鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)干扰新城疫病毒(NDV)增殖现象的研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
IBV毒株H120、H52、MA5对NDV-LaSota的干扰实验证明IBV特异性干扰NDV增殖。1)采取不同顺序的同胚接种法:IBV接种之后再接种NDV;或NDV接种之后再接种IBV,及IBV,NDV同时接种,IBV均干扰NDV的增殖。2)NDV接种36小时之内,干扰现象最为明显,H120,H52的干扰能力稍强于MA5。3)NDV血清中和实验结果显示,不同顺序同胚接种NDV、IBV时,NDV-LaSota不影响IBV的增殖能力。同胚增殖IBV,NDV的关键是控制NDV、IBV的接毒量及选择合适的收毒时间。 相似文献

采用Filtron中型盒式超滤系统,对新城疫病毒(NDV)抗原液和NDV与传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)混合抗原液进行浓缩试验,结果显示,浓缩抗原液的HA效价按浓缩比率成倍上升,而超滤液的HA为阴性,以浓缩抗原液,未浓缩抗原液及超滤液为水相,分别制成NDV浓缩油苗,NDV未浓缩油苗,四联浓缩苗,四联未浓缩油革以及超滤液乳剂,分别对久.鸡免疫后,NDV浓缩苗与未膛缩苗免疫鸡均产生了对NDV强毒攻击的抵抗力,保护率达100%,而NDV浓缩苗诱导产生的HI抗体效价明显高于未浓缩苗;比较浓缩四联苗与未浓缩四联苗的免疫效力,当2种疫苗注射剂量不同而抗原量相同时,诱导产生的免疫效力相同;浓缩苗与未浓缩苗效价测定及超滤液乳剂免疫试验结果证实,浓缩过程中既无有效抗原丢失,也无抗原活性变化,试验结果显示,该设备浓缩工艺简单,抗原回收率达100%,是一种理想的病毒浓缩齐备。 相似文献

复方中药对人工感染IBV雏鸡免疫指标的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
采用滴鼻法对SPF鸡攻毒建立鸡传染性支气管炎感染模型,使用MTT法、流式细胞仪技术、气管环中和试验法等,从细胞免疫和体液免疫角度研究复方中药防治鸡传染性支气管炎的可能性.结果显示,与感染不给药组相比,复方中药组能显著增加病鸡的体质量(P<0.05),促进免疫器官生长发育,提高淋巴细胞转化率和血清中和抗体效价(P<0.05),极显著提高CD4+/CD8+比值(P<0.01).结果表明,复方中药能明显改善传染性支气管炎感染鸡细胞免疫和体液免疫功能低下的状态,具有提高机体抗病毒感染的作用. 相似文献

近一段时期,许多合同养鸡户所饲养的肉鸡受到了严重的大肠杆菌感染,导致死亡率升高,有的高达30%以上,造成了巨大的经济损失。有的养殖户使用了多种抗菌药,但仍未取得理想效果而束手无策。事实表明,大肠杆菌病对肉鸡的危害已远远超过传染性支气管炎、传染性法氏囊病,甚至新城疫等传统的危害严重的传染病。造成这种状况的原因是多方面的,既有饲养管理不良因素,也有对大肠杆菌的耐药性认识不足而导致的。为了帮助养殖户充分认识大肠杆菌和大肠杆菌病,从而在饲养过程中有针对性地采取一些措施,减少损失,提高饲养效益,我们根据调查情况总结了一下本地区肉鸡大肠杆菌的发病特点,并介绍了一些相应的防治措施,供养殖户朋友参考。 相似文献

以2种剂量的低致病性禽流感病毒(lowly pathogenic avian influenza virus,LPAIV),传染性支气管炎病毒(infectious bronchitis virus,IBV)疫苗株H120和H52,新城疫病毒(Newcastle disese viurs,NDV)Lasota株分别于气管内注射10日龄易感鸡,2d后,气管注射禽病原性大肠杆菌O37株(O78),连续观察5d,结果,除LPAIV单独感染组有6.25%的死亡率外,其余各病毒单独接种组均健活;大肠杆菌O37株单独接种组的死亡率为62.50%,较高剂量的LPAIV,IBV H120和H52,NDV Lasota株与大肠杆菌O37株有效强的协同致病作用,死亡率分别达到81.25%,100.00%,93.75%和87.50%,而较低剂量的上述病毒则无明显的协同作用,IBV,NDV疫苗株与大肠杆菌联合接种组的多数死亡鸡病程推迟。 相似文献

探讨过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂杀灭新城疫病毒(NDV)和传染性囊病病毒(IBDV)的效果,为鸡病毒性传染病的防治提供依据。分别采用鸡胚接种法、血凝试验和悬浮杀灭试验测定过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂对NDV和IBDV的杀灭效果。过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂灭活NDV、IBDV的有效浓度均为0.04%,最快有效时间分别为10 min和30 min。过氧乙酸戊二醛复方消毒剂可有效杀灭NDV和IBDV。在有效杀灭浓度范围内,随浓度的增高和作用时间的延长对NDV和IBDV的灭活效果增强。 相似文献

对分离自陕西省的16株肉鸡源致病性大肠杆菌的外膜蛋白(outer membrane proteins,OMP)进行提取,采用SDS-PAGE法进行分型,结果发现有3种外膜蛋白型,其中2株O4、2株O35、2株89,1株O18、1株O78属OMPⅠ型,2株O35,1株O4,1株O18属OMPⅡ型;1株O2,1株O75,1株O78,1株O89属OMPⅢ型,表明肉鸡源E.coli同一血清型中有不同OMP型,而不同血清型间也有相同OMP型,其中有2株菌OMP型表达丰富。 相似文献

鸡IBV、NDV和AIV多重RT-PCR检测方法的初步建立 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
根据鸡传染性支气管炎病毒M基因、禽流感病毒NP基因和新城疫病毒F基因各设计1对引物,初步建立了针对鸡传染性支气管炎(IB)、新城疫(ND)和禽流感(AI)的多重RT-PCR鉴别诊断方法,并对其特异性和敏感性进行了检测。结果表明,所设计的3对引物可对同一样品中的IBV、NDV和AIV进行特异性扩增,所扩增的目的片断的长度分别为333bp(IBV)、438bp(NDV)和196bp(AIV);建立的多重RT-PCR检测方法能够检测出1ng/μLAIV、1ng/μLNDV和10ng/μLIBV的cDNA,说明该检测方法特异性强,敏感性较高。本研究所建立的多重RT-PCR方法可用于上述3种鸡病毒性呼吸道疾病的快速鉴别诊断,在临床诊断和流行病学调查方面具有较好的应用前景。 相似文献

This experiment was to study the effect of synbiotic and antibacterial peptide on growth performance,and the immune regulation of broiler chickens after the E.coli O78 attack. Totally 100 broilers of health 1-day-old Ross 308 were randomly divided into four treatment groups:Synbiotic group (group S) was fed with basal diet+0.3% synbiotic;Antibacterial peptides group (group AP) was fed with basal diet+0.5% antibacterial peptide; Antibacterial peptide+synbiotic group (group SAP) was fed with basal diet+0.3% synbiotic+0.5% antibacterial peptide;Control group (group C) was fed with basal diet,and the growth performance were determined. At the 14th day,10 chickens from each group were randomly selected for muscle injection with E.coli O78 (the attacked control group was named as model group (group M)),and after 24 h,the morbidity,mortality and immune function of chickens in each group were determined. The results showed that compared with control group,the F/G and ADF of groups S and AP were significantly decreased (P<0.05).Before E.coli O78 attack,the bursa index of group SAP was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),and other groups had no significant difference (P>0.05);While after the E.coli O78 attack,the thymus,spleen and bursa indexes of groups S and AP were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),the spleen and bursa indexes of group SAP were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05),and the thymus index showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Compared with the group M,the IgA,sIgA and IL-10 of group S showed no significant difference (P>0.05),while the IL-6 levels decreased extremely significantly (P<0.01);The IgA and IL-6 of group AP were extremely significantly decreased (P<0.01),meanwhile the sIgA and IL-10 were significantly or extremely significantly higher (P<0.05;P<0.01); The changed trend of SAP group was the same as the group AP.In conclusion,the synbiotic and antibacterial peptide could improve the feed conversion rate of chickens and they were used alone or combination all could improved chicken immune function after the bacteria attack. 相似文献

试验旨在研究添加自制合生素和新型抗菌肽对肉仔鸡生长性能的影响,以及攻毒后对其免疫功能的调节作用。选取健康的1日龄科宝Ross 308肉仔鸡100只,随机分为4组。自制合生素组(S组)饲喂基础日粮+0.3%合生素;抗菌肽组(AP组)饲喂基础日粮+0.5%抗菌肽;抗菌肽+合生素组(SAP组)饲喂基础日粮+0.3%合生素+0.5%抗菌肽;对照组(C组)饲喂基础日粮。试验期间测定各组肉鸡生长性能;在试验第14天,同时每组随机选取10只肉仔鸡进行大肠杆菌O78攻毒(对照组攻毒后设为攻菌模型组(M组)),观察记录24 h各组鸡的发病和死亡情况,并测定肉仔鸡的免疫功能。结果显示,与对照组相比,S组和AP组料重比和平均日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),SAP组的法氏囊指数在攻毒前显著升高(P<0.05),其他各组无显著差异(P>0.05);攻毒后,S组及AP组的胸腺指数、脾脏指数及法氏囊指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),SAP组的脾脏指数、法氏囊指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),胸腺指数与对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。攻毒后S组中IgA、sIgA和IL-10与M组无显著差异(P>0.05),而IL-6极显著降低(P<0.01);AP组中IgA和IL-6均极显著降低(P<0.01),sIgA和IL-10显著或极显著升高(P<0.05;P<0.01);SAP组的变化趋势与AP组相同。综上所述,日粮中分别添加合生素和抗菌肽可以提高肉仔鸡的饲料转化率;攻菌后,合生素和抗菌肽以及两者联合使用均可以提高肉仔鸡免疫功能。 相似文献

以30 mg@kg-1单剂量静注(设健康对照)和内服氟苯尼考(florfenicol),研究了其在人工感染大肠杆菌肉鸡体内的药代动力学.给健康和感染肉鸡静注氟苯尼考后,血药浓度与时间关系均符合二室开放模型,选择的权重为1/C2,其主要药代动力学参数如下t1/2a为(44.67±9.42)min和(40.79±9.90)min,t1/2β为(161.02±27.30)min和(118.91±14.17)min,Vd(ss)为(1.15±0.41)L@kg-1和(1.02±0.22)L@kg-1,ClB为(0.73±0.12)L@kg-1@h-1和(0.76±0.14)L@kg-1@h-1,AUC为(41.65±6.94)mg@L-1@h和(40.88±6.03)mg@L-1@h.与健康肉鸡药动学参数比较,感染鸡的β(P<0.01)、K21(P<o.05)和K10(P<0.01)显著性提高,t1/2β(P<0.01)显著性下降,其他参数没有显著性改变(P>0.05).给感染肉鸡内服氟苯尼考后,血药浓度与时间关系符合一室开放模型,其主要药代动力学参数如下t1/2ka为(25.49±14.04)min,t1/2ke为(104.31±14.55)min,tmax为(65.91±26.24)min,Cmax为(7.90±3.00)mg@L-1,AUC为(29.01±6.59)mg@L-1@h,F为(70.94±1.09)%.以上结果表明,鸡感染大肠杆菌后,氟苯尼考仍表现出分布迅速、广泛和消除较快的特点.内服给药后,氟苯尼考在大肠杆菌感染肉鸡体内生物利用度较高. 相似文献

Immunization against Angara disease virus (ADV), a serotype 4 avian adenovirus, and Newcastle disease virus (NDV), an avian
paramyxovirus serotype 1, is the mainstay of a broiler vaccination programme, while polyether ionophores usually form an essential
component of a broiler medication programme in most parts of India and Pakistan. The role of polyether ionophores in the protective
immune responses of broiler chickens vaccinated and challenged with ADV and NDV was investigated. A total of 1600 birds were
divided into eight groups of 200 birds each. First four groups were vaccinated against NDV and ADV, while the remaining four
served as unvaccinated controls. The first 3 groups of birds were administered salinomycin, monensin and cyclophosphamide
(CYP), respectively. The last group served as an untreated control. The same treatment schedule was also followed for the
next four unvaccinated groups. The post-vaccination and post-challenge serological responses to NDV and ADV, body and lymphoid
organ weight gains, post-challenge survival rate and detection of NDV and ADV in the tissues of infected birds were evaluated.
Birds administered salinomycin showed a significant stimulation of protective immune responses against both NDV and ADV as
compared to the untreated and CYP-treated birds. Monensin also enhanced the protective immune responses against both viruses
but the effect was not statistically significant. Thus, it is concluded that monensin and salinomycin augment the anti-NDV
and anti-ADV immune responses in broiler chickens, which supports their use in poultry flocks. 相似文献
