作者应用4组不同药物对放牧的浏阳黑山羊进行了驱虫试验,结果表明:应用硝碘酚腈 左旋味唑组(Ⅰ组),以及硫双二氯酚 左旋咪唑组(Ⅱ组)肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率均为100%,剖检查虫肝片吸虫和线虫均为阴性。应用硝氯酚 驱虫精组(Ⅲ组)肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率分别为90.5%和81.0%,剖检查虫肝片吸虫为阴性,线虫18条。应用肝蛭净 驱虫精组(Ⅳ组)肝片吸虫和线虫减卵率分别为59.1%和91.6%,剖检查虫肝片吸虫和线虫分别为12条和6条。因而认为Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组的药物组合对驱除山羊肝片吸虫及消化道线虫效果较好。  相似文献

用HPLC法测定在加了不同浓度硝氯酚和丙硫咪唑的R氏液中体外培养的肝片吸虫体内γ_氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量,结果证实硝氯酚能极显著地降低肝片吸虫体内GABA含量,丙硫咪唑对肝片吸虫体内GABA含量无显著性影响,硝氯酚的抗肝片吸虫作用可能与GABA有关,丙硫咪唑的抗吸虫作用可能与GABA无关。  相似文献

将60只羊随机分成4组:对照组、丙硫苯咪唑组、硝氯酚组和硫双二氯酚组,进行了驱除肝片吸虫的对比试验。结果表明,丙硫苯咪唑、硝氯酚对羊的肝片吸虫较硫双二氯酚有良好的驱杀作用,其结果为弥渡县羊肝片吸虫病的有效防治提供了一定的参考。  相似文献

本试验对经肝片吸虫虫卵检查的羊只,同时选取对该病有效的阿苯达唑、三氯苯达唑、碘醚柳胺、硝氯酚进行了临床疗效观察.结果表明:三氯苯达唑对急性感染期的幼虫效果最明显,碘醚柳胺对幼虫和成虫均有较好的作用,阿苯达唑和硝氯酚则对幼虫无效.虫卵检测和疗效观察试验结果基本吻合.  相似文献

为评价硝碘酚腈注射液的安全性,对硝碘酚腈注射液进行急性毒性试验和蓄积毒性试验,结果显示硝碘酚腈注射液的LD50为68.37 mg/kg,硝碘酚静注射液为中等毒性并有明显的蓄积毒性。  相似文献

三氯苯咪唑是陕西汉江药业股份有限公司于2002年自主研制开发的一种苯丙类驱虫药,在用于治疗牛、羊肝片吸虫病方面优于目前使用的硝氯酚、双醋胺苯氧乙醚、碘醚柳胺、氯氰柳胺等药品。是目前抗肝片吸虫药中唯一对肝片吸虫成虫及童虫都具有强烈抑制作用、用药安全范围大,毒副作用小,公共危害较小的药品。  相似文献

目的为有效预防和控制定西市羊肝片吸虫的发生。方法选用三氯苯唑利用不同剂量和不同时间进行羊肝片吸虫驱治效果及最佳驱治时间的试验,并以硝氯酚驱虫作为对照。结果选用不同剂量的三氯苯唑对各个阶段羊肝片吸虫驱治率均可达到99.8%-100%;三氯苯唑驱虫组分别在10月、11月、12月对肝片吸虫进行驱治,来年4月份肝片吸虫驱净率分别为10%、60%和100%;硝氯酚驱虫组为30%。结论利用三氯苯唑在每年12月份驱治羊肝片吸虫,可达到春季羊体内无肝片吸虫的最佳效果,能彻底控制和消灭羊肝片吸虫病的发生。  相似文献

为了研究氯氰碘柳胺钠驱除羊肝片吸虫的疗效,分别采用硝氯酚(对照组)与氯氰碘柳胺钠(试验组)驱除羊肝片吸虫,对比试验两组治疗前后的羊感染肝片吸虫总虫卵数变化情况。结果表明,就虫卵减少率来讲,试验组患者的98.67%明显高于对照组的81.76%(P0.05);就不良反应发生率来讲,试验组(8.00%)明显低于对照组(40.00%)(P0.05)。采用氯氰碘柳胺钠驱除羊肝片吸虫的效果较为显著,且不良反应较小,值得推广使用。  相似文献

本试验旨在探讨饲粮钙、磷水平对泌乳期伊犁母马体重、胸围、营养物质表观消化率和代谢以及血浆生理生化指标的影响,为确定泌乳期伊犁母马钙、磷适宜需要量提供参考。选取年龄(11~14周岁)、体重[(371±21)kg]和胎次(4~6胎)接近的处于第2泌乳月的伊犁母马25匹,随机分为5组,每组5匹。第3泌乳月Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组母马钙饲喂水平分别为45.03、48.50、51.96、55.43和58.89 g/d,磷饲喂水平分别为30.05、32.03、34.01、35.99和37.97 g/d;第4和第5泌乳月Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ组母马钙饲喂水平分别为43.60、46.42、49.25、52.07和54.92 g/d,磷饲喂水平分别为27.63、29.24、30.86、32.47和34.12 g/d。试验为期90 d,每30 d为1个试验周期。结果显示:饲粮钙、磷水平对母马体重和胸围以及干物质、有机物和中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率均无显著影响(P0.05)。Ⅴ组的粗蛋白质表观消化率最高,分别比Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组提高12.26%、12.37%和18.28%(P0.05);Ⅰ组的总能表观消化率最高,分别比Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组提高8.32%、7.19%和11.24%(P0.05);Ⅰ和Ⅲ组的钙表观消化率分别较Ⅳ组提高17.74%和14.49%(P0.05);Ⅲ组的磷表观消化率最高,比Ⅱ组提高35.39%(P0.05)。饲粮钙、磷水平对母马氮和钙代谢均无显著影响(P0.05)。Ⅰ组的代谢能较Ⅱ和Ⅳ组分别增加7.95%和11.33%(P0.05);Ⅰ组的能量沉积率较Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组分别提高9.30%、8.50%和12.10%(P0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅴ组的磷沉积量显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),其中Ⅲ组在各组中最高,比Ⅱ组提高42.59%;Ⅰ和Ⅲ组的磷沉积率显著高于Ⅱ和Ⅳ组(P0.05),其中Ⅰ组在各组中最高,分别比Ⅱ和Ⅳ组提高49.67%和46.32%;Ⅰ、Ⅲ和Ⅴ组的磷利用率显著高于Ⅱ组(P0.05),分别比Ⅱ组提高17.74%、18.80%和16.79%。饲粮钙、磷水平对血浆中离子钙、磷、降钙素、骨钙素、胎盘催乳素、垂体泌乳素、雌二醇、孕酮和雌酮水平均无显著影响(P0.05)。Ⅲ组的血浆中甲状旁腺素水平显著高于Ⅳ和Ⅴ组(P0.05),分别提高70.61%和47.58%。由此得出,Ⅰ组饲粮(在第3泌乳月钙、磷饲喂水平分别为45.03和30.05 g/d,第4和第5泌乳月钙、磷饲喂水平分别为43.60和27.63 g/d)即可满足伊犁母马泌乳期的钙、磷需要。适宜的饲粮钙、磷水平有助于维持较高水平的能量和钙的表观消化率以及能量和磷的沉积和利用。  相似文献

From February to October 2007, thirty specimens of the king mackerel, Scomberomorus cavalla (Cuvier, 1829) were purchased from markets in the municipalities of Niterói and Rio de Janeiro. The fishes were measured, filleted and further had their organs investigated for helminths. Ten out of the thirty fish specimens were parasitized with anisakid nematodes represented by Anisakis sp. and Contracaecum sp. with prevalence of 1% and 16%, mean intensity of 2 and 3.31 and mean abundance of 0.02 and 0.53, respectively. The infection range with Contracaecum sp. was 1-9. The sites of infection were the stomach serosa and mesentery. Seventeen fish specimens (53%) out of the 30 investigated were parasitized with Trypanorhyncha metacestodes, identified as Callitetrarhynchus gracilis, Pterobothrium crassicole, Callitetrarhynchus speciosus and Tentacularia coryphaenae in the mesentery, with prevalence of 26, 20, 6, 3%, intensity and mean intensity of 3.25, 3.5, 1, 2 and mean abundance of 0.86, 0.7, 0.06 and 0.06, respectively. The infection range due to C. gracilis and P. crassicole were of 1-5 and 1-20, respectively. Anisakis sp., C. speciosus and P. crassicole are reported in S. cavalla for the first time. Considerations on the zoonotic potential of the parasites and their rules in sanitary inspection are presented.  相似文献

本试验旨在测定我国四川、山东、河北省(包括京津冀地区)蛋鸡养殖场产蛋高峰期配合饲料中镉(Cd)、铬(Cr)、铅(Pb)含量,评估蛋鸡养殖大省3种重金属污染程度。采集四川、山东、河北省67个养殖场268份蛋鸡配合饲料,采用高分辨率连续光源火焰原子吸收光谱法(HRCS FAAS)测定其Cd、Cr、Pb含量。结果表明:1)四川省蛋鸡配合饲料中Cd、Cr、Pb含量最大检出值所在城市分别为成都、乐山、乐山,最大检出值分别为0.48、15.94、14.12 mg/kg;Cr、Pb含量最高超标率所在城市分别为乐山、崇州,超标率分别为30%、50%。2)山东省蛋鸡配合饲料中Cd、Cr、Pb含量最大检出值所在城市分别为青岛和日照、菏泽、日照,最大检出值分别为0.45、5.88、4.11 mg/kg。3)河北省蛋鸡配合饲料中Cd、Cr、Pb含量最大检出值所在城市分别为张家口、张家口、保定,最大检出值分别为0.45、15.38、8.38 mg/kg;Cr、Pb含量最高超标率所在城市分别为张家口和保定,超标率均为20%。4)3省蛋鸡配合饲料中Cd、Cr、Pb平均含量分别为,四川:0.24、5.01、3.67 mg/kg;山东:0.26、4.19、2.61 mg/kg;河北:0.25、5.66、3.25 mg/kg。参照我国《饲料卫生标准》,3省蛋鸡配合饲料中Cd含量及山东省Cd、Cr、Pb含量均未超标;四川、河北省Cr、Pb含量超标率分别为9.38%、17.19%和6.73%、14.42%。5)河北省蛋鸡配合饲料中Cr、Pb平均含量显著高于山东省(P0.05);大规模养殖场配合饲料中Cd、Cr、Pb平均含量显著低于小规模养殖场(P0.05)。综上所述,山东省蛋鸡配合饲料中Cd、Cr、Pb含量均未超标。四川、河北省蛋鸡配合饲料中Cd含量未超标,但有超标风险,Cr、Pb含量均有不同程度超标,Pb含量超标最为严重,应引起重视。  相似文献

CASE DESCRIPTION: A 7-month-old 16.6-kg (36.5-lb) sexually intact female Golden Retriever was evaluated because of progressive severe bilateral membranous conjunctivitis, oral lesions, nasal discharge, and cough. CLINICAL FINDINGS: Histologic examination of conjunctival biopsy specimens revealed findings consistent with ligneous conjunctivitis. Circulating plasminogen activity was repeatedly low, and congenital plasminogen deficiency was identified as the underlying cause of the ocular, oral, and respiratory lesions. TREATMENT AND OUTCOME: Topical and subconjunctival administrations of fresh frozen plasma (FFP), topical administration of cyclosporine, and oral administration of azathioprine had no effect on the conjunctival membranes. Excision of the membranes followed by intensive treatment with topical applications of heparin, tissue plasminogen activator, corticosteroid, and FFP and IV administration of FFP prevented membrane regrowth. Intravenous administration of FFP increased plasma plasminogen activity to within reference limits, improved respiratory and oral lesions, and resulted in weight gain; discontinuation of this treatment resulted in weight loss, signs of depression, and worsening of lesions. After euthanasia because of disease progression, necropsy findings included mild hydrocephalus; multifocal intestinal hemorrhages; and fibrinous plaques in the oral cavity, nasopharynx, trachea, esophagus, and pericardium. Microscopically, the plaques were composed of fibrin and poorly organized granulation tissue. Fibrin thrombi were present within vessels in the lungs, oral cavity, and trachea. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: In dogs, congenital plasminogen deficiency can occur and may be the underlying cause of ligneous conjunctivitis. A combination of surgical and medical treatments may improve conjunctival membranes, and administration of FFP IV appears to be effective in treating nonocular signs of plasminogen deficiency.  相似文献

Cholangiohepatitis was diagnosed in a dog with a 4-day history of anorexia, vomiting, fever, and icterus. Additional findings included signs of depression, dehydration, hepatosplenomegaly, and abdominal discomfort. Exploratory laparotomy was performed, and specimens of liver, spleen, and bile were obtained. Histologic evaluation of liver and spleen revealed acute, suppurative cholangio-hepatitis and splenitis, respectively. Cultures of liver and bile yielded Klebsiella sp. The dog responded to rehydration and intravenous administration of chloramphenicol. Although uncommon, cholangiohepatitis should be suspected in dogs with anorexia, fever, vomiting, icterus, and signs of abdominal discomfort. Definitive diagnosis requires bacterial cultures of liver and bile. Administration of an appropriate antibiotic should resolve clinical signs.  相似文献

纳罗克非洲狗尾草在世界上热带和亚热带地区广泛栽培,具有再生性强,适口性好,持久性好,耐牧性强,耐旱、耐寒、耐涝、抗病虫害等特性,牛羊喜食,适合建植永久性放牧草地和割草地。在我国推广种植已有30多年,是我国南方天然草地改良、人工草地建植、石漠化治理和草牧业生产的主要骨干草种之一。但是,目前该品种存在种用性状退化和种子产量低等问题,为了提高其种子产量和良种繁育效率,文章对纳罗克非洲狗尾草的利用现状、种性复壮、种子产量构成因子和施肥、刈割、收种等良种繁育关键技术进行了详细阐述和分析,得出种性复壮、施肥、刈割、收种等是纳罗克非洲狗尾草良种繁育的重要因素,今后应从田间选择优异植株、施肥、刈割和收种等良种繁育关键环节进行进一步研究,可为该优良牧草品种的良种繁育和产业化提供理论技术支撑。  相似文献

1. This study was to investigate the development of the activities of pancreatic and caecal enzymes in White Roman goslings from hatching to 28 d of age. 2. A total of 80 1-d-old goslings were used. At hatching, 3 and 7 d of age, 16 goslings (8 males and 8 females) were used. At 11, 14, 21 and 28 d of age, 8 goslings, 4 males and 4 females were selected. The activities of amylase, lipase, trypsin and chymotrypsin in each segment of the small intestine (duodenum, jejunum, ileum) and their contents and the activity of cellulase in the caecal contents were measured. 3. The specific activity (SA) of amylase in the duodenal mucosa and contents increased significantly both from 11 to 14 and 14 to 21 d of age and declined after 28 d of age. In the jejunum and ileum, there was a significant peak in the SA of amylase in the mucosa in goslings from 7 to 21 d of age. On average, the SA of lipase of mucosa and content in the small intestine was initially low but gradually increased from 14 to 21 and from 21 to 28 d of age. 4. The SA of trypsin in the contents of the duodenum and the jejunum increased both from 7 to 11 and 11 to 14 d of age and there was high activity in the ileal contents from 14 to 21 d of age. From 3 to 14 d of age, the SA of chymotrypsin in the duodenal mucosa significantly increased and peaked. There was a significant peak at 11 d of age in the SA of chymotrypsin in the duodenal or jejunal contents and in the ileal contents at 7 d. The SA of cellulase in the caecal contents increased linearly with age, reaching a plateau at 28 d of age. 5. The rate of activity development varied from hatching to 28 d of age. However, the mean SA of amylase and lipase of intestinal contents reached a peak at 21 d, trypsin and chymotrypsin at 11 d and cellulase at 28 d of age, respectively. The quantitative changes in SA of cellulase, amylase, lipase, trypsin and chymotrypsin increased by about 4-, 3-, 5-, 2- and 3-fold, respectively, in the intestinal content of goslings. Thus, development of proteases in the intestine of goslings peaked more rapidly than amylase, lipase and cellulase during the first 4 weeks.  相似文献

Twenty-one weaned Yorkshire-Landrace pigs were injected intravenously with graded doses of purified Shiga-like toxin-II variant (edema disease toxin). In a preliminary study, three pigs (Nos. 1, 2, 3) were injected with 48, 24, and 12 ng, respectively, of SLT-IIv/kg of body weight. Subsequently, three groups (Nos. 4, 5, 6) of six pigs each were injected with 6, 3, and 1.5 ng, respectively, of SLT-IIv/kg of body weight. Severe clinical signs and histologic lesions characteristic of edema disease developed in pigs Nos. 1, 2, and 3, and all six pigs in group No. 4. Eight of these pigs were euthanatized in extremis (mean time to death was 34 hours) and one died of the disease (52 hours). Moderate signs and lesions of edema disease were observed in all pigs in group No. 5, and three pigs were euthanatized (mean time to euthanasia was 42 hours). Mild signs and lesions were observed in three pigs in group No. 6. The most common gross pathologic changes were edema of the eyelids, submucosa of the stomach, and mesentery of the spiral colon and hemorrhage of the colon and cerebellum. Microscopic lesions were associated with vascular injury and included vessel necrosis, perivascular edema and hemorrhage, and superficial colonic and cecal erosions. The vascular lesions were observed in the cerebellar folia, submucosa and mucosa of the stomach, cecum, colon, and sporadically in the retina. None of the clinical signs associated with endotoxin were observed.  相似文献
