The paper explains the data transfer mechanism based on the PASS-THRU channel of S5933, and gives a method to develop data acquisition system based on PCI bus, the problem of designing the PCI interface controller is avoided, saving time and cost of development production. The use of CPLD makes the stucture of the system more integrated. This paper analyses the PCI bus features, and introduces several developing tolls and the techniques, including PCI controller IC, driver development software and the key points of designing PCI cards with the main focus on IC S5933 and driver development software WinDriver. An example in the virtual instrument-a random signal generator, consisting of PCI card and software, is also given. DDS is realized by software, through the high transfer speed of PCI bus. The signal generator can produce sin, noise, frequency sweep and others complex waves. Taking the hybrid electric vehicle as the investigation subject, this paper studies the remote data acquisition, supervisory control and redisplay system of the hybrid electric vehicle fault diagnosis. The system gathers the simulate CAN BUS data through serial ports by the data acquisition device and send data to the remote web servers by the GPRS wireless communication module. For the demands and features, the paper makes the module selection and design the hardware of lower computer ,and the software on the host computer and lower computer. It takes several notebooks as the simulate vehicle date emission source to make an experiment, achieving the function of wireless data transfer, data acquisition, supervisory, redisplay for multi hybrid electric vehicles at the same time, and protocol setting up. Especially the function of wireless data transfer and protocol setting up, make a big progress on the common use and convenience of fault diagnosis system.  相似文献

The last standard bus, for example, ISA, EISA and MC can not be satisfied with the demand of the modern technology. In this case, the PCI bus appears, and become the master standard bus. The voltage instability of power system often occurs when the active power on one or more weak branches exceeds its transfer capability. A preventive control model for static voltage stability is proposed using the active power transfer capability of weak branches as static voltage stability constraints. A local line based voltage stability index is used to determine the critical contingencies, weak branches and transfer capability of each weak branch. A static security analysis method, which is based on DC power flow equations, is used to establish the non linear active power flow expressions on weak branches following each critical contingency. The active power constraints on weak branches can be obtained from the active power flow expressions and transfer capabilities of weak branches. A quadratic optimal model for preventive control including the proposed active power constraints on weak branches is presented. The simulation results for IEEEE14 bus system and IEEE118 bus system demonstrate the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed preventive control model.  相似文献

An electrocardiogram (ECG) is an essential way for diagnosing the heart disease, and the test theories and systems work well with the practice application, whereas, as new technologies and devices come forth one after another, it allow us to acquire the ECG data more conveniently, more accurately, more comprehensively. The authors discuss the design of ECG data acquisition system based on the USB 2.0 protocol, and expatiates the system principle in detail. The system employs two AD73360 to sample the standard 12-lead signal simultaneously, which has a resolution of 16-bit. They utilize EZ-USB FX-2 as the USB interface device, which can transfer the data conveniently and quickly, and also permit the configuration of multi-system controlled by just one host. Considering the DSP as a powerful tool in the field of digital signal processing, ADSP-2181 has been chosen.  相似文献

A new distributed equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis network system based on an RS485 field bus and an industrial ethernet was designed for the main drive system of a hot strip mill. The system structure and composition were studied. The following problems were resolved: communication of an intelligence data acquisition module with RS485 interface; communication between a server, clients and a light emitting diode; and point to point communication between a programmable logic controller and server. Real time signals of 24 radial run out, 12 axial drifting can be synchronously acquisitioned and stored in a database. System operation is satisfactory and can be used to identify the causes of rolling mill halt and transmission slip brake, and to improve sheet metal quality.  相似文献

In accordance with the requirements of industrial mechanical vibration field data real-time transmission in the condition of multi-survey-point and mass data acquisition, an Ethernet data transmission method based on Ethernet controller RTL8019AS and TMS320C5402 DSP is presented. Packing data from A/D into UDP and IP package and controlling RTL8019AS through I/O mapped registers, high-speed DSP makes real-time communication high performance. Ethernet frame protocol and TCP/IP protocol are simplified for the specific purpose. And the interface technology between Ethernet controller RTL8019AS and DSP is solved. 利用TC35与低功耗单片机结合设计便携式手持数据采集终端,采用手持信息采集终端收集信息,通过GSM方式传送到数据中心,数据中心负责处理和发布信息,实现了农产品远程价格信息的采集和发布,用户可通过上网或手机短信进行价格查询。系统实时性好,可靠性高,克服了以往信息采集发布的缺点,能够有效的进行农产品价格信息方面的信息传递工作及数据统计。详细阐述了手机模块TC35中SMS功能的工作原理、便携式手持终端的硬件设计与软件实现。经示范应用,系统达到了设计目标。  相似文献

The paper mainly analyzes and studies mode of bus communication based on optical fiber at one_point to multiple_point and mode of point_to_point communication based on wireless at one_point to multiple_point. The advantages and disadvantages of two communication modes are given. Considering the demands on FA data communication,the paper presents transmitting data based on network mode and connection mode,implementing application protocol based on object oriented mode and international standard. Considering the requirements of FTU unit for data communication, the paper proposes the network inner operating system in FTU unit, which is indispensable. This paper expatiates on the bus structure and develop the bus mode Multi-Channel Analyzer (MCA). The nucleus of this MCA is the PC/104 embedded computer, and it introduces the bus communication to realize system and data communication. It may realize data collecting and showing in the field, because the bus mode is rapid. At first, on the hardware we introduce CMOS components, this reduces power, volume and weight. These make it adapts to use in the field; besides, on the software we adopt C and assembly language to program in order to improve conversion speed. At the same time, single-task DOS operating system is infroduced, which makes the software run more steadily, operate more simply. By means of testing on the spot it can normally work, so it suitable to work in the field.  相似文献

The errors of each parts of virtual instrument system, which are produced in the signals transfer process, are introduced. These errors include sensor error, signal conditioning error, data acquisition error and data dealing error, etc. The main error can be found by analyzing the influence of these errors on different virtual instrument system. The methods of errors modification are also discussed. It's an effective method that modifying system errors, especially nonlinear errors, by software. This paper develops a vehicle carried remote data acquisition terminal based on GPS/GPRS integrated DTU(data transfer unit) and CAN Bus data acquisition module, and built a parameter remote monitoring system of HEV with GPRS and Internet. By using PIC18F4580 with built in CAN control module and industrial DTU MD610G, we transmitted the parameter data and GPS information of the HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle) terminals to the remote data control center through GPRS(General Packet Radio Service) and INTERNET. Taking VC++ as the development tool, we programmed a monitoring software of data exchanging, data processing and monitoring. The software also has the function of CANoe data playbacking and strengthened the system versatility. Eventually, the parameter remote monitoring system of HEV is developed. Engine test-bed experiments are the main means of engine performance test, whose necessary developing trend is to apply measurement and monitoring system based on the computer. This paper introduces alteration for engine test-bed experiment system. By adopting data acquisition system, using web and ftp technique, computer-controlling and remote monitoring in real-time are realized. And the details of singlechip are mainly discussed based on data acquisition system, testing-software, web and ftp technique. The improved system realizes automation of engine test-bed experiment and data processing. It can save time and manpower, increase the productivity and improve the working condition. Especially the interface of system software developed by Delphi under Windows is simple, clear and easily dealt.
