本试验旨在研究大菱鲆幼鱼对玉米蛋白粉中干物质、粗蛋白质、氨基酸和总能的表观消化率,以及在玉米蛋白粉中分别添加胆汁酸(纯度≥30%)和酶制剂[中性蛋白酶(1×105 U/g)和木瓜蛋白酶(4×105 U/g)组成的复合酶,二者活性比为2∶1]对其营养物质表观消化率的影响。首先配制基础饲料,试验饲料由70%的基础饲料和30%的待测蛋白质源[未进行任何处理的玉米蛋白粉(CGM)、添加胆汁酸的玉米蛋白粉(CGMB)和添加酶制剂的玉米蛋白粉(CGME)]组成。所有饲料均添加0.1%的三氧化二钇(Y2O3)为外源指示剂。将初始体重为(13.00±0.01)g大菱鲆幼鱼随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复40尾鱼,分别投喂相应饲料2周后采用后肠挤压法收集粪便。养殖周期为10周。结果表明:3种不同处理形式的玉米蛋白粉中干物质、粗蛋白质、总氨基酸、总能的表观消化率分别为25.99%~43.34%、48.62%~60.72%、48.41%~67.67%、35.07%~52.34%,且总氨基酸与粗蛋白质表观消化率的变化趋势一致。其中,大菱鲆幼鱼对CGMB中各营养物质的表观消化率均最高,显著高于CGM和CGME(P0.05),且CGMB中干物质、粗蛋白质、总氨基酸、总能的表观消化率较CGM分别提高了17.35%、12.10%、19.26%、17.27%;大菱鲆幼鱼对CGME中各营养物质的表观消化率也得到改善,其干物质、粗蛋白质、氨基酸、总能的表观消化率较CGM分别提高了9.53%、4.37%、4.29%、12.25%,效果显著(P0.05)。由结果可知,添加胆汁酸和酶制剂均能够提高大菱鲆幼鱼对玉米蛋白粉中营养物质的表观消化率。 相似文献

试验旨在研究玉米蛋白粉对海兰褐蛋鸡产蛋性能、养分消化率及蛋品质的影响。选取1 500只海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复75只鸡。对照组蛋鸡饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加3%、6%、9%玉米蛋白粉。预试期7 d,正式试验期35 d。结果显示,试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡的产蛋率显著高于其他组(P<0.05),对照组蛋鸡的产蛋率最低,为81.46%。试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组的蛋重显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡的平均日采食量最高,显著高于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组蛋鸡料蛋比最低,显著低于试验Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡血清总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05),尿素氮(BUN)含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅲ组蛋鸡的粗蛋白质表观消化率显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的蛋黄颜色显著高于其他组(P<0.05),蛋白高度显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加6%的玉米蛋白粉可显著提高蛋鸡产蛋率,降低料蛋比,有效加强色素在蛋黄中的沉积... 相似文献

分别用0(对照组)、5%、10%、15%的玉米蛋白粉替代饲料中0、9.1%、18.2%、27.3%的鱼粉,配制4种等氮、等能的生长试验饲料。饲养罗氏沼虾53d后,以0.5%的Cr2O3为指示物,测定罗氏沼虾对试验饲料的表观消化率,研究玉米蛋白粉替代鱼粉对罗氏沼虾蛋白酶的影响。并按照70%基础饲料(对照组)加30%被测饲料原料的方法配制饲料,比较罗氏沼虾对豆粕、玉米蛋白粉和鱼粉的表观消化率。结果表明,罗氏沼虾对玉米蛋白粉的干物质和粗蛋白表观消化率分别为85.31%和92.28%,与豆粕、鱼粉的表观消化率没有显著差异;玉米蛋白粉替代鱼粉对罗氏沼虾肝胰腺、胃和肠道蛋白酶活性没有显著性影响(P〉0.05);玉米蛋白粉替代鱼粉对罗氏沼虾干物质表观消化率没有显著影响(P〉0.05),显著影响蛋白质表观消化率(P〈0.05),其中,15%玉米蛋白组的蛋白质表观消化率最高(91.82%),显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),其他3组之间无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。 相似文献

本试验采用直接技术 ,测定玉米蛋白粉的 18种猪回肠表观氨基酸消化率。选择的玉米蛋白粉是具有我国代表性的玉米加工副产品 ,粗蛋白质含量分别为 6 3% ,5 2 %和 4 7%。 6头T型瘘管猪平均体重 (4 7± 2 .81)kg,6× 6拉丁方试验设计。试验结果表明 ,玉米蛋白粉的蛋氨酸、酪氨酸、亮氨酸和苯丙氨酸回肠表观氨基酸消化率相对较高 ;不同蛋白质含量的玉米蛋白粉的色氨酸、酪氨酸和亮氨酸回肠表观消化率有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。赖氨酸、色氨酸和组氨酸分别是玉米蛋白粉的第一、第二和第三限制性氨基酸。加工工艺影响玉米蛋白粉猪回肠表观氨基酸消化率 相似文献

本试验旨在研究喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉对仔猪生长性能和养分表观消化率的影响。选择160头31日龄仔猪,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组添加3%喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉,试验期14d。结果表明:日粮添加3%喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉显著提高了仔猪的日增重(P0.05),降低了仔猪腹泻率(P0.05);显著提高了仔猪对饲料干物质的表观消化率(P0.05),对钙、磷、粗蛋白质的表观消化率有提高的趋势,但差异不显著(P0.05)。喷雾干燥血浆蛋白粉适合仔猪的营养需要,可以应用于生产。 相似文献

试验研究了糙米代替玉米对断奶仔猪生产性能和回、盲肠养分表观消化率(以下简称消化率)的影响。36头28日龄断奶、健康长大二元杂种仔猪按窝别和体重随机分为3组,分别饲喂3种不同饲粮:基础饲粮、糙米替代50%玉米饲粮、糙米替代70%玉米饲粮。结果显示,随着饲粮玉米50%、70%被糙米替代,断奶仔猪日增重提高16.3%、19.7%(P<0.05),料重比降低4.7%、8.2%(P<0.05),饲料转化效率得到显著改善;回肠干物质和粗蛋白质消化率分别提高1.6%、4.7%和0.8%、5.1%,必需氨基酸消化率提高5.0%、7.6%;盲肠干物质和粗蛋白质消化率分别提高4.1%、5.9%和1.1%、4.1%。因此,从此试验可得出,用糙米替代饲粮中部分玉米,可改善断奶仔猪生产性能和养分消化率,说明在断奶仔猪饲粮中使用糙米替代部分玉米是可行的,以糙米替代70%玉米效果最佳。 相似文献

为了研究日粮不同系酸力水平对羔羊生产性能和饲料养分消化率的影响,将24只7日龄萨能奶山羊公羔随机分成4组,A组饲喂基础H粮,B、C和D 3个试验组分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加3.0、9.0和15.0 kg/t酸化剂的试验日粮(补饲料系酸力水平分别为30.0、20.0和10.0 mmol HCI/100 g;日粮系酸力水平分别为39.3、35.2和31.1 mmol HCl/100 g),研究日粮系酸力水平对早期断奶羔羊生产性能和养分表观消化率的影响.结果表明:(1)B、C和D组羔羊日增重极显著高于A组(P<0.01),C、D组显著高于B组(P<0.05);(2)饲料酸化可有效改善羔羊健康状况,B、C和D组羔羊腹泻率分别较A组降低了36.36%、28.65%和81.82%;(3)B,C和D组CP、GE表观消化率极显著高于A组(P<0.01),C、D组极显著高于B组(P<0.01);(4)B、C和D组DM表观消化率极显著高于A组(P<0.01),C、D组极显著高于B组(P<0.01),D组显著高于C组(P<0.05).结果提示,降低羔羊日粮系酸力水平,可以显著改善羔羊日增重、料重比和羔羊对日粮主要养分表观消化率,有效改善羔羊健康状况,在本研究条件下以补饲料系酸力水平10.0 mmol HCl/100 g即日粮系酸力水平31.1 mmol HCl/100 g组效果最好. 相似文献

本试验选用80羽1日龄丝毛乌骨鸡(平均体重24.75±2.66g),研究葡萄糖淀粉酶、中性蛋白酶对丝毛乌骨鸡蛋白质和氨基酸表观消化率及机体内源性消化酶活性的影响。将试鸡随机分为两组,每组40羽,分栏群饲。一组为对照组,一组为试验组,分别饲喂不含外源性酶制剂的基础日粮和含40000U/kg糖化酶、1000U/kg中性蛋白酶的日粮。试验分前后两期,前期1~37日龄,后期38~67日龄。前后期日粮营养水平分别为:粗蛋白20.00%和17.20%;代谢能:11.75MJ/kg和12.04MJ/kg;钙:0.9%和0.92%;磷:0.50%和0.54%;赖氨酸:1.39%和0.62%;蛋+胱氨酸0.66%和0.54%。试验期内自由采食,自由饮水。在30、60日龄时,每组分别取6只体重与各自组平均体重相近的试鸡单笼饲养,进行为期6天的消化试验。两组日粮在原有的基础上各加入0.5%三氧化二铬作为指示剂,前三天预饲,后三天收粪。取样制样后测定日粮蛋白质和氨基酸表观消化率及粪中尿酸态氮、氨态氮含量。在37、67日龄时每组捕杀6只鸡,取胃和小肠上段内容物,制样后测定胃蛋白酶、小肠上段α—淀粉酶、胰蛋白酶、总蛋白水解酶活性。结果 相似文献

本试验采用纤维滤袋技术,应用胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白复合酶、纤维素酶、猪小肠冻干粉和牛瘤胃液多酶体系进行体外养分消化试验。测定玉米蛋白粉的粗蛋白质、干物质和能量消化率,并与相应的猪体内养分表观消化率进行比较。结果表明三步酶法(胃蛋白酶 胰蛋白复合酶 牛瘤胃液或胃蛋白酶 胰蛋白复合酶 纤维素酶)技术能较准确模拟体内全消化道养分消化。体外养分消化率受样品的物理化学特性、样品的粒度、酶活性、酶浓度、底物浓度、pH、温度、动态时间及体外技术等综合因素影响。体外和体内粗蛋白质消化率相关系数为0.72,总能消化率相关系数为0.67。 相似文献

Effects of dry corn gluten feed (DCGF) on feedlot cattle performance and fiber digestibility were investigated. In Trial 1, 120 growing steers were fed corn silage-based diets containing 0, 40, 60 or 80% DCGF. Increasing levels of DCGF resulted in a curvilinear response in gain (P less than .05) and a linear increase in feed/gain (P less than .01). When the same steers subsequently were fed the same levels of DCGF in corn-based diets (Trial 2), increasing the percentage of dietary DCGF resulted in a linear decrease in gain (P less than .01) and a linear increase in feed/gain (P less than .01). In Trial 3, 46 crossbred steers were fed individually in a 2 x 2 factorial design to determine effects of 60 or 80% dietary high-moisture corn (HMC) or DCGF on feedlot cattle performance. Steers fed HMC had faster (P less than .08) and more efficient (P less than .05) gains than those fed DCGF, which had greater feed intakes (P less than .05). In Trial 4, 120 Angus crossbred steers were used to compare effects of 20 or 40% dietary HMC or DCGF on feedlot performance. Steers fed diets containing 40% HMC or DCGF had greater gains (P less than .01) and feed intakes (P less than .01) than those fed 20% diets. Steers fed HMC gained more efficiently than those fed DCGF (P less than .01). In an in situ trial, 0, 40, 60 or 80% dietary DCGF did not affect in situ DCGF DM or NDF disappearance. When DCGF was fermented in vitro in combination with corn silage, increasing the level of DCGF from 0 to 100% resulted in a linear increase (P less than .01) in 24 and 48 h NDF disappearance. These results suggest that at high dietary levels DCGF will support feedlot cattle gains that are nearly equal to those of cattle fed corn silage but somewhat less than those fed corn. 相似文献

The optimization of dietary phosphorus (P) depends on precise details of the P availability in feed ingredients to avoid excess or deficient P in a mixed diet. This study was carried out to measure the apparent ileal digestibility of P for corn, wheat, soybean meal, and corn gluten meal in growing Japanese quails from 28 to 32 d posthatch. A total of 400 quail chicks were randomly distributed across 5 treatments with 4 replicates and 20 birds in each floor pen. The P-free diet (PFD) was formulated based on cornstarch to measure the basal endogenous P losses (EPL). Digestibility coefficients were determined by ileal digesta sampling using TiO2 as an indigestible marker. The EPL was estimated at 384 mg/kg DMI. The apparent ileal P digestibility (AIPD) for corn, soybean meal, wheat, and corn gluten meal were determined to be 0.38, 0.53, 0.38, and 0.78, respectively. The corresponding values for true ileal P digestibility (TIPD) were 0.48, 0.61, 0.50, and 0.83, respectively. The t-test analysis showed that the difference of AIPD and TIPD values for corn (P = 0.031) and wheat (P = 0.015) were statistically significant, however, no significant differences were observed for corn gluten meal (P = 0.318) and soybean meal (P = 0.104). In conclusion, the correction of AIPD coefficients for EPL in low-P ingredients such as corn and wheat may be much more important than that in high-P feedstuffs such as corn gluten meal and soybean meal in growing quails. 相似文献

Twelve ruminally cannulated Jersey steers (BW = 534 kg) were used in an incomplete Latin square design experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial arrangement of treatments to determine the effects of wet corn gluten feed (WCGF) and total DMI level on diet digestibility and ruminal passage rate. Treatments consisted of diets formulated to contain (DM basis) steam-flaked corn, 20% coarsely ground alfalfa hay, and either 0 or 40% WCGF offered once daily for ad libitum consumption or limited to 1.6% of BW (DM basis). Two consecutive 24-d periods were used, each consisting of 18 d for adaptation, 4 d for collection, and a 2-d in situ period. Rumens of all steers were evacuated once daily at 0, 4, 8, and 12 h after feeding. Chromic oxide (10 g/[steer*d]) was fed as a digestibility marker, and steers were pulse-dosed with Yb-labeled alfalfa hay to measure ruminal particulate passage rate. Dacron bags containing 5 g of steam-flaked corn, WCGF, or ground (2-mm screen) alfalfa hay were placed into the rumens of all steers and removed after 3, 6, 12, or 48 h. Wet corn gluten feed increased percent apparent total-tract digestion of OM (P < 0.01), NDF (P < 0.01), and starch (P < 0.03), decreased (P < 0.01) ruminal total VFA concentration, increased (P < 0.01) ruminal NH3 concentration, and increased (P < 0.01) ruminal pH. Wet corn gluten feed also increased (P < 0.01) ruminal passage rate of Yb. Limit feeding decreased (P < 0.01) percent apparent total-tract digestion of both OM and NDF, ruminal total VFA concentration (P < 0.01), and ruminal fill (P < 0.01), but increased (P < 0.01) ruminal NH3 concentration. Apparent total-tract digestion of starch was not affected (P = 0.70) by level of DMI. A DMI level x hour interaction (P < 0.01) occurred for ruminal pH. Limit feeding increased ruminal pH before and 12 h after feeding, but decreased ruminal pH 4 h after feeding compared with diets offered ad libitum. A diet x DMI level interaction (P < 0.02) occurred for in situ degradation of alfalfa hay, with dietary addition of WCGF increasing (P < 0.02) the extent of in situ alfalfa hay degradation in steers fed for ad libitum consumption. This study suggests that WCGF increases OM and NDF digestion, and that limit feeding diets once daily might depress OM and NDF digestion, possibly due to decreased stability of the ruminal environment. 相似文献

The intestinal supply of amino acids (AA) in sheep fed alkaline hydrogen peroxide-treated wheat straw (AHPWS)-based diets supplemented with soybean meal (SBM) or corn grain plus combinations of corn gluten meal (CGM) and blood meal (BM) was measured in a 5 X 5 latin square. Sheep (avg wt 45 kg) with ruminal, duodenal and ileal cannulas were fed diets containing 65% AHPWS supplemented with the following protein sources: soybean meal (SBM), corn gluten meal (CGM), blood meal (BM), 2/3 CGM:1/3 BM and 1/3 CGM:2/3 BM. Total nitrogen (N) flow at the duodenum was not affected (P greater than .05) by protein source. Flows of bacterial N and AA increased (P less than .05) and flows of nonbacterial N and AA decreased (P less than .05) when wethers were fed SBM vs corn plus other protein sources. When diets contained SBM, quantities of total AA at the duodenum were lower (P less than .05) and the profile of AA supplied to the intestine was altered substantially. Total flows of AA at the duodenum and total quantities of AA disappearing from the small intestine were similar (P greater than .05) for all diets containing BM and CGM, but flows and disappearance of valine, histidine, lysine and arginine increased linearly (P less than .05), whereas flows and disappearance of leucine, isoleucine and methionine decreased linearly (P less than .05) as BM replaced CGM in the diets. Results suggest that quantities of individual AA flowing to the duodenum and disappearing from the intestine of wethers fed AHPWS-based diets can be altered by source of dietary protein. Furthermore, feeding protein sources resistant to ruminal degradation in combination may improve the profile of AA supplied to the intestine. 相似文献

Four experiments were conducted to determine the effect of adding corn gluten mean (CGM) or soybean meal (SBM) at 24- or 48-h intervals to diets based on corn stalks. In each experiment corn stalks was the primary diet ingredient fed to wethers or steers. Monensin was also fed to determine whether its effects on ruminal fermentation would improve the efficiency of N utilization under these conditions. Evaluation criteria included ruminal fermentation characteristics, DM intake and utilization, N balance in sheep, and steer feedlot performance. Ruminal ammonia nitrogen (NH3 N) concentrations measured over time were higher (P < .05) when diets contained SBM. Diet did not influence (P > .10) total VFA concentrations in ruminal fluid. Differences in diurnal shifts in ruminal NH3 N and total VFA due to protein source resulted in diet x hour interactions (P < .05). Dry matter intake response to protein source and frequency of supplement feeding was variable. Dry matter digestibility and nitrogen digestibility were not affected (P > .10) by protein source or feeding interval. The 48-h interval feeding of CGM was favorable compared with 24-h interval feeding (P < .05). The opposite response occurred with SBM, resulting in a diet x feeding interval interaction (P < .05). Nitrogen retention was greater (P < .05) when CGM was fed and with alternate day feeding. Diets that contained CGM supported higher (P < .05) ADG and gain/feed than diets that contained SBM when fed to steer calves. Alternate day feeding of supplements that contained monensin was detrimental to steer performance under the conditions of these experiments. 试验旨在研究猪饲粮中添加不同水平的玉米蛋白饲料对民猪杂交猪生长性能和养分表观消化率的影响。将24头试验猪(体重接近)随机分为3个组,每组有8个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组仅饲喂基础饲粮,试验组的饲粮以玉米蛋白饲料替代玉米和豆粕,替代比例分别是15%、30%,试验全期30 d。结果表明,15%玉米蛋白饲料替代组的日增重较对照组显著提高18.40%(P<0.05);15%玉米蛋白饲料替代组的料重比最低,较对照组显著降低8.31%(P<0.05),与30%玉米蛋白饲料替代组相比显著降低了11.11%(P<0.05)。试验1组和对照组之间的粗蛋白质消化率无显著差异,但试验2组较试验1组显著下降2.25%(P<0.01)。在粗脂肪消化率方面,试验2组较对照组显著降低了3.61%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组2的钙和磷的消化率分别显著下降7.11%(P<0.05),4.52%(P<0.05)。添加玉米蛋白饲料对民猪杂交猪的干物质和能量的消化率无显著影响。本试验条件下,日粮中添加15%玉米蛋白饲料对民猪杂交猪的采食量和日增重有促进作用,过高比例(30%)则会影响育肥猪的生长速度,降低其对粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙和磷的表观消化率。 相似文献
