皂苷被认为是植物抵抗病原真菌侵袭的防御物质,具有抗真菌活性.许多成功侵染植物的真菌通过产生皂苷解毒酶水解皂苷糖链上的糖残基,解除皂苷的毒性.本文研究了人参锈腐病菌毁灭柱孢菌Cylindrocarpon destructans和非人参病原菌构巢曲霉菌Aspergillus nidulans降解人参皂苷的能力.结果显示,毁灭柱孢菌能够产生胞外糖苷酶,水解二醇型人参皂苷Rb1、Rb2、Rc和Rd的C-3位和C-20位末端单糖,产生四种主要产物:绞股蓝皂苷XVII(G-XVII)、C-O、Mb和人参皂苷F2,而构巢曲霉菌只能将人参皂苷Rb1降解为Rd,不能降解其它的人参皂苷.这些结果说明,人参皂苷降解酶在毁灭柱孢菌的致病过程中可能发挥了重要作用.  相似文献

In a survey carried out in 1984, isolates of the eyespot fungus, Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides , from cereals in the UK, Denmark and West Germany were tested in vitro for sensitivity to the fungicide prochloraz. Of 194 isolates tested, 191 showed no growth on agar amended with prochloraz at 2 μg/ml or more. The mean concentration of prochloraz calculated to inhibit colony growth by 50% (IG50) was 0 44+0−010 μg/ml. The three isolates that grew at 2 μg/ml displayed weak colony development and were clearly disrupted by the presence of the fungicide. R-type isolates appeared more sensitive to prochloraz than W-type isolates. Comparisons with similar data for isolates obtained from other years revealed no consistent change with time in sensitivity to prochloraz.  相似文献

以5种黄瓜主要病原菌作为诱导抗病因子,研究其对黄瓜主要病害的作用,结果发现黄瓜经病原菌诱导后,可以产生对诱导病原菌及其它病原菌引起病害的交互保护作用,并且诱导的交互保护作用与诱导浓度、诱导间隔期、不同品种存在相关性.诱导效果不随诱导接种浓度的升高而升高.在黑星病菌对霜霉病菌的诱导作用中,以浓度为1×102个/ml的黑星病菌孢子悬浮液的诱导效果最好,诱导间隔期为48h黄瓜黑星病菌对霜霉病的交互保护作用最明显,抗性品种的交互保护作用明显好于感病品种;炭疽病菌可诱导黄瓜有效抑制褐斑病的发生,但挑战接种褐斑病菌后,却促进了炭疽病的发生.诱导接种炭疽病菌后再挑战接种褐斑病菌12d,对褐斑病的防效为92.07%.  相似文献

The efficacy of cymoxanil, Pulsan (oxadixyl + mancozeb + cymoxanil, 1:7:0.4) and Sandocur-M (oxadixyl + mancozeb + cymoxanil, 1:7:2) in controlling late blight was examined in potatoes (cv. ‘Alpha’). Nine oxadixyl-sensitive and seven oxadixyl-resistant isolates ofPhytophthora infestons from six countries were tested. ED90 values of cymoxanil ranged between 64 and 467 mg a.i./l. No relationship was observed between sensitivity to cymoxanil and sensitivity to oxadixyl. Isolate S6A (1305) from California was the most sensitive to cymoxanil (ED90 = 64 mg/l), whereas isolate R11 from Israel was the least sensitive (ED90 = 467 mg/l). Most isolates from Israel were less sensitive (ED90 = 151–467 mg/l) than isolates from Switzerland, the Netherlands, Ireland, Mexico or California (ED90 = 64–152 mg/l). Three-way mixtures of cymoxanil with mancozeb and oxadixyl were more inhibitory than cymoxanil alone, regardless of the isolate. Sandocur-M was, for most isolates, more effective than Pulsan. The correlation coefficient between sensitivity to cymoxanil and sensitivity to Sandocur-M was 0.67, while that between cymoxanil and Pulsan was 0.76.  相似文献

The sensitivity of Venturia inaequalis to trifloxystrobin was monitored by both in vitro (spore germination) and in vivo tests (on apple seedlings). There was good correlation between the in vitro and in vivo results. Baseline sensitivity was established with 95 bulk isolates from Europe between 1995 and 1998 which showed a narrow sensitivity range-factor of up to 17 between the least and most sensitive isolates. Monitoring of populations originating from trifloxystrobin-treated and untreated orchards between 1995 and 1999 showed only sensitive isolates and no performance deficiencies were reported. Data also show that trifloxystrobin is not cross-resistant to anilinopyrimidines and triazoles, but is cross-resistant to kresoxim-methyl, another strobilurin which also inhibits the cytochrome bc1 enzyme complex at the Qo-site in the respiration chain of fungal mitochondria (QoI inhibitors). Under experimental conditions from a specific trial site in Switzerland, where trifloxystrobin has been tested since 1994, isolates containing conidia resistant to Qo inhibitors were detected in 1997 and 1999. However no obvious performance deficiencies were reported. Nevertheless these results demonstrate a risk for the development of practical resistance in V inaequalis to Qo inhibitors and therefore a need to apply resistance management principles strictly.  相似文献

Grain quality after harvest is influenced by a wide variety of abiotic and biotic factors and has been studied as a stored grain ecosystem. Important factors include grain and contaminant mould respiration, insects and mites, and the key environmental factors of water availability and temperature. Interactions between these factors influence the dominance of fungi, particularly mycotoxigenic species. Studies have shown that growth, mycotoxin production, competitiveness and niche occupation by mycotoxigenic species are influenced by the presence of other contaminant moulds and environmental factors. This has been demonstrated for both Fusarium culmorum and deoxynivalenol production, Aspergillus ochraceus/Penicillium verruscosum and ochratoxin production and Fusarium section Liseola and fumonisin production. Interactions between mycotoxigenic spoilage fungi and insects do occur but have not been studied thoroughly. Some insects disseminate mycotoxigenic species, others are known to use spoilage moulds as a food source, while others avoid certain fungal species. Thus, a more holistic ecological view is needed when considering management approaches to long-term-safe storage of cereal grains after harvest.  相似文献

Sensitivity of Fusarium moniliforme Isolates to Ipconazole   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
To estimate the sensitivity of Fusarium moniliforme to ipconazole, a sterol biosynthesis inhibitor (SBI), minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) were determined for isolates which were collected before the launch of ipconazole as a rice seed disinfectant. Research institutes from various prefectures in Japan supplied 211 isolates (group I) from their collections, and 84 isolates (group II) were isolated from rice paddy fields in Iwaki, Fukushima Prefecture. In group I, the MIC ranged from 0.10 to 6.25 μg/ml with a peak at 0.39 μg/ml. In group II, MIC values had the same range as group I, but the main peak was at 0.20 μg/ml. Ipconazole sensitivity did not differ significantly among groups I and II. Though the ranges of MIC values for ipconazole, pefurazoate and triflumizole were different in 60 isolates randomly chosen from group I, positive correlations were observed in their sensitivities to SBIs, suggesting a common mechanism in F. moniliforme for lowering sensitivities to SBIs. Among the 14 isolates tested, isolates with MIC values lower than 0.78 μg/ml for ipconazole were pathogenic to rice seedlings, and all the isolates with MIC values higher than or equal to 1.56 μg/ml were not pathogenic in the nursery test. Good protection against isolates causing “Bakanae” disease was obtained by dipping seeds for 24 hr in ipconazole. The pathogenic isolates can be controlled by the seed treatment with the practical dosage of ipconazole because of the adequate margin between the highest MIC value for the pathogenic isolates and the treatment concentration. In addition, the low or lack of pathogenicity of the isolates less sensitive to ipconazole may also contribute to the stable efficacy of ipconazole. Of 14 fungicides with different modes of action, cyproconazole and tolclofos-methyl were generally inhibitory both in vitro and in vivo against all tested isolates of five Rhizoctonia species belonging to the teleomorphs Thanatephorus cucumeris, Waitea circinata or Ceratobasidium cereale. Triadimenol and carboxin provided considerable variation in activity against different species and isolates, whereas prochloraz was ineffective against all isolates. Imazalil and fenarimol showed moderate control, whereas flusilazole, propiconazole, fenpropimorph and benomyl showed strong activity against R. zeae and R. oryzae, but were much less effective against R. sasakii, R. cerealis and R. solani. Benodanil and iprodione controlled all isolates of R. cerealis and R. solani, but were not very effective against R. zeae and R. oryzae. Pencycuron showed strong activity against R. sasakii and most R. solani isolates, moderate activity against R. zeae, and was ineffective against R. oryzae and R. cerealis.  相似文献

柑橘链格孢褐斑病(Alternaria brown spot,ABS)是新近在我国局部地区新发现的病害。本研究以来自我国各褐斑病发生区的54个代表菌株为群体,应用刃天青(RZ)显色法测定病菌群体对异菌脲和嘧菌环胺的敏感性。结果表明,该病菌种群孢子萌发对2种药剂均表现敏感,尚未发现抗药性菌株,平均EC50分别为0.616 6μg/m L和0.030 4μg/m L。对于异菌脲,广西和浙江菌株较不敏感;对于嘧菌环胺,所有菌株均非常敏感,且敏感性与菌株的地理来源无关。  相似文献

The sensitivity of 282 isolates ofSeptoria nodorum was tested on prochloraz, propiconazole and guazatine, and of 129 isolates ofDrechslera teres on prochloraz, propiconazole, imazalil and triadimefon. There was a great variation in sensitivity between isolates particularly at relatively low concentrations of the fungicides. However, none of the isolates was considered resistant towards the sterol biosynthesis inhibitors tested. Some isolates ofS. nodorum grew on concentrations of guazatine that may present difficulties in controlling them under practical conditions.Samenvatting Isolaten vanSeptoria nodorum (n=282) werden getoetst op gevoeligheid voor prochloraz, propiconazool en guazatine en vanDrechslera teres (n=129) voor prochloraz, propiconazool, imazalil en triadimefon. Er waren grote verschillen in de gevoeligheid van de isolaten, in het bijzonder bij lage concentraties van de fungiciden. Geen van de isolaten kan echter als resistent tegen sterolbiosynthese-remmers worden opgevat. Het feit, dat sommige van de isolaten vanS. nodorum zich ontwikkelden op media die hoge concentraties guazatine bevatten, kan echter duiden op moeilijkheden bij de bestrijding onder praktische omstandigheden.  相似文献

灰霉病是葡萄生产上的重要病害之一,严重影响葡萄果实的品质和产量。为明确葡萄灰霉病菌对四霉素和啶酰菌胺的敏感性,本研究分别采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法测定了四霉素和啶酰菌胺对采自云南省宾川县、湖北省武汉市和辽宁省北镇市60株葡萄灰霉病菌的有效抑制中浓度EC50,建立了敏感性基线,并分析了二者之间的交互抗性。结果显示,葡萄灰霉病菌对四霉素和啶酰菌胺的敏感基线分别为0.245和1.115 μg/mL;上述葡萄灰霉病菌均对四霉素敏感,而11.7%的菌株表现为啶酰菌胺抗性。并且四霉素与啶酰菌胺之间不存在交互抗性(r=-0.040,P>0.05)。因此,四霉素可作为防治葡萄灰霉病的候选药剂,研究结果对两种杀菌剂的科学使用以及葡萄灰霉病的可持续防控具有重要的理论和实践意义。  相似文献

Carnation cultivars with different levels of partial resistance were inoculated with race 2 of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. dianthi and monitored for accumulation of host phytoalexins, fungal escape from compartmentalization, production of fungal pectin-degrading enzymes and development of external disease symptoms. Accumulation of phytoalexins, assessed after 10 days in the first 5 cm above the inoculation site, was weakly (methoxydianthramide S) or not (hydroxydianthalexin B) correlated with resistance levels after 12 weeks. Fungal escape from compartmentalization, assessed after 3 weeks as percentages colonized plants at 8 cm above the inoculation site, was highly correlated with expression of susceptibility after 12 weeks. Polygalacturonase (PG) activity, assessed after 4 weeks in the first 5 cm above the inoculation site, was highly correlated to final disease development. Linear increases in disease severity were accompanied by quadratic increases in PG activity. In contrast to water-treated plants, that lacked any PG activity, inoculated plants contained two main groups of fungal PGs, the dominant forms of which had estimated pI values of 7.0 and minimally 9.5, respectively. Compared to those of the first group, enzymes of the second group were produced only in trace amounts in liquid media containing pectin or polygalacturonate as sole source of carbon. On these media, the fungus also produced a pectin methyl esterase (PME) with an estimated pI of 9.3. Besides PMEs of host origin, inoculated plants of susceptible cultivars contained the fungal PME while no more than traces were found in resistant ones.Assessment of phytoalexin production by the host during defense responses cannot replace monitoring of external symptoms as a resistance test. Assessment of fungal growth, whether by reisolations above the compartmentalization area or by measurement of PG activity, provides a both rapid and reliable prediction of disease development.  相似文献

果斑病菌两个亚群的143个菌株继代培养10代后,通过平板画线法对各菌株的硫酸铜敏感性检测结果表明:在硫酸铜浓度为300 μg/mL(1.88 mmol/L)时只有一株菌株表现敏感,在浓度达到750 μg/mL(4.69 mmol/L)时所有菌株均表现敏感;浓度为450~650 μg/mL (2.81~4.06 mmol/L)时分离自甜瓜的敏感菌株所占比率显著低于西瓜菌株;继代培养后所有菌株的硫酸铜敏感性没有改变,证实果斑病菌具有稳定的抗铜性。  相似文献

为明确辣椒根腐病致病菌腐皮镰孢Fusarium solani对咯菌腈的抗性风险,采用菌丝生长速率法测定了采自未使用过咯菌腈的5个省份的102株腐皮镰孢对咯菌腈的敏感性。结果表明:咯菌腈对102株腐皮镰孢的EC50范围为0.029 0~0.183 4 mg/L,平均EC50为(0.106 2±0.031 5)mg/L,敏感性频率分布为连续单峰曲线,所以可将其作为供试5个省份腐皮镰孢对咯菌腈的敏感基线。通过药剂驯化和紫外诱导并结合抗性遗传稳定性最终共获得4株腐皮镰孢抗咯菌腈突变体,抗性水平在6.94~32.43倍之间,突变频率分别为3.51×10-4(SDWF1914-Y336和SDWF1914-Y017)和7.41×10-9(SDWF1914-ZR717和JSXZ1906-ZR496)。腐皮镰孢抗咯菌腈突变体生物学性状的研究表明,抗性突变体在菌丝生长速率、产孢量与致病力方面与亲本菌株不存在显著差异。交互抗性测定结果显示,腐皮镰孢对咯菌腈与嘧菌酯、醚菌酯、多菌灵和福美双均无交互抗性。结果表明,供试腐皮镰...  相似文献

The ability of eight isolates of Botrytis cinerea to degrade the stilbene phytoalexins, resveratrol and pterostilbene, was compared with their pathogenicity to grapevines. All strains which degraded resveratrol and pterostilbene were highly or moderately pathogenic to in vitro cultures of grapevines ( Vitis rupestris ) after inoculation with agar disks containing mycelium, while those which were unable to degrade phytoalexins were non-pathogenic. In all cases, the hydroxystilbene-degrading activity was related to the presence of laccase activity in the culture filtrates, as shown by using syringaldazine as substrate. The role of laccase-mediated degradation of phytoalexins in relation to pathogenicity of B. cinerea to grapevines in discussed.  相似文献

日本看麦娘对几种除草剂的敏感性测定   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
用7.5%啶磺草胺WG、6.9%精口恶唑禾草灵ME等除草剂于小麦苗期、日本看麦娘2~4叶期在两地进行喷施,进行药效对比试验。结果表明,7.5%啶磺草胺WG 234.375 g/hm2+助剂(2 250 g/hm2)防效最好,药后60 d鲜重防效达99%左右。而6.9%精口恶唑禾草灵ME 207 g/hm2在大柏店乡药后60 d鲜重防效低于90%,在杨店乡药后90 d鲜重防效低于50%,说明这两处尤其是杨店乡的日本看麦娘可能已对乙酰辅酶A羧化酶类除草剂产生了抗性。  相似文献
