研究了蚕豆离休叶片失水10%后,叶片与其气孔保卫细胞脱落酸含量的变化及其与叶龄的关系。未受胁迫叶片脱落酸含量在成熟叶片中高于幼嫩叶片,保卫细胞中脱落酸含量均在很低的水平。在叶片自然失水10%的10min内,叶片的脱落酸含量几乎无变化,但保卫细胞的脱落酸含量增加5倍以上。4h后,叶片脱落酸含量也显著增加,从最幼嫩叶片到成熟叶片分别达到处理前的25,26,17,10和6倍。因是离休叶片,排除了脱落酸的其他来源,说明叶片在失去膨压时合成并积累脱落酸;所有保卫细胞脱落酸含量都增加30倍以上,以第2,3片完全展开叶片的保卫细胞最为敏感,其脱落酸含量增加40倍以上。失水处理后保持湿润恢复膨压的叶片和其保卫细胞的脱落酸含量没有增加。分析了在水分胁迫下保卫细胞中增加的脱落酸的可能来源。  相似文献

采用河南农业大学设计的电热式温湿度自控烤烟箱,研究了水分胁迫离体烟叶中脂氧合酶(LOX)活性与脱落酸(ABA)积累的关系。结果表明,水分胁迫下ABA积累的同时,LOX活性也上升,二者相关性达5%的显著水平;LOX专一抑制剂去甲二氢菊木酸(NDGA)在抑制LOX活性的同时也阻断了ABA的积累;无细胞体系加入LOX可直接引起ABA的积累。这表明LOX很可能是生物合成及胁迫诱导ABA积累的一个关键酶。  相似文献

The serious conditions of environmental pollution in vrban area between production and livelihood in China were analyzed and the sustainable development optimum model in a three-dimension system as well as the cycle economics pattern of town development were set up. It is thought as two new measures that protecting the environment of the town is ought to be carried out “controlling total amount” and “green engineering plan”. Many rotors of agricultural machinery are flexible. The dynamic balancing tests on them should be done on many plans at working speed. The traditional method on two plans and at low speed can't meet the accuracy requirments of the dynamic balancing on flexible rotors. The multi-plan and three-speed step balancing method is putting forward to simplify the balancing progress and improve the balancing accuracy of working rotors. A plastic film collector was invented with analysis of motional tracks and experiments. The working principle and designing parameters of the collector were introduced. 春小麦耐热性表现及其评价   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以Seri82×Siete Cerros重组近交系为供试材料,对不同高温胁迫环境条件下小麦耐热性的表现以及小麦耐热性的评价方法进行了研究。结果表明分期播种能够给春小麦提供全生育期的高温胁迫环境;借助塑料大棚人工升温的办法可以模拟大田生产条件下籽粒灌浆期的高温胁迫环境。在这些不同的热胁迫环境中,供试材料的产量性状都受到严重影响,且在耐热性表现显著差异。产量性状和耐热性的相关分析表明正常环境条件下产量性状表现与耐热性之间不存在相关关系。不同热胁迫环境条件下,基因型之间产量性状的遗传表达亦存在显著差异,并与耐热性呈显著的负相关。可以认为采用热感指数和几何平均产量2个指标鉴定和评价小麦品种的耐热性。  相似文献

The tensile strength and toughness of soil stabilization with portland cement mixed with fiber obtained is higher than those of the soil stabilization with portland cement. The regression on tensile strength with portland cement mixed with fiber was derived using orthogonal experiment. The tensile strength of fiber soil stabilization with portland cement was increased with dosage and length of fiber while the former was more effective than the latter.  相似文献

脱落酸(ABA)是公认的植物感应干旱等环境胁迫的信号分子,甜菜碱是植物在干旱等环境胁迫下体内积累的渗透保护物质。但ABA是否参与了干旱诱导植物叶片中甜菜碱生物合成的信号转导过程,目前还存在争议。以梨树为试材,应用活体试验和离体试验一致证明,在梨树(Pyrus bretschneideri Redh.cv.Suli)遭受水分胁迫期间,叶片中ABA浓度显著增加,与此同时,甜菜碱水平也显著增加,表明水分胁迫下梨树叶片中甜菜碱水平是随ABA内源水平的升高而升高,这为ABA介导干旱胁迫原初物理信号、启动细胞内甜菜碱的生物合成与积累提供了又一明确的证据。  相似文献
