外生菌根菌对巨桉人工林土壤理化性质的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
该文调查了四川乐山沙湾、眉山丹棱巨桉人工林下外生菌根菌土,测定了土壤养分情况。结果表明:两地所采集的菌根土的理化指标与对照相比有明显变化,样地Ⅰ菌根土pH值显著高于对照土,有机质含量与对照相比并不显著,样地ⅡpH值显著低于对照,而有机质含量明显高于对照;两样地菌根土的全N、水解N、全P和有效P含量均显著高于对照;大孢硬皮马勃的菌根土全K含量与对照相比并不显著,彩色豆马勃和马勃状硬皮马勃的菌根土全K含量均显著低于对照(P〈0.05);样地Ⅰ菌根土速效K含量与对照差异不显著,样地Ⅱ菌根土速效K含量显著低于对照。由此可见,巨桉外生菌根真菌对提高巨桉人工林的土壤肥力,维护人工林地力具有一定作用。  相似文献

To explore the effects of plant hormones levels excreted by ectomycorrhizal (ECM) fungi on the growth of poplars, Populus × euramericana cv. NL-895 seedlings were inoculated with nine species of ECM fungi. We investigated the status of ectomycorrhizal formation and the effects of these fungi on poplar growth, and using the HPLC method, we measured the contents of four kinds of plant hormones, indole acetic acid (IAA), zeatin (Z), gibberellin (GA) and abscisic acid (ABA) in both the culture filtrate and the mycelium of these fungi. The results showed that the effects of nine ECM fungi on the growth of poplar NL-895 varied. The inoculated seedlings, whether or not obvious mycorrhizas were developed, grew better than those non-inoculated ones. All nine ectomycorrhizal fungi excreted the four plant hormones, but at different levels. The hormone contents in culture filtrate were higher than that in mycelium, which showed a definite relationship with poplar growth. Significantly, correlation analysis suggested the height and stem diameter of the poplar were positively correlated with zeatin contents in the mycelium, and were negatively correlated with the levels of ABA or IAA in the mycelium. __________ Translated from Scientia Silvae Sinicae, 2008, 44(7): 43–49 [译自:林业科学]  相似文献

为了研究外生菌根真菌对宿主植物黑松幼苗耐盐性的影响,采用盆栽实验,将成功侵染菌种土生空团菌(Cg)、紫晶蜡蘑(La)的黑松幼苗移栽于盐渍土壤中,培育3个月后,测定相关生理指标。结果表明:1)与非菌根化幼苗相比,接种菌根真菌Cg和La显著提高了针叶叶绿素a(由0.78 mg/g FW增加到1.27 mg/g FW和1.47 mg/g FW)和叶绿素b(由0.28 mg/g FW增加到0.40 mg/g FW和0.43 mg/g FW)的含量,增加了宿主体内脯氨酸含量(地上部:La> Cg> NM;地下部:La> Cg> NM),增强了K^+的吸收、转运,有效地维持(Cg菌种)或是降低(La菌种)了宿主地上部分Na^+/K^+的比值;显著(P <0.05)降低了宿主幼苗地下部的Na^+/K^+比值(由0.70降低到0.47和0.64)。2)外生菌根真菌有利于松树幼苗的生长,提高了其耐盐性,但因菌种而异(La> Cg)。深入研究不同菌种对不同宿主植物耐盐性的影响,将会成为后续菌根技术研究的一个重要方向,为沿海滩涂盐碱地的植被恢复提供理论依据及技术支持。  相似文献

The effect of three levels of fertilizer on thegrowth of three species of containerized-grownconifer seedlings (Pinus contorta, Picea glauca, and Picea mariana) and twospecies of bare-root conifer seedlings (Pinus sylvestris and Larix sibirica),and on the colonization of these seedlings bysix species of ectomycorrhizal fungi (Hebeloma longicaudum, Laccaria bicolor,Paxillus involutus, Pisolithustinctorius, Rhizopogon vinicolor andSuillus tomentosus), was studied. Thegrowth of the seedlings in both container-grownand bare-root nurseries increased as the levelsof fertilizer increased. For better seedlinggrowth and environmental quality it may be possible to reduce the level of fertilizers in commercial nurseries upto 33% by using selected mycorrhizal fungi.Ectomycorrhizal colonization in all seedlingswas not affected by fertilizer levels. Hebeloma longicaudum, L. bicolor, P.involutus, and P. tinctorius formedwell-developed ectomycorrhizae, whereasectomycorrhizal development by R.vinicolor and S. tomentosus was poor.Native mycorrhizal fungi colonizednon-inoculated control seedlings; however,their colonization was always lower than withinoculated fungi.  相似文献

为提高轻基质营养包樟子松和油松幼苗的出棚成活率以及对恶劣环境的适应能力,有效的增强其抗逆性,人工接种外生菌根真菌技术可以有效解决以上难题.用实验室生产的褐环乳牛肝菌优良菌株Suillus luteus SP4,SP7,SP8以及SP4、SP7、SP8的混合液体菌液,应用蘸根的方法对1年生轻基质营养包樟子松幼苗和1年生轻基质营养包油松幼苗进行接种,试验结果表明,SP4、SP7、SP8的混合液体菌剂接种两种幼苗的菌根侵染效果好于单独使用一种菌剂侵染,且接种油松幼苗的效果好于樟子松幼苗;相应的用SP4、SP7、SP8的混合液体菌剂接种的樟子松幼苗和油松幼苗的生长指标提高幅度最大.  相似文献

A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of nitrogen content [N1(no fertilizer), N2(0.15 g?kg–1), and N3(0.3 g?kg–1)] on the growth and the hydraulic characteristics of peach seedlings under different soil moisture conditions(W1, W2 and W3, in which the soil water content was 45% to 55%, 60% to 70%, and 75% to 80% of the field water capacity, respectively) by using a specialized high pressure flow meter with a root chamber and a coupling, which was connected to plant organs. Leaf area and leaf hydraulic conductivity(KL) increased significantly in the seedlings because of increased soil moisture and N content. KL increased with leaf area. A linear correlation was documented between KL and leaf area. KL was higher in the morning and began to decline sharply after 16:00, at which KL declined after an initial increase. Soil moisture and N content enhanced shoot(Ks) and root(Kr) hydraulic conductivities, thereby improving the low soil moisture condition to a large extent. Ks and Kr of the seedlings were reduced by 32% and 27% respectively in N1, and by 14.7% and 9.4%, respectively in N2, and both in W1, compared with the control treatment. N3 had no significant effect on Ks and Kr under similar conditions. Linear negative correlations were observed between Kr and the excised root diameter as well as between Ks and the shoot stem diameter. The shoot-to-root ratio increased with increase in N content. The shoot-to-root ratio in N3 was increased by 14.37%, compared with N1 in W1 as well as by 12% and 4.39% in W2 and W3, respectively. Knowledge of the effects of soil moisture and N fertilizer on hydraulic characteristics and growth is important. Our results provide basic guidelines for the implementation of water-saving irrigation and fertilization management of nursery stock.  相似文献

从6个蓖麻品种中选取4个发芽率较高的品种,进行正交试验设计研究不同蓖麻品种在不同湿度下的生长状况。结果表明,晋蓖2号在高湿度(95%)与低湿度(65%)的条件下,均具有较好的高与地径生长。而汾蓖7号在低湿度(65%)的条件下,植株地径与高生长较好。在所试验的4个蓖麻品种中,低湿度条件有利于地径的生长。  相似文献

对湘中丘陵区水田、旱地、农田、撂荒地和林地5种土地利用方式下土壤碳氮含量垂直分布特征进行比较分析。结果表明:5种土地利用方式下,土壤有机碳含量的空间垂直分布基本随着土层深度的增加而降低,水田的土壤全氮、有机碳平均含量、土壤容重均值均高于旱地土壤,水田土壤全氮含量、有机碳含量、土壤容重分别为2.03%、3.89 g/kg、1.20 g/cm~3;农田土壤的有机碳、全氮含量、碳氮比均高于撂荒地土壤的;水田转化为林地后,土壤全氮含量和有机碳含量分别比水田土壤低212.00%和80.80%,而土壤容重比水田的高7.69%,但林地土壤的容重高于农田;农田撂荒后,土壤的全氮含量变化规律呈现随土层深度增加而减少的趋势,最高值出现在0~5 cm土层,为0.314%,最低值出现在30~35 cm土层,为0.052%。  相似文献

通过对4个兰花菌根真菌菌株生理学培养特征的试验分析,选择菌株培养的最适pH值、温度、氮源和碳源,优化其培养体系.结果表明,4个菌根真菌菌株的最适培养条件具有差异性,3个菌株在pH为5的培养基中生长最佳,而菌株LH94则在pH为7时菌丝生物量最大;3个菌株在25℃下生长最好,而LH53的最适生长温度为20℃;仅菌株LH52在硝态氮中生长更好,其余均偏好有机氮;所有菌株均适合以可溶性糖尤其是单糖作为培养基氮源.  相似文献

To understand how coexisting temperate tree species react to nitrogen (N) addition, seedlings of two coexisting species, Phellodendron amurense Rupr. and Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr. were transplanted to a controlled environment. Seedlings were then planted in two competition scenarios, control and mixed, and then subjected to four N addition treatments. The seedling growth parameters and competition effect were monitored and analyzed. The height and stem-base diameter showed a positive response to the N addition in all competition scenarios except for mixed P. amurense, which responded negatively. Chlorophyll content of the seedlings showed a positive relationship to N addition while the chlorophyll a/b showed a complex trend. The addition of N showed a positive relationship to the competition effect of diameter growth in both species and height growth in P. amurense. These results indicate that F. mandshurica may be more sensitive to N addition and could benefit more from N addition than P. amurense. With an increasing N input from the atmosphere, forests may be more suitable for F. mandshurica reducing the abundance of P. amurense.  相似文献

The effects of the arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungus Glomus mosseae on plant growth, leaf solutes and root absorption area of trifoliate orange (Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.) seedlings were studied in potted culture under water stress conditions. Inoculation with G. mosseae increased plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, shoot dry weight, root dry weight and plant dry weight, when the soil water content was 20%, 16% and 12%. AM inoculation also promoted the active and total absorption area of root system and absorption of phosphorus from the rhizosphere, enhanced the content of soluble sugar in leaves and roots, and reduced proline content in leaves. AM seedings had higher plant water use efficiency and higher drought tolerance than non-AM seedlings. Effects of G. mosseae inoculation on trifoliate orange seedlings under 20% and 16% soil water content were more significant than under 12% soil water content. AM infection was severely restrained by 12% soil water content. Thus, effects of AM fungi on plants were probably positively related to the extent of root colonization by AM fungi. Lignin has been hypothesized to be the primary mechanism of resistance to fungal pathogens in plant tissue. Degradation of lignin and cellulose by Armillaria ostoyae cultured for six weeks in Melin-Norkrans medium containing various nitrogen and carbon sources was measured radiometrically. No consistent pattern of lignin or cellulose degradation was found, regardless of A. ostoyae isolate, nitrogen source and concentration, or carbon concentration. More lignin was degraded as the concentration of glucose and fructose increased but not when the concentration of sucrose increased.  相似文献

以马尾松人工林及林下灌木短柱茶为研究对象,采用根系分泌物原位收集法,分析凋落物处理[对照(保持原状凋落物不变,CK)、去除凋落物(LR)、添加凋落物(LA)]对两树种根系分泌物碳输入速率、根际土壤氮含量和氮转化相关酶活性的影响,并分析其相关关系。结果表明:凋落物输入量变化对马尾松和短柱茶根系分泌物碳输入速率无显著影响。同一凋落物处理下,马尾松和短柱茶根系分泌物碳输入速率无显著差异。凋落物输入量变化不显著影响根际土壤氮含量及马尾松根际土壤脲酶、羟胺还原酶、硝酸还原酶和亚硝酸还原酶活性,短柱茶根际土壤硝酸还原酶活性表现为去除凋落物处理显著大于对照,其余氮转化相关酶活性未表现出显著差异。可能是凋落物处理时间较短,凋落物未完全分解或者是林分年龄较大有关。相关关系结果表明,单位根长根系分泌物碳输入速率与根际土壤全氮(TN)含量呈显著负相关关系,单位根表面积根系分泌物碳输入速率与根际土壤硝态氮含量(NO-3-N)含量呈显著负相关关系。表明根系分泌物碳输入与根际土壤氮素相互影响。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Two leguminous plant species: Retama monosperma and Acacia gummifera were selected for water deficit tolerance test for future use in reforestation programs of the Atlantic sand dunes forest of Essaouira region. Mycorrhizal fungal colonization was used to help plants amend the water deficit. To assess R. monosperma and A. gummifera response to water stress and the effectiveness of mycorrhizal formation alleviating it, two categories for each plant species were made, one inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi and the other not, were submitted to a hydric deficit treatment of four levels for 6 months. This treatment impact on the plants was assessed by comparing root/shoot dry weight ratios, levels of nitrogen and phosphorus, and by measuring mycorrhizal colonization frequencies and intensities. Results showed that these parameters were significantly affected by water deficit. The presence of the mycorrhizal fungi had significantly enhanced plants phosphorus uptake by 72–124% for Acacia gummifera and 87–161% for Retama monosperma. Nitrogen uptake was increased by 134–388% for Retama monosperma and 510–901% for Acacia gummifera. The colonization frequencies changed significantly only for the treatment extreme level and stayed between 80%-90% for the other levels. The mycorrhization intensities showed significant lessening between each treatment level decreasing from 35% to 10%.  相似文献

通过非灭菌土盆栽接种试验,观察了Glomus mosseae(GM)、G.intraradices(GI)、G.aggregatum(GA)和G.atunicatum(GE)4种AM真菌对油桐幼苗生长和氮磷吸收的影响,结果表明接种GM、GI和GE后菌根侵染率显著提高,侵染率分别为77.4%、92.3%和96.7%,比对照分别提高20.4%、43.5%、50.4%。接种GA与对照无显著差异;接种GM和GI后植株的干质量增加,而接种GA和GE对全株及各器官干质量影响不明显;接种4种真菌对油桐幼苗的氮素营养影响不大;接种GM、GI和GE显著提高了根部磷含量。综合考虑,接种GM效果最好。  相似文献

沼液是沼气发酵过后的液体残留物,是一种优质的有机肥料。研究了不同沼液施肥对杨树林地土壤微生物量碳氮的影响。结果表明:施用沼液可以提高土壤微生物量碳、氮的含量,微生物量碳、氮含量增加范围分别为4.29%~61.62%和6.08%~76.10%,土壤微生物量碳氮含量随沼液施用量增加逐渐提高。土壤微生物量碳氮呈正相关。土壤微生物量碳氮比随沼液施用量增加逐渐下降,其变化范围为9.92~10.81,土壤微生物量碳氮比与微生物量碳、氮含量负相关。  相似文献

The unique forest ecosystems investigated were created on the place of natural steppe biogeocoenoses 60?years ago. The aim of the study was to elucidate the effect of plant species on the formation of organic C and N stocks in soils and to estimate nitrogen availability for artificial wood plantation. For this purpose, 290 soil samples were taken from four forest monocultures (Quercus robur L., Pinus sylvestris L., Cotinus coggygria Scop., and Acer tataricum L.) and from virgin steppe ecosystem. The amounts and stocks of organic C, total and readily nitrified N, and seasonal dynamics of NO3 ? and NH4 + ions activities were determined. It was shown that the species composition of the stands influenced the stock of organic C and N in soils. The storages of C and total N differed by 74 and 4.4?Mg/ha?1, respectively, in the litter and upper horizons (0–40-cm layer) in the stands studied. The differences in distribution of stocks of these elements in virgin steppe and artificial forest ecosystems were found. Organic C and N stocks increased 1.6–6.6 times in the forest litter compared to the steppe one, while in 5–40-cm layer, the storages of C and N decreased by 20–35% compared to the virgin soil. The impact of litter on total N content in arid climate was limited in 0–5-cm layer. The deficit of mineral N compounds was observed in autumn in soil with low stock of total N.  相似文献

为了提高木本蔬菜香椿的产量和质量,以湖南省湘乡市湘之椿农作物有限公司的矮化香椿为试验材料,施用不同浓度的磷酸二氢钾(KH_2PO_4)叶面肥,然后对香椿地径、老叶长度、小叶长度、小叶数量及叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、氮(N)、磷(P)、钾(K)等指标进行了测定与分析。结果表明:施用不同浓度的KH_2PO_4对香椿生长及营养成分促进作用明显,浓度在0.5%~1.5%之间的叶面肥处理均能显著提高香椿的地径、老叶长度、小叶长度和数量,各指标随施肥浓度的增加均呈先升后降的趋势,但当其浓度超过2.0%时,KH_2PO_4对香椿老叶生长有抑制作用;不同浓度的KH_2PO_4对于老叶叶片中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、N、P、K含量的提高均有显著效果。综合分析认为,浓度为1.0%的KH_2PO_4对香椿老叶叶片营养成分含量的提升效果最佳;KH_2PO_4处理下的香椿叶片中的N、P、K均呈现出显著正相关,且彼此之间存在一定增效作用。  相似文献
