The gearshift of an automated mechanical transmission is performed by cutting off the power.The key to the gearshift of AMT is shift quality.Theinfluence of the control stategy during shifting processon shift quality is analysed.While resuming the power,the derivative of the speed differencebetween the clutch active disc and the clutch slave disc time instant is in direct proportion tothe discontinuity of the vehicle acceleration at the lock-up time instant.The large discontinuity of the vehicle acceleration will result in the jerk and the oscillation of vehicle that make passengers uncomfortable.A control stategy is proposed,that make small the derivative of the speed differencebetween the clutch active disc and the clutch slave disc by the integrated control of engine and clutch.The road test shows that the control stategy improves the shift quality.  相似文献

An improved Mean shift based rocket target tracking algorithm is presented. The traditional Mean shift tracker is difficult in tracking fast moving rocket target and suffers in cumulating error. To overcome the limitation of the traditional Mean shift tracking algorithm, three frame difference method is employed to detect the rough position of rocket target. Based on the rough position, Mean shift algorithm is used to achieve precise tracking. Simulation experiments show that the proposed algorithm can effectively track fast moving rocket target and overcome the tracking error cumulating problems.  相似文献

Considering that the transmission system of wind turbine works in complex and changing load environment caused by stochastic wind speed,this paper uses sparse least squares support vector machine(SL-SVM) to simulate wind speed of true wind field,and obtains time-varying wind load caused by stochastic wind speed. The lumped-parameter method is used to develop a dynamic model of planetary gear transmission system of wind turbine coupled with bearing. The model includes the varying wind load,time-vary mesh stiffness of gear pair and time-vary stiffness of rolling element bearing. The numerical method is used to simulate the dynamic performance of planetary gear system of Multibrid Technology Wind Turbine with 1.5 MW rated power. The vibration displacement responses of the transmission system are obtained as well as dynamic meshing force each pair of gear and nonlinear bearing forces. The research can provide a foundation for optimizing dynamic performance and reliable design of gear transmission system of wind generator.  相似文献

Reference efficiency of a pair of gear drive without planetary motion is the base to calculate efficiency of the whole planetary gear train. The authors find reference efficiency for speed increase is higher than that of the same drive used for speed reduction. This is different from the earlier viewpoint. New equations are derived for correctly calculating the reference efficiency of spur gear and helical gear with internal conjugate and external conjugate either in the state of speed increase or speed reduction respectively. The equations are also used to calculate efficiency of 2K-H planetary gear train.  相似文献

为验证公司自主研发的呋喃它酮代谢物化学发光微粒子检测试剂盒的检测效果,用化学发光微粒子免疫法和高效液相色谱串联质谱法对猪肉、鸡肉、鱼肉、虾4个样品中呋喃它酮代谢物残留量进行检测,比对两种方法试验结果间的差异。结果表明,使用直接竞争CLIA试剂盒检测动物性食品中呋喃它酮代谢物残留量,其特异性强,灵敏度较高,在猪肉、鸡肉、鱼肉、虾样品中0.2、0.4、0.8μg/kg 3个水平的加标回收率均在94.0%~101.0%之间,变异系数均小于15%,最低检测限分别为86.24、84.09、84.51、88.12 ng/kg;此方法与高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测实际样品的阴、阳性判断结果一致,其结果稳定、可靠,可满足现场快速检测动物组织中呋喃它酮代谢物残留的要求。  相似文献

Modeler and simulation modules in Ideas software are used to build the finite element models on involute gear and double involute gear with accurate tooth shape, and with the same design parameters and under the same loads, finite element contact analysis has been done. At last, the contact stress and bending stress on the two types gear transmission at the different meshing positions are solved out, and comparative analysis and study have been done. At the same time, that the ladder-shape tooth on the double involute gear how to influence contact stress and bending stress is emphatically analysed. All above offer the theoretical foundation that bring the double involute gear with ladder-shape tooth into the industry.  相似文献

本研究旨在通过分析包容性生态规划中各利益相关者的作用,指出其能够推动社会治理范式的转换。生态规划是中国正在推行的区域国土空间规划的一项重要内容,它是沟通自然与社会生态系统的桥梁,通过生态规划过程推进基层社会治理能力是区域国土空间规划能够取得成效的关键。本研究基于2000年以来的研究和实践,分析生态规划中基层政府及其部门、公众、规划师、其他社会力量等各方在生态规划的编制、实施、监测与评估等交互合作过程中的作用,将生态规划面临的两种社会治理范式进行了比较,指出生态规划包容合作的治理范式有能力助力社会治理范式转换。通过对包容性生态规划过程的描述,指出可以通过其具体过程中协调主体间性的方式助力社会治理转变为各利益相关者共同参与的、多方合作的治理体系和多元协商平台。  相似文献

Taking the sliding bearing into account, the lateral vibration analysis models of two single rotor were built respectively using the transfer matrix method. The transmission matrix of herringbone gear coupled unit is derived. Using whole transfer matrix method, the lateral torsional coupling analysis model of herringbone gear rotor system is set up, and the vibration characteristics of gear rotor bearing system in gas turbine is analyzed. Through numerical calculation and anlysis, the eigenvalue of gear rotor system, the Logarithmic decrement and the critical speed are obtained. The result shows that the working speed of this gear rotor bearing system is far away from the critical speed, therefore the system is stable and safe.  相似文献

The mesh stiffness of gear tooth is simulated by spring elements, the connected bolt between various housings are simplified as bar elements, and the sliding bearing and rolling bearing are simplified as spring dumping elements. Based on them, the gear-shaft-bearing-housing coupled finite element model and boundary element model of GWC6066 marine gearbox are established. Finally, the dynamic response under internal dynamic excitation is analyzed and the vibration severity, structural-borne noise and air-borne noise of the gear system are forecasted. Through the experimental modal analysis of gear system, and the test of vibration response and air pressure, the natural frequencies, vibration severity, structural-borne noise and air-borne noise are obtained. Compared with numerical results, two results show good agreement.  相似文献

Several methods have been proposed over the years to detect linkage between a marker gene and quantitative trait locus (QTL). Use of isozymes and restriction fragment length polymorphisms as genetic markers, has encouraged the development of new methods to detect linkage. We present three methods to detect linkage and two methods to measure recombination frequency (r). The three methods that detect linkage can be used when a single QTL or a tightly linked cluster of QTLs control the quantitative trait. The two methods that measure recombination frequency could not be used in the latter case because r would not be properly estimated. Procedures to calculate the additive and dominance gene effects of the QTL and the respective variances of these estimates were also presented.  相似文献

A DSP-based experimental system with real-time finger joint angle detection and prosthetic finger control is designed here. The prototype system is mainly composed of four parts: real-time finger posture detection, joint angle analysis, control pulse encode, and underactuated prosthetic hand with three individually active fingers, i.e. thumb, index finger and middle finger. The real-time finger joint movement is detected by acceleration sensor ADXL330, and the microprocessor DSPTMS320F2812 is used to collect the output of acceleration sensor and calculate angle changes of the finger joint instantaneously. Then, the angle changes are encoded to PWM pulse sequence to control the stepper motor, which drove the rotation of prosthetic finger joint. Preliminary tests are given to multi-finger motion detection and real-time prosthetic finger control, respectively. The experimental results show that the acceleration sensor ADXL330 can be used to reliably detect the gesture of finger movements, it can effectively drive flexion movement and extension movement of prosthetic finger, and the grip action can be completed with the coordination of thumb, index finger, and middle finger.  相似文献

白芝麻籽粒油脂、蛋白质及芝麻素含量QTL定位分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
芝麻籽粒油脂、蛋白质和芝麻素含量是芝麻品质育种的3个重要目标。为了解析其遗传机制并检测相关QTL,利用近红外谷物品质分析仪对一个包含224个株系的F9代重组自交系(RIL)群体在2年3个环境下的籽粒品质性状检测,结果表明,群体内株系间差异显著且呈典型正态分布,而同一环境不同重复间表现差异不显著。相关性分析显示,籽粒含油量与蛋白质含量显著负相关,籽粒含油量与芝麻素含量显著正相关,蛋白质含量与芝麻素含量显著负相关;利用该RIL群体已构建的高密度遗传图谱,采用基于混合线性模型的复合区间作图法(MCIM)检测到8个QTL,表型贡献率为0.41%~14.55%;采用多重区间作图法(MIM)检测到13个QTL,可解释5.2%~18.6%的表型变异。其中5个主效QTL被2种方法同时检测到且定位区间相同,2个主效QTL在2个或3个环境中被重复检测到。控制含油量的Qoc-5与芝麻素含量的Qsc-5位于LG5连锁群上的相同区段,加性效应均为正值;而控制蛋白质含量的Qpc-5也位于相邻位置,但加性效应为负值。LG2和LG1连锁群上也存在相似情况,反映品质性状相关QTL之间存在一因多效或紧密连锁。因此,在芝麻品质育种中选择高含油量可以兼顾高芝麻素,但应对蛋白质含量进行负向选择。  相似文献

Based on the investigation of engaging points' displacement of gear pump with three idle gears ,the radial components of instantaneous hydraulic pressure and the engaging force of the compound pump are analyzed .The research comes to the conclusions that the instantaneous radial forces acting on center and inner gears can be balanced so long as the center gear has triple times tooth ,and the idle gear of even tooth makes less radial hydraulic pulsation than those of odd ones. 本研究以黄瓜绿斑驳花叶病毒侵染的黄瓜叶片为材料,应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法(DAS-ELISA)、反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)、核酸斑点杂交(NASH)技术,进行了检测灵敏度比较研究。三种检测方法灵敏度实验结果表明:RT-PCR检测灵敏度高于地高辛标记的核酸斑点杂交技术,以血清学为基础的DAS-ELISA检测灵敏度最低。通过灵敏度对比分析得出,核酸斑点杂交技术可以替代RT-PCR应用于基层的检疫检测。  相似文献

When light spreads in gravitational wave, its frequency is changed. Usually considering frequency gravitational shift, the rest mass of the photon is neglected. According to Proca equations of weight electromagnetic wave the authors investigate the Frequency shift of Proca light. The results of numerical estimation show that frequency shift of the photon has a small change when considering the rest mass of the photon and it is not detected at present experimental condition.  相似文献

Focusing on the problem of computer operation without hand for the disabled people, a new method of mouse control based on visual analysis of the face poses is proposed. First, the face images from CCD camera are obtained and the face areas are located based on AdaBoost algorithms with Haar features. Then, 5 feature points including 2 eye corners, 2 mouth corners and nose tip are detected with image analysis. After that, with help of the feature points in a predefined frontal face image, the face poses are estimated in the real-time face images. Finally, the 3 deflection angles are adopted to define human computer interactive information, which can be used to determine positions and operations of the mouse in the human computer interactive interface. The experimental results demonstrate the efficiency of our method that the face poses can be estimated accurately as well as the operation information to the mouse be achieved rapidly. It is valuable in human computer interaction for the disabled people.  相似文献

Aiming at the problem of machining quenched internal helical gears, a method and its equipment are discussed and designed, which is used for machining quenched internal helical gears by EDM. Its characteristic and principle are proposed. The modifying design of the electrode gear and the calculating method of its modification coefficients is presented. Analyzing for the error of the machining equipment is done. The results show that this problem can be solved by EDM, the electrode gear is the modification gear of machined gear and the machining accuracy can be improved by controlling errors.  相似文献

VHS-ADC high speed digital signal processing platform based on MATLAB and FPGA could be used to build three-phase voltage source rectifier with space voltage vector PWM(SVPWM).The initial phase of coordinate transformation from three phase static coordinate to two phase static coordinate which is called Park transformation and from two phase rotating reference frame to two phase static coordinate is uncertain. There existed noise in acquiring grid voltage and current. Digital phase-locked loop is added to follow the frequency and phase of grid voltage, FIR filter is added to process signal and reduce the interference. External voltage control loop, internal current control loop and the model of coordinate transformation are designed on the VHS-ADC platform. The small power experiment is conducted to verify the stability and feasibility of the control system. The experimental results show that the digital phase-locked loop and FIR digital filter can be applied to three-phase voltage source rectifier.  相似文献
