探讨甲酸和蔗糖两种添加剂对红麻青贮的影响。以刈割后的红麻为青贮原料,添加不同计量的蔗糖(10 g/kg,15 g/kg和20 g/kg)和甲酸(3 m L/kg,6 m L/kg和9 m L/kg),并分别设空白对照,密封青贮60 d后分析。结果显示,添加蔗糖或者甲酸能够显著提高粗蛋白含量(P0.05)和可溶性碳水化合物含量(P0.05)降低红麻青贮饲料的PH值,实验组p H均小于4.0,乳酸含量显著增加(P0.05),氨态氮含量显著降低(P0.05),实验组均没有检测到丁酸含量,青贮发酵品质良好;且在本实验研究范围内认为,添加20 g/kg的蔗糖得到的红麻青贮饲料的品质优于其他实验组,添加9 m L/kg的甲酸得到的红麻青贮饲料的品质优于其他实验组。  相似文献

为了探究酶制剂对苎麻混合青贮品质的影响,本试验在苎麻与麦麸(80%苎麻+18%麦麸+2%蔗糖)混合青贮中分别添加10 mL蒸馏水(对照组)、纤维素酶2 g/kg、纤维素酶2 g/kg+半纤维素酶0.4 g/kg、纤维素酶2 g/kg+半纤维素酶0.4 g/kg+果胶酶0.7 g/kg,30天后开包取样分析各项指标。结果表明,苎麻与麦麸混合青贮发酵品质和营养品质均较好。与对照相比,添加酶制剂显著提高了碳水化合物、干物质和粗蛋白含量(P<0.05),显著降低了中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗纤维的含量和氨态氮/总氮比值(P<0.05),但是对pH值、乳酸、乙酸和丙酸含量无显著影响(P<0.05)。本试验条件下,添加酶制剂能够有效提高苎麻混合青贮的品质,单独添加纤维素酶与复合酶制剂无显著性差异,从节约成本角度考虑,单独添加纤维素酶组为最佳选择。  相似文献

为研究葡萄糖和尿素对新鲜水稻秸秆氨化品质的影响,采用不同质量分数的葡萄糖(0、4 g/kg)和尿素(0、2、4和6 g/kg)对水稻卓两优141的新鲜秸秆进行氨化处理,常温氨化50 d后开包取样分析各项指标。结果表明:氨化饲料中黄曲霉毒素、伏马毒素、玉米赤酶烯酮含量检测结果符合饲料卫生标准;尿素和葡萄糖的交互作用对氨态氮、可溶性碳水化合物和半纤维素含量有显著作用。随着尿素浓度的增加,各处理的pH值显著升高,氨态氮和粗蛋白(CP)含量显著增加,6 g/kg尿素处理组的中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)降解效果最好;4 g/kg葡萄糖处理显著降低了秸秆NDF、ADF、ADL和氨态氮含量,显著增加了秸秆可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)和粗蛋白(CP)的含量。综合分析,添加葡萄糖可以提高水稻秸秆的营养价值,4 g/kg葡萄糖+6 g/kg尿素处理组的氨化效果最佳。  相似文献

研究了王草菠萝皮不同比例混合青贮发酵品质。试验设5个处理,分别为王草单独青贮(CK)、90 %王草+10 %菠萝皮(KP1)、80 %王草+20 %菠萝皮(KP2)、70 %王草+30 %菠萝(KP3)、60 %王草+40 %菠萝皮(KP4)。青贮后第1、3、5、7、14、30天开窖取样,测定青贮饲料发酵品质。结果表明:与对照相比,王草与菠萝皮混合青贮显著提高了乳酸含量,显著降低了pH值和氨态氮/总氮;各混合处理组均未检测到丁酸,pH值、乙酸、丙酸、挥发性脂肪酸和氨态氮/总氮无显著差异。从发酵品质和菠萝皮利用角度出发,40 %菠萝皮和王草混合青贮是可行的。  相似文献

为了改善木薯叶青贮品质,研究有机酸对木薯叶青贮品质及营养成分的影响,以确定青贮木薯叶最适合的有机酸种类及添加量。本研究以华南7号木薯幼嫩茎叶为原料进行青贮试验,设对照组、甲酸(0.2%)、乙酸(0.2%)和丙酸(0.2%)处理组,30 d后测定木薯叶青贮饲料pH、乳酸(LA)、乙酸(AA)、丙酸(PA)和丁酸(BA)含量以及主要营养成分含量。结果表明,木薯叶直接青贮品质较差,添加有机酸处理与对照相比显著降低青贮饲料的pH和丁酸含量(P<0.05),降低中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量(P<0.05),提高了饲料相对值(RFV)。添加有机酸可以改善木薯叶青贮品质并提高营养价值,添加乙酸(0.2%)和丙酸(0.2%)青贮品质较好,可作为木薯叶青贮添加剂。  相似文献

为有效利用热区农业废弃物砂仁茎叶及优质牧草资源,添加不同比例的砂仁茎叶与‘热研4号’王草混合青贮,研究其对王草营养成分和发酵品质的影响,筛选最佳混合青贮比例,以期提高饲料营养品质。按照完全随机设计试验,鲜重基础条件下,‘热研4号’王草和砂仁茎叶的混合比例依梯度分为100∶0(对照组)、90∶10(A1组)、80∶20(A2组)、70∶30(A3组),每组均加入10 mg/kg的EM菌,青贮30 d后开封进行检测分析。结果表明:各试验组乳酸(LA)/乙酸(AA)比值均大于2,均有少量丙酸(PA)和丁酸(BA)检出。A2和A3组感官品质为优良;随着砂仁茎叶比例升高,青贮料pH显著升高,各处理组的干物质(DM)、粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)和粗灰分(ASH)均呈现上升趋势;铵态氮/总氮(NH3-N/TN)、LA和AA含量逐渐降低,且A3组NH3-N/TN显著低于CK和A1组(P<0.05);各处理组LA和AA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但各处理组间LA和AA含量差异不显著(P>0.05);A3组的DM、CP、EE和ASH含量显著高于CK(P<0.05),水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量显著低于CK(P<0.05),且A1、A2和A3组间差异不显著(P>0.05),中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著低于CK(P<0.05);从营养价值和发酵品质考虑,建议砂仁茎叶与‘热研4号’王草以30∶70比例混合青贮较为适宜。  相似文献

应用体外产气法研究3种农业废弃物对黑山羊的饲用价值   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了测定甘蔗尾叶、香蕉茎秆、菠萝叶3种热带农业废弃物对海南黑山羊的饲用价值,采用体外产气法测定3种热带农业废弃物的体外干物质消化率和产气量,并测定其营养成分和单宁含量.结果表明:甘蔗尾叶、香蕉茎秆、菠萝叶的体外于物质消化率(IVDMD)依次为49.68%、61.86%和79.56%,饲料相对值(RFV)依次为62.65%、77.23%和139.81%.总产气量(GP)、IVDMD与粗蛋白质(CP)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)均呈负相关,RFV与CP和总能量(GE)呈不显著正相关,而与ADF和NDF呈显著负相关(p<0.05).综上所述,甘蔗尾叶、香蕉茎秆、菠萝叶对于海南黑山羊均具有一定的饲用价值,可作为黑山羊的粗饲料;在3种废弃物中,菠萝叶的饲用价值最高.  相似文献

为研究稳定性缓释肥与尿素配施的玉米增产增效效应,采用田间试验,设5种处理,CK(不施肥)、NPK(习惯施肥)、80%C(80%缓释肥)、60%C+20%Ub(60%缓释肥+20%尿素基肥)和60%C+20%Ut(60%缓释肥+20%尿素追肥)。结果表明,60%C+20%Ut处理能够增加有效行粒数和百粒重,显著提高春玉米产量,达10 256 kg/hm2。各处理玉米整株养分含量和积累量均表现出氮>钾>磷,玉米养分积累量以玉米子粒和叶的氮积累量最高,分别为153.87、106.76 kg/hm2;玉米茎对K的积累量最多,以60%C+20%U处理最高,为83.75 kg/hm2;60%C+20%Ub和60%C+20%Ut处理均能提高氮肥农学效率、偏生产力、表观利用率和氮收获指数;在经济效益上,60%C+20%Ut处理的纯收入最高。综上,在贵州黄壤区氮肥减量20%下的缓释肥和尿素配施更能促进玉米高产,达到减氮增产增效的目标。  相似文献

采用测产、气象色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)和参与性农村快速评估(PRA,Participatory Rural Appraisal)研究了怒江峡谷地区草果经济产量和品质对环境因子和栽培措施的响应以及种植草果对当地少数民族经济、生态的影响。结果表明:江西草果经济产量(3 167.10±436.09 kg/hm2)极显著高于江东(413.16±210.46 kg/hm2)(p0.01),品质差异不显著;山凹草果经济产量(7 499.40±324.52 kg/hm2)显著高于山脊(5 350.40±1 248.06 kg/hm2)(p0.05),山凹草果桉树脑含量(19.956 mg/g)显著高于山脊(1.5 mg/g)(p0.05);不同混农林模式的草果经济产量由高到低依次为天然林+草果(F+A)人工林+草果(A+A)玉米+草果(M+A)(p0.05),产量分别为5 678.6±690.97 kg/hm2、3 547.4±78.01 kg/hm2、135.12±46.18 kg/hm2,玉米+草果混农林模式下草果桉树脑含量(3.333 mg/g)显著高于其余模式(p0.05);6年生草果经济产量(5 678.6±690.97 kg/hm2)显著高于7年生草果的经济产量(2 869.10±208.10 kg/hm2)(p0.05),7年生草果精油出油率和桉树脑含量略高于6年生草果,但差异不显著(p0.05);管理强度强(1 756.60±474.89 kg/hm2)的草果经济产量高于管理一般(413.16±210.46 kg/hm2)的草果,但差异不显著,品质差异也不显著。从2007年种植草果至2013年马吉乡粮食播种面积下降了28.70%,人均收入增加了248.04%,家庭年收入(r=0.793**)和年支出(r=0.535**)与草果种植面积呈正相关。  相似文献

以热研2号柱花草为原料, 通过直接青贮(CK)、 添加山梨酸(0.2%)、 蔗糖(2%)、 青贮宝(0.1%)等处理, 30 d后测定了柱花草青贮饲料pH值、 乳酸、 乙酸、 丙酸、丁酸等含量并分析其主要营养成分含量。结果表明: 柱花草直接青贮品质较差, 添加山梨酸、 蔗糖、 青贮宝等处理能降低pH值和提高乳酸含量, 添加2%蔗糖能极显著降低pH值(p<0.01)、 提高乳酸含量(p<0.05), 改善青贮品质, 提高营养价值。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to determine the effect of diets containing pearl millet silage ammoniated with urea on the intake, digestibility, production performance, and nitrogen metabolism of lambs. Thirty‐two uncastrated mixed‐breed lambs at 4 to 5 months of age, with an average initial body weight of 17.39 ± 2.16 kg, were distributed into four treatments in a randomized block experimental design with eight replicates. Experimental diets consisted of pearl millet silage ammoniated with urea during ensiling at the levels of 0, 20, 40, and 60 g/kg dry matter (DM). Increasing urea levels in the pearl millet silage led to a linear decrease (p < .05) in the intakes of DM, organic matter, and total digestible nutrients by the lambs. Total and average daily weight gains decreased linearly (p < .05) with the addition of urea to the silage. Intake and digestibility of crude protein, nitrogen intake, urine urea nitrogen, plasma urea nitrogen, microbial synthesis, and microbial efficiency had a quadratic response (p < .05) to the urea levels in the silage. Pearl millet silage ammoniated with urea reduces dry‐matter intake and daily weight gain in lambs. Urea is not recommended for use in the ensiling of pearl millet.  相似文献

Grass silage made in late May from S24 perennial ryegrass was offered to twelve Ayrshire cows in a 16-week feeding experiment. The silage had a DM content of 25.3%, a pH of 3.91, and contained 16.8% CP and 68.4% digestible organic matter in the DM. The silage was fed ad libitum and was the sole feed in the control treatment. In the other three treatments the silage was supplemented with a cube offered at rates of 0.8, 1.4 and 2.0 kg per 10 kg milk. The cube contained 82.2% groundnut, plus molasses and minerals, and had 37.9% CP in the DM. The daily intake of silage DM was 11.4 kg per cow on average over the four treatments which did not differ significantly. The mean daily milk yields were 14.8 kg per cow in the control treatment, and 16.5, 18.2 and 18.4 kg in the 0.8, 1.4 and 2.0 kg supplement treatments respectively. The SNF, CP and lactose contents of the milk were Wghest on the 1.4 kg supplement treatment. It is concluded that with a high digestibility silage, there is little evidence to support the feeding of more than 1.4 kg of high-protein cubes per 10 kg milk in the declining phase of lactation.  相似文献

Two experiments are reported. In the first experiment the amino acid compositions of rumen bacteria and protozoa isolated from sheep given a diet of grass silage were compared with those taken from sheep given a diet of hay and barley; four sheep were assigned to each diet. There were no significant differences (P<0·05) between diets in the amino acid compositions of the microbial fractions and bacterial contents of α-ɛ-diaminopimelic acid were also similar for both diets.
In the second experiment the digestion of a grass silage and barley diet (65:35; 135 g CP (kg DM)-1) was studied using four non-lactating Ayrshire cows fitted with cannulae in the rumen and in the proximal duodenum. The mean N intake was 154 g d-1 and the corresponding duodenal flow was 126 ± 10 g d-1 indicating that 0·21±0·07 of the N intake was absorbed between the mouth and the duodenum. The mean rumen NH3-N concentration was high, 297 g litre-1, and the mean rate of microbial protein synthesis in the rumen was low, 17 g microbial N (kg OM apparently digested in the rumen)-1. There was a low content of bacterial N in the non-ammonia N at the duodenum (mean proportion 0·52±005) and low concentrations of methionine and lysine in the duodenal digesta protein. The results are discussed in relation to previously published data on the digestion of silage diets in sheep and to the utilization of silage diets for milk production in the cow.
It is concluded that with silage diets the supply of methionine and lysine to the duodenum is likely to be low because of the low rates of microbial protein synthesis in the rumen and that in cows those two amino acids may be limiting for milk production.  相似文献

In two experiments, ewes in weeks 1–20 of lactation received either pasture only or pasture plus ad libitum conserved forage. Herbage height was maintained at 3·3–3·4 cm on both treatments by manipulation of stocking rate in the 24 plots (twelve per treatment) used for the experiment with additional ewes and lambs. In experiment 1, silage, which was of lower metabolizable energy (ME) and crude protein (CP) contents than the grazed herbage, was consumed at an average of 375 g dry matter (DM) ewe−1 d−1. In experiment 2 a strawmix, containing (g kg −1 freshweight) 480 g barley straw, 300 g concentrate and 220 g molasses, again with a lower ME and CP content than the grazed herbage, was consumed at an average of 165 g DM ewe −1 d −1. In both experiments ewes not receiving forage lost weight whereas those with forage gained weight and tended to have increased body condition scores. Offering silage or strawmix did not affect lamb liveweight gain or stocking rate.  相似文献

The effects of ensiling lucerne with graded inclusion of Cistus ladanifer condensed tannins (CT) on in silo fermentative parameters, in vitro organic matter digestibility (IVOMD) and on in situ rumen degradability of dry matter (DM) and crude protein (CP) were studied. Lucerne forage ( Medicago sativa subsp. sativa ) was sprayed with different solutions of C. ladanifer CT extract in 60 ml of water in order for dose 0 (control), 40 (L40), 80 (L80) and 120 (L120) g of CT per kg of lucerne DM and was ensiled in lab‐scale silos. After 35 days, the silages were analysed for chemical composition, and the in situ ruminal degradability was determined in rams. The inclusion of CT in the silages caused an important dose‐dependent reduction in soluble‐N, NH3‐N and a large increase in true protein content and N bound with neutral detergent fibre (NDF‐N), which indicates an effective proteolysis reduction during ensiling. Also, the rumen undegradable protein (RUP) increased linearly (< 0.01) with CT inclusion. However, a linear decrease (< 0.02) of 5%, 13% and 22% of IVOMD was observed for the silages L40, L80 and L120 respectively. The results obtained suggest that C. ladanifer CT can be used as silage additives to reduce proteolysis of high‐protein forages during ensiling. A level of CT of 40 g/kg DM seems to be the best compromise between the gains achieved by the protection of CP degradation in silo and in the rumen and the losses associated with the depression of the digestion and absorption.  相似文献

In two separate feeding experiments using a total of twenty-four individually housed Ayrshire cows six silages made from perennial ryegrass were offered ad libitum with supplements of concentrates. In Experiment I herbage with a dry matter (DM) concentration of 225 g kg−1 received either formic acid ('Add-F') at the rate of 2·0 litres t−1 or undiluted cane molasses at rates of 10, 20 and 30 litres t−l; the mean daily silage intakes were 9·54, 908, 9·27 and 9·49 kg DM per cow and the daily milk yields, corrected to 40 g fat kg−1, were 23·2, 22·3, 22·8 and 22·9 kg per cow respectively but none of the differences between the four treatments was significant. In Experiment 2 herbage with a DM concentration of 269 g kg−1 received formic acid at a uniform rate of 2·6 litres t−1 either with or without an additional application of molasses at 20 litres t−1; the mean daily silage DM intakes were 8·70 and 9·28 kg per cow and the daily fat-corrected milk yields were 22·2 and 21·9 kg per cow respectively and were not significantly different. In both experiments the effects of the treatments on milk composition were small and not significant. It is concluded that there were no advantages in applying molasses to herbage treated with formic acid, and that the rate of application of molasses to untreated herbage which equated with the formic acid application was 20·30 litres t−l when assessed on the basis of silage composition, intake and milk production.  相似文献

Four hulless barley cultivars (zero-amylose waxy, CDC Fibar; 5%-amylose waxy, CDC Rattan; normal-amylose, CDC McGwire and high-amylose, HB08302) were developed at the Crop Development Centre, University of Saskatchewan, with differences in carbohydrates traits on the basis of amylose (1–20% DM) and β-glucan (5–10% DM) content. The objectives of this research were to determine: 1) the effect of the alteration of these carbohydrate traits in hulless barley on nutrient availability in ruminants, and 2) carbohydrate structure conformation on hourly effective rumen degradation ratio, in comparison with hulled barley-CDC Copeland. Among the hulless barley lines, HB08302 was greater (P < 0.05) in rumen bypass crude protein (BCP: 52.1% CP), effective degradability (ED) of neutral detergent fibre (EDNDF: 74 g/kg DM) than these in CDC Fibar, whereas CDC Fibar showed greater (P < 0.05) effective degradable crude protein (EDCP: 90 g/kg DM) than the other hulless barley lines. Compared with hulless barley, the hulled CDC Copeland showed relatively greater (P < 0.05) BNDF (62.5% NDF or 98 g/kg DM), starch degradation rate (Kd: 17.4%/h) and EDST (75.9% ST) but reduced (P < 0.05) rumen undegradable protein (RUP: 49 g/kg DM). With the respect to hourly effective degradation (ED) ratios, hulless barley cultivars exhibited relatively optimal hourly ED ratios, ranging from 23 to 34 g N/kg CHO, higher than the hulled barley. Among hulless barley cultivars, CDC Fibar and Rattan had the highest (P < 0.05) ratios (34 g N/kg CHO), while the ratio for CDC McGwire (23 g N/kg CHO) was the lowest (P > 0.05). In conclusion, hulless barley lines with altered carbohydrate traits have the potential to increase rumen nutrient availability to ruminants. The altered carbohydrate conformation of hulless barley affected hourly ED ratios, thus affecting rumen nitrogen to energy synchronization.  相似文献

We aimed to evaluate the effects of chitosan and microbial inoculant addition to sugarcane silage fermentation, gas and effluent losses, chemical composition, in situ dry matter (DM), neutral detergent fibre (NDF) degradation and aerobic stability. A completely randomized design with four treatments (n = 40) was performed. It was arranged in a 2 × 2 factorial scheme with chitosan [0 and 6 g/kg of sugarcane DM—1.66 g/kg of natural matter (NM)] and microbial inoculant (0 and 8 mg/kg on NM). Each g of inoculant contained 3.9 × 1010 UFC/g of Pediococcus acidilactici and 3.75 × 1010 UFC/g of Propionibacterium acidicipropionici. The addition of microbial inoculant increased lactic acid concentration in silos treated with chitosan. Furthermore, chitosan increased pH and tended to increase acetic acid of silage. In contrast, the inoculant decreased pH and acetic acid, besides increasing ethanol concentration. As chitosan addition increased DM recovery, inoculant addition decreased it. Chitosan decreased NDF and acid detergent fibre (ADF) level and increased DM degradation, while inoculant decreased DM content, DM and NDF degradation. In addition, chitosan improved the aerobic stability only in non‐inoculated silos. Thus, chitosan has a positive effect on silage fermentation, reducing fermentative losses, and improving silage chemical composition and degradation. Conversely, the addition of microbial inoculant negatively affected silage DM recovery, chemical composition, and its association with chitosan decreased the aerobic stability when compared to the exclusive use of chitosan.  相似文献
