In order to discover which ectomycorrhizal-(ECM) fungi have better growth-promoting effects on poplars, cuttings from four poplar species were inoculated with nine species of ECM fungi by three methods. We investigated the status of mycorrhizal formation and the effects of these fungi on the growth of the poplars. The results show that Xrocomus chrysentero (Xc), Boletus edulis (Be), Pisolithus tinctorius (Pt) and Laccaria amethystea (La) formed clear ectomycorrhizal symbiosis with the poplar seedlings. Among these four ECM fungi, Xc had the greatest ability to develop mycorrhizae with all four poplar species. Be shows a greater ability to form mycorrhizae with Populus deltoides Bartr cv. ‘Lux’ (Poplar I-69). Pt and La had relatively weaker abilities of colonization. The other five ECM fungal species, i.e., Scleroderma luteus (Sl), Leccinum scabrum (Ls), Boletus speciosus (Bs), Calvatia craniiformis (Cc) and Rhizopogen luteous (Rl) could not easily form mycorrhizae with poplar seedlings grown in sterilized substrates, but could do so in non-sterilized soil. With the method of drilling and injecting liquid inoculum, a simple operation, the mycorrhizal infection rates were higher than with the other two methods, applying solid inoculum as fertilizer at the bottom of the pots and dipping roots in the inoculum slurry. P. simonii Carr. formed mycorrhizae with most of the nine ECM fungi. P. x euramericana (Dode) Guinier cv. ’san Martino’ (Poplar I-72) and P. deltoids Harvard x P. deltoids Lux (Poplar NL-351) had the highest compatibility with Pt. Poplar I-69 shows the highest compatibility with Xc. The study indicates that the optimal ECM fungi for poplars I-69, I-72 and NL-351 were Be, Xc and Pt, respectively. The optimal fungi for P. simonii Carr. were Xc and Be. We studied the ability of the ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi, Pisolithus tinctorius (Pers.) Coker and Couch and Paxillus involutus (Batsch) Fr. (Strain H), to produce indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and to affect the formation and growth of roots on Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) hypocotyl cuttings in vitro. Effects of indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) and the auxin transport inhibitor, 2,3,5-triiodobenzoic acid (TIBA), on rooting and the cutting-fungus interaction were also studied. Both fungi produced IAA in the absence of exogenous tryptophan, but the mycelium and culture filtrate of Pisolithus tinctorius contained higher concentrations of free and conjugated IAA than the mycelium and culture filtrate of Paxillus involutus. Inoculation with either fungus or short-term application of culture filtrate of either fungus to the base of hypocotyl cuttings enhanced root formation. Inoculation with either fungus was even more effective in enhancing root formation than treatment of the hypocotyl bases with IBA. Fungal IAA production was not directly correlated with root formation, because rooting was enhanced more by Paxillus involutus than by Pisolithus tinctorius. This suggests that, in addition to IAA, other fungal components play an important role in root formation. Treatment with 5 microM TIBA increased the rooting percentage of non-inoculated cuttings, as well as of cuttings inoculated with Pisolithus tinctorius, perhaps as a result of accumulation of IAA at the cutting base. However, the marked reduction in growth of Pisolithus tinctorius in the presence of TIBA suggests that the effects of TIBA on rooting are complicated and not solely related to IAA metabolism. The high IAA-producer, Pisolithus tinctorius, formed mycorrhizas, and the IBA treatment increased mycorrhizal frequency in this species, whereas TIBA decreased it. Paxillus involutus did not form mycorrhizas, indicating that a low concentration of IAA together with other fungal components were sufficient to stimulate formation and growth of the roots, but not the formation of ECM symbiosis.  相似文献

【目的】探究荧光假单胞菌与红绒盖牛肝菌共接种条件下NL-895杨根际土壤酶活性和土壤微生物功能多样性的变化,从微生态水平揭示溶磷细菌与外生菌根真菌互作对NL-895杨的促生机制。【方法】采用盆栽试验考察荧光假单胞菌JW-JS1与红绒盖牛肝菌(Xc)共接种后NL-895杨根际土壤酶(酸性磷酸酶、脱氢酶和转化酶)的活性变化,并通过BIOLOG微孔板法分析共接种对NL-895杨根际土壤微生物群落和功能多样性的影响。【结果】从整体趋势来看,不同接种处理后NL-895杨根际土壤酶活性均有所增强,土壤酸性磷酸酶、脱氢酶和转化酶活性均大于对照,其中,共接种JW-JS1+Xc处理对土壤酸性磷酸酶和转化酶活性的促进最为明显;接种150天后,不同接种处理土壤微生物的AWCD值均高于CK(培养24~48 h除外),且随着培养时间的延长呈先上升后稳定的趋势;培养96 h后,共接种JW-JS1+Xc处理土壤微生物McIntosh优势度指数和碳源利用丰富度指数显著高于单接种Xc或JW-JS1和CK(P<0.05),而Shannon丰富度指数和Simpson优势度指数显著低于单接种Xc或JW-JS1和CK(P<0.05);不同接种处理NL-895杨根际土壤微生物对BIOLOG微孔板中6大类碳源的利用能力差异显著(P<0.05)。【结论】荧光假单胞菌JW-JS1与外生菌根真菌Xc共接种对NL-895杨根际土壤酶活性和土壤微生物功能多样性的提高具有一定的促进作用,有利于其土壤肥力的改善,进而促进NL-895杨的生长。与单接种相比,溶磷细菌与外生菌根真菌共接种可更有效地提高杨树根际土壤酶活性和土壤微生物多样性。  相似文献

This paper studied the seasonal characteristics to resist the drought stress of Haloxylon persicum Bge. Ex Boiss. et Buhse photosynthetic shoots at habitat. The results showed that the predominant drought resistance factors were varied at the different stage from growth to development. In the blooming season (from May 31 to June 29), endogenous ABA contents were rare; stomatal conductance and photosynthesis intensity were the highest at the whole stage from growth to development; soluble sugars contents had a decreasing trend and proline contents increased a little that made proline become the predominant factor to resist the drought under this light water stress. In the hot summer (from June 29 to July 26), ABA contents accumulated rapidly; stomatal conductance dropped to the lowest level of the growth and development; chlorophyll was also decomposed; both soluble sugars and proline contents showed the trend of quickly accumulating, but the former was faster than the latter. It was due to stomatal limitation and osmotic organic molecules accumulation that would affect the photosynthetic shoots to resist severe drought stress. At the late period of the development (from Aug 9 to Aug 22), ABA rapidly accumulated, its contents got to the highest level of whole life-span; stomatal conductance increased a little; proline and soluble sugars contents changed little at high level; while the ratios of ABA to CTK content and ABA to IAA content got up obviously, the effect to resist drought stress on high content ABA was inhibited by endogenous plant hormone CTK and IAA, then the continuing accumulation of proline and soluble sugars would be prevented. 对引进的6个杨树优良无性系系列进行了造林和育苗对比试验。育苗结果表明,6个杨树无性系系列苗木胸径、高度差异极显著,中汉系列苗期表现最优,生长速度顺序为中汉系列、中潜系列、南林95、南林895、351杨、南抗系列。造林结果表明,6年生杨树无性系之间的生长量差异显著,中汉系列、中潜系列、南林95、南林895材积生长表现优异,可在江西省推广应用。  相似文献

Some Acacia mangium Willd. plantations in Asia grow poorly due to low soil fertility and the absence of compatible mycorrhizal fungi. This legume tree can be colonized by arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) and ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi but inoculation is not routinely practiced. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of AM fungi and four isolates of the ECM fungus Pisolithus tinctorius (Pers.) Coker and Couch (Pt) in promoting growth of A. mangium seedlings under glasshouse conditions. AM inoculants were: Glomus etunicatum, G. fasciculatum, G. macrocarpum and Gigaspora margarita and mixed species extracted from rhizosphere soil of a Populus stand in Suwon (AMKFRI), and Carex (AMM6) and Populus (AMM7) growing in mine tailings in Korea. Pisolithus isolates were from Philippines (PtPhil) and Korea (PtKFRI, PtMKACC, PtKACC). Generally, ECM fungi promoted height and diameter growth of A. mangium more than the AM inoculants. The Korean Pisolithus increased plant dry weight by 122–145%, mixed AM inoculants by 61–97%, and Glomus and Gigaspora by 45–72% over the control. PtKACC gave the highest root colonization and promoted the highest growth and concentration of most nutrients. Mycorrhizal root colonization was positively correlated with plant dry weight, Na, Fe and Cu concentrations and N, P, K, Ca, Na, Fe and Cu contents. In conclusion, the results provide strong evidence for benefits of mycorrhizal inoculation on A. mangium seedlings under glasshouse conditions. The Korean Pisolithus isolates (particularly PtKACC), and two AM fungi (AMKFRI and AMM6) are potential mycorrhizal inoculants but their effectiveness and persistence should be determined on degraded lands in tropical countries where A. mangium is being planted for rehabilitation.  相似文献

[目的]通过研究滇重楼种子层积过程中不同阶段内源激素含量与种胚长度的动态变化情况来探讨种子休眠机理.[方法]应用酶联免疫吸附法测定不同阶段种子内激素含量.[结果]种子萌发过程中,脱落酸(ABA)含量由54.34 ng·g-1·FW降至32.16 ng·g-1·FW,赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)显著升高,吲哚乙酸(IAA)含量波动较大,但整体呈逐渐升高趋势,随层积时间延长,未萌发种子中ABA含量持续降低,GA含量与GA/ABA值持续升高,仍显著低于已萌动种子中激素含量(p<0.05);种子在层积42天后,种胚开始膨胀,胚率快速增加;相关性分析结果,内源激素含量及比值与种胚生长呈显著相关(p<0.05),其中,GA/ABA值对种胚生长的影响最大.[结论]种子萌发过程中仅ABA含量降低不足以解除滇重楼种子休眠,同期GA含量升高和GA/ABA值达到某一阈值时能有效的解除滇重楼种子的休眠和促进胚的发育;种子在层积40天左右后,由于各项激素的综合作用,滇重楼种子由休眠状态逐步转变为破除休眠状态和萌发状态.  相似文献

对落叶松幼苗项芽萌发过程中内源激素含量变化的研究结果表明:吲哚乙酸(IAA)、赤霉酸(GA3)、脱落酸(ABA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)在项芽或新梢中含量较高,而新梢形成期幼苗根中IAA、GA3及ZR含量均显著高于其它时期的幼苗,而其ABA含量则与其它时期幼苗无显著差别;项芽将萌发期幼苗叶片中的IAA、GA1及ZR含量高于其它幼苗。  相似文献

2009年3月在南京林业大学植物生长室采用荧光假单胞解磷细菌(JW-JS1)及红绒盖牛肝菌外生菌根真菌(Xc)2种菌剂接种,通过温室盆栽30天、60天、90天、120天及150天后,测定其对NL-895杨生长和光合特征的影响。结果表明,JW-JS1、Xc单接种和双接种均能明显促进NL-895杨的生长和改善植株的光合特征,且双接种效应优于单接种。双接种150天后,NL-895杨的苗高、地径、生物量、侧根数和菌根侵染率分别比对照增加了24.79%、23.60%、56.35%、150.00%和64.11%;双接种在增加NL-895杨叶片叶绿素含量和改善其净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)和气孔导度(Gs)上表现出显著的正交互效应。研究结果为减少林业生产中化肥的施用量和开发杨树复合菌肥提供了理论依据。  相似文献

利用中性盐NaCl、碱性盐Na2CO3及混合盐碱(NaCl∶ Na2CO3=1∶1)设置3种盐碱胁迫处理,研究平欧杂种榛“辽榛3号”在不同类型、不同浓度的盐碱胁迫下生长指标及内源激素的变化,分析各内源激素与生长指标的相关关系.结果表明:3种盐碱胁迫对平欧杂种榛株高、新梢长度及叶片数净生长量、地上部生物量、总生物量抑制作用明显,且NaCl胁迫>混合盐碱胁迫>Na2CO3胁迫,而各处理根冠比显著增加;低浓度盐碱胁迫对地径有明显的增粗效应,在50、100 mmol·L-1 Na2CO3胁迫下,地下部生物量显著增加;此外,NaCl胁迫还显著降低了平欧杂种榛叶片含水量.3种胁迫条件下,平欧杂种榛叶片的ABA含量明显增加,且(GA+ IAA+ ZR)/ABA比值与对照相比均显著降低,同时发现Na2CO3胁迫下ABA积累更快,且与胁迫浓度无关,而NaCl胁迫下ABA含量与胁迫浓度显著正相关.相关分析表明:(GA+ IAA+ZR)/ABA比值与株高、新梢长度、新梢叶片数存在显著正相关,而与根冠比呈极显著的负相关.由上可知,平欧杂种榛在中性盐下的生长指标受抑制程度大于碱性盐和混合盐碱,不同盐碱胁迫下内源激素响应特征也存在差异,表明平欧杂种榛对Na2CO3的耐受力高于NaCl.  相似文献

In order to identify the optimum cutting density for producing the highest number of plantable seedlings of poplar clones, a split-plot randomized block design was used to establish four cutting densities in plots. Based on data on the survival, leaf area, seedling height, caliper, and biomass of 1-year-old seedlings of clones Nanlin-95, Nanlin-895, Nanlin-1388 and NL-80351, the growth characteristics and seedling quality under four cutting densities were analyzed. Results indicated that the leaf area, stem and leaf biomass, and caliper of seedlings of all four poplar clones increased with the decrease in cutting density. Leaf area index reached its highest level at the spacing of 40 cm×40 cm, while the aboveground biomass of the seedling on an area basis increased as the cutting density increased. Seedling quality at low cutting density was higher than that at closer cutting density. The quantity of first-grade seedlings (grade I) for clones Nanlin-95 and Nanlin-895 was achieved at the spacing of 40 cm×50 cm; for NL-1388 and NL-80351, it was 50 cm×50 cm. According to the seedling quality and the number of plantable seedlings produced, the suggested cutting density for these four poplar clones was 50,000 stems/hm2.  相似文献

Tree peony is well known and sought after for its large, colorful flowers. Its propagation is via vegetative methods. Mechnisms of the adventitious rooting and the regulation of rooting processes are the principles and techniques of plant propagation and improvement. Microstructures and fluctuations of phytohormones in the adventitious rooting were studied with the etiolated softwood shoots of Paeonia suffruticosa ‘Yinfen Jinlin’. There are no pre-primordia in the shoots of the cultivar. Adventitious roots are produced in five stages: shoot selection, primordium initiation, primordium growth, conducting tissue differentiation and root protrusion. Primordia initiated in the cortex. The contents of the endogenous hormones, IAA, ABA and GA, were 5.842, 0.873 and 1.043 nmol&#8226;g–1 FW on the bases of shoots, respectively. CTKs which included isopentenyl adenine (iPA), zeatin riboside (ZR) and dihydrozeatin riboside (DHZR) were 0.949, 0.695 and 2.034 nmol&#8226;g–1 FW, respectively. DHZR is active among CTKs. The ratio of IAA to GA, CTK and ABA clearly increased at the stage of primordium initiation, while they showed low levels at the stages of primordium growth. The ratios were restored at the shoot levels at the stage of root protrusion. IBA provoked primordia initiation in the cortex, the vascular cambium, the pith and even in the callus induced on the base of shoots. IAA levels in the treated shoots increased gradually to its highest level (three times of control) at the stage of conducting tissue differentiation. The ratios of IAA to GA, CTK and ABA clearly decreased at the stage of primordium initiation. The ratio of IAA to ABA is regulated at 10:1.  相似文献

用高效液相色谱(HPLC)和气相色谱(GC)法,分析银白杨、毛白根和山杨的对照、NAA处理和NAA+BA处理硬枝插穗(芽、皮)的内源ABA、IAA和玉米素含量在扦插生根期间的变化。试验表明,硬枝扦插生根是潜伏根原基存在与否和皮部内源激素平衡两方面的原因决定的。银白杨皮部的IAA/ABA比值和玉米素含量高,潜伏根原基有迅速恢复生长的条件,能自发生根成活。毛白杨的IAA/ABA比值和玉米素含量都低,需  相似文献

对银杏叶丛枝叶中内源激素和类黄酮含量进行全周期测定。结果表明 :早期脱落酸 (ABA)含量低 ,但在7月初有一次绝对值较低的含量峰 ,8月底后含量迅速上升 ,在 11月初达到含量最大值 ,含量峰与叶中类黄酮峰同步 ;乙烯 (ETH)在 7月初和 9月底形成 2次高峰 ,第 2次峰值较大 ,第 1次峰与叶中类黄酮峰平行 ,第 2次峰超前 ;细胞激动素 (CTKs)含量早期高 ,后波动次数较多 ,玉米素 (Zrs)与CTKs含量变化曲线极显著相关 ;赤霉素 (GA)含量早期较高 ,中后期含量较低 ,在 7月中旬、9月底 2次达到含量低谷 ;吲哚乙酸 (IAA)含量在 5月中旬、8月中旬、9月底出现 3次含量高峰 ,第 1次峰值最大 ;较高的ETH、ABA含量 ,较大的CTKs IAA值 ,较低的GA含量有利于叶类黄酮合成 ;在最低的IAA ABA、IAA ETH、CTKs ABA、CTKs ETH、GA ABA、GA ABA、GA ETH值时 ,相应地在银杏叶中有类黄酮合成高峰。讨论了内源激素与叶中类黄酮之间的关系。  相似文献

To add to knowledge of ectomycorrhizal (ECM) community structure on the roots of Pinus thunbergii seedlings in a Japanese coastal forest, we sampled naturally regenerated current-year and 1- to 5-year-old seedlings. We classified the 667 root tips on current-year seedlings and the 1,927 root tips on older seedlings into 13 phylotypes based on morphological and genetic analyses. Cenococcum geophilum, members of the families Clavulinaceae, Russulaceae, or Thelephoraceae or the genus Trichophaea, were indicated to be fungi forming P. thunbergii ectomycorrhizas. Among them, C. geophilum and Clavulinaceae sp. 1 were the most or second most dominant species. A species accumulation curve based on the number of samples nearly reached a plateau, with observed species richness equal to 11 species and the Jackknife2 and Chao2 richness estimators indicating 14 and 12 species, respectively. In addition, Simpson’s 1/D was 3.89 and Shannon–Wiener’s H′ was 1.71, indicating a relatively low taxonomic diversity. There was no significant difference in the ectomycorrhizal formation rate, or the occurrence frequency and the number of ECM phylotypes between current-year and older seedlings. These results indicated that less diverse fungi were involved in ectomycorrhizal formation on coastal pine seedlings compared with those in comparable inland forests in the study area.  相似文献

【目的】探索无性系、株行距及两者交互作用对杨树人工林的林木生长和树冠结构的影响。【方法】采用双因素随机试验设计,通过调查36块13年生杨树样地胸径、树高、活枝下高和冠幅等指标,以综合指数法构建3个林分综合指数(生长指数、冠形指数、干冠协调指数)。【结果】南林95杨和南林895杨的胸径、树高和生长指数显著高于南林797杨(P <0.05)。南林797杨的冠幅、树冠体积和树冠圆满度显著高于南林895杨,与南林95杨差异不显著(P> 0.05)。株行距为6 m×6 m和4.5 m×8 m的林分胸径、冠形指数和生长指数均显著高于5 m×5 m和3 m×8 m林分,不同密度林分对树高影响不显著(P> 0.05)。在相同密度条件下,正方形和长方形配置对东西和南北冠幅有显著影响,较大株行距促进树冠生长,但对胸径、树高和平均冠幅等影响不显著(P> 0.05)。无性系和株行距对冠长、活冠比、树冠表面积和干冠协调指数影响均不显著,且无性系和株行距对林木生长和树冠结构均无显著交互作用(P> 0.05)。【结论】杨树无性系对林木胸径、树高和树冠结构的影响大于株行距。综合考虑林木生长和树冠结构等两个方面,在类似的立地条件上,相比于其它无性系和配置方式,以南林95杨在种植株行距为6 m×6 m(278株/hm^2)时具有培育大胸径林木的潜力,适于培育速生、优质大径材。  相似文献

为给枣花果管理和生长期调控等提供理论依据和实践指导,以骏枣为研究对象,利用高效液相色谱法测定了骏枣果实发育过程中其正常果与脱落果中内源激素赤霉素(GA3)、生长素(IAA)、玉米素(ZT)和脱落酸(ABA)的含量,并结合骏枣生理落果规律探讨了骏枣果实中的内源激素含量与其生理落果的关系。结果表明:在幼果期和果实膨大后期,骏枣分别出现了2个落果高峰期,第1次生理落果高峰的形成与枣果中GA3、IAA含量的过低有关;第2次落果高峰发生在果实膨大后期,此期枣果即将成熟,枣果中的GA3、IAA和ZT已大量减少,而ABA却急剧上升;文中比较分析了正常果与脱落果中促进与抑制生长两类激素比值的变化曲线,结果发现,在枣果的整个发育时期,其抑制生长激素ABA一直维持在较高水平上,脱落果中的含量相对较多,正常发育果中ABA/(GA3+IAA+ZT)之值则始终处于相对平稳的状态中,枣果中抑制生长与促进生长两类激素的比值,对骏枣生理落果有着调控作用,当其ABA/(GA3+IAA+ZT)的比值不平衡时,ABA含量过高,而促进生长物质(GA3+IAA+ZT)的含量降低,这也会导致骏枣生理落果现象的发生。  相似文献

The total amounts of endogenous indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), cytokinins, and abscisic acid (ABA) were quantified by gas chromatography-selected ion monitoring-mass spectrometry (GC-SIM-MS) in cambial regions of the main stems ofLarix kaempferi during the spring season. During the sampling period, cambium in the dormant state entered the active meristematic state. The total amount of IAA did not change at the onset of cambial reactivation but increased when the active division of cambial cells became apparent. Four cytokinins —trans- andcis-ribosylzeatin (RZ),N 6-isopentenyladenine (iP),N 6-isopentenyladenosine (iPA) — were quantified, but no zeatin (Z) was detected. The total amount of the four cytokinins together and the total amount of isopentenyl-type cytokinins (iP and iPA) varied during the sampling period but did not appear to be specifically associated with cambial activity. The total amounts oftrans- andcis-RZ remained relatively constant during the sampling period, as did the total amount of ABA. The results suggest that there is little correlation between total amounts of endogenous plant hormones in the cambial region and reactivation of the cambium during the spring.  相似文献

为了探明蓖麻叶片中的内源激素对其主花序开花结实的影响情况,以蓖麻良种湘蓖1号为试验材料,测定了蓖麻主花序不同发育时期叶片中内源激素IAA、ABA、GA_3、ZR的含量,分析了主花序不同发育时期叶片中内源激素的变化规律及其对主花序开花结实的影响情况。结果表明:IAA含量与雌花序长、雌花序比之间均呈显著负相关;ABA含量与雌花序长、果穗长之间均呈显著正相关,而与含油率间呈显著负相关;GA_3含量与果穗长呈正相关,ABA/IAA与雌花序长呈显著正相关,而ABA/(IAA+GA_3+ZR)与千粒质量和含油率之间均呈显著负相关。这一分析结果说明,内源激素ABA和IAA的含量及ABA/IAA的平衡状态对主花序花性分化均起重要作用,GA_3和ABA的含量及ABA/(IAA+GA_3+ZR)的平衡状态主要影响主花序的结实,文中建议,在蓖麻生产过程中应当对其进行合理的调控。  相似文献

We determined whether in vitro plant growth regulator production by mycorrhizal fungi is correlated with conifer seedling growth and root IAA concentrations. Container-grown seedlings of interior Douglas-fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii (Mirb.) Franco), lodgepole pine (Pinus contorta Dougl.) and ponderosa pine (Pinus ponderosa Dougl.) were inoculated at seeding with ectomycorrhizal fungi having a high, moderate or low capacity to produce either IAA or ethylene in vitro. Inoculated seedlings were grown for one season in the nursery, harvested in December, cold stored over winter and then transplanted to either a nursery field or a forest site in the spring. Seedling morphology and endogenous IAA in roots were measured immediately after cold storage and again six and 12 months after transplanting. Morphological responses to inoculation varied among different mycorrhizal fungi. Free IAA concentration of roots was increased in some inoculation treatments for all conifer species. In seedlings transplanted to a nursery field, in vitro ethylene-producing capacity of the ectomycorrhizal fungi was highly correlated with more morphological features than in vitro IAA-producing capacity. Both IAA- and ethylene-producing capacity were significantly correlated with more morphological features in seedlings transplanted to a forest site than in seedings transplanted to a nursery field. One year after transplanting, only in vitro IAA-producing capacity was correlated with endogenous IAA concentration of roots of the inoculated seedlings. We conclude that growth responses of conifer seedlings can be partially influenced by IAA and ethylene produced by ectomycorrhizal fungal symbionts.  相似文献
