Nursery tests showed that aqueous sprays of a 25% diflubenzuron (DFB) W.P. at 0.007%, 0.009%, 0.011% and 0.013% a.i., a 2% neem seed kernel suspension (NSKS) in water and a combination of 1% NSKS plus 0.0035% DFB protected tobacco seedlings from tobacco caterpillar (Spodoptera litura [F.]) damage up to 9 days after spraying. Weekly treatments in a bulk nursery with 0.009% DFB and 2% NSKS commencing 4 weeks after germination and continued for 7 weeks, offered significant protection and significantly reducedS. litura larval population compared with an unprotected nursery. 相似文献

为探明不同品种烟草对斜纹夜蛾生活史和产卵选择行为的影响,随机选取了选育品种‘中烟100’和‘湘烟5号’,地方品种‘双管晒烟’和‘梁桥晒烟’,野生种‘八旦野生烟’和‘长花烟草’,测试斜纹夜蛾幼虫取食不同品种烟草后的生活史参数及成虫的产卵选择行为。结果表明,不同品种烟草对斜纹夜蛾的死亡率、发育历期、蛹重、蛹期、羽化率、成虫体重都有显著影响。按斜纹夜蛾的蛹重、羽化率和成虫干重从大到小对其所取食的烟草品种类型排序,依次为选育品种>地方品种>野生种;死亡率、蛹期和发育历期,从大到小依次为野生种>地方品种>选育品种。斜纹夜蛾对不同烟草品种的产卵选择偏好性存在差异,其中最偏好在选育品种上产卵,其次为地方品种,最不喜野生种。研究表明野生种烟草相对选育和地方品种而言对斜纹夜蛾抗性更高。 相似文献

测定了溴氰菊酯对斜纹夜蛾抗性品系和敏感品系取食人工饲料、棉花、大豆和烟草的后代的毒力,及其后代体内的多功能氧化酶和酯酶活性。结果表明,在抗性和敏感品系中,取食不同食料的斜纹夜蛾后代对溴氰菊酯的敏感性顺序均为:烟草<棉花<大豆<人工饲料。在抗、感品系中,无论是中肠还是脂肪体,取食棉花、烟草和大豆的斜纹夜蛾后代多功能氧化酶O-脱甲基活性和酯酶活性均较取食人工饲料的斜纹夜蛾后代的要高,表明这3种寄主植物对斜纹夜蛾的多功能氧化酶和酯酶的活性均有不同程度的诱导性。 相似文献

The present study was undertaken to assess the insecticide resistance developed in various field collected population of S. litura and to induce susceptibility by using the synergists. Third-instar larvae collected from three different locations of Kerala viz., Thiruvananthapuram (TVM), Pathanamthitta (PTA) and Alappuzha (ALP) were exposed to conventional insecticides like chlorpyriphos, quinalphos, lambda-cyhalothrin and cypermethrin by leaf dip bioassay and resistance ratios were calculated by using the baseline data generated for respective insecticides using susceptible strain. Resistance ratios recorded were 1965, 840 and 320 against chlorpyriphos, 605, 255 and 59 against quinalphos, 926, 250 and 108 against lambda-cyahlothrin and 2566, 534 and 396 against cypermethrin respectively for TVM, PTA and ALP populations. The effect of selected synergists viz., piperonyl butoxide (PBO), diethyl maleate (DEM) and triphenyl phosphate (TPP) was studied in combination with respective test insecticides against the highly resistant population of S.litura collected from TVM of Kerala. The population was tested with insecticide in combination of the above synergists at different ratios. When PBO, TPP and DEM at ratio of 1:4 were used the synergistic ratio was 8.47, 7.26 and 3.98 for chlorpyriphos, 6.09, 5.26 and 3.05 for quinalphos, 13.37, 4.53 and 7.39 for lambda cyhalothrin and 4.77, 3.36 and 3.40 for cypermethrin respectively. PBO showed highest synergistic activity against both the organophosphates tested followed by DEM and TPP. Highest synergistic activity against synthetic pyrethroids also was shown by PBO, followed by TPP and DEM. The results obtained from the present study revealed that PBO at 1:4 ratio showed higher synergism with the test insecticides against the resistant populations of S.litura and proved to be an effective molecule alternate for breaking the resistance against conventional organophosphates and synthetic pyrethroids. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: The tobacco cutworm, Spodoptera litura (F.), is one of the most destructive polyphagous pests worldwide. The susceptibility of S. litura larvae reared on tobacco, Chinese cabbage, cowpea and sweet potato to phoxim, chlorfenapyr, methomyl, fenvalerate and emamectin benzoate under laboratory conditions was determined. RESULTS: Spodoptera litura larvae reared on tobacco were most tolerant to all insecticides, whereas those that fed on sweet potato were most susceptible. When larvae were reared on each host plant for three generations, the susceptibilities to phoxim of larvae that fed on Chinese cabbage and cowpea were similar, whereas the susceptibility of larvae that fed on sweet potato decreased by the third generation, and on tobacco the susceptibility decreased in each consecutive generation. When nicotine was added to their diet for three consecutive generations, the tolerance of larvae to phoxim increased twofold, and to emamectin benzoate 3.1‐fold, but the tolerance of larvae to fenvalerate and chlorfenapyr did not change. The acetylcholinesterase activities of the larvae that fed on sweet potato and cowpea were greater than the activities of those that fed on Chinese cabbage and tobacco. In contrast, the carboxylesterase activities of the larvae that fed on tobacco and Chinese cabbage were greater than the activities of those that fed on sweet potato and cowpea. The glutathione S‐transferase activities of larvae were highest when they fed on tobacco, followed by Chinese cabbage and cowpea, and the lowest activities were observed when larvae fed on sweet potato. CONCLUSION: Feeding on tobacco or with nicotine added to the diet, the larvae became more tolerant to insecticides, especially to phoxim and emamectin benzoate. 对4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油与40%辛硫磷乳油混用防治斜纹夜蛾进行了田间试验。结果表明,每667m2用4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油20-30mL 40%辛硫磷乳油50mL对斜纹夜蛾 4龄以下幼虫,药后1-7d的防效可达90%以上,优于10%溴虫腈悬浮剂50mL的效果。两者混用具有经济、高效、安全的优点,适合于“无公害”蔬菜上使用,具有推广应用前景。 相似文献

0.02% a.i. dicrotophos and dimethoate, 0.025% a.i. demeton-S-methyl, thiometon, chlorfenvinphos and methomyl, and 0.03% a.i. phosphamidon were evaluated in the field for control of aphids (Myzus persicae Sulzer) infesting tobacco. All the insecticides were effective but chlorfenvinphos and methomyl were inferior to the rest. 0.03% and 0.06% a.i. endosulfan and trichlorfon, 0.05% and 0.1% a.i. carbaryl, and 0.025% and 0.05% a.i. methomyl were evaluated in the field for control of caterpillars ofSpodoptera litura (F.) defoliating tobacco. A series of experiments at 25 (+/-1) degrees C were conducted in which different application rates of diatomaceous earth (DE) formulation Protect-It at two levels of relative humidity, 40 and 55%, and at three exposure periods were evaluated for control of Rhyzopertha dominica (F). Test insects were placed in vials containing 40 g of soft winter wheat mixed with 0.25, 0.50, 1.00, 1.50 and 2.00 g DE kg(-1). At all rates except 0.25 g kg(-1), mortality was significantly different from that in the control at the relevant exposure period. After each exposure interval, dead and live insects were counted and removed, and the vial containing wheat was then returned to the appropriate humidity chamber for 8 weeks until F(1) adults emerged. F(1) progeny production was significantly different from the control group at all rates. Mortalities for 1, 2 and 3 weeks exposure were found to be 47 (+/-5)%. Despite the fact that mortality increased with increasing rate, total mortality was not achieved even at the highest rate of DE. F(1) progeny production decreased with increasing rate for both RH conditions, and containment of population for both RH conditions was achieved at 1.00 g DE kg(-1). For each exposure period, F(1) progeny production of R dominica decreased with increasing rate of DE, and population suppression was achieved at 1.00 g DE kg(-1) for all exposure intervals. In summary, Protect-It resulted in reduced F(1) adult progeny and containment of population was achieved at 1.00 g DE kg(-1) at which rate mortality was 77%. 相似文献

斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura是一种危害极大的农业害虫,为了探索1条可持续、无污染的新型防治方法,我们通过标准喷塔法从12株球孢白僵菌Beauveria bassiana中筛选出1株对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫高毒力的菌株--球孢白僵菌Bb2860菌株.在喷雾浓度为(2592±275)孢子·mm-2的高浓度下,菌株Bb2860对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫在第7d的校正死亡率达82.43%±6.03%.不同制剂的室内生测试验表明,孢子水悬液和2种油剂(分别为不含稳定剂和含有稳定剂)在中浓度319~529孢子·mm-2的喷雾浓度下,7d后对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫的累计死亡率分别为54.8%、70.0%和76.7%;菌药协同作用为86.8%.另外,于2009年9月在安徽马鞍山进行自然条件下对花椰菜叶上斜纹夜蛾幼虫的田间小区药效试验.处理9d后,纯菌剂的相对防效为77.64%;低剂量和常规用量5%氟啶脲(抑太保)的相对防效分别为49.02%和89.70%;菌药混用的相对防效为91.13%.本研究显示出利用球孢白僵菌制剂及其与低剂量抑太保混用防治斜纹夜蛾的良好应用前景. 相似文献

The determination of DDT, fenvalerate, parathion, lindane, propoxur, and carbaryl binding to tobacco hornworm hemolymph proteins was evaluated by separating hemolymph treated with radioactive insecticides on Sephadex G-15 and G-100. Binding constants were determined using equilibrium dialysis techniques. Partial characterization of the proteins was determined on polyacrylamide disk gel electrophoresis. Results indicate that DDT, fenvalerate, and parathion bind with a high-molecular-weight fraction and lindane with a lower-molecular-weight fraction which contains the juvenile hormone binding protein. Competition was demonstrated between lindane and JH III for proteins in the lower-molecular-weight fraction. No binding was observed between hemolymph proteins and carbaryl or propoxur. 相似文献

BACKGROUND: Spodoptera litura (F.) is a cosmopolitan pest that has developed resistance to several insecticides. The aim of the present study was to establish whether an emamectin‐selected (Ema‐SEL) population could render cross‐resistance to other insecticides, and to investigate the genetics of resistance. RESULTS: Bioassays at G1 gave resistance ratios (RRs) of 80‐, 2980‐, 3050‐ and 2800‐fold for emamectin, abamectin, indoxacarb and acetamiprid, respectively, compared with a laboratory susceptible population Lab‐PK. After three rounds of selection, resistance to emamectin in Ema‐SEL increased significantly, with RRs of 730‐fold and 13‐fold compared with the Lab‐PK and unselected (UNSEL) population respectively. Further studies revealed that three generations were required for a tenfold increase in resistance to emamectin. Resistance to abamectin, indoxacarb, acetamiprid and emamectin in UNSEL declined significantly compared with the field population at G1. Furthermore, selection with emamectin reduced resistance to abamectin, indoxacarb and acetamiprid on a par with UNSEL. Crosses between Ema‐SEL and Lab‐PK indicated autosomal and incomplete dominance of resistance. A direct test of a monogenic model and Land's method suggested that resistance to emamectin was controlled by more than one locus. CONCLUSION: Instability of resistance and lack of cross‐resistance to other insecticides suggest that insecticides with different modes of action should be recommended to reduce emamectin selection pressure. 利用浸渍法分别测定虫螨腈等不同药剂对甜菜夜蛾3龄及5龄幼虫的毒力,结果表明:不同药剂对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的毒力存在明显差异,一些特异杀虫剂对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的毒力普遍高于试验用常规化学杀虫剂的毒力;同一药剂对不同龄期幼虫毒力的差异程度也不同,如虫螨腈、氟啶脲、氟铃脲、甲胺基阿维菌素、阿维菌素、虫酰肼等药剂对甜菜夜蛾3龄及5龄幼虫毒力的差异程度明显低于顺式氯氰菊酯、丙溴磷、灭多威等化学药剂。同时,作者还对12种药剂分别稀释1000倍对甜菜夜蛾5龄幼虫不同时间的毒力进行了观察,除常规化学农药出现中毒现象较快外,虫螨腈、甲胺基阿维菌素也表现较快中毒症状,田间药效试验进一步验证防治甜菜夜蛾宜选用虫螨腈、氟啶脲、氟铃脲、甲胺基阿维菌素、阿维菌素、虫酰肼等药剂。 相似文献
