Compared to Florida individuals, a smaller percentage of Massachusetts Thamnophis sirtalis sirtalis will accept fish. Both experienced adults and isolated newborn snakes respond similarly; the behavior is innate and correlated with habitat differences between the two localities. Rats were trained to eat free food from a dish, then trained to press a lever for similar food. The free food was then presented while subjects were pressing on several reinforcement schedules. Subjects continued to press for reinforcement when one or two presses were required for reinforcement, and ate little free food. When ten presses were required for reinforcement, rats preferred free food and pressed little or not at all. It was concluded that, when work demands are not too high, rats prefer earned food to free food.  相似文献

为丰富消费市场中食品认证标签的多样化,优化食品企业对食品认证标签的使用决策,完善政府对食品认证标签的体系建设,基于选择实验法,以纯牛奶为研究对象,利用1 311个消费者样本,借助多项Logit模型和潜类别Logit模型测度消费者对食品认证标签的偏好和支付意愿。结果表明:1)消费者对食品认证标签的偏好程度和支付溢价均由高到低依次为地理标志、动物福利标签、碳标签、有机标签、绿色标签;2)年龄越低、受教育程度越高的消费者对动物福利标签的偏好程度越高,收入越高的消费者对碳标签的偏好程度越高;3)依据偏好的异质性可以将消费者分成以城镇居民居多的“绿色健康食品的追求者”和以年龄小且受教育程度高为特征的“动物福利主义的践行者”2类。消费者食品认证标签偏好的异质性为食品供应商认证决策和政府认证制度安排提供了参考依据。  相似文献

The US food retailing industry continues to concentrate and consolidate. Power in the agriculture, food, and nutrition system has shifted from producers to processors, and is now shifting to retailers. Currently, only eight food-retailing corporations control the majority of food sales in the United States. Expanding on previous research by Lyson and Raymer (2000, Agriculture and Human Values 17: 199–208), this paper examines the characteristics of the boards of directors of the leading food retailing corporations and the indirect interlocks that bind the food retailers into a corporate community. Rachel Schwartz is a PhD Candidate in the Department of Development Sociology at Cornell University. Her research interests are focused on the relationship between food retailers and food consumers in the United States, especially in regards to the construction of the concept of “choice.” Thomas Lyson was Liberty Hyde Bailey Professor in the Department of Development Sociology at Cornell University. His interests included the relationship of agriculture and food systems on community economic development and population health. His most recent book, Civic Agriculture, developed a problem-solving model for food and agriculture issues. Dr. Lyson passed away in December 2006.  相似文献

为了解郑州牧专在校生营养知识、态度、行为情况,为从营养学角度开展学生教育提供科学依据,采用整群抽样方法,选择郑州牧专食品检测专业07 级和酒店管理08 级学生共215人作为调查对象,使用统一的调查表进行营养 KAP问卷调查,结果显示学生的营养常识性问题知晓率较高,而营养专业性问题的知晓率较低,学生饮食行为存在部分不良习惯,动物性食物摄入频度较低,从而需采取多种方式和技巧对学生进行营养教育,促进学生行为转变,为学生终生健康和职业发展奠定良好基础.  相似文献

Michigan Harvest Gathering is a popular and nationally acclaimed antihunger campaign. It represents a state-sponsored partnership among public, private, and nonprofit institutions to improve conditions for Michigan's citizens in need". This paper reviews the program, and in the process, critically examines its underlying assumptions about the nature of hunger and helping, about those who are hungry, and about the relationship of agriculture to the remediation of hunger throughout the state. It argues that, in keeping with Michigan's corporatist orientation, the program valorizes the agrofood industry at the expense of sustained public welfare. 食品安全信息标签是传递食品信息的重要工具,研究生产者和消费者对具有不同信息标签食品的供求差异,对保障食品安全具有重要意义。本文构建了食品安全信息标签所包含的四种不同信息属性及相应层次,以猪肉为例,利用浙江省生猪养殖户和猪肉消费者的调查数据,运用选择实验法,借助随机参数Logit模型实证分析养殖户与消费者对具有不同食品安全信息标签猪肉的生产意愿和消费偏好的差异,探讨养殖户对不同食品安全信息标签的实际采纳行为和消费者对相应标签的支付意愿。结果表明,在产地、合格证、可追溯和认证四类信息属性中,除认证信息外,消费者更偏好可追溯信息,而养殖户更愿意提供产地信息。尽管养殖户对提供认证信息表现出较为强烈的意愿,但实际生产中的采纳率仅为1.81%。消费者偏好包含更高层次食品安全信息标签的猪肉,对委托检验合格的合格证具有更高的偏好,但养殖户的生产意愿却为负。消费者对自检合格的合格证的支付意愿仅为1.385元/kg,但愿意为追溯到养殖环节的可追溯信息支付超过20%的溢价,然而在实际生产中,养殖户对可追溯信息的采纳率不足10%。因此,养殖户要加大对信息层次更丰富的食品安全信息标签的使用,市场和政府应增加对养殖户参与可追溯体系、开具合格证的激励,加强对养殖户的教育培训。  相似文献

When few data or information are available, the validity of studies performing uncertainty analysis or robust design optimisation (i.e., parameter optimisation under uncertainty) with a probabilistic approach is questionable. This is particularly true in some agronomical fields, where parameter and variable uncertainties are often quantified by a handful of measurements or by expert opinions. In this paper, we propose a simple alternative approach based on interval analysis, which avoids the pitfalls of a classical probabilistic approach. We propose simple methods to achieve uncertainty propagation, parameter optimisation and sensitivity analysis in cases where the model satisfies some monotonic properties. As a real-world case study, we interest ourselves to the application developed in our laboratory that has motivated the present work, that is the design of sustainable food packaging preserving fresh fruits and vegetables as long as possible.  相似文献

为探究最受消费者关注的产品属性以及在线评论的偏好差异性对熟食品销量的影响,选取水禽熟食为研究对象,通过收集14种水禽熟食品牌在一个月内的消费者评论,并对评论的属性进行分类,在量化属性评分的基础上对水禽熟食产品在线销量的影响机制进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:1)消费者最关注熟食产品的质量属性和安全属性,而水禽熟食评论中的偏好差异性对销量有着负向作用;2)在线评论的口碑量和口碑极性会在一定程度上削弱偏好差异性的影响,进而增加产品的销量。在此基础上,建议水禽熟食生产商多方兼顾,从产品质量、产品安全等方面全面提升产品的总体质量,并且尽可能采取一些激励措施来提高产品的口碑量和口碑极性,进而提升产品销量。  相似文献

分析了影响粮食生产的主要因素,认为农地非农化只是影响粮食生产的因素之一。从理论上研究了农地非农化对粮食安全的综合效应,并实证分析了农地非农化对我国粮食安全的影响。结果表明,1989至2000年农地非农化使我国的粮食总产出下降了1.42%。本研究还设计了不同的情景方案:如果2000至2030年农地非农化面积在1997至2002年年均农地非农化面积的基础上扩大10%-50%,农地非农化导致的粮食产出损失最高为粮食需求星的6%左右。因此,应该适当释放农地,以促进经济发展。  相似文献
