Mass death of farmed brook trout Salvelinus fontinalis reared in raceway culture on a commercial fish farm was recorded in May. The condition was caused by natural infection with external signs of Flavobacterium columnare. Haematological analyses were carried out from peripheral blood from 10 fish from each group. Anaemia was characterized by a reduced erythrocyte count and lower haemoglobin levels; the values of mean corpuscular volume and mean corpuscular haemoglobin were higher and the values of mean corpuscular haemoglobin concentration were decreased. Clinical chemistry analyses in blood plasma indicated decreased levels of total protein, glucose and total calcium and an increase in the urea level. Among the four enzymes analysed, a catalytic activity reaching multiples of the normal level was found in alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and lactate dehydrogenase. The catalytic concentration of alkaline phosphatase was decreased. Electrophoretic analyses of the plasma protein indicated a reduced level of albumin. The moribund fish had a higher hepatosomatic index and their condition coefficient after Fulton and after Clark was also higher.  相似文献

The aim of the present study was to investigate the anaesthetic efficacy and biochemical effects of 1,8‐cineole (cineole) in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). The fish were exposed to 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 800 μl/L cineole and time of induction of anaesthesia and recovery from anaesthesia were recorded. Thereafter, the fish haematological and biochemical responses to anaesthesia with different concentrations of cineole were studies. Moreover, the haematological and biochemical response of fish anaesthetized for 300 s with either cineole (283 μl/L) or eugenol (25 μl/L) were compared. Cineole at the concentrations of 200–800 μl/L induced stages 2, 3 and 4 anaesthesia within 109‐29.3, 226‐59 and 418‐117 s respectively. Increase in anaesthesia induction time led to higher stress responses and enzymes’ activity characterized by elevation in red blood cell (RBC), white blood cell (WBC), blood haematocrit and haemoglobin, and plasma cortisol, glucose and lactate levels, and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), lactate dehydrogenase and creatine phosphokinase (CPK) activities. However, cineole concentrations had no significant effects on plasma alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity and ions levels. Comparison of cineole with eugenol showed that cineole showed less change in blood RBC and plasma AST, ALP, CPK, cortisol and glucose levels compared to eugenol. In conclusion, cineole is efficient to anaesthetize trout at concentrations of 200–800 μl/L. Increase in cineole concentration shortens anaesthesia induction time, stress response and probably tissue damage. The concentrations of 600–800 μl/L cineol is recommended for rapid sampling as it causes the least stress and enzymatic responses. The present results suggest that cineole causes slightly lower side effects in trout compared to eugenol.  相似文献

The present study tested the effect of dietary lecithin and exogenous lipase on the incorporation of oleic acid in the tissue lipids of gilthead seabream larvae (Sparus aurata). Two of four microdiets were prepared by the addition of [14C]oleic acid as free fatty acid (FFA) to diets containing either 5% cuttlefish liver oil (CLO) or 5% soybean lecithin. Glycerol tri[1-14C]oleate was similarly incorporated in two other diets identical in lipid (4% cuttlefish liver oil, 1% soybean lecithin) and non-lipid composition but differed in that one contained a supplement of 0.05% porcine lipase. The effect of these diets was tested by following the incorporation of the label (dpm/mg larvae DBW) in the neutral and phospholipid fractions of seabream larvae at four different ages (21, 27, 32 and 45 days after hatching).A significant (p<0.05) effect of dietary lecithin on the incorporation of labelled FFA in both larval neutral and phospholipid fractions was demonstrated at all ages. This was particularly pronounced during early development (day 21) where fish fed the lecithin supplement incorporated 6.75 times more label than the diet containing [14C]oleic acid in CLO. The dietary lecithin enhancing effect diminished with age but was still significant at day 45 (2.17 times more label). In addition, the label was considerably higher in the phospholipid fraction compared to the neutral lipid, reflecting the high demand for membrane synthesis during rapid growth. Lecithin fed larvae demonstrated a higher consumption rate and efficiency of incorporation than fish consuming the cuttlefish liver oil diet, suggesting an emulsifying function for dietary phospholipid.In contrast, the supplementation with lipase showed a clear effect only in older fish where 45 day old larvae fed the lipase diet demonstrated a 3.42 times increase in radioactivity in their tissue lipids. This late lipase response may be the result of an insufficient level of dietary lecithin (M) and a short intestinal length being ineffective, in the early larval stages, in incorporating labelled free fatty acid from dietary glycerol tri[1-14C]oleate breakdown.  相似文献

The potential of rapeseed protein concentrate as fish meal alternative in diets for rainbow trout (initial average weight 37.8?±?1.4?g) was evaluated. Nine experimental tanks of a freshwater flow-through system were stocked with 12 fish each. Triplicate groups of fish received isonitrogenous (47.9?±?0.5% CP) and isoenergetic (22.4?±?0.2?kJ?g?1) experimental diets with 0, 66 and 100% of fish meal substituted with rapeseed protein concentrate (71.2% CP), thereby providing 0, 29 and 43% of dietary protein. As the amino acid profile of rapeseed protein concentrate was comparable to fish meal, there was no need to supplement experimental diets with synthetic amino acids. At the end of the 84?days of feeding period, fish growth performance, feed intake and feed efficiencies were not compromised, when 100% of fish meal in the control diet was replaced with rapeseed protein concentrate, revealing a SGR of 1.19 or 1.10, a FCR of 1.09 or 1.18 and a feed intake of 78.5 or 74.7?g in fish fed on the control diet or fed the diet devoid of fish meal, respectively. Intestinal morphology did not reveal any histological abnormalities in all dietary groups. Blood parameters including haematocrit and haemoglobin as well as glucose, triglycerides and total protein in the plasma were not different between treatment groups. Thus, the rapeseed protein concentrate tested here has great potential as an alternative to fish meal in rainbow trout diets.  相似文献

The growth, food utilization and amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus lost into the water by rainbow trout (initial size 485 g) fed on low-fat Baltic herring and supplemented with a low-protein dry diet fed separately were studied in an 18-week net cage trial. Similarly to balancing protein and nonprotein energy in full diets, giving nonprotein energy in different feeds several hours apart improved the protein retention of low-fat herring to a level comparable to a commercially available dry diet control. The amounts of nitrogen and phosphorus lost into the water were also reduced to the same extent. The losses from the plain herring-feeding were twice as high. The improved protein retention and reduced nutrient losses were accompanied by 15–25% reductions in growth of the fish compared with the control dry diet. The growth of the fish fed on plain herring was 14% lower than the growth on the dry diet control.  相似文献

During 1985-88, a total of 17500 under-yearling (0+) brown trout. salmo trutta L., were released in Låktabäcken Creek in Swedish Lapland. Of these, 15500 had been reared in a pond adjacent to the creek during their first summer, where they fed on natural prey. The other 2000 were conventionally reared hatchery fish fed dry food pellets. All fish were released in the autumn (size 6O-70mm) at the confluence of the pond outlet and the creek. Electrofishing revealed that the stocked fish gradually spread downstream from the point of release at the expense of the resident wild trout population. In 1989, stocked fish accounted for 70-90% and 30-50% of the trout population in the upper and lower stretches of the creek respectively. No long-term changes in total trout densities or standing crop occurred as a result of stocking. First-year survival of fish released in the creek varied between 15 and 30% over the 4 years. After 3 years, 5% of the stocked fish remained in the creek. Planted fish grew less rapidly than wild fish during the first year in the creek. Pond fish had a higher survival rate than hatchery fish and showed a greater propensity to disperse from the point of release.  相似文献

Groups of trout were fed either a high protein/low carbohydrate (HP/LC) or a low protein/high carbohydrate (LP/HC) diet for 16 weeks. Fish fed the HP/LC diet had significantly higher levels of protein, ninhydrin positive material and tryptophan in plasma as well as lipid and protein in liver, but lower levels of glucose in plasma, glycogen in liver and a lower hepatosomatic index compared with fish fed the LP/HC diet. There were no differences concentrations of tryptophan or serotonin in the brain of fish fed the different diets. Fish fed the HP/LC diet had significantly lower activities of glycolytic enzymes but higher activities of gluconeogenic enzymes compared with the group fed the LP/HC diet. Those enzymes measured concerned with the TCA cycle or initiating amino acid catabolism were generally unaffected by diet although activities of threonine dehydrogenase, alanine aminotransferase and glutamate dehydrogenase were higher in those fish fed the HP/LC diet. The data suggest that rainbow trout show little adaptation in activities of amino acid catabolising enzymes to variations in dietary protein intake.  相似文献

Farming of yellowtail kingfish ( Seriola lalandi , Valenciennes, 1833) in the coastal waters of Australia is a relatively new aquaculture industry, and little is known about the magnitude of nutrient discharges from individual pens. In this work, we modelled the flow of nitrogen for each of two commercial pens in Fitzgerald Bay, upper Spencer Gulf, South Australia. The fish were fed commercial pellets with feed conversion ratios (FCRs) between 3.0 and 3.2 (dry weight feed/wet weight growth). These high values of FCR were reflected in the high nitrogen loads to the environment (176–195 kg N tonne−1 growth) and a small retention of nitrogen in fish growth (14–16% of feed inputs). Considering an annual production of 2000 tonnes, total loads to the environment can reach 391 tonnes N year−1. Eighty-two per cent of these loads are expected to be lost to the water column as dissolved wastes. The high nutrient loads and the importance of dissolved wastes compared with other aquaculture species, such as salmon and trout, reflect the distinctly higher metabolic rates of this pelagic predatory species. The nature of the wastes suggests low localized impacts at current production levels, but regional effects remain unknown.  相似文献

The nutrient losses into the water from rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) cage culture using locally caught low-fat Baltic herring, herring-based moist diets and fishmeal-based dry diets were estimated. Feeding with herring led to nitrogen and phosphorus losses into the water twice as high as those feeding with dry pellets (78–162 versus 37–39 g N and 15–39 versus 7–18 g P per kg growth). This was supported by direct measurements of ammonia and phosphate excretion. Increasing feeding frequencies resulted in increased nutrient losses irrespective of diet. Increasing dietary lipid level had a more pronounced effect in reducing the expected nutrient losses in dry pellets than herring. The reduction within the herring was approximately 18% on average for nitrogen and 25% for phosphorus losses. Preliminary studies were conducted to determine if several feed supplements with the potential to improve dietary mineral availabilities in fish meal had any measurable effect in fish feeds. In the first study with rainbow trout, 11 supplements were tested: citric acid; sodium citrate; potassium chloride; sodium chloride; histamine dihydrochloride; EDTA disodium salt; sodium bicarbonate; a mixture of amino acids; ascorbic acid; a mixture of inositol and choline; and cholecalciferol. Apparent availability of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, iron, manganese and strontium in fish meal-based diets was determined using both yttrium oxide (Y2O3) and chromium oxide (Cr2O3) as inert dietary markers. Apparent availability was expressed as the fractional net absorption (%) of minerals from diets. After a 7-day acclimation period with test diets, fecal samples were collected for five consecutive days using passive collection systems. Apparent availability of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, manganese and strontium was increased by citric acid supplementation. Apparent availability of manganese also was increased by EDTA and sodium citrate. The other supplements had no measurable effect on the apparent availability of minerals in fish meal. In the second study, the effect of supplemental citric acid was further investigated using monogastric (rainbow trout) and agastric fish (goldfish). Fish were fed for 5 weeks (rainbow trout) or 3 weeks (goldfish) with fish meal-based diets containing either 0% (control), 2% or 5% citric acid on a dry basis. Feces were collected by settling and by stripping. Apparent availabilities of calcium and phosphorus were greatly affected by citric acid supplementation in rainbow trout but not in goldfish. Phosphorus levels in feces of fish fed a diet with 5% citric acid were approximately half of that of fish fed the control diet (0% citric acid) in the rainbow trout trial. This pattern was consistent during the 5-week feeding trial. A dietary supplement of citric acid as high as 5% did not reduce feed intake or appetite of rainbow trout. Conversely, this level of dietary acidification led to a marked reduction of feed intake in goldfish. Dietary supplementation of citric acid at 2% level did not reduce feed intake of goldfish; however, this level of dietary acidification had little effect on the apparent availability of major minerals in fish meal-based diet. Levels of non-fecal excretion of calcium and phosphorus, inorganic phosphorus in urine, and citric acid in feces were increased in rainbow trout fed 5% citric acid. The pH values of the feces and urine were decreased in rainbow trout fed citric acid. Plasma bicarbonate, plasma calcium and phosphorus, and blood pH of rainbow trout tended to increase by a 5% dietary supplementation of citric acid. The soluble inorganic phosphorus content increased in the diets and decreased in the feces of rainbow trout by supplementing the diet with 5% citric acid. Feces samples of rainbow trout collected by stripping provided similar availability values to data collected by settling for most elements except sodium, which had negative values in all dietary treatments.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of soybean and chicken egg lecithin on the growth performance, fatty acid profile and body composition of rainbow trout fry. Seven isonitrogenous and isolipidic diets were prepared by replacing 0, 2, 4 and 6 % soybean and egg lecithin instead of soybean oil in diets. Trout fry with initial average weight 120 ± 4.08 mg were randomly distributed in twenty-one 90-L tanks. Triplicate groups (165 fish per tank) of fry were fed to visual satiation at six meals per day for 40 days. Incorporation of 2 and 4 % egg lecithin led to increase in final weight, specific growth rate and weight gain compared with control group. Also, 4 % soybean lecithin had moderate effects on growth performance of fry. The fatty acid compositions of fry were influenced by dietary fatty acid. Fish fed egg lecithin showed higher amount of monounsaturated fatty acid than soybean lecithin and control groups. Fry fed soybean lecithin had significantly higher levels of polyunsaturated and n-6 fatty acid than egg lecithin and control groups. Soybean and egg lecithin induced higher amount of highly unsaturated fatty acid in lecithin groups compared with control group. The lipid and ash content of whole-body tissues were positively affected by percentages of soybean and egg lecithin in the diets. So 6 % soybean and egg lecithin induced higher amounts of lipid and ash body content. The results of our study indicated that dietary egg lecithin had growth-promoting effect, and rainbow trout fry had moderate lecithin requirement (at least 2 % as fed).  相似文献

The supplemental effects of cholyltaurine and soybean lecithin to a defatted soybean meal (SBM)-based fish meal-free diet on the hepatic and intestinal morphology of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss were investigated. A fish meal-based diet (FM), three fish meal-free diets supplemented either with soybean lecithin (SL), bovine gall powder (BG) or cholyltaurine (C-tau) and an unsupplemented fish meal-free diet (NFM), were given to fish (−11 g) for 10 weeks. The growth was the lowest in fish fed diet NFM, intermediate in fish fed diet SL and the highest in fish fed diet FM, BG and C-tau. Hepatocytes of fish fed diet NFM were atrophied, and the distal intestine of these fish showed abnormal features: disintegrated microvilli and fatty degeneration in epithelial cells and increased amount of connective tissue in the submucosa. Hepatic and intestinal histological features in fish fed diets SL, BG and C-tau were similar to those in fish fed diet FM. These results indicate that soybean lecithin, bovine bile salts and cholyltaurine have similar effects on normalizing the hepatic and intestinal morphologies of rainbow trout fed the SBM-based diet, although growth promotion effect was limited in the soybean lecithin.  相似文献

Rainbow trout with initial body weight 1144 g were fed two diets with high (feed A) or low (feed B) water stability for 6 weeks. During the last 2 weeks either stable or fluctuating oxygen saturation, salinity and temperature was introduced. High water stability of the feed was associated with harder pellets, less dust formation and less broken pellets compared to feed with low water stability. During the first 4 weeks, feed intake was 23% higher in trout fed diet B than in those fed diet A. Fluctuating environment resulted in a severe drop in feed intake for both dietary groups. At termination of the trial, stomachs of trout fed feed B contained mashed pellets and free water and oil. Stomachs of trout fed feed A contained more intact pellets and little fluid. The apparent digestibility of protein, starch, dry matter and energy was highest in feed A. The apparent digestibility of P and Zn was highest at stable environment, and the absorption of P was highest from feed A. In conclusion, physical quality affected the nutritional value of the feeds, and differences in nutritional value at stable or fluctuating environment appeared to be related to feed intake.  相似文献

Silymarin, an extract from “milk thistle” (Silybum marianum) plant is traditionally used as herbal medicine. The present study was conducted to investigate the clinical effects and possible side effects of silymarin on biochemical blood parameters of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Fishes were treated with 0 (control), 100, 400, and 800 mg of silymarin per kg of food during 4 weeks. Plasma alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), creatine kinase (CK), glucose, total protein, creatinine, triglyceride, cholesterol, urea, uric acid and liver cellular total antioxidant, and protein content were measured after 7, 14, and 28 days of silymarin treatment. The results showed that oral administration of silymarin in fish significantly reduced plasma glucose and cholesterol levels and relatively increased plasma total protein and globulin concentrations (P < 0.05). Increasing plasma albumin levels indicate the important role of albumin in drug transportation in circulatory system of fish. Silymarin also stabilized cellular membrane structure and regulated the levels of AST, ALT, ALP, CK, and LDH activity. In conclusion, on the basis of these results, oral administration of silymarin up to 400 mg per 1 kg of food has no side effect on blood biochemical and clinical parameters of fishes. However, oral administration of 800 mg/kg- of silymarin caused cytotoxicity and modifications in blood biochemical parameters of fish.  相似文献

To study the effects on a stunted freshwater population of Arctic charr, Salvelinus alpinus (L.), two groups of large (26–45 cm) individually tagged brown trout, Salmo trutta L., were released and recaptured with gillnets after 1, 7, 11 and 63 weeks. One group of trout was trained on a fish diet before release, and the other, reared on commercial dry pellets, served as a control. Specific growth rates in both groups were negative 1 week after release and approached zero after 63 weeks. Condition factor and internal fat content decreased during the experiment. Although only 11% of the trout stomachs examined contained fish prey, charr represented 79% of the total stomach weight content. Gillnet samples of charr before and 63 weeks after the release of trout indicated a decreasing population size of charr. Individual growth and mean length of charr increased after release of trout, especially for charr at age 4 years. After the release of trout, 35% of the charr were longer than 20 cm as compared with 6% before the release.  相似文献

Two digestibility trials were carried out to determine the apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) for crude protein (CP), crude lipid (CL) and energy of unprocessed and two differently processed fibre‐reduced rapeseed and sunflower seed oil cakes (sieved oilseed cakes and oilseed cakes produced from partially dehulled seeds) in rainbow trout (40 fish per tank; four tanks per diet). Each trial was followed by a 63‐day growth trial, wherein the respective oilseed cakes with the highest ADCs were evaluated as fishmeal substitutes, based on digestible CP. Oilseed cakes of rapeseeds and sunflower seeds had low nutrient ADCs (Trial 1). Nonetheless, the protein in rapeseed cake was able to replace up to 10% of the fishmeal protein in a diet without negatively affecting performance traits (Trial 2). Fibre reduction increased the ADCs of both types of oilseed cakes substantially (Trial 3). However, when fish were fed diets with 0%, 25% and 50% fishmeal protein replaced with dehulled rapeseed or dehulled sunflower seed cake protein, performance traits decreased with increasing substitution levels (Trial 4). Nonetheless, the amount of fishmeal needed per unit weight gain was lower for all fish fed the diets containing either one of the dehulled oilseed cakes than for the reference diets.  相似文献

Increased use of plant oils with different origins and quality in fish feed needs to be approached from a food safety and fish welfare point of view. Plant oils contain a number of bioactive minor lipid compounds that may affect the fish’s metabolism and taste perception. This study focuses on the effect of replacing fish oil (FO) with different levels of cold‐pressed rapeseed oil (RO) on the lipid composition in muscle and liver as well as on the preference by the fish. Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were fed diets with a FO : RO ratio of 100 : 0, 75 : 25, 50 : 50 and 25 : 75 until twofold weight increase. In self‐selecting feed trials of single rainbow trout, fish preferred the diet composed of only FO compared with the diets with RO but did not discriminate between different levels of RO. Plant sterols and their metabolites were found in liver of the fish fed RO diets, suggesting an effect on the sterol metabolism different from fish fed a 100% FO diet. The largest effects were seen in the fatty acid composition of the edible tissue of the fish with a decrease in 22:6n‐3 and 20:5n‐3 and an increase in 18:2n‐6 and 18:1n‐9.  相似文献

SUMMARY: This study was carried out to investigate the effects of dietary squid meal or a combination of squid meal and krill meal as part of the protein source in dry pellets on the spawning of striped jack Pseudocaranx dentex . Five months prior to spawning, 7-year-old fish were divided into three groups of 10 fish each (male : female ratio, 5 : 5). The control group was fed a raw fish mix (RF) and the other two groups were fed either steam-dry pellets with squid meal replacing 50% of their fish meal (fs-DP) or steam-dry pellets containing equal proportions of fish, squid and krill meals (fsk-DP). Feeding was carried out once every other day in 5 × 5 × 5 m floating net cages and the fish were transferred to 65 m3 indoor tanks for spawning. Eggs and yolksac larvae produced were evaluated for their quality and those obtained during the first 2 weeks of spawning were sampled for chemical analysis. The fish had an average bodyweight of 3.5 ± 0.4 kg at spawning. Although egg production of the RF group was significantly higher ( P < 0.05) than that of the dry pellet groups, the fs-DP group produced the best quality eggs with higher fertilization and hatching rates. The fsk-DP group had the lowest egg production and quality. Lipid classes and fatty acid compositions of eggs and yolksac larvae were dependent on the broodstock diets. These results show that the combination of fish meal and squid meal in dry pellets for striped jack improved egg quality but not production whereas the combination of fish meal, squid meal and krill meal was not effective.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary fermentable fibre (Vitacel®) on haemato‐immunological and serum biochemical parameters, intestinal histomorphology, growth performance and proximate body composition of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). One hundred and twenty fish (81.65 ± 1.49 g) were fed diets containing 0 and 10 g kg?1 fermentable fibre (Vitacel®) for 50 days. At the end of feeding trial, growth performance parameters were significantly improved in fermentable fibre (Vitacel®)‐fed fish. Although feeding on fermentable fibre (Vitacel®)‐supplemented diet had no remarkable effect on haematological parameters (RBC, Htc and Hb) (> 0.05), white blood cell (WBC) count and monocyte level were significantly affected (P = 0.040 and P = 0.020, respectively). In case of serum biochemical parameters, a significant increase and decrease were observed in serum total protein (P = 0.040) and cholesterol level (P = 0.000), respectively. Also, lysozyme level was significantly increased following administration of Vitacel® in diet (P = 0.006). Histomorphological evaluations revealed that villus length (P = 0.004) and tunica muscularis thickness (P = 0.000) were significantly higher in fermentable fibre (Vitacel®)‐fed fish. These results indicate that fermentable fibre can be considered as a dietary supplement for improving the health status and performance of rainbow trout.  相似文献

Two consecutive feeding trials were used to examine optimum dietary protein to metabolizable energy (P:ME) and ME needs of juvenile rainbow trout fed semipurified diets supplemented with 2.0 mg 17α-methyltestosterone (MT)/kg of dry ingredients. In trial 1, five diets containing 80,100, 120, 140, and 160 mg protein/kcal ME of dry diet at a constant 390 kcal ME/100 g of dry diet were used. In trial 2, four diets were prepared with 300, 340, 370, and 390 kcal dietary ME at a P:ME ratio of 100. Diets were prepared with and without MT and fed for 8 weeks to 5.4 g initial weight fish in trial 1 and 3.7 g initial weight fish in trial 2. Proximate composition of the whole body (WB) and empty carcass (EC = an eviscerated whole body) of fish was measured at the end of both trials. In trial 1, maximum efficient protein gain (MEPG) values of MT treated fish were correspondingly higher than the values obtained for controls at all dietary P:ME ratios fed except for those fish fed at a P:ME ratio of 80. The optimum P:ME ratio for MT treated fish was 100 and for control fish was 120. In trial 2, all MT treated fish fed diets containing 340 kcal ME/100 g and above had a higher MEPG value than all control fish. The diet containing an ME level of 340 kcal was considered optimum for growth of MT treated fish fed a dietary P:ME ratio of 100. MT treatment increased EC, but did not change WB fat content of fish in both trials.  相似文献
