狐阴道加德纳氏菌的分离鉴定

本研究对山东省日照地区送检的病死狐样品进行了细菌的分离,根据分离菌株的形态特征、培养特性、生化试验和PCR鉴定,确定为狐阴道加德纳氏菌.对鉴定出的狐阴道加德纳氏菌进行药敏试验,结果表明该分离菌对万古霉素、复合磺胺敏感,而对卡那霉素、氨苄青霉素、头孢他啶等药物有耐药性.该研究为狐阴道加德纳氏菌病的预防、控制和临床治疗提供了重要的参考依据.     

ORAL PENICILLIN WITH BASIC ALUMINUM AMINOACETATE

This method appears to be suitable for the oral administration of penicillin. Basic aluminum aminoacetate seems admirably suited for this purpose. It is neutral and buffers gastric acidity to pH 4 to 4.5. While this work was in progress McDermott et al.(6) successfully employed magnesium trisilicate in this manner. Clinical work is now in progress using the combination in infections known to be susceptible to parenteral penicillin therapy.     

IN VITRO EVIDENCE OF REGENERATION OF ACTIVE PENICILLIN FROM PENICILLIN ESTERS

It has been found that methyl and ethyl esters of penicillin may be hydrolyzed in vitro to yield 26 and 16 per cent. respectively of the theoretical bacteriostatically active penicillin.     

ORAL ADMINISTRATION OF PENICILLIN

A convenient, practical and effective procedure of administering penicillin by mouth consists of mixing the drug with one tablespoonful of aluminum hydroxide. Substantially higher blood levels are obtained following a 50,000 and a 100,000 unit dose of penicillin with this method than after administration of the drug dissolved in water, either with or without previous ingestion of a mild antacid, such as aluminum hydroxide. Adsorption of penicillin on aluminum hydroxide appears to exert a local protective effect against that portion of gastric acid with which it comes into contact.     

EXTRACTION OF A HIGHLY POTENT PENICILLIN INACTIVATOR FROM PENICILLIN RESISTANT STAPHYLOCOCCI

A highly potent penicillin inactivator has been extracted from 7 strains of Staph. aureus (coagulase positive), all of which were naturally penicillin resistant. No such inhibitor was present in extracts of 7 penicillin sensitive strains of Staph. aureus.
