A laboratory experiment simulating high-rate effluent renovation by soil percolation involved leaching secondary sewage effluent through columns of three differing soils. Analyses of P in 22 leachate collections and distribution of both organic and inorganic P in column sections revealed the mechanisms of P removal, the influence of differing soil properties, and the effect of continuous utilization. Renovation of effluent P was greatest with percolation through columns of acid Milner soil which contains abundant Al and Fe, and, although Squilax soil removed more P from initial leachings due to its higher exchangeable Ca content, Glenmore soil was the more suitable of these two alkaline soils over the long term. The leachate N003-N levels were lower than the original N03-N content of effluent for the first ten leachings but N03-N enrichment occurred for the last effluent percolations through all three soils. Analyses of Ca, Mg, K, and Na in leachates and soil columns indicated losses of exchangeable cations from the calcareous Squilax and Glenmore soils enriched effluent content and the accumulation of the cations in the acid soil reduced concentrations in effluent that passed through Milner soil.  相似文献

The distribution of nutrients between soil layers and above-ground tree components was examined in a Norway spruce stand that had received ammonium nitrate (annually) and superphosphate (about every third year) for 22 years. Four treatments were included in the study; control (n = 4), N1P1, N2P2 and N3P2 (n = 2), which had received a total of 0, 730, 1700 and 2550 kg nitrogen (N) ha-1, 0, 130, 300 and 300 kg phosphorus (P) ha-1 and 0, 340, 784 and 784 kg calcium (Ca) ha-1, respectively. Compared with the control, stem-wood growth had been three times higher in N1P1 and three and a half times higher in N2P2 and N3P2. Amounts of N, P, Ca, potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg) in the above-ground tree biomass increased (p<0.05) with the fertilizer dose, whereas manganese (Mn) did not. The recovery of fertilizer N and Ca in soil and above-ground tree biomass was negatively related to the fertilizer dose, although there had been a buildup of the N and Ca pools in the mor layer. This strongly indicates that at least the higher doses of N addition caused substantial nitrate leaching. Soil pools of K, Mg and Mn decreased as the fertilizer dose increased. However, the system total amounts (above-ground tree biomass plus soil) of K and Mg did not differ between treatments suggesting that no extra losses of these ions induced by nitrate leaching have occurred. Thus, in an aggrading forest ecosystem, N additions are likely to be followed by increased uptake of K, Mg and Ca. This may to some extent prevent extra leaching of these ions, which otherwise would be expected when there is an increase in nitrate leaching.  相似文献

Abstract

The effect of pre-harvest calcium sprays, CaCl2 and Ca (NO3)2, on apple (Malus domestica) N, P, K, Ca and Mg content, storability and incidence of physiological disorders (superficial scald, bitter pit, physiological spot) was studied using two cultivars, ‘Krameri Tuviõun’ and ‘Talvenauding’. In the first year calcium treatment did not reduce any physiological disorders or loss of marketable yield. In the second year calcium treatment reduced storage losses until four months after storage. Bitter pit in ‘Krameri Tuviõun’ was unaffected by calcium treatment, but physiological spot of ‘Krameri Tuviõun’ and superficial scald of ‘Talvenauding’ were reduced by calcium treatment in the second year. Both physiological disorders of 'Krameri Tuviõun’ correlated negatively with Mg and P content and Mg/Ca ratio in apples. Superficial scald of ‘Talvenauding’ correlated negatively with Ca content and positively with K/Ca ratio, N/Ca ratio and Mg/Ca ratio in fruits. The conclusion can be made that content of Ca and its ratios with other nutrients plays an important role in the development of superficial scald on ‘Talvenauding’ fruits, and increasing Ca content in fruit can therefore be recommended for improving post-harvest quality of this cultivar. Since bitter pit in 'Krameri Tuviõun’ was not reduced by calcium treatment, it would be worth trying other measures for this cultivar.  相似文献

A red soil derived from Quaternary red clay was employed to study nutrient leaching with soil columns repacked in laboratory. The objective was to identify the effects of fertilization practices on leaching patterns and magnitudes of Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, NH4+, and NO3-. The treatments were CK (as a control), CaCO3, CaSO4, MgCO3, Ca(H2PO4)2, urea, KCl, and multiple (a mixture of the above-mentioned fertilizers). The fertilizers were added to the bare surface of the soil columns, and then the columns were leached with 120 mL deionized water daily through peristaltic pumps over a period of 92 days. Leaching processes of NH4+, and NO3- were only measured in CK, urea, and multiple treatments which were directly related to N leaching. Results showed that sole application of CaSO4, and Ca(H2PO4)2 scarcely had any effect on the leaching losses of Ca2+, Mg2+, and K+; the application of MgCO3 stimulated the leaching of Mg2+; the application of CaCO3 promoted the leaching of Ca2+, Mg2+ and K+; urea treatment also promoted the leaching of K+ and NH4+, and NO3- leaching mainly occurred at late stage of leaching process in particular; under KCl treatment, leaching of Ca2+, Mg2+, and K+ was promoted to a large extent; under multiple treatment, leaching of Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, NH4+, and NO3- was all increased and NO3- was mainly leached at the end of leaching process and still had a trend of increase.  相似文献

Mature spring barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) straw, cut to a length of 5 cm, was successively extracted with cold water. The influence of leaching on dry weight, nutrient content, and decomposability was investigated in fresh and in partially-decomposed straw.The loss in dry weight was 6% after one extraction, increasing to 9% after three successive extractions. Incubating the straw between extractions increased losses of dry matter and N, whereas losses of ash, K, P, Mg and Ca were not affected by the intervening incubations. Three successive extractions removed 58% of the ash, 87% of the K, 59% of the P, 34% of the Mg and 25% of the Ca. The loss of N increased from 20% without intermittent incubations to 43% for straw samples incubated at 15°C between the extractions (total incubation period, 66 days).The respiration losses of untreated straw samples incubated for 203 days at 5 and 15°C were 9 and 23%, respectively. Extracting the straw before incubation reduced initial respiration losses. After 203 days, the cumulative respiration loss of leached straw incubated at 15°C was 11% of initial straw dry weight, whereas the loss at 5°C was similar to that of untreated straw.  相似文献

Forest ecosystems in Taiwan are periodically influenced by typhoons that cause large amounts of litter input to the soil. The potential rapid decomposition of such litter under the warm and moist climatic conditions in Taiwan may lead to nutrient losses via seepage. The goal of this study was to investigate the dynamics of C, N, K, Ca, Mg, and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) during decomposition of Chamaecyparis obtusa var. formosana leaves in a field study at the Yuanyang Lake site in N Taiwan. We simulated the effect of a typhoon by adding about three times the annual aboveground litterfall (totally 13,900 kg ha–1) as fresh leaves. Litterbags were taken at 7 dates over 16 months, followed by detection of mass loss and element composition in the remaining litter. Aqueous extracts of the remaining litter were analyzed for DOC and major elements. The properties of DOC were characterized by fluorescence spectra and by its stability against microbial decomposition. The litter mass loss was 35% after 16 months. The losses of Ca after 16 months from the litter bags were about equivalent to mass loss (39%), while those of K and Mg reached 86% and 60% of the initial amount, respectively. From the 13,900 kg ha–1 of litter applied in total, 59 kg K ha–1 and 12 kg Mg ha–1 were released in the 16 months decomposition period, most of it in the first 4 months. The total release of Ca amounted to 69 kg ha–1 but was more evenly distributed throughout the 16 months of observation. The absolute amount of N in the decomposing litter increased by 37% while the C : N decreased from 69 to 34. Extrapolated to the manipulation treatment, this resulted in a N gain of 36 kg N ha–1 within 16 months. The leaching of K and DOC in laboratory extractions followed an asymptotic function with highest leaching from the initial litter and subsequent decrease with time of decomposition. On the contrary, the leaching of Ca and Mg reached a maximum after 2–4 months of incubation. About 2% of the C was extractable with water from the initially incubated leaves. The bioavailability of the extracted DOC decreased with litter age. Our results indicate that the decomposition of large amounts of litter induces a high risk of K and Mg losses with seepage, but the risk for N losses is low. The sources of N accumulation in decomposing litter at this site require further studies. In the initial phase of litter decomposition, the release of DOC seems to be an important contribution to mass loss.  相似文献

 A litter bag technique was used to study the decomposition and release of N, P, K, Ca, and Mg from Leucaena leucocephala and L. pallida prunings and cattle manure in a hedgerow intercropping trial conducted in the Ethiopian highlands. Hedgerow intercropping (also called alley cropping or alley farming) is an agroforestry system in which trees are grown in dense hedges between alleys where short-cycle crops are grown. The hedges are pruned periodically during the cropping period and the prunings are added to the soil as green manure. Manure was the most resistant to decomposition, losing only 15% of its dry matter (DM) in 15 weeks, compared to 41–57% lost by leucaena prunings. Large quantities of K (up to 104 kg ha–1) were mineralized from prunings and manure, but Ca and Mg were mostly immobilized. More N and P were released from prunings than from manure, which resulted in net immobilization of these nutrients in the initial stages of decomposition and net mineralization in later stages. Between the leucaenas more N was mineralized and less Ca and Mg were immobilized when L. leucocephala prunings were applied than when L. pallida prunings were applied. Fertilizer N increased DM decomposition and N mineralization. Mineralization of the nutrients was constrained by lignin and polyphenol contents. It is concluded that leucaena mulch and cattle manure may be significant sources of N and K for crop growth, but external sources of P, Ca and Mg may be required, particularly in acid soils which have low contents of these nutrients. In this investigation the extraction curve of macronutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg) and micronutrients (Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn) were determined in the cultivation of fig. A system of intensive production of fig in greenhouse and hydroponics was established with 1.25 plants m?2. The determination of the nitrogen content was done by the micro-Kjeldahl method. The P was by the yellow molybdovanadate method throughon a spectrophotometer. The K was determined by flamometry and the Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Of the organs analyzed, the stem was the that accumulated more dry matter, then, the leaves and finally the fruits. The nutrient extraction dynamics presented similar upward behavior in all nutrients. The demand for macronutrients in decreasing order was N?>?K?>?P?>?Ca?>?Mg and for the micronutrients Cu?>?Fe?>?Mn?>?Zn.  相似文献

Acmella oleracea occurs in the Amazon forest and is widely consumed in regional cuisine and folk medicine. Many studies concerning its active principles are available, but few studies have been carried out regarding mineral nutrition. The aim of this study was to characterize deficiencies symptoms and nutritional content in Acmella oleracea. The experimental design applied was a randomized block with four replications. After blooming, following treatments were applied: complete solution, absence of Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulfur, and Boron. After harvesting, growth and nutrient content of inflorescences, new leaves, old leaves, and stems were assessed. The absence of aforementioned nutrients allowed for characterization of visual deficiency symptoms. The first observed symptom was absence of Nitrogen. The accumulation of macronutrients in inflorescences followed the order N?>?K?>?Ca?>?P?>?S?>?Mg, in new leaves, N?>?K?>?Ca?>?S>Mg?>?P, in old leaves, K?>?N?>?Ca?>?Mg?>?S?>?P, and in stems K?>?N?>?Ca?>?Mg?>?P?>?S. 不同钾氮配比对荔枝果实矿质元素含量及其耐贮性的影响   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
【目的】在广东省惠州市荔枝主产区,于2009 2012年连续3年研究不同钾氮养分比例对荔枝果实矿质元素含量的影响及其与耐贮性的关系,以期为荔枝高产优质高效栽培与耐贮增值的科学施肥技术提供理论依据。【方法】在大田栽培条件下,以1995年嫁接苗种植的国内主栽品种妃子笑为试材,设钾氮不同施用比例(K2O/N分别为0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2和1.4)5个处理,分别用K0.6N、K0.8N、K1.0N、K1.2N、K1.4N表示。在荔枝收获期测定果实矿质元素含量,并进行室温(25±1°C)自然贮藏试验,每2d采样测定相关贮藏指标。【结果】1)随着K2O/N比的提高,荔枝外果皮钾(K)、硼(B)含量呈下降趋势,内果皮K含量呈先下降后增加,果肉K、内外果皮和果肉钙(Ca)、内果皮B含量均呈现先增加后下降,果核Ca含量呈现逐渐增加的趋势。2)随着K2O/N比的提高,内外果皮K/Ca、Mg/Ca、(Mg+K)/Ca、K/B比均呈先下降后增加,外果皮Ca/B比呈增加的趋势。3)内果皮K含量与果实好果率呈极显著负相关,外果皮Ca、内果皮B含量与果实好果率呈显著或极显著正相关。内、外果皮K含量与果皮细胞膜透性呈显著正相关,外果皮Ca含量与果皮细胞膜透性呈显著负相关。内、外果皮K含量与多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈显著正相关,而内、外果皮Ca含量则与两种酶活性呈显著负相关。4)内、外果皮K/Ca、Mg/Ca、(Mg+K)/Ca和K/B比与果实好果率呈显著或极显著负相关,与果皮细胞膜透性、PPO和POD活性均呈显著或极显著正相关,而Ca/B比则完全相反。【结论】荔枝生产中合理调控钾、氮养分施用比例(K2O/N),不仅可以提高内、外果皮的Ca/B比值,还有利于降低内、外果皮K/Ca、Mg/Ca、(Mg+K)/Ca和K/B的比值,对提高果实耐贮性具有重要作用。本试验条件和施肥方法下,K2O/N的施用比例以1.2∶1时能最大限度地满足优良耐贮性能适宜的养分含量及比例。  相似文献

基于保障生态和果品安全以及合理实施果园养分管理的前提,对大石早生李树体各部位营养元素积累、分布以及各营养元素的周年变化规律进行了分析.结果表明:①营养元素在各个器官的相对含量,除K、Zn在果实中含量最高外,N、P、Ca、Mg均以叶片中含量为最高,以叶片做营养诊断是适宜的.②大石早生李树体营养元素N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn的元素比值为10.00:1.26:6.42:12.57:2.46:1.87:0.14.⑧100 kg鲜果的养分吸收量分别为:N 772.47g,P74.25 g,K 730.33g,Ca874.16 g,Mg 169.82 g,Fe 66.05 g,Zn 7.53 g,N:P:K的比例为1.00:0.10:0.95.④N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu的含量随物侯期呈规律性变化.生长季初期,N、P、K、Zn、Cu的含量迅速下降,Fe、Mn、Ca、Mg呈逐渐上升的趋势;中期这9种元素总体变化幅度较小;后期Fe,Cu.N、P、K的含量呈下降趋势,Mn、Zn、Ca,Mg依然上升.本结果既丰富了国内李营养理论,同时又为制定合理的施肥措施及建立绿色优质果品科技示范基地提供了理论依据.  相似文献

Abstract

Selected chemical properties of an artificially acidified agricultural soil from northern Idaho were evaluated in a laboratory study. Elemental S and Ca(OH)2were used to manipulate the soil pH of a Latahco silt loam (fine‐silty, mixed, frigid Argiaquic Xeric Argialboll), which had an initial pH of 5.7. A 100 day incubation period resulted in a soil pH manipulation range of 3.3 to 7.0. Chemical properties evaluated included: N mineralization rate, extractable P, AI, Mn, Ca, Mg and K and CEC. N mineralization rate (assessed by anaerobic incubation) decreased with decreasing soil pH. Nitrification rate also decreased as NH4 +‐N accumulated under acid soil conditions. Sodium acetate extractable P was positively linearly correlated (R2= 0.87) with soil pH over the entire pH range evaluated. Potassium chloride extractable Al was less than 1.3 mg kg‐1of soil at pH values higher than 4.4. Consequently, potential Al toxicity problems in these soils are minimal. Extractable Mn increased with decreasing soil pH. Soil CEC, extractable Mg, and extractable K all decreased with increasing soil pH from 3.3 to 7.0. Extractable Ca levels were largely unaffected by changing soil pH. It is likely that the availability of N and P would be the most adversely affected parameters by soil acidification  相似文献

Summary The legume Medicago sativa L. was grown in three calcareous soils supplied with increasing amounts of soluble phosphate, or a vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizal (VAM) inoculum. The three test soils had high concentrations of extractable Ca. Analyses of dry-matter production and of the concentrations and content of the nutrients N, P, K, Ca, and Mg in plant tissues showed that, for each soil, a particular level of P application was able to match the VAM effects on N, P, and K levels. The Ca concentration and content in the VAM inoculated plants were, however, significantly lower than those in the P-supplied non-mycorrhizal treatments that matched the VAM effects. The N:P and the K:P ratios were about the same for mycorrhizal and non-mycorrhizal P-supplied control plants in all the three soils, but VAM inoculation lowered the Ca:P ratio in all soils. The mycorrhizae decreased Mg uptake in one of the soils, where non-mycorrhizal plants had high Mg concentrations in tissues. It is concluded that VAM depress the excessive acquisition of Ca by plants in calcareous soils.  相似文献

【目的】探索荔枝叶片养分含量的周年变化规律及钾、氮肥不同施用比例对荔枝产量及其种植效益的影响,为荔枝生产中的施肥管理、营养调控与增产增效提供理论依据和实践指导。【方法】在大田栽培条件下,以1995年嫁接苗种植的国内主栽品种妃子笑为试材,设置钾、氮肥不同施用比例(K2O/N分别为0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2和1.4)5个处理,随机区组排列,于2009~2012年3个生长季在广东省惠州市荔枝主产区进行试验。在荔枝不同生育期定期采集荔枝叶片测定矿质元素含量,荔枝成熟时于田间按小区实收称重测产。【结果】荔枝叶片不同生育期的养分含量存在明显差异;在整个生育期,叶片养分含量的大小均表现为N﹥K﹥Ca﹥Mg﹥P﹥S﹥B﹥Zn﹥Mo;叶片K与Ca、Mg含量有极显著的负相关关系,K与Zn含量呈显著负相关,而Ca、Mg、Zn含量两两间呈显著正相关;叶片N与S、B含量呈显著负相关,而S与B呈极显著正相关;叶片P与Ca、Si含量呈显著负相关,而Ca与Si呈显著正相关。等氮基础上随着K2O/N比的提高,荔枝产量和种植效益均出现先升高后降低的规律;以K2O/N比例为1.0~1.2时荔枝产量最高、效益最好。【结论】在我国荔枝主产区以保持钾、氮肥养分施用比例(K2O∶N)为1.0~1.2为宜。  相似文献

It was the aim of the present study to determine the mobile nutrient content in leaves and pods of oilseed rape in relation to leaf age and growth stage and to develop an instrument to estimate the possible significance for interpretation of plant analytical data. From older leaves an increasing amount of sulfur (S), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), and phosphorus (P) was leached, while no N was extracted after 24 h of leaching. In younger leaves the potential for nutrient leaching was below 10% for all investigated nutrients while in older leaves this value increased to 58% for S, 28% for P, 21% for Mg, 18% for Ca and 16% for K. Generally the potential for nutrient leaching from leaves and pods increased with growth stage. Until BBCH 83 nutrient leaching from pods was very low with less than 5% for the investigated elements, except S, but increased with further ripening drastically.  相似文献

对比研究冬枣果实发育期内结果枝叶和营养枝叶片矿质元素动态变化的差异性,可为制定冬枣不同类型叶片的营养诊断标准提供理论依据。以沾化冬枣为试验材料,比较研究了沾化冬枣不同果实发育阶段(始花期、盛花期、末花期、硬核期、完熟期)结果枝叶和营养枝叶中矿质元素N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Na的含量动态变化及其差异性。结果表明,冬枣果实发育过程中,自始花期至完熟期叶片N、P含量呈下降趋势,K含量呈逐渐增高趋势,而Ca及Mg含量则呈先增高后降低的变化趋势,叶片Na含量在果实发育过程中变化较小,只有在完熟期呈现突然增高现象。在上述各生长发育阶段内,结果枝叶K含量多大于营养枝叶,而N、P、Ca、Mg、Na含量则呈相反的变化规律。方差分析表明,在盛花期至末花期内,两种类型叶片Ca、Mg含量的差异均达到显著水平(P<0.05),N含量只有在盛花期存在显著差异,而两种类型叶片K和Na含量在各果实发育阶段内均无显著差异。叶片元素含量比值分析表明,冬枣叶片N/P在盛花期至完熟期逐渐增高,其值均大于16,可知该阶段冬枣叶片生长主要受P元素限制;K/Na、Ca/Na、Mg/Na在果实发育期内的变化规律与K、Ca、Mg元素变化规律基本类似,在完熟期这3个比值均较前期明显降低。相关分析结果表明,冬枣叶片中N/P主要由P含量决定,Ca/Na、Mg/Na分别由Ca与Na、Mg与Na共同决定,而在营养枝叶中K/Na主要由Na含量决定。综上,盛花期至末花期(6—7月)是冬枣矿质元素相对稳定时期,可作为冬枣结果枝叶和营养枝叶营养诊断的适宜时期,同时冬枣结果枝叶该时期可适当施加适量Ca、Mg肥料,从而保证冬枣的果实品质和产量。  相似文献

In Sudan, tree plantations remain the first choice and are widely used in protecting arable lands from sand movement. Decomposition and nutrient changes from leaves of some agroforestry trees (Eucalyptus microtheca, Ficus spp., and Leucaena leucocephala) and litter fall from guava (Psidium guajava) and mango (Magnifera indica) were monitored (in a 12‐week litter‐bag experiment). Rate of dry‐matter weight loss from guava (0.098 wk?1) was significantly (P < 0.01) faster than from mango residues (0.04 wk?1). Corresponding values for Leucaena, Eucalyptus, and Ficus were 0.0533, 0.0524, and 0.0438 wk?1, respectively. In general, micronutrients tend to accummulate during a decomposition period. Potassium (K) was the only element found to be consistently lost by leaching very rapidly from all litters. Nitrogen (N) was released at a significantly (P < 0.03) higher rate from Leucaena (0.0558 wk?1) compared to Ficus (0.0399 wk?1) and Eucalyptus (0.0301 wk?1). Mobility of nutrients from the litters was in the order of K > phosphorus (P) = N > calcium (Ca) > magnesium (Mg). It is concluded that ficus and mango leaves are suitable for improving quality of arid soils through buildup of soil organic matter and supplying easily released organic sulfur (S) (environmentally sound management practice) whereas litter from guava is suitable for temporary nutrient correction. Mixing of guava and mango residues may slow fast decomposition of the former.  相似文献

  【目的】  对比大、中量养分短期缺乏下脐橙新、老叶片中11种必需元素含量及变化,并分析缺素导致的营养元素间的相互影响。  【方法】  以一年生枳砧纽荷尔脐橙幼苗为试材进行了砂培试验。以完全营养液为对照 (CK),设置缺氮 (?N)、缺磷 (?P)、缺钾 (?K)、缺钙 (?Ca)和缺镁 (?Mg)处理,测定不同处理脐橙叶片(老叶和新叶)生长指标及矿质元素含量。  【结果】  所有缺素处理均导致叶片叶绿素含量降低,生物量减少,以缺氮处理最为显著。缺氮降低了叶片N、Ca、Cu、Mo含量;缺磷降低了叶片P、K、Mo含量;缺钾降低了叶片K含量;缺钙降低了叶片N、Cu、Zn、Mo含量但增加了P含量;缺镁降低了叶片Ca、Mg、Zn、Mo含量但增加了K含量。以必需矿质元素为变量分别对各处理老叶和新叶进行主成分分析,老叶中第一主成分 (PC1)明显将缺钾处理与其他处理区分开,与对照相比,缺钾老叶离子组成变化为N (?3%)、P (+1%)、K (?71%)、Ca (+11%)、Mg (+39%)、B (+16%)、Mn (+11%)、Fe (+32%)、Cu (?7%)、Zn (+14%)、Mo (?63%);新叶中PC1明显将缺氮处理与其他处理区分开,缺氮新叶离子组成变化为N (?53%)、P (+8%)、K (+7%)、Ca (?14%)、Mg (+11%)、B (+55%)、Mn (+51%)、Fe (?14%)、Cu (?57%)、Zn (+4%)、Mo (?25%)。老叶和新叶中元素含量呈正相关的元素是N-Cu、N-Ca、Mg-Mn和Cu-Mo,呈负相关的是K-Zn。  【结论】  脐橙幼苗老叶对钾的短期缺乏反应最敏感,缺钾会显著降低老叶中K和Mo含量并增加Mg和Fe含量,而新叶对氮素的短期缺乏最敏感,缺氮显著降低新叶中N、Ca、Cu和Mo含量。短期缺少P、Ca和Mg对脐橙幼苗叶片中的养分含量影响较小。  相似文献

The management of wood ash is an important factor in the environmental and economic analysis of wood burning. Wood ash can be applied to energy crops as a fertilizer, which can help replace nutrients removed during harvest. The objectives of this study were to examine the temporal and spatial dynamics of nutrient elements applied in wood ash to an intensively cultured, short-rotation willow bioenergy system. Wood ash was applied at the rates of 10 and 20 Mg ha–1 yr–1 to coppiced willow, Salix purpurea, clone SP3, from 1992 to 1994. The relative abundance of nutrients in applied wood ash was Ca > K > Mg > P > N. There was little effect of wood ash on N or P concentrations in soil solution measured at 20 and 40 cm depth. Soil solution concentrations of base cations were elevated in the last two years of the study by 30 to 90%, depending on the element and treatment, in plots receiving wood ash. Wood ash treatments had little influence on foliar leaching. Wood ash treatment also had few significant effects on willow growth or on the contents of N, P, K, Ca, and Mg in foliage and stems. The addition of P, K, Ca, and Mg in wood ash was more than enough to compensate for harvest removals and leaching losses. This study demonstrated that wood ash can supply most nutrients removed during harvest in willow plantations, with the exception of N, without adverse effects on groundwater or vegetation.  相似文献
