海南黎族药用兰科植物的民族植物学研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过在海南昌江和白沙黎族自治县的实地调查、访谈,结合文献与标本鉴定,归纳整理了黎药中兰科植物的种类、用法、用途和药用部位,同时采用评分排序法定量地评估药用兰科植物资源的潜在价值。结果表明:海南黎族草医使用的兰科植物有36种,分属于23个属;种类最多者为石斛属,多达7种,其余的每个属有1~3种;专性附生型的兰科植物种类最多(20种),其次是兼性附生型和地生型(各8种)。在黎药中主要利用兰科植物假鳞茎、全草、根部,使用方法主要是用水煎服,占84.6%;其次是用于外敷,占33.3%。21种兰科植物具有较高的评分值,是黎族常用的种类,具有疗效好、记录较完整的特点。其中,血叶兰(Ludisia discolor)、石仙桃(Pholidota chinensis)、大序隔距兰(Cleisostoma paniculatum)、石斛(Dendrobium nobile)、半柱毛兰(Eria corneri)、黑毛石斛(Dendrobium williamsonii)、美冠兰(Eulophia graminea)、流苏金石斛(Flickingeria fimbriata)评分值较高,建议优先开发应用。 相似文献

以朱槿品种‘紫牡丹’为试验材料,采用盆栽试验,研究了苗期重度干旱胁迫及复水对其根系生理特性的影响,并运用高通量测序技术分析干旱胁迫及复水下朱槿根际土壤微生物多样性的变化特征。结果显示:与正常处理(CK)相比,重度干旱胁迫及复水处理(T2)的总根长、根表面积及根尖数等根系生长指标呈现显著减少的结果,但与重度干旱胁迫(T1)处理相比,均显著增加。通过对朱槿根际土壤样品中细菌群落结构的研究发现,属分类水平上,厌氧绳菌属(Anaerolineaceae),酸杆菌属(Acidobacteria)、酸微菌属(Acidimicrobiales)、幽门螺杆菌属(Sphaerobacter)、链霉菌属(Streptomyces)等是不同处理土壤样品中的优势菌群。T1处理下的嗜青霉属(Algiphilus)、奥利螺旋菌属(Aureispira)、绿线菌属(Chloronema)、扁棒壳属(Acrospermum)为不同处理下的特殊细菌。真菌方面,属的分类水平上发现,粪壳菌属(Sordariale)、散囊菌属(Eurotiales)、拟青霉属(Pseudallescheria)、格孢腔菌属(Pleosporales)、枝孢霉属(Cladosporium)等是不同处理土壤样品中的优势菌群;T1和T2处理下的样品中,侧角藻属(Goniomonas)、齿盘菌属(Lamprospora)和索罗迪夫斯菌属(Sorodiplophrys)为不同处理下的特殊真菌属。其中,有促生作用的细菌如酸微菌属( Acidimicrobium)、厌氧绳菌属(Anaerolineaceae)嗜青霉属(Algiphilus)以及具有一定生防作用真菌如拟青霉属(Pseudallescheria)、枝孢霉属(Cladosporium)等均可以合理的应用在农业生产中,为植物的抗干旱胁迫以及提高朱槿在干旱胁迫下的水分利用做出贡献。 相似文献

近年来随着直播技术和免耕方式的推广,杂草稻对水稻的危害越来越大,寻找有效的杂草稻防除措施己刻不容缓。本文对我国吉林省19份杂草稻植物学性状进行了调查,调查发现吉林省杂草稻抽穗天数和株高的变化范围均大于栽培稻,颖壳色多表现为秆黄色,赤褐色、黄色、黑褐色、紫黑色、灰黑色、黄褐色和银灰色;果皮色以红色果皮为主;大部分杂草稻有芒,芒色以秆黄和赤褐为主;易落粒;易倒伏。通过分层聚类将33份供试材料分为了5类。利用程氏指数法对19份杂草稻材料的籼粳属性进行分析,结果显示吉林杂草稻主要以粳型为主,少部分为偏粳型。 相似文献

AbstractTransgene escape mediated by pollen dispersal is one of the preeminent concerns about genetically modified crops, including rice. In this study, the rice pollen donor of non-glutinous Oryza sativa ssp. japonica cv. ‘Tainung 67’ [TNG 67] had a greater potential of pollen flow, which was shown by the greater quantity, germination rate, and viability of pollen, than the other rice pollen donor of transgenic AAN. The pollen-mediated gene flow was detected by the frequency of outcrossed seeds in a “checker-board pattern” and alternating row arrangement of rice pollen donor (TNG 67 or AAN) and pollen recipient (glutinous rice ‘TNG 73’) in the fields. We conducted field experiments to assess rice pollen dispersal with or without a “green” fence of Chinese hibiscus, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis L., of approximately 2 m in height and 0.6 m in thickness. Without a green fence, the outcrossing rate of TNG 73 seeds decreased with increasing distance from the pollen donor, from 1.68% at 1 m to 0.01% at 35 m, with no outcrossing beyond 40 m. The outcrossing rate varied with the direction of pollen donor, from 0.05% in the northeastern direction to 0.78% in the southern direction, which was caused by prevailing wind direction. With the green fence, no seeds of TNG 73 were outcrossed. Since a buffer zone of at least 40 m is needed to prevent outcrossing of rice by pollen dispersal in an open field, planting of Chinese hibiscus around the rice field as a green fence would be an effective measure for preventing transgene escape mediated by pollen flow. 相似文献

深入研究我国艾纳香属(Blumea DC.)植物资源和开发新资源,从而系统全面的了解该属植物资源状况。通过查阅文献资料、实地调查、标本采集、分类鉴定等相结合的方法,确定了我国艾纳香属32种,该属植物资源广泛分布于我国华南、东南、西南等省区,但其破坏严重,艾纳香、东风草、假东风草和柔毛艾纳香4种蕴藏量较大,其它各种资源蕴藏量极小,纤枝艾纳香、线叶艾纳香已经濒危;文献检索结果显示,艾纳香属中有艾纳香、六耳铃等16种植物已被药用,在风寒感冒、痢疾、肠炎以及妇科疾病的治疗与护理具有重要作用。 相似文献

Two varieties of mesta (Hibiscus sabdariffa) seeds were analysed for their proximate composition. Their protein (18.8–22.3%), fat (19.1–22.8%) and dietary fiber (39.5–42.6%) contents were found to be high. The seeds were found to be a good source of minerals like phosphorus, magnesium and calcium. Their lysine and tryptophan contents were also high. Sulphur containing amino acids were limiting in this seed protein and the chemical score of mesta seed protein was 40 and 57 for AMV-2 and Bhimili-1 varieties respectively. Mesta seed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids (70%), of which linoleic acid constituted 44%. Weanling rats were fed with 10% mesta seed protein before and after cooking for 4 weeks. Food intake of animals receiving raw mesta seed diets was significantly lower than those receiving cooked mesta seed diets as well as the casein control diet. Protein and dry matter digestibilities of raw and cooked mesta seed diets were lower than that of casein control diet. Cooking improved the food intake, gain in body weight, dry matter and protein digestibility of mesta seed diets. PER and NPU of cooked mesta seed diets were significantly higher than the corresponding raw diets. These results indicate that cooked mesta seed protein is of relatively good quality. 相似文献

利用触角电位技术(EAG)研究了椰心叶甲[Brontispalongissima(Gestro)]成虫对19种植物挥发性化合物的嗅觉电生理反应,结果表明,这些化合物均可刺激椰心叶甲产生触角电位反应,而且雌雄虫对这些化合物的EAG反应趋势相似。引发雌雄虫最高EAG值的前6个化合物相同,即是:香叶醇、1-己醛、顺-2-己烯-1-醇、1-庚醛、1-己醇、1-辛烯-3-醇。雄虫对1-己醇,反-2-己烯醛和1-戊醛三种化合物的EAG反应值大于雌虫,其余16种化合物引发的EAG反应值,都是雌虫大于雄虫,但只有对1-己醛的EAG反应值雌虫与雄虫间达到差异显著水平。本文讨论了这些结果与椰心叶甲寄主选择间的关系。 相似文献

研究结果表明,墨西哥食用仙人掌嫩茎外植体在室温25℃±2℃,光照强度1500~2 000lx、光照时间12h条件下,茎萌发最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+NAA 1.0mg/L,茎增殖最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L,茎生根最适培养基为1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L。外植体茎萌发初始阶段先经暗培养约7d后转入光照培养有利于茎萌发和生长,茎萌发时间提早,可提高茎萌发率且茎生长健壮。 相似文献
