5年生白桦杂种子代多点稳定性分析及优良家系选择

本文以10个白桦杂种子代家系为材料,分别在辉南、凌海、丹东等3个试验点营造子代测定林,对5年生白桦树高和胸径等性状进行多地点联合分析。结果表明:树高性状在各地点间和各家系间以及家系与地点的交互作用上均达到差异显著水平(P0.05);胸径仅在地点间达到显著水平(P0.05)。辉南试验点生长较好的有201、203、204、316、318等家系;凌海试验点生长较好的有201、202、314、316、318、319等家系;丹东试验点生长较好的有202、315、318、319等家系。采用AMMI模型对参试家系的树高性状进行稳定性评价,结果显示: 203、204、318、319、316属于高产稳产型家系;201、202属于高产非稳产型家系;320、315属于低产稳产型家系;314属于低产非稳产型家系。      

Drug discovery: a historical perspective

Driven by chemistry but increasingly guided by pharmacology and the clinical sciences, drug research has contributed more to the progress of medicine during the past century than any other scientific factor. The advent of molecular biology and, in particular, of genomic sciences is having a deep impact on drug discovery. Recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies have greatly enriched our therapeutic armamentarium. Genome sciences, combined with bioinformatic tools, allow us to dissect the genetic basis of multifactorial diseases and to determine the most suitable points of attack for future medicines, thereby increasing the number of treatment options. The dramatic increase in the complexity of drug research is enforcing changes in the institutional basis of this interdisciplinary endeavor. The biotech industry is establishing itself as the discovery arm of the pharmaceutical industry. In bridging the gap between academia and large pharmaceutical companies, the biotech firms have been effective instruments of technology transfer.

泰州地区奶牛乳房炎主要致病菌的药敏试验及"乳乃康"体外抑菌试验

选用9类共14种药物对江苏泰州地区奶牛乳房炎主要致病菌进行药敏试验,采用牛津杯法和双倍试管稀释法对"乳乃康"的体外抑菌情况进行了观察.结果表明:头孢曲松钠和氯霉素类药物对葡萄球菌属致病菌表现出较好的抑菌效果,喹诺酮类、氯霉素类药物和复方新诺明对链球菌属致病菌表现出较好的抑菌效果,头孢曲松钠和喹诺酮类药物对大肠杆菌表现出较好的抑菌效果,对酵母菌各种抗生素均未有抑菌作用或抑菌作用不明显;"乳乃康"对葡萄球菌属、链球菌属、大肠杆菌、酵母菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为1 583.33、1 180、1 700、2 100 μg/mL,最低杀菌浓度(MBC)为2 033.33、1 633.33、2 000 μg/mL和无杀菌作用,对链球菌属病原菌表现出较好的抑菌杀菌效果.

With distenisible arterial anrastomoses, aultografted an, d allografted Ilunzgs vasodilate niormzally with inicreased flow and cani sutstaini dogs whose contralateral pulmonary artery is ligated imumediately after lutng transplanitation.     

Solar neutrinos: proposal for a new test

The predicted flux on the earth of solar neutrinos has eluded detection, confounding current ideas of solar energy production by nuclear fusion. The dominant low-energy component of that flux can be detected by mass-spectrometric assay of the induced tiny concentration of 1.6 x 10(7) year lead-205 in old thallium minerals. Comments are solicited from those in all relevant disciplines.     

福龙两优863试验示范表现及高产栽培技术

分析了福建省龙岩市农科所选育的两系晚籼杂交稻新品种福龙两优863(闽审稻2011F01)在上杭县5年试验示范表现。结果显示,福龙两优863具有优质高产、熟期适中、功能叶寿命长、抗逆性强、适应性广等优势性状。本文还总结了福龙两优863的主要高产栽培技术。     

Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase: high activity in a mammalian photoreceptor

Purified outer segments of bovine rods exhibit phosphodiesterase activity against adenosine and guanosine cyclic 3',5'-monophosphates (cyclic AMP and cyclic GMP). The enzyme hydrolyzed cyclic GMP more rapidly than cyclic AMP at low substrate concentrations. The presence of high phosphodiesterase activity in this highly specialized organelle suggests that this enzyme may function in control of cyclic nucleotide concentration during visual excitation or adaptation.     

Discrimination of successiveness: a test of a model of attention

Interpreting attention as a periodic phenomenon, we show its relevance to discriminating the successiveness of signals presented to separate sense modalities. Experiments confirm the expected linear relation between the probability of discriminating pairs of successive from pairs of simultaneous signals and make it possible to infer the period of attention.     

Coexistence of sparrows: a test of community theory

A study of the coexistence of sparrows in grassland and woodland habitats of the Research Ranch in southeastern Arizona supports the predictability of current community theory. For each of the habitats studied, the production of seeds and the abundance of seed-eating, winter-resident sparrows were measured. The theory correctly predicts the number of species supported in each of the habitats. In both cases for which the prediction is that only one species could be supported, the theory correctly predicts which species should be present.     

Serial errors in human learning: a test of the McCrary-Hunter hypothesis

An experiment was conducted on 120 human subjects to test the hypothesis that the probability distribution of serial errors is an invariant property of rote memorization. Contrary to the hypothesis, the relative difficulty function was significantly affected by ability to learn. There was a systematic tendency (p < .05) for fast learners to commit proportionately more errors in the middle of the sequence.
