不同施用方式下污泥堆肥对土壤性质和草坪生长的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为解决城市污泥处理难题,探讨污泥堆肥及其不同施入方式对绿地土壤的改良效果,进行了污泥堆肥绿地土壤改良试验。试验设混合(H)、覆盖(F)、混合+覆盖(HF)3种施入方式,结果表明:不同施入方式均能显著降低绿地土壤容重,提高土壤中有机质、碱解氮、速效钾、有效磷含量,HF和H的改良效果最好;不同施入方式还均能显著促进草坪生长和分蘖,其中HF,F,H处理的分蘖密度分别比对照高45%,37%,32%;F处理的杂草抑制率在96%以上,HF为78%,H处理未能抑制杂草;各施入方式均能显著提高土壤微生物碳和土壤微生物氮含量,改良1年后,F、H和HF的土壤微生物碳含量分别是对照2.4,3.1,3.4倍,微生物氮含量分别是对照的1.7,3.0,2.8倍;与对照相比,HF处理与H处理的土壤脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性均显著提高。  相似文献

Bermuda grass [Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.] is a major forage for grazing and hay production in the southern United States. The objectives of this study were to determine effects of nitrogen (N) fertilization rate (0, 112, 224, 336, and 448 kg ha?1), split spring and summer applications of N at the 224 and 448 kg ha?1 rates, and harvest periods (spring and summer) on forage yield, crude protein (CP), acid detergent fiber (ADF), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), total digestible nutrients (TDN), and concentrations of phosphorus (P), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), and calcium (Ca in Midland Bermuda grass. Data were collected from 2002 to 2008 as part of an ongoing, long-term soil fertility experiment in southern Oklahoma. Repeated measures analysis of these long-term data showed that forage yield responses to N rate varied with year and harvest time with up to 2.5-fold yield differences among years. Nitrogen fertilization increased CP, TDN, and macronutrient P and Mg and decreased ADF and NDF. Crude protein was increased by ≥50%, and ADF and NDF dropped by up to 25% with the greatest N rate. In general, split N applications did not affect forage yield but produced low-quality forage compared to single N application in spring. Split application of 448 kg N ha?1 gave forage with CP, TDN, ADF, and NDF similar to the Bermuda grass receiving 336 or 448 kg N ha?1 as a single application. Spring forage had better forage quality than summer harvests. While N fertilization increased forage Mg and P concentrations by more than 50% during both spring and summer, it had no effect or slight increased K and Ca concentrations. In the southern Great Plains, despite the weather-dependent variability in forage yield of Bermuda grass, N application increase forage quality.  相似文献

采用盆栽控水试验,研究了不同土壤含水量(水淹,23%,18%,13%,8%)对我国雅砻江库区重要植物物种狗牙根叶片光合色素、SOD活性、POD活性、脯氨酸和MDA含量变化的影响。结果表明:与对照(23%)相比,狗牙根受到淹水胁迫时叶绿素a,b的含量和光合效率有所下降,丙二醛含量有所升高,但是抗氧化酶活性以及脯氨酸含量的增大提高了植物对淹水胁迫的抵抗力。随着土壤含水量的减少,叶绿素a和b的含量、光合速率、SOD、POD活性和丙二醛含量先升高,随后逐渐降低。SOD和POD活性在8%时存在最低值,分别为33.10U/gFW和3.87U/gFW。Carotenoid/Chlorophyll(Car/Chl)比值在18%时达到最低值0.22,然后增大。脯氨酸(Pro)含量随胁迫程度呈明显的增大趋势,并在8%达到最大值0.31μg/gFW,说明干旱条件时狗牙根通过提高类胡萝卜素和脯氨酸含量来改善渗透调节能力,增强对干旱胁迫的抵抗能力和适应力。但严重的干旱胁迫(8%)导致了植物叶片的损伤。  相似文献

为了研究狗牙根对中原油田地区土壤石油污染的修复效果,通过盆栽实验,设置4组处理,对照组(即不种植狗牙根组)、种植狗牙根组、种植狗牙根并添加尿素组、种植狗牙根并添加有机肥组,分别在15,30,60,90,120 d取样分析.结果表明:经过120 d后,对照组的土壤石油污染去除率为25.40%;种植狗牙根组的土壤石油污染去除率为58.67%,是对照组的2.3倍;添加尿素可以有效的增加狗牙根对石油的去除率,当尿素:土为1:2000时,石油污染去除率达到69.43%;土壤石油污染去除率随着有机肥的增加而增加,施加有机肥水平为12 g/kg时,土壤石油污染去除率达到83.97%,是狗牙根组去除率的1.4倍.因此,种植狗牙根对土壤石油污染修复有较好的作用,合理施肥对狗牙根修复土壤石油污染影响显著.  相似文献

Soil phosphorus (P) removal by harvest may be a practical remediation strategy. Small plots of bahia grass (BG) (Paspalum notatum Flügge), common bermuda grass (CB) (Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers.), crab grass (CG) (Digitaria ciliaris (Retz.) Koel.), and switch grass (SG) (Panicum virgatum L.) were established on a coastal plain soil (Mehlich 3P, 100–500+ mg kg?1) . Yield, tissue P concentration, and uptake P were determined in 2002–2005, and surface (0–15 cm) soil P were determined in 2002 and 2005. The uptake decreased, SG > CG > BG = CB (range 230–90 kg ha?1), paralleling the decrease in surface soil P. Uptake depended on soil P (P < 0.01–0.10), with uptake > surface soil P decrease at low soil P due to uptake from subsoil but decrease > uptake at high soil P due to leaching. Soil P concentration did not affect SG tissue P nor did multiple harvests decrease its relative productivity.  相似文献

Compost can be used to remediate metal-contaminatedsites because it binds metals and reduces metal uptakeby plants. A greenhouse experiment was conducted totest the effectiveness of compost to remediate Zntoxicity to plants and to determine its effect on zinc(Zn) distribution among operationally defined forms. Cecil soil (Typic kanhapludults) was amendedwith 0 to 5000 mg kg-1 Zn and biosolid compost at0, 100, and 300 tons ha-1, and then corn (Zea mays L.) was planted. After 42 days of growthplants were weighed and analyzed for Zn concentration. Soil was analyzed for Mehlich 1-extractable Zn andfractionated by a sequential extraction procedure forforms of Zn. Compost lowered soil pH while increasingCEC, exchangeable hydrogen and percent carbon. Concentrations of Mehlich 1-extractable Zn weredecreased by compost addition. Compost additionsdecreased plant Zn concentration and allowed moreplant survival with toxic levels of soil Zn. Compostamendment redistributed Zn from the water soluble andexchangeable fractions to the manganese oxide andamorphous iron oxide fractions, which shows a changein form of Zn from more plant available to less plantavailable. Biosolid compost soil amendments decreaseplant availability of Zn making it less toxic toplants even where it decreases soil pH, which wouldtend to have the opposite effect.  相似文献

为探究狗牙根根系分泌物对消落带Pb迁移能力和生物有效性的作用,通过模拟试验,选取三峡库区消落带优势植物狗牙根根系分泌的低分子量有机酸,研究在干湿交替环境作用下,根系分泌物对污染土壤及上覆水中Pb总量、土壤中Pb赋存形态的影响。结果表明:在干湿交替环境作用下,表层土壤中Pb含量不断减少,底层土壤中Pb含量不断增加;2次落干—淹水结束后,各处理表层土壤中Pb含量为混酸>柠檬酸≈乙酸>丙二酸>对照,底层土壤Pb含量为混酸>柠檬酸≈乙酸>丙二酸>对照。表层土壤中碳酸盐结合态、铁锰氧化态Pb是导致土壤总Pb含量减少的主要原因,最大减少幅度分别为24.89%和19.04%;但添加了低分子量有机酸的处理,表层土壤中铁锰氧化态、有机结合态Pb含量比对照高,可交换态Pb含量比对照低;且有机酸促进了底层土壤中碳酸盐结合态及铁锰氧化态Pb含量的增加。在2次淹水过程中,上覆水Pb含量均呈先增加后降低的趋势,低分子量有机酸抑制了土壤向上覆水释放Pb。总的来说,在干湿交替环境作用下,狗牙根根系分泌物降低了表层土壤中Pb环境风险。  相似文献

为研究菜籽饼堆肥对土壤Cd有效性和在水稻体内迁移转运与累积的影响,在Cd污染(Cd=0.72 mg/kg)土壤中施用不同添加量(0.75%,1.5%,3.0%)的菜籽饼堆肥,以未添加菜籽饼堆肥为对照(CK),并进行水稻盆栽种植试验。结果表明:(1)菜籽饼堆肥进入稻田土壤后会显著降低土壤中TCLP提取态Cd含量,在熟化期施用0.75%~3.0%的菜籽饼堆肥,与对照相比土壤TCLP提取态Cd含量下降了45.1%~68.7%。但水稻的种植会影响菜籽饼堆肥对土壤中TCLP提取态Cd含量的降低效果,使其含量随着水稻生育期的延长逐渐上升,但仍低于同时期的对照土壤。(2)施用菜籽饼堆肥能显著提高水稻产量,但同时也增加水稻糙米中Cd含量。与对照相比,施用0.75%~3.0%的菜籽饼堆肥,水稻糙米中Cd含量为0.04~0.14 mg/kg,低于国家食品中污染物限量标准(GB 2762—2012, Cd<0.2 mg/kg)。同时,每株水稻产量分别增加3.6~4.3 g/株,约为1 620~1 935 kg/hm^2。(3)施用菜籽饼堆肥会提高Cd在水稻体内的转运能力,同时显著提高水稻成熟期各部位Cd累积量,特别是地上部分。总体来说,施用菜籽饼堆肥增加水稻糙米中Cd含量,但依然保持在较低水平,满足中轻度Cd污染地区水稻的安全生产。但在Cd污染程度更高或者土壤Cd活性更强的土壤中施用菜籽饼堆肥,种植水稻糙米Cd含量可能高于国家食品中污染物限量标准。因此,在保证稻米安全的前提下对Cd污染稻田应该谨慎施用菜籽饼堆肥。  相似文献

Tropical acid soils are highly weathered as they exist under tropical environment with high rainfall and temperature throughout the year, which affects nitrogen availability. Soil organic nitrogen is important in estimating soil nitrogen availability. The combined use of urea and compost in this study was carried out to decrease sole dependence on urea, buffer soil acidification, and reduce nitrogen losses through leaching. Thus, soil buffering capacity, incubation, and organic nitrogen fractionation studies were conducted to determine soil buffering capacity, availability of total nitrogen, organic fractions nitrogen, and inorganic nitrogen in soil after 90 days of incubation following compost. Soil pH, buffering capacity, total nitrogen, organic nitrogen fractions, exchangeable ammonium, and available nitrate were higher in all treatments with compost and combined use of urea and compost. Total hydrolyzable nitrogen, ammonium-nitrogen, (ammonium + amino sugar)-nitrogen, amino sugar-nitrogen, and amino acid-nitrogen were higher in soils with urea and compost suggesting that decomposition of soil organic fractions nitrogen into inorganic nitrogen (ammonium and available nitrate was affected by the addition of urea and compost. Urea can be amended with compost to regulate availability nitrogen in soil for crop use.  相似文献

Management practices that reduce landscape water consumption will become more important as potable water supplies diminish. Currently, a significant portion of urban water in hot, dry climates is used for landscaping purposes. Little information is available concerning the effects of compost topdressing after core cultivation on turfgrass drought response. The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effects that core cultivation and topdressing compost onto established Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis L.) have on: i) soil water content, and ii) turf canopy temperatures and quality responses during periods of drought. Following core cultivations in May and September 2003 and May 2004, compost treatments [0 (control), 33, 66, and 99 m3 ha?1, i.e. 0, 31, 62, 93 Mg ha?1] were topdressed onto established ‘Nuglade’ and ‘Livingston’ Kentucky bluegrass in the field (Experiment I). In Experiment II, ‘Kenblue’ Kentucky bluegrass was topdressed with 0 (control), 66, and 99 m3 ha?1 compost after core-cultivation. In addition, a non-core-cultivated and no-compost-topdressed treatment was included. Three 10-d dry down periods were imposed during the summers. During the dry down periods, compost treatment increased SWC in the 15-30 cm soil depth during the first four days of dry down and in the 0-15 cm depth 7-10 days into the dry down period. Compared to the control, compost treatments at 66 and 99 m3 ha?1 reduced turf canopy temperature by 1.2-3.3°C during 4-10 days of dry down, indicating less drought stress. While ‘Nuglade’ and ‘Livingston’ turf quality of control (no compost treatment) declined to an unacceptable level on day 8 of dry down, plots with 66 and 99 m3 ha?1 compost treatments maintained acceptable turf quality during the entire dry down periods. In Experiment II, turf quality of ‘Kenblue’ declined to below 6 on day 3 for the non-cultivated and no-compost-topdressed treatment, on day 5 for the core-cultivated but no-compost-topdressed control and on day 9 for 66 and 99 m3 ha?1 compost treatments. Our results suggested that compost topdressing after core cultivation is a management practice that could reduce turfgrass irrigation requirements.  相似文献

通过模拟试验及田间试验研究不同磷肥施用后对土壤磷有效性的动态变化和分布特点,以及玉米磷吸收和产量响应的影响。田间和模拟试验包括4个处理,分别为对照(不施磷肥)、MAP(磷酸一铵)、UP(磷酸脲)和AAP(水溶性聚磷酸铵)。模拟试验中,不同磷肥均提高土壤中有效磷含量,APP处理10—15 cm土层有效磷含量增加最多。在均匀的养分投入和管理水平下,3种磷肥品种均有土壤酸化效果,其中UP处理最为显著。田间试验中,玉米生长后期,APP处理的土壤有效磷含量在深层土壤分布较高,UP处理土壤pH较低,均有利于改善土壤的供磷能力,提高土壤有效磷含量;APP处理对根系发育有显著的促进作用,玉米组织磷含量和磷吸收量最大,产量最高(14.40 t/hm^2)。3种磷肥中,APP处理移动性较好,土壤深层有效磷含量增加,利于根系生长和养分的吸收,提高产量。水溶性聚磷酸铵(APP)是一种适合于玉米灌溉施肥的肥料。  相似文献

[目的]研究黄土坡面草被覆盖对拦蓄水沙及调控养分的作用,为黄土坡面治理提供科学依据。[方法]通过模拟降雨试验,收集降雨过程中坡面的径流泥沙样品,采用数据对比与统计分析相结合的方法,分析在不同草被覆盖条件下坡面径流泥沙以及养分磷流失过程,探讨草被覆盖率和草被格局对坡面泥沙及养分流失的调控作用。[结果]随着降雨历时的增加,径流呈平稳增长过程,泥沙、径流总磷、泥沙速效磷均呈波动变化过程;25%,50%,75%覆盖率坡面径流总磷和泥沙速效磷分别为裸坡流失量的66%,85%,80%和62%,47%,21%;草被格局对水沙养分调控作用的差异性表现为:泥沙径流泥沙速效磷径流总磷。[结论]草被对径流总磷的调控作用不强,对泥沙速效磷的调控作用显著;草被格局对径流和径流总磷的调控作用有限,对泥沙与泥沙速效磷的调控作用显著。  相似文献

The presence of clopyralid, a selective broadleaf herbicide, in compost near Spokane, Washington in 2000 was attributed to grass clippings collected from area lawns and subsequently used as compost feedstock. A field study was conducted in 2001 to evaluate the effects of herbicide formulation and mowing practice on the clopyralid content of grass clippings. The objective was to develop guidelines that would limit the concentration of clopyralid in clippings, thereby reducing the amount of clopyralid entering the compost production stream. Clopyralid was applied to turfgrass as either a sprayable (S) or granular (G) formulation. Grass clippings were either collected in a bagging lawn mower and removed from the plots or returned into the plant canopy using a mulching mower designed to finely chop and disperse the leaf blades. Clippings were sampled for a period of ten weeks after application, and again in the summer of 2002, and analyzed for clopyralid content. Mowing treatment had no significant effect on clopyralid content of grass clippings. The S formulation resulted in higher concentration than the G at 4 hours after treatment (193 mg kg?1 and 53 mg kg?1, respectively). At 10 weeks after treatment (WAT), clopyralid concentration averaged 0.9 mg kg?1, and cumulative recovery of clopyralid in grass clippings was 35% and 29% of the amount applied for the S and G formulations, respectively. By 56 and 98 WAT, clopyralid concentration in clippings was 0.06 and 0.02 mg kg?1, respectively. Based on these results, and depending on feedstock dilution and composting conditions, a waiting period of up to one year after application of clopyralid could be necessary for treated grass clippings to be safely used as compost feedstock.  相似文献

Three kinds of tropical soils (inceptisol, mollisol and oxisol: USDA) were amended with increasing quantities of municipal refuse compost. Prepared mixtures: 0, 1.2, 2.5, 5, 10 and 25.6 percent (by volume) of compost were utilized as growing substract (without mineral fertilizer) in pot vegetation trials including three successive plantations taking corn as the test plant. Plant yields and heavy metal concentrations were determined. Urban compost effects on soil chemical parameters were evaluated. Corn growth had been significantly enhanced by the presence of urban compost showing no toxic effects. However, this fertilizing effect decreases after successive harvestings. Cadmium and lead concentrations in the plants were found to be under detection concentration limits (0.5 and 5.2 ppm respectively). Concentrations of copper and zinc in the plants increased relative to the amounts of urban compost but never reached toxic concentrations.  相似文献

依托13年长期定位试验采取裂区设计,主处理为行间生草覆盖和清耕,副处理为4个施肥处理,具体为不施肥(CK)、单施有机肥(M)、氮磷钾配施(NPK)、有机无机肥配施(MNPK),采用修正的Hedley磷分级方法浸提和测定各磷形态。结果表明:石灰性土壤0—20,20—40 cm土层各形态磷含量以盐酸态磷(D.HCl—P)和残留态磷(Residual—P)为主,水溶性磷(H2O—P)与碳酸氢钠无机磷(NaHCO3—Pi)比例较低。经过13年生草覆盖和不同施肥处理,生草覆盖条件下有机无机肥配施提高土壤中无机磷的含量和占比,降低残留态磷的含量。比例在0—20,20—40 cm土层无机磷比例分别由68.5%和66.1%上升到75.8%和69.7%,残留态磷的比例由26.8%和27.0%下降到18.3%和23.5%。生草覆盖下有机无机肥配施可显著提高土壤有效磷和无机磷的含量以及H2O—P、NaHCO3—Pi活性磷在土壤中的比例,生草覆盖结合有机无机肥配施能够增加土壤活性磷含量,保持高比例有效磷库,是提高当前苹果园...  相似文献

以城市污水处理厂污泥堆肥为研究对象,采用盆栽试验方法研究不同用量(0%,5%,10%,20%)污泥堆肥施入盐碱土后,对玉米、大豆生长情况及土壤环境的影响。结果表明,施用污泥堆肥可降低盐碱土pH值和总盐含量,提高土壤养分及酶活,增加土壤微生物量碳、微生物量氮,同时施用污泥堆肥土壤重金属Zn、Cu含量增加,当施用量为20%时,土壤Zn含量超标。另外,玉米和大豆在污泥堆肥施用比例分别为10%和5%时长势最佳,且作物籽粒中重金属含量在国家食品卫生标准范围内。  相似文献

为探讨植草带对红壤坡耕地面源污染输出的削减效果,以植草带和裸露红壤坡面作对照,根据野外观测数据拟定降雨强度和N,P等面源污染物浓度,室内模拟产流产沙及N,P输出过程.结果表明,雨强越小,植草带的减流和减沙效果越明显;在同一雨强条件下,植草带的减沙效果比减流效果明显.与裸地比较,植草带对全N的削减率随雨强和全N输入量增大而逐渐减小;在20 mm/h和35 mm/h雨强条件下,植草带对全P的削减率随着全P输入量的增大而增大,在同一全P输入浓度条件下削减率随雨强增大而逐渐减小;在50 mm/h雨强条件下,植草带径流中全N输出量大于裸地对照.  相似文献

Field production of ornamental shrubs often results in significant topsoil removal and degradation of surface soil physical properties. Building soil organic matter through compost amendments is one way to ameliorate effects from topsoil removal in woody ornamentals production. We amended field soils with three composts to evaluate their effects on soil physical properties and shrub biomass production. Specifically, we applied either duck manure-sawdust (DM), potato cull-sawdust-dairy manure (PC) or paper mill sludge-bark (PMB) composts to a Plano silt loam soil using two application methods: 2.5 cm of compost incorporated into the top 15 cm of soil (incorporated-only) or 2.5 cm of compost incorporated plus 2.5 cm of compost applied over the soil surface (mulched). We grew three shrub species from liners: Spirea japonicum ‘Gumball’, Juniper chinensis ‘Pfitzeriana’, and Berberis thunbergia ‘Atropurpurea’. Shrub species and soil amendment treatments were established in triplicate in a randomized split plot design. Total soil carbon (TC), bulk density (ρb), aggregate stability, soil moisture retention capacity (MRC), volumetric moisture content (θv), and saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ksat) were measured over three years (1998 to 2000). We measured above and below ground shrub dry matter production at the end of the first (1998) and second (1999) growing seasons. Mulched treatments resulted in 15%-21% higher TC than the incorporated-only and no-amendment control treatments. Bulk density decreased with increasing TC contents. Greater aggregate stability and the formation of larger aggregates were related to increased TC. Field moisture retention capacity tended to be higher in the incorporated treatments compared to the mulched and nonamended control treatments. Compost amended treatments increased saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ksat) sevenfold over the nonamended control. There were no compost effects on shrub biomass until the second year of growth. Barberry was the only species to respond significantly and positively to compost application. Specifically, mulched DM compost produced 39-42% greater total Barberry biomass than the other compost treatments and the nonamended control. Our findings showed that compost effects on soil physical properties differed among composts and their subsequent effects on shrub growth were species specific.  相似文献

为了对山西省山区土壤干旱程度和水资源利用情况进行研究,通过称重法研究了山西榆次区不同植被(樱桃林地、耕地、枣树林地和杨树林地)及撂荒地土壤剖面水分变化特征、水分有效性及干燥化效应。结果表明:土壤平均含水量从小到大依次为杨树林地(8.10%)、枣树林地(9.94%)、撂荒地(10.70%)、樱桃林地(14.47%)和耕地(14.53%)。各植被下土层均有不同程度的干层发育,其中耕地和樱桃林地土壤为轻度干层,撂荒地主要为中度干层,而枣树林地与杨树林地则发育了中重度干层。杨树林地各土层均为无效水,枣树林地以无效水为主,撂荒地以无效水与难效水为主,耕地和樱桃林地受灌溉补给,以难效水与中效水为主。各植被中除杨树林地外,土壤水分含量均随土层深度增加先减后增。其中樱桃林地和枣树林地土壤水分都在0—3 m内呈递减趋势,3—5 m土壤水分迅速升高。耕地和撂荒地土壤含水量先减后增,均在2—2.5 m深度土层为含水量低值拐点。杨树林地土壤水分在0—3.5 m保持平稳,3.5—5 m水分呈下降趋势。  相似文献
