《食品安全与卫生》教学改革的研究与探索

结合当前我国食品安全卫生的现状,在《食品安全与卫生》教学过程中探索以培养实践能力为导向的多种教学方式,使学生能深刻体会到食品安全卫生对社会的重要性。教学改革内容主要包括在教学过程中做到合理构建教学体系、采取多种教学方式相结合、进行食品安全卫生的现场教学与讲解、组织学生完成食品安全卫生的相关调查报告和进行食品安全卫生的宣传活动等方面。     

营养认知、产品信任与营养型食品的支付意愿

“健康中国”新时代背景下营养型食品发展前景广阔,当前研究中一个亟待回答的问题是营养型食品的优良特性能否以及如何转化为目标消费者的购买意愿。本文以富叶酸玉米为例,基于对302位育龄妇女展开的BDM拍卖实验数据,采用分位数回归模型研究营养认知、产品信任对营养型食品支付意愿的影响机制进行研究。结果表明:第一,育龄妇女对富叶酸玉米的支付意愿均值为6.34元/根,营养属性对玉米的价值提升具有显著作用。第二,对于育龄妇女群体,营养认知和产品信任均对其支付意愿有显著正向影响。第三,实验结果表明支付意愿的形成存在“经验效应”与“信息效应”:中低支付意愿群体购买行为表现为“经验效应”,营养认知对支付意愿的影响易受到替代品效应调节,但高支付意愿群体更多表现为“信息效应”,营养认知的影响不存在替代效应。第四,产品信任对具有当前生育意愿的育龄妇女表现出一致的正向影响,对不具有当前生育意愿的育龄妇女呈现“U”型影响,即对高低两端支付意愿群体影响显著。

本从大学生存在传统同入手,系统地阐述了大学生应确立适应市场经济体制下的择业观念的必然性和必要性。阐明了当代大学生应树立新的择业观。     

论语中的德育价值与高校辅导员工作的开展探讨

作为一部在儒家领域具有里程碑意义的典籍著作,《论语》主要记载了孔子及其弟子的 言行,其中孔子凭借其言行向弟子传递出的一些为人处世的道理,时至今日仍然对于教育教学领 域的德育工作与学生管理工作发挥着重要的价值,也为高校辅导员日常工作的开展与如何构建 和谐的师生关系提供了借鉴意义。本文简要阐释了高校辅导员工作开展的难点问题,分析了《论 语》中涵盖的德育价值,并围绕“仁学”、“爱教”、“德治”、“修身”等四个层面探讨《论语》中的德育 价值在高校辅导员工作开展中的具体应用,以期为和谐师生关系的建构提供参考作用。     

Mobility, embodiment, and scales: Filipino immigrant perspectives on local food

Local foodshed proponents in the United States seek to change the food system through campaigns to “buy local” and to rediscover “good food” in the local foodshed. Presumably, common sense dictates that the word “local” signifies spatial proximity to the consumer. For some populations, however, both the terms “local” and “local food” signify various different meanings. The local food definition generally used by scholars and activists alike as “geographically proximate food” is unhelpfully narrow. Localist rhetoric often does not incorporate the food choices and practices of immigrants, migrants, and refugees. In this paper, I report the various characterizations of local food among Filipino immigrants in San Diego, California: (1) geography-based local food; (2) (US) America-based local food; (3) community-based local food; and (4) immigrant identity-based local food. Local foodshed proponents should acknowledge those who have a starkly different definition of “local”—those who possess translocal subjectivities, for whom “local-ness” is both mobile and embodied. My study underscores how the movement of food—or its containment within a geographic space—cannot be viewed in isolation from the movement of people.     

U.s. Universities and the world food problem

The imponderable now is time. Certainly, it is in short supply if we hope to improve the world's prospects for food production. The requisite scientific skills that can contribute to greater world agricultural production exist in a uniquely concentrated form in the U.S. universities. Incentives for increased university involvement in technical assistance created by the International Development and Food Assistance Act of 1975 will not become effective until a mechanism which guarantees adequate and long-term funding is established. A continuing dialogue to define the nature and scope of needed reforms is necessary if maximum involvement of U.S. scientists in agricultural technical assistance is to be realized. Such involvement is vital in meeting the food needs of the developing world.     

高校学生管理法治化研究——以学生权利为视角

在高校依法治校的背景下,高校学生管理工作法治化成为高校依法治校的重要体现,作为高校学生管理工作对象的大学生,他们的权利能否得到保障是学生管理工作法治化的重中之重。文章以大学生权利保护为切入点进行调查,找出当前高校学生管理的侵权行为,就如何加强大学生权利保护与高校学生管理法治化进行研究,努力探寻高校学生管理法治化视野下学生权利保护的有效途径。     

中美大学生对转基因作物和食品认知及态度的比较分析

公众对转基因作物和食品的认知及态度对转基因技术发展会产生重要影响,也是学术界比较关注的问题。采用定量与定性研究相结合的方法,分析中美大学生对转基因作物和食品认知及态度的异同,得出:美国大学生的认知程度和购买意愿都高于我国大学生,但其内在影响因素基本相同。从外在的因素讨论得出两国转基因生物安全管理体系、产业化现状、公共部门和媒体的公信力以及科普教育的差距是主要的影响因素,并就以上几方面提出了建议。     

试论高校图书馆与大学生信息素养教育

探讨了大学生信息素养的概内涵及其意义,分析了当前大学生信息素养的现状及其原因,据此提出了高校图书馆加强大学生信息素养教育的对策。     

生涯教育理念下的高校学生党建工作改革探索

如何对高校学生党员的团队精神和积极的人生态度进行正向引导,从而提升高校学生党建工作水平,是新时期高校基层党建工作中一个重要而紧迫的课题。文章从实际工作出发,初步分析了高校学生党建工作存在的问题,并将生涯教育理念融入其中,具体分析了生涯教育在高校学生党建工作中的运用情况,为创新高校学生党建工作,增强学生党支部的战斗力、凝聚力和创造力,提升学生党员的团队精神等奠定了理论基础。     

高校女生体育课学习兴趣的现状分析及对策

结合教学实践,对某高校部分女生进行了问卷调查,结果发现：40.36%的女生喜欢上体育课,38.76%的人态度一般,20.88%的人不喜欢上体育课;并从高校女生的生理、心理特点;教师的教学内容和方法以及教学环境3个方面探讨了对学习兴趣的影响;最后,提出以端正女生正确的体育态度、重视女生心理素质培养、加强教师素质培养、现代化的教学手段优化课程教学等措施。

"课桌文化"作为大学的一种亚文化形态由来以久."课桌文化"是展示、了解和研究大学生心灵的一扇窗口.本文在广泛调查的基础上,分析了大学生对"课桌文化"的认识和态度、大学"课桌文化"的特点和形成原因,提出应主要在加强公德教育、建立健全心理健康教育体系、加强校园文化建设、抓好课堂教学与管理等方面对"课桌文化"进行综合治理.     

Transformative food systems education in a land-grant college of agriculture: the importance of learner-centered inquiries

In this paper we use a critically reflective research approach to analyze our efforts at transformative learning in food systems education in a land grant university. As a team of learners across the educational hierarchy, we apply scholarly tools to the teaching process and learning outcomes of student-centered inquiries in a food systems course. The course, an interdisciplinary, lower division undergraduate course at the University of California, Davis is part of a new undergraduate major in Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems. We provide an overview of the course’s core elements—labs, exams, assignments, and lectures—as they relate to social constructivist learning theory and student-centered inquiries. Then, through qualitative analysis of students’ reflective essays about their learning experiences in the course, we demonstrate important transformative outcomes of student-centered inquiries: (1) most students confronted the commodity fetish and tried to reconcile tensions between what the food system is and ought to be, and (2) students repositioned themselves, their thinking, and social deliberation in relation to the food system. Students’ reflections point to the power of learning that emerges through their inquiry process, including in the field, and from critical self-reflection. We also highlight the importance of reflective essays in both reinforcing experiential learning and in helping instructors to better understand students’ learning vis-à-vis our teaching.     

From “Food from Nowhere” to “Food from Here:” changing producer–consumer relations in Austria

The notion of a “third food regime” implies simultaneous processes of further global concentration and integration and at the same time resistance through new emerging producer–consumer relations. This paper examines these processes by looking at Austria over the last 30 years. While direct producer–consumer cooperatives established at an early point, today forms of community supported agriculture (CSA) are rare. This paper explains this by identifying a shift of the entire food system from “food from nowhere” to “food from here.” The account follows the early emergence of alternative food networks through the political appeal to consumer patriotism in connection with Austria joining the EU, to a sustained positioning of retail chains with regional and national food products. The paper argues that this satisfies the needs of a large proportion of consumers and discourages the emergence of new food initiatives. The paper follows the development of different approaches and their transformations until today. Thus a picture evolves of changing, and partly progressing consumer–producer relations in response to wider societal and political transformation processes. The results explain why the movement towards CSA is currently weak in Austria, but demonstrate at the same time how alternative food networks may contribute to a transformation of the food system.

农林类高校思想政治理论课分组教学模式研究——以全国六所农林高校为例

高校思想政治工作,关系着高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人以及为谁培养人的根本问题。而高校思想政治理论课(以下简称“思政课”)是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道,增强“思政课”的亲和力与针对性,给学生带来实实在在的获得感,成为当前高校“思政课”的主要任务。农林类高校在“思政课”教学中既有普通高校的共性,又有自己的特性。对此,通过对全国六所农林类高校的调查,找到农林类高校在“思政课”教学中遇到的特性,提出具有针对性的教学改革方式——分组教学,最终提高农林类高校“思政课”教学有效性。     

创业大学生档案管理模式初探

基于社会就业形势越来越严峻,大学生创业越来越普遍。从档案管理的角度出发,通过分析高校学生人事档案的作用,阐述了创业大学生档案管理的重要性。针对创业大学生档案管理的现状,为解决创业大学生档案被忽视,档案为学生和用人单位服务的价值得不到有效发挥的问题,进一步利用档案激发大学生的创业热情,更好地开发利用大学生创业成果。从高校档案部门、国家政策、档案托管机构、大学生档案意识、档案制度等5个角度提出对创业大学生档案管理机制构建的建议,并进一步阐明构建此管理机制的意义。
