试验选用 4周龄来航鸡雄雏研究饲粮中添加含不同饱和度和双键位置的脂肪酸的油脂对生长鸡组织脂质成分含量及其脂肪酸组成的影响。结果表明 :与饲粮中添加 6%富含软脂酸( 16:0 )和油酸 ( 18:0 n 9)的棕榈油 ( 1组 )比较 ,添加 6%的富含亚油酸 ( 18:2 n 6)的红花油 ( 2组 )、 6%的富含 α-亚麻酸 ( 18:3n 3)的亚麻油 ( 3组 )、 3%的红花油 +3%的亚麻油( 4组 )以及 3%的亚麻油 +3%的富含二十碳五烯酸 ( 2 0 :5n 3,EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸 ( 2 2 :6n 3,DHA)的鱼油 ( 5组 )不同程度地降低鸡肝脏和血清胆固醇酯、游离胆固醇和磷脂的含量 ;富含 n 3系列多不饱和脂肪酸 ( n 3PUFA)的油脂 (亚麻油和鱼油 )还降低鸡肝脏和血清三酰甘油的含量 ,显示出比富含 n 6系列多不饱和脂肪酸 ( n 6PUFA)的油脂 (红花油 )更强的降血脂效果。肝脏、血清脂质成分和腹脂的脂肪酸组成受饲粮油脂脂肪酸组成的影响 ,与棕榈油比较 ,富含 PUFA的油脂可降低软脂酸和单不饱和脂肪酸 (油酸 )的比例、提高 PUFA的比例 ;与红花油比较 ,富含 n 3PUFA的亚麻油和鱼油可降低 n 6PUFA (亚油酸和花生四烯酸 )的比例 ,增加 n 3PUFA ( α-亚麻酸和 EPA)的比例 ;亚麻油中的 α 亚麻酸在体内可能转化为长链 n3PUFA,然而鱼油中的长链 n 3PUFA ( EPA和 DH  相似文献

选择45周龄体重接近的健康本地鸡441只,随机分为7组,在山西省太谷县生态养鸡场进行2(补饲量)×3(密度)两因子放养试验,研究林下种植苜蓿不同放养密度与补饲量对蛋鸡生产性能和蛋黄胆固醇含量的影响。补饲量设自由采食量50%、70%两个处理,密度为每667m2 100只、250只、400只3个处理,以笼养全程自由采食为对照,每组3个重复,每重复3个小区用于轮牧,小区面积为62 m2;预试期7 d,正试期70 d。结果表明:补饲量和放养密度互作对平均产蛋率影响极显著(P0.01),对蛋重和料蛋比影响不显著(P0.05)。笼养+自由采食组(CK)与补饲量70%、100只·667m-2组蛋重、平均产蛋率及料蛋比差异不显著(P0.05),但产蛋率显著高于其他各组(P0.05),蛋重显著高于补饲量50%、100只·667m-2组(P0.05),料蛋比显著低于补饲量50%组(P0.05)。补饲量和放养密度互作对蛋黄重、蛋黄胆固醇含量和全蛋胆固醇含量影响不显著(P0.05);放养密度对全蛋胆固醇含量影响极显著(P0.01)。笼养+自由采食组蛋黄重极显著高于补饲量50%、100只·667m-2组(P0.01),蛋黄胆固醇含量和全蛋胆固醇含量显著高于100只·667m-2组(P0.05)。补饲量70%下,100只·667m-2放养密度对牧草的破坏性小于其他放养密度。结合产蛋性能、蛋黄胆固醇含量以及草地保护,以70%补饲量+100只·667m-2组养殖模式较好,效果较佳。  相似文献

选取2 8日龄、体重相近的合浦灰鹅6 0只,随机分为3组,每组2 0只(1 0公,1 0母),饲粮(精料)粗蛋白质(CP)分别为12.50%(第1组),15.80%(第2组)和17.83%(第3组)。采用精料 青料(黑麦草等)混合方式饲喂,进行两阶段为期42 d的饲养试验。5周龄和9周龄时从饲养试验3个组中各选取4只体重接近的试鹅,测定鹅对饲粮(精料 青料)养分的代谢率。结果表明:(1)生长前期(28~49日龄),第2组日增重较高,但组间差异不显著;饲粮粗脂肪(EE)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、半纤维素和无氮浸出物(NFE)的代谢率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05)。(2)生长后期(50~70日龄)第1组日增重较高,但组间差异不显著;干物质(DM)、CP、EE的代谢率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05);粗纤维(CF)代谢率显著高于第2组(P<0.05)而与第3组无显著差异。(3)血清尿素氮含量随饲粮CP水平的降低而下降(P<0.05);血清转氨酶活性、脂类和脂蛋白含量等组间无显著差异;(4)饲粮粗蛋白质水平对肉鹅屠宰性能无显著影响。  相似文献

选用体重约3 0kg的杜×长×大三元杂生长猪9 6头,随机分成4个处理组,每组6个重复,每重复4头,公母比为1∶1。A组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,B、C、D组为试验组(分别以2 5 0、5 0 0、750 U植酸酶/kg饲粮取代基础饲粮中的40%、60%、80%磷酸氢钙),以研究玉米豆粕型饲粮中添加植酸酶对生长猪生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。42 d的饲养试验结果表明:与对照组相比,B、C、D组的日增重分别提高了1.05%(P>0.05)、4.09%(P<0.05)、2.64%(P>0.05);饲料/增重比分别较对照组降低了2.18%、2.62%、1.75%;生长增重的饲料成本分别是对照组的97.38%、97.03%和97.73%;血清中钙含量分别提高了4.22%、4.22%、8.12%(P<0.05);血清中磷含量分别提高了1.46%、0.36%、14.23%(P<0.05),其他生化指标组间无明显差异。  相似文献

为探究酶解法、淡碱水解法、溶剂法、超声辅助溶剂法及蒸煮法这5种提取方法对甲鱼油品质的作用效果,以甲鱼脂肪为原料,采用气相色谱仪(GC)和顶空固相微萃取-气质联用仪(HS-SPME-GC-MS)对甲鱼油中脂肪酸组成及挥发性成分变化进行测定分析,并结合感官评价及理化指标分析。结果表明,5种提取方法对甲鱼油的感官与理化特性、脂肪酸组成及挥发性成分存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中,超声辅助溶剂法的甲鱼油提取率最高,达78.51%,该方法提取的甲鱼油酸价(0.97 mg KOH·g-1)、过氧化值(2.16 m Eq·kg-1)均优于其他方法,并含有丰富的油酸、EPA和DHA。此外,超声辅助溶剂法的甲鱼油壬醛、己醛、2-壬酮、2-十一酮及1-戊烯-3-醇主体特征风味化合物的相对含量均较低,鱼腥味较淡,色泽透亮。综上表明,超声辅助溶剂法提取的甲鱼油品质优于其他提取方法。本研究可为今后优化甲鱼油提取方法提供理论依据。  相似文献

精炼工艺对亚麻籽油中反式酸含量的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本课题以含55%亚麻酸的压榨亚麻籽油为原料,研究亚麻籽油在精炼过程中油脂品质和反式酸含量的变化规律。结果表明,化学精炼和物理精炼工艺都能将亚麻籽毛油酸价由3.8mgKOH/g脱到0.3mgKOH/g以下;化学精炼过程亚麻籽油中反式酸含量变化由0.2%上升到0.4%;物理精炼过程亚麻油中反式酸含量变化比较明显,脱色后亚麻油反式酸含量为0.27%;在温度200℃,绝对压力10-50pa条件下亚麻油精炼脱酸,4h时亚麻油反式酸含量为0.91%,8h时反式酸含量为1.73%。另外研究表明,化学精炼过程亚麻油的过氧化值变化不大,经精炼后成品油过氧化值为4.1mmol/kg;物理脱酸过程中亚麻油的过氧化值缓慢增加,在200℃脱酸6h时,过氧化值为6mmol/kg以下。  相似文献

选用体重2 0 kg左右的杜×长×大三元杂去势公猪,随机分为4组,进行消化代谢试验,测定玉米豆粕型基础饲粮(Ⅰ组)和以植酸酶250 U/kg(Ⅱ组)、500 U/kg(Ⅲ组)、750 U/kg(Ⅳ组)取代基础饲粮中40%、60%、80%的磷酸氢钙的试验饲粮中的粗蛋白质等养分的消化利用率。采用全收粪法进行两期消化代谢试验。结果表明:与对照组(Ⅰ组)相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的蛋白质表观消化率分别提高了3.50%、2.45%、2.32%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);蛋白质生物学价值分别提高了5.75%、6.29%、6.62%,组间差异不显著(P>0.05);粗纤维表观消化率分别提高30.09%、54.10%(P<0.05)、13.07%;钙的表观消化率分别提高了4.02%、13.82%(P<0.05)、2.20%;磷的表观消化率分别提高了8.20%、47.36%(P<0.05)、13.39%;饲粮可消化能分别提高了1.89%、7.69%(P<0.05)、4.83%。  相似文献

为探讨天然保健植物对蛋雏鸡公鸡生长性能的效果,采用配对试验设计,选用体重基本一致的2 000羽21日龄金凤蛋雏鸡公鸡为试验动物,分为对照组、试验组两组,每组5个重复,每个重复200羽。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组以2%油焙复合天然保健植物饲料替代对照饲粮,测定指标包括采食量、日增重、料重比、成活率。结果显示:两组采食量差异不显著;整个试验期试验组较对照组增重提高了8.03%,差异显著(P0.05);料重比较对照组低6.36%,差异显著(P0.05);成活率高于对照组6.43%(P0.05)。由此可见,金凤蛋鸡公鸡饲粮添加2%油焙复合天然保健植物饲料(油焙青蒿茎叶、油焙金荞麦茎叶、油焙茶叶、油焙鱼腥草叶的比例为30∶30∶30∶10),可显著改善蛋雏鸡生长性能,提高采食量和日增重,降低料重比、提高饲料利用率,提高成活率。  相似文献

为了解决鱼油原料市场日益突出的掺伪问题,本研究采用气相色谱法测定沙丁鱼及5种可能掺伪海水鱼的鱼油脂肪酸组成,并运用主成分分析(PCA)探究鱼油中各脂肪酸的变化规律,筛选出可能掺伪的海水鱼鱼油;运用偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA)和多元逐步线性回归分析建立沙丁鱼油的掺伪鉴别模型。结果表明,5种鱼油与沙丁鱼油的脂肪酸组成有不同程度的差异,其中鳀鱼油与沙丁鱼油脂肪酸组成最为接近。PCA分析的总贡献率为89.8%,说明分析结果具有良好的代表性,鳀鱼油可以拟作沙丁鱼的掺伪油。PLS-DA分析认为沙丁鱼掺伪油的6种特征脂肪酸分别是二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、二十二碳烯酸和油酸。沙丁鱼油掺伪鉴别模型所得相关系数(R2)分别为0.927、0.963、0.987、0.991,各模型平均误差分别为2.20%、1.38%、1.19%、0.83%,表明模型准确性较好。因此,该模型可实现鳀鱼油掺伪沙丁鱼油的定量识别,在鉴别沙丁鱼油掺伪上具有一定的可行性。  相似文献

为了解肉牛舍安装接力送风和饲粮中添加烟酸铬对肉牛生长性能、肉牛生理和牛舍环境的影响,研究了南方夏季安装接力送风机和饲粮添加铬对拴系敞篷饲养肉牛舍热环境及对肉牛日增质量的影响。试验采用双因素设计,选取36头平均体质量为392.8 kg的西杂肉牛,随机分成4个处理,处理1组牛舍安装风机,并在饲粮中添加烟酸铬;处理2安装风机,饲粮中不添加烟酸铬;处理3组不安装风机,但饲粮中添加烟酸铬;处理4(对照组)不安装风机,不添加烟酸铬。铬的添加量为800μg/kg,进行为期30 d生长试验。试验分别测定了牛舍的环境指标、肉牛生理指标和肉牛日增质量,并对经济效益进行了分析。结果如下:1安装接力送风机牛舍14:00平均室温可降低1.9℃(P0.01),风速增加5.6倍(P0.01),降低温湿指数(temperature and humidity index,THI)5.65%(P0.01);2饲粮添加铬降低热应激肉牛呼吸频率2.37次/min(P0.01),降低直肠温度0.18℃(P0.01),安装风机降低呼吸频率6.97次/min(P0.01),安装风机和饲粮添加铬对肉牛呼吸频率和直肠温度无交互作用。3处理1组肉牛平均日增质量比处理2、处理3和对照组分别提高了44.16%(P0.05)、35.37%(P0.05)和79.03%(P0.05)。处理2组和处理3组比对照组平均日增质量提高了24.19%(P0.05)和32.26%(P0.05)。处理1组比对照组增加毛利8.72元/(头·d)。表明南方夏季肉牛舍安装风机和饲粮中添加铬800μg/kg均缓解了肉牛湿热应激,提高了平均日增质量和经济效益,二者结合使用效果较好。  相似文献

Current interest in physiological and nutritional activities of the sterol, polyunsaturated fatty acid, and polar lipid fractions of meats and other foods indicates that analytical methods for lipids should be evaluated on their ability to recover and quantitate these classes. Current methods of lipid isolation furnish an extract that is dependent on the solvent(s) used, the type of food material, the temperature of extraction, and the relative proportions of the lipid classes present. Extraction with ethers or other relatively nonpolar solvents removes principally the neutral fats and nonpolar lipids. For an approximation of the crude fat content, such extraction is often sufficient, because the nonpolar fraction generally constitutes over 90% of the total lipids present. The polar lipids include the biochemically important (omega-3) and (omega-6) polyunsaturated fatty acid classes; thus, the method of lipid extraction of food products becomes relevant for a more complete and valuable characterization of their nutritional value. The various methods of lipid determination for meat products are examined for their total recovery of these important lipid groups. A sequential extraction in conjunction with subsequent analytical methods is recommended.  相似文献

Sesame lignans are working as antioxidants in various physiological functions. In the present study, the antioxidative effect of sesame lignans is examined in chemically induced diabetes mellitus (DM) in rats against lipid profile and lipid peroxidations. DM was induced in four groups of rats by injection of alloxan. The control groups (non-diabetic and diabetic) received a diet containing sunflower oil while the rest of the three experimental diabetic groups received a diet containing 0.25% alpha-tocopherol (D-Toc), 0.5% sesame lignan (D-SL), and 0.25% alpha-tocopherol+0.25% sesame lignan (D-Toc-SL) in sunflower oil for 4 weeks. Lipid profile and lipid peroxidations of plasma, erythrocyte membrane (EM), and liver tissues were measured. The total cholesterol, non-HDL cholesterol, plasma lipid peroxidation, and also LDL-peroxidation decreased, and HDL cholesterol increased significantly (P<0.05) in all the experimental groups as compared to the control diabetic sunflower oil group. The triacylglycerol (TAG) level in plasma decreased significantly in the D-SL and D-Toc-SL groups as compared to control diabetic group. Significant decrease in TAG level was observed in the D-SL group as compared to the D-Toc group. LDL peroxidation also decreased significantly in the D-Toc-SL group as compared to the D-Toc group. EM lipid peroxidation and liver lipid peroxidation decreased significantly in the D-Toc, D-SL, and D-Toc-SL groups as compared to the control diabetic group. Liver TAG level decreased more significantly in the D-SL and D-Toc-SL groups than in the control diabetic group. So, sesame lignans at 0.5% level and sesame lignan + alpha-tocopherol significantly ameliorate the alteration in lipid profile and the adverse free radical generative influence of DM induced by alloxan.  相似文献

Lipid hydroperoxides are important factors in lipid oxidation due to their ability to decompose into free radicals. In oil-in-water emulsions, the physical location of lipid hydroperoxides could impact their ability to interact with prooxidants such as iron. Interfacial tension measurements show that linoleic acid, methyl linoleate, and trilinolein hydroperoxides are more surface-active than their non-peroxidized counterparts. In oil-in-water emulsion containing surfactant (Brij 76) micelles in the continuous phase, linoleic acid, methyl linoleate, and trilinolein hydroperoxides were solubilized out of the lipid droplets into the aqueous phase. Brij 76 solubilization of the different hydroperoxides was in the order of linoleic acid > trilinolein > or = methyl linoleate. Brij 76 micelles inhibited lipid oxidation of corn oil-in-water emulsions with greater inhibition of oxidation occurring in emulsions containing linoleic acid hydroperoxides. Surfactant solubilization of lipid hydroperoxides could be responsible for the ability of surfactant micelles to inhibit lipid oxidation in oil-in-water emulsions.  相似文献

The application of lipid UV absorption (235, 269, and 280 nm) to follow up lipid oxidation in dark chicken meat has been evaluated using raw and cooked samples with different alpha-tocopherol contents (modulated by dietary supplementation). To this purpose, when absorption was measured at 235 nm, second-derivative spectrophotometry did not show any significant advantage over nonderivative spectrophotometry. For absorption at 269 and 280 nm, nonderivative spectrophotometry more sensitively monitored lipid oxidation than second- and third-derivative spectrophotometry. In addition, only direct measurements at 235 and 269 nm and second-derivative measurements at 235 nm showed a limited usefulness to follow up lipid oxidation in our samples. However, these UV absorption parameters were much less effective than lipid hydroperoxide values measured through a ferrous oxidation-xylenol orange method and 2-thiobarbituric acid values determined by a third-derivative spectrophotometric method with acid aqueous extraction.  相似文献

1999-2001年用五个高油玉米杂交种与对照品种桂顶1号进行品比试验。结果表明:所有参试高油玉米杂交种在南宁均具有较好的生态适应性,特别是高油115、高油647,生育期适合,农艺性状好,株型好,果穗性状优良,增产优势明显;F2代籽含油量均较对照品种提高了1倍多。  相似文献

Approximately 7% of the iron associated with hemoglobin was released from the heme protein during 2 degrees C storage in washed cod muscle. EDTA (2.2 mM) neither accelerated nor inhibited hemoglobin-mediated lipid oxidation based on the formation of lipid peroxides and TBARS. This suggested that low molecular weight iron was a minor contributor to hemoglobin-mediated lipid oxidation in washed cod muscle. Ascorbate (2.2 mM) was a modest to highly effective inhibitor of hemoglobin-mediated lipid oxidation depending on which washed cod preparation was assessed. Experimental evidence suggested that the ability of residual ascorbate to breakdown accumulating lipid hydroperoxides to reactive lipid radicals can explain the shift of ascorbate from an antioxidant to a pro-oxidant. Increasing the lipid peroxide content in washed cod muscle accelerated hemoglobin-mediated lipid oxidation and decreased the ability of ascorbate to inhibit lipid oxidation. Preformed lipid peroxide content in cod muscle was highly variable from fish to fish.  相似文献

This study was designed to investigate the effects of long-term feeding of chitosan on postprandial lipid response and lipid metabolism in a high-sucrose (HS)-diet-impaired glucose-tolerant rat model. As the results, HS-diet-fed rats supplemented with 5 and 7% chitosan in diets for 9 weeks had lower postprandial plasma total cholesterol (TC) levels, but 7% chitosan in the diet had higher postprandial plasma triglyceride (TG) and TG-rich lipoprotein TG levels. Supplementation of chitosan significantly decreased the postprandial ratio of apolipoprotein B (apoB)48/apoB100 in TG-rich lipoprotein fractions of HS-diet-fed rats. Long-term supplementation of 5 and 7% chitosan in diets for 16 weeks had lower plasma TC, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) + very low density lipoprotein cholesterol (VLDL-C), TC/high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) ratio, leptin, and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) levels in HS-diet-fed rats. Moreover, it was noticed that the VLDL receptor (VLDLR) protein expression in skeletal muscles of HS-diet-fed rats was significantly decreased, which could be significantly reversed by supplementation of 5 and 7% chitosan. Rats supplemented with 7% chitosan in the diet significantly elevated the lipolysis rate and decreased the accumulation of TG in epididymal fat pads of HS-diet-fed rats. The plasma angiopoietin-like 4 (ANGPTL4) protein expression was not affected in HS-diet-fed rats, but it was significantly increased in 7% chitosan-supplemented HS-diet-fed rats. Taken together, these results indicate that supplementation of chitosan in the diet can improve the impairment of lipid metabolism in a HS-diet-fed rat model, but long-term high-dose chitosan feeding may enhance postprandial plasma TG and TG-rich lipoprotein TG levels in HS-diet-fed rats through an ANGPTL4-regulated pathway.  相似文献

Deoxyhemoglobin-mediated lipid oxidation in washed fish muscle   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Deoxyhemoglobin-mediated lipid oxidation was studied by comparing the pro-oxidative activity of anodic and cathodic hemoglobins from trout in a washed cod muscle model system. At pH 6.3, cathodic hemoglobins were nearly fully oxygenated while anodic hemoglobins were poorly oxygenated. Anodic hemoglobins initiated lipid oxidation in washed cod muscle much more rapidly than cathodic hemoglobins, as measured by thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) formation. Moreover, anodic hemoglobins appeared to oxidize more rapidly as compared to cathodic hemoglobins in the washed cod muscle model system, as measured by a decrease in redness (a value). A more pronounced pro-oxidative activity of deoxyhemoglobin as compared to oxyhemoglobin was confirmed by accelerated lipid hydroperoxide and TBARS formation in the washed cod muscle model system upon combined addition of anodic hemoglobins and adenosine triphosphate, which is known to lower the oxygenation of anodic hemoglobins at pH 7.2, as compared to only addition of anodic hemoglobins to the washed cod muscle. These studies suggest that deoxyhemoglobin is more pro-oxidative than its oxygenated counterpart at pH values found in postmortem fish muscle.  相似文献

Hemoglobin (Hb) promoted lipid oxidation more effectively in washed tilapia as compared to washed cod in spite of a 2.8-fold higher polyenoic index in the washed cod. This suggested that increasing the fatty acid unsaturation of the substrate did not accelerate the onset of lipid oxidation. Substantial phospholipid hydrolysis in the washed cod was observed, which has the potential to inhibit lipid oxidation. MetHb formation and lipid oxidation occurred more rapidly at pH 6.3 as compared to pH 7.4. Trout Hb autoxidized faster and was a better promoter of lipid oxidation as compared to tilapia Hb. The greater ability of trout Hb to promote lipid oxidation was attributed in part to its lower conformational and structural stability based on secondary and tertiary structure, acid-induced unfolding, and thermal aggregation measurements. It is suggested that the structural instability and lipid oxidation capacity of trout Hb were at least partly due to low hemin affinity. Trout and tilapia Hb were equivalent in their ability to cause lipid oxidation in washed cod muscle heated to 80 degrees C. Apparently, these high temperatures denature both trout and tilapia Hb to such an extent that any differences in conformational stability observed at lower temperatures were negated.  相似文献
