 2-week-old rat neither exogenous histamine nor the H-2 receptor agonist impromidine stimulates acid secretion, whereas pentagastrin and the cholinergic agent bethanechol are potent stimuli. At this age, the effect of pentagastrin in acid secretion is not blocked by the H-2 receptor antagonist cimetidine, nor is it potentiated by impromidine. These data suggest that, in the rat pup, the acid secretory response to pentagastrin and cholinergic agents occurs before the histamine-mediated system is functional and operates independently of the actions of histamine. 相似文献
