The comparative toxicity of two non-steroidal ecdysteroid agonists, RH-2485 and RH-5992 (tebufenozide), on development stages, fecundity and egg viability of a susceptible laboratory strain and a pyrethroid-resistant field strain ofSpodoptera littoralis (Boisduval) was evaluated. Taking the LC50s as the criterion, RH-2485 was 3–7-fold more potent than RH-5992 against the susceptible and 7–14-fold more against the field strain. The LC50 of RH-2485 in the 1st and 6th instars of the susceptible strain was 0.32 and 0.57 mg a.i./l, respectively. The field strain showed a mild cross-resistance of about threefold to both compounds in 1st instars and to a lesser extent in 6th instars. A considerable increase in fecundity (~3-fold) and no effect on egg viability was observed when 6th instars were fed on cotton leaves treated with 0.25 mg a.i./l RH-2485 (~LC40). Our results indicate that both compounds are potentially potent insecticides for controllingS. littoralis larvae, being 10-60-fold more potent than a previous ecdysteroid agonist, RH-5849.  相似文献

Cardamom is an important spice crops used all over the world as a flavoring agent of food materials. The productivity is limited by insect pests and thus effective insecticide which does not leave residues in the produce is the need of the hour. Diafenthiuron 50 WP @ 300 g a.i ha?1 was found effective in managing both the cardamom shoot and capsule borer, Conogethes punctiferalis Guenee and thrips, Sciothrips cardamomi Ramk and thus can be recommended for pest management. Cardamom capsules were collected from the plants that were sprayed with diafenthiuron at the recommended dose of 200 g a.i ha?1 and double the dose (400 g a.i ha?1), which were then analyzed under HPLC with a normal phase column. The diafenthiuron residue was below the detectable levels of 0.05 µg g?1 in the harvested produce (both fresh and cured) after twelve and fourteen days of spray. So, capsules can be harvested safely without any risk of insecticide residues 12 days after spraying of diafenthiuron and thus can be recommended for usage in cardamom plantations.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Cardamom, an important spice crop often attacked by many insect pests, is controlled mainly using synthetic insecticides. As honey bees play a vital role in pollination in cardamom, the impact of insecticides on honey bees needs to be explored to assess its safety. RESULTS: Risk assessment based on contact toxicity revealed diafenthiuron to be a non‐selective insecticide to bees with a low selectivity ratio (the ratio between the LD50 for beneficial and pest species). A dose of diafenthiuron that killed 90% of cardamom borer, Conogethes punctiferalis Guenee, was found to kill 100% of Indian bees. Based on the hazard ratio (the ratio between the field‐recommended dose and the LD50 for the beneficial), diafenthiuron was found to be slightly to moderately toxic to bees. Diafenthiuron, even at low concentrations of LC1 (the concentration that killed 1% of bees), was found to affect the foraging and homing behaviour of Indian bees. Of bees fed with 30 µg mL?1 of diafenthiuron, 40% were found missing on the third day after exposure. However, diafenthiuron did not affect bee visits to the cardamom fields. CONCLUSION: Diafenthiuron is more highly toxic to Apis cerana indica F. than to C. punctiferalis by contact, using selectivity ratio and probit substitution methods of risk assessment, but the hazard ratio revealed diafenthiuron to be a slightly to moderately toxic chemical. Diafenthiuron was found to affect the foraging and homing behaviour of bees at sublethal concentrations. Thus, sublethal effects are more relevant in risk assessment than lethal and acute effects. The efficacy of oxolinic acid (at 200 and 300 μg a.i./l) and of several antibiotic compounds (streptomycin sulfate at 100 μg a.i./l, glycocide B at 700 μg a.i./l, kasugamycin at 80 μg a.i./l and gentamicin sulfate at 30 and 60 μg a.i./l) againstErwinia amylovora, the causal agent of fire blight in pears, was evaluated in 43 orchard experiments in 1997–2000 in Israel. In addition to the above orchard experiments, the efficacy of the bactericides was tested in live experiments with artificial inoculation. Natural fire blight symptoms were observed in 16 of the 43 experiments; in 13 of them, disease intensity and its distribution among the experimental plots provided a basis for data analysis, leading to reliable conclusions concerning the efficacy of the tested bactericides. Oxolinic acid at 300 μg a.i./l was highly effective againstE. amylovora and reduced disease severity significantly in all experiments, as compared with the untreated plots; however, a concentration of 200 μg a.i./l was not effective in some cases. Among the tested antibiotics, only gentamicin sulfate was as effective as oxolinic acid. Results of the artificial inoculation experiments corroborated those obtained in the naturally infected orchards. The pre-infection activity of oxolinic acid was determined on blossom clusters that were sprayed with the bactericide before inoculation. Control efficacy on blossom clusters sprayed 1–4 days before inoculation ranged from 68% to 80%, a level which did not differ significantly from that observed on blossom clusters sprayed on the day of inoculation (80% control). The postinfection activity of oxolinic acid was determined on blossom clusters that were sprayed with the compound after inoculation. Oxolinic acid was as effective when applied 1 or 2 days after inoculation as when it was applied on the day of inoculation; however, application of the bactericide 3 days after inoculation no longer resulted in significant disease suppression. The effects of continuous exposure of the adult and crawler stages of the whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum, and adult of the parasitoids Encarsia formosa and Eretmocerus eremicus to spray deposits of potassium salts of a fatty acid and diafenthiuron applied at recommended rates were evaluated. French bean, Phaseolus vulgaris Prince, plants were sprayed and the adults confined on them using modified 5 cm Petri dishes. Fresh (4 - 5-h-old) deposits of fatty acids resulted in a 10.7% mortality rate of whitefly adults and 8.0 and 10.7% mortality rates of E. formosa and E. eremicus adults respectively, while fresh deposits of diafenthiuron resulted in a 62.7% mortality rate of whitefly adults and 12.0 and 14.7% mortality rates of E. formosa and E. eremicus respectively. The mortality rate (6.9 and 69.7%) of whitefly crawlers was recorded when exposed to 24-h-old deposits of fatty acids and diafenthiuron respectively. The mortality rate declined as the deposits aged. Adult parasitoid emergence from the treated pupae was unaffected. Spray deposits of diafenthiuron were effective against whitefly for up to 2-3 weeks in comparison with fatty acids, which were effective only when sprayed. Both products were harmless to adults as well as pupae of both parasitoids irrespective of the exposure period (age of deposits) tested (IOBC Class 1). The effects of pesticide applications on pests (aphids and acarid mites) and predators (ladybeetles and spiders) were investigated in transgenicBt cotton and nontransgenic cotton agroecosystems in 1999, 2000 and 2001. Transgenic cotton did not cause changes in populations of acarids and did not reduce numbers of predators considerably; its effects on aphids were inconsistent. Although insecticides were not applied against the main pest — cotton bollworm — on transgenic cotton, the total number of insecticide applications in 3 years was no less than the total applied on nontransgenic cotton, because additional applications were required against sucking pests on transgenicBt cotton. Pesticide applications decreased numbers of aphids, acarids and predatory spiders significantly on both transgenic and nontransgenic cottons. An insect growth regulator (IGR), lufenuron (Match 5EC), was tested for its toxicity toHelicoverpa armigera on cotton. Potency of the IGR against the larval stage of the pest was demonstrated with respect to larval instars; the LC90 values of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th instar larvae were 5.63, 7.89, 8.03, 11.39 and 14.76 mg a.i.l −1, respectively. However, different larval instars did not differ significantly with respect to LC50 and LC10. IGR-treated larvae had swollen heads and were significantly smaller (1.5–2.3 mm) than the untreated control (2.9 mm). Larval weight was significantly reduced from 190 mg in the control to 50–70 mg in the lufenuron treatment. IGR treatment in the larval stage significantly affected both pupal length and pupal weight. Pupal duration of the test insect was significantly extended by IGR treatment. Pupal deformities, including an inability to shed the last larval skin and formation of larval-pupal intermediates, occurred following treatment. A significant reduction in adult emergence was recorded. In addition, abnormalities in the form of development of cavities in the forewings of adult were evident. We evaluated, water-based very-low volume (VLV) sprays of various pyrethroids at different dosage levels, comparing these with ultra-low volume (ULV) sprays for the control of cotton pests in the Nampula province of Mozambique. The results showed that karate (lambda-cyhalothrin) 2.5% SG at a dosage level of 15 g a.i./ha applied as VLV gave a significantly higher yield than karate 0.8% ULV (28 g a.i./ha). Also, karate 3.75% WG (12 and 15 g a.i./ha) gave a similar yield to that of karate 0.8% ULV (28 g a.i./ha). Karate 5% EC (15 and 20 g a.i./ha) gave a yield similar to Karate 0.8% ULV (28 g a.i./ha). Baythroid (cyfluthrin) 5% EC at 15, 22.5 and 30 g a.i./ha gave a yield similar to baythroid 1.2% ULV (36 g a.i./ha). Bulldock (beta-cyfluthrin) 12.5% SC at dosage levels of 6, 9 and 12 g a.i./ha gave a similar yield to that using baythroid 1.2% ULV (36 g a.i./ha). In all four trials, water-based VLV sprays gave a yield of cotton and degree of pest-control similar to those obtained with the ULV formulations at comparatively lower dosage levels. Integrated with other pest management practices, these could play an important role in the cost effective management of insect pests of cotton on small-scale farms in many countries.  相似文献

Effects of Bollgard II cotton containing two Bacillus thuringensis var. kurstaki Berliner (Bt) toxin proteins (Cry1Ac and Cry2Ab), non-Bt cotton (DPL 491) and starvation on survival and development of cabbage looper, Trichoplusia ni (Hübner), were determined in the laboratory. Larvae of the first four larval instars died when they fed on the terminal leaves of Bt cotton plants at 50 days after planting (DAP). However, 51.3% of fifth instars that fed on 50 DAP Bt cotton leaves pupated, and 87.1% of the pupae successfully developed into adults. Of the unfed fifth instars (starved), 55.6% pupated and 88.1% of the pupae emerged. Pupae that developed from larvae fed on Bt cotton leaves and unfed were significantly smaller, being 89.7 and 73.2% of the weight of the pupae that developed from larvae fed on non-Bt cotton leaves. Leaves of 120 DAP Bt cotton were less toxic to T. ni larvae. When the first instars continuously fed on 120 DAP Bt cotton leaves, 75.9, 60.6, 56.4 and 38.4% of larvae survived to second, third, fourth and fifth instars respectively, and 20.9% pupated and 17.9% successfully became adults. However, it took the surviving first instars 37.1 days to become adults, which was 7.2 and 8.9 days longer than those fed on 50 and 120 DAP non-Bt cottons respectively. Pupae that developed from larvae that fed on 120 DAP Bt cotton leaves were only 50.9 and 52.6% of the weight of those developed from larvae that fed on 50 and 120 DAP non-Bt cotton respectively. Non-Bt cotton, both 50 and 120 DAP, did not exhibit significant effects on larval survival and development, except that the pupae in the 50 DAP non-Bt cotton treatments developed over a significantly longer time than those in the 120 DAP non-Bt cotton treatment.  相似文献

丁醚脲在柑橘及其土壤中的残留及消解动态   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
建立了丁醚脲在柑橘及橘园土壤中残留测定的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测方法,研究了其在柑橘和土壤中的消解动态及最终残留。样品采用乙腈提取,N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)净化,UPLC-MS/MS 检测。结果表明:在0.01、0.1和1 mg/kg 3个添加水平下,丁醚脲在柑橘全果、果肉和果皮中的回收率在84% ~89%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.6% ~7.2%,在土壤中的回收率为83% ~86%,RSD为2.2% ~5.6%;在广东、广西和福建3地柑橘及土壤中,其消解半衰期分别为3.7 ~4.4 d和4.1~5.4 d,表明丁醚脲消解较快;采用 500 g/L丁醚脲悬浮剂(SC),分别按有效成分500和750 mg/L 的剂量于幼果期开始施药,施药2~3次,施药间隔期为10 ~14 d,距最后一次施药后21 d采样测定,柑橘果肉中丁醚脲的残留量均<0.01 mg/kg ,全果中的最终残留量均低于我国制定的丁醚脲在柑橘中的最大允许残留限量(MRL)标准(0.2 mg/kg)。  相似文献

Milbemectin has a chemical structure close to the group of avermectins, which are derived fromStreptomyces avermitilis, and is considered primarily an efficient miticide. Effects of milbemectin on the sweetpotato whitefly,Bemisia tabaci Gennadius, were investigated under laboratory and field conditions. In bioassays conducted under controlled chamber conditions, the compound affected 1st instars ofB. tabaci, resulting in a LC90 of 0.06 mg a.i. I-1. Later stage larvae were much less affected. Milbemectin is highly photodegradable in sunlight. In laboratory assays, when treated cotton seedlings were subjected to 3 h of sunlight before being exposed toB. tabaci adults, no mortality of the whiteflies was observed. Milbemectin at a concentration of 2 mg a.i. I-1 applied in combination with 0.2% ‘Ultra Fine’ mineral oil showed a residual activity of 67% adult mortality 10 days after application, whereas milbemectin alone had no appreciable activity. The effect of milbemectin on whitefly populations in a cotton field was compared with that of cypermethrin and of untreated control. Although milbemectin was not applied with mineral oil, it was more effective than cypermethrin in controlling the whitefly populations. This insecticide/miticide seems not to affect appreciably natural enemies ofB. tabaci. Milbemectin may be considered a compound with the potential for controllingB. tabaci populations. 建立了超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器检测二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯在苹果中残留量的分析方法,并对2种农药在苹果中的消解动态及最终残留量进行了研究。结果表明:在0.1~5 mg/kg添加水平下,二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯在苹果中的平均回收率为72%~98%,相对标准偏差为2.0%~9.7%;2种农药在苹果中的定量限均为0.1 mg/kg。二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯在苹果中的消解半衰期分别为3.0~6.5 d和13.5~23.6 d。采用16%唑醚·氰蒽醌水分散粒剂对水施药有效成分质量浓度为0.43和0.64 g/L,分别施药3~4次,距最后一次施药21 d时,苹果中二氰蒽醌残留量为 < 0.1~0.80 mg/kg,吡唑醚菌酯残留量为 < 0.10~0.34 mg/kg,均低于中国国家标准中规定的苹果中二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯最大残留限量值5.0 mg/kg和0.5 mg/kg。建议采用16%唑醚·氰蒽醌水分散粒剂在苹果上的最大施药剂量为有效成分质量浓度0.43 g/L,施药间隔期7 d,最多施药3次,安全间隔期为21 d。  相似文献

Pyriproxyfen, a novel juvenile hormone mimic, is a potent suppressor of embryogenesis and adult formation of the sweetpotato whitefly, Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius), and the greenhouse whitefly, Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood). Dipping of cotton or tomato seedlings infested with 0 to 1-day-old eggs in 0.1 mg litre?1 resulted in over 90% suppression of egg hatch of both B. tabaci and T. vaporariorum. Older eggs were affected to a lesser extent. Exposure of whitefly females to cotton or tomato seedlings treated with pyriproxyfen resulted in oviposition of non-viable eggs. The LC90 values for egg viability of B. tabaci and T. vaporariorum exposed to treated plants were 0.05 and 0.2 mg litre?1, respectively. Treatment of whitefly larvae with 0.04–5 mg litre?1 resulted in normal development until the pupal stage; however, adult emergence was totally suppressed. Second instars of B. tabaci exposed to 5 mg litre?1 pyriproxyfen, excreted honeydew at a level similar to the control level until the fourth instar (pupation), after which a strong reduction was observed. Inhibition of egg-hatch on the lower surface of cotton leaves was observed when their upper surface was treated with 1–25 mg litre?1, indicating a pronounced translaminar effect. These findings indicate that pyriproxyfen is an efficient control agent of both B. tabaci and T. vaporariorum. The compound has been used successfully for controlling whiteflies in Israeli cotton fields since 1991. Adults of B. tabaci collected from a rose greenhouse and from adjacent cotton fields were monitored during 1991–1993 for their susceptibility to pyriproxyfen. A high level of resistance was recorded in whiteflies collected from a greenhouse after three successive applications of pyriproxyfen. Based on LC50 values, the resistance ratio for egg-hatch suppression was 554-fold and, for adult emergence failure, 10-fold. However, a single treatment of pyriproxyfen in cotton fields during the summer season (according to an insecticide resistance management (IRM) strategy) did not alter appreciably the susceptibility of B. tabaci to this compound. In order to prevent development of resistance, an attempt should be made to restrict its use to one treatment per crop season applied during the peak activity of the pest. Pyriproxyfen can be alternated with other novel compounds such as buprofezin and diafenthiuron for controlling whiteflies in cotton, vegetables and ornamentals as part of integrated pest management (IPM) and IRM strategies. In pyriproxyfen- or buprofezin-resistant strains of B. tabaci or T. vaporariorum, no appreciable cross-resistance was observed among pyriproxyfen, buprofezin and diafenthiuron.  相似文献

Abstract

The effectiveness against Ephestia cautella of Lindane, Malathion, Bromophos, Dursban and Pyrethrins was tested on small stacks of bagged maize in Malawi. The first four insecticides were sprayed either directly on the bags or on a hessian sheet which covered the stacks. The best result was obtained with Dursban when sprayed at a high dosage (3000 mg a.i./m2) on the hessian cover. Bromophos was second in effectiveness under the same conditions. When both insecticides were sprayed directly on the bags at lower dosages, but more frequently, control was nil. Lindane alternated with Malathion gave only some control when applied frequently at a high dosage. The Pyrethrins were found ineffective. The significance of these results for further research is discussed.  相似文献

为明确琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类新型吡啶酰胺杀菌剂氟唑菌酰羟胺在中国小麦赤霉病防治中的应用潜力,分别采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法,测定了氟唑菌酰羟胺对湖北省6个地区106株禾谷镰孢菌的室内毒力、田间防效及其与多菌灵和氰烯菌酯的交互抗性。结果显示:氟唑菌酰羟胺对106株禾谷镰孢菌菌丝生长的EC50值为 (0.018 0 ± 0.209 0) mg/L,平均值为 (0.072 8 ± 0.025 9) mg/L;对分生孢子萌发的EC50值为 (0.052 7 ± 0.473 2) mg/L,平均值为 (0.176 0± 0.059 6) mg/mL;且其EC50值频率分布均呈单峰曲线,因此可分别将菌丝生长和孢子萌发的平均EC50值作为禾谷镰孢菌对氟唑菌酰羟胺的敏感性基线。初步的交互抗性测定结果表明,抗多菌灵或氰烯菌酯的菌株对氟唑菌酰羟胺均未表现出抗性。田间试验显示,氟唑菌酰羟胺有效剂量200 g/hm2处理的防效 (超过90.0%) 显著高于对照药剂氰烯菌酯600 g/hm2的防效 (78.0%),与空白对照相比增产效果在127%~135%之间。经氟唑菌酰羟胺处理后,小麦籽粒中由禾谷镰孢菌产生的毒素脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇 (DON) 的含量比空白对照降低了55.09%。研究表明,氟唑菌酰羟胺对禾谷镰孢菌呈现出较高的室内活性且田间防效优越,同时还能降低小麦籽粒中DON毒素的含量及提高小麦产量,因此可作为生产中防治小麦赤霉病的替代或后备药剂,同时也可考虑用作为禾谷镰孢菌对多菌灵抗性治理的替代药剂。  相似文献

非靶标生物毒性评价是新农药开发应用的重要基础工作。为推进植物源农药苦参碱的科学合理使用,本研究评价并比较了苦参碱、苦参总生物碱、苦参乙醇浸膏和0.3%苦参碱水剂对生态环境中非靶标生物 (鹌鹑、家蚕、蜜蜂、蚯蚓、蝌蚪、斑马鱼) 的毒性及农作物 (豇豆) 对其的敏感性。结果表明:苦参碱、苦参总生物碱、苦参乙醇浸膏和0.3%苦参碱水剂对鹌鹑、家蚕、蜜蜂、蚯蚓、蝌蚪和斑马鱼的急性毒性均为低毒,对豇豆属于低风险性,且0.3%苦参碱水剂对家蚕无慢性毒性;但不同苦参碱制品对同种非靶标生物的毒性存在较大差异,苦参碱、苦参总生物碱、苦参乙醇浸膏和0.3%苦参碱水剂对鹌鹑的7 d-LD50值 (均为有效成分,下同) 分别为512、504、>1 000和 >3 000 mg/kg鹌鹑;对家蚕的96 h-LC50值分别为 >3 000、1 300、>5 000和821 mg/L;对蜜蜂的48 h-LC50值分别为1 145、1 361、>3 000和337 mg/L;对蚯蚓的14 d-LC50值分别为549、428、564和 >1 000 mg/kg土壤;对蝌蚪的48 h-LC50值分别为 >100、>100、263和15 mg/L;对斑马鱼的96 h-LC50分别为85、65、193和20 mg/L;其中苦参乙醇浸膏的毒性最低。可见,苦参碱制品对环境生物较为安全,具有良好的生态效益。  相似文献

Pymetrozine is the first and only substance from the group of azomethine pyridines, a novel class of insecticides. The spectrum of activity covers sucking pests such as aphids, whiteflies and planthoppers.Tests were carried out in the laboratory and under field conditions to evaluate its impact on beneficial arthropods.In laboratory tests it demonstrated full selectivity against predaceous Coleoptera, Heteroptera, Neuroptera and the predatory mite Typhlodromus pyri.Following a single application at 250/200g a.i./ha on cotton in Egypt and in the USA, the regular sampling of predators over a period of three weeks revealed a similar population development in the pymetrozine and the untreated control plots. On okra, a vegetable crop in Egypt, it suppressed populations of Aphis gossypii with two sprays at 100g a.i./ha for the whole observation period of 23 days. It also allowed the survival of predators.These positive features make pymetrozine an ideal component in situations where sucking pests have to be controlled and natural enemies can play a substantial role as complementary control tools.  相似文献

Abstract

Major insect pests and their natural enemies were sampled on cowpea in monocrop and cereal intercrop plots in southern and northern Nigeria. Populations of flower thrips, Megalurothrips sjostedti (Trybom), were reduced by 42% and predators, mostly Orius spp. (Anthocoridae), by 23% on cowpea in maize intercrop plots at Ofiki in the south. Infestation by pyralid pod borer, Maruca testulalis Geyer, was unaffected by cropping system. The results suggest that tasselling maize attracts flower‐eating beetles (Meloidae) to intercrop plots, and that pod‐sucking Hemiptera were increased by cereal intercrops at Yankara in the north. Three u.l.v. applications of permethrin at 150 g a.i./ha to monocrop cowpea reduced pest populations by 50 to 85% in the south and increased yield sevenfold. However, the sprayed crop in the north was lost due to a heavy infestation of pod‐sucking bug, Clavigralla tomentosicollis Stål, and outbreaks of Aphis craccivora Koch on sprayed plots in both localities suggested damage to natural enemies. It is concluded that the pest management potential of intercropping is variable and dependent on environmental factors, but it is recommended that intercropping be used in integrated pest management systems with the progressive decrease in insecticide use.  相似文献

氟啶虫胺腈对棉蚜的生物活性及对棉花的安全性   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文通过叶片浸渍法研究了氟啶虫胺腈对棉蚜的室内活性,同时分析了其对棉花的安全性。室内毒力测定结果表明,氟啶虫胺腈处理棉蚜24h的LC50和LC90为1.98mg/L和26.02mg/L,显著低于吡虫啉的8.69mg/L和132.68mg/L,毒效比达4.39;处理48h后,氟啶虫胺腈对棉蚜仍表现出很高的杀虫活性,且显著高于吡虫啉。棉花安全性试验结果表明,在使用浓度40~160g/hm2范围内喷施500g/kg氟啶虫胺腈水分散粒剂,对棉花不同时期的叶色、株高、果枝层以及棉蕾脱落都未造成显著性的影响。  相似文献

为有效防控厚皮甜瓜细菌性果斑病的发生,提出一套综合防控技术,通过田间开展各单项防控技术的重要性试验,建立标准化综合防控技术体系。结果表明:各单项技术可提高对细菌性果斑病的防效。与对照相比,72%农用硫酸链霉素可溶粉剂浸种可使防效提高16%,病果率降低3%;标准化喷药能使防效提高17%以上,病果率降低3.1%;整枝打杈前后进行防控能使防效提高39%以上;厚皮甜瓜整个生育期不浇水,能够减少病果的数量;在此基础上组装而成的标准化综合防控技术体系防效达89.2%以上,病果率仅为2%。  相似文献
