A multi-object optimization model is proposed with respect to the completed vehicle in ergonomics,which takes the root-mean-square value of body in multiple work condition and the decoupled energy of engine mounting system as a general object. The optimization values is given. An example shows that the vibration of an automobile can be reduced effectively by choosing proper parameters of mounting system.Moreover, comfort of automobile can be improved.  相似文献

With the development of high-speed and high-power, the motorcycle vibration from engine become one of the major factors affecting the performances of motorcycle. Elastic suspension structure is adopted between the engine and frame for the vibration during the process of designing a certain type of motorcycle with 200 cc engine in some enterprise.Through optimization of the suspension system performance parameters, inherent frequency of suspension system keeping away from the activated frequency of engine in common use is essential. During a minibus's practical road driving and engine test rig test for vehicle and engine reliability, the phenomenon of generator compressor bracket fracture appears and leads the generator compressor crankshaft belt rupture. It seriously affects the vehicle's operation performance. The article carries through engine test rig test and analysis, using frequency and spectrum technology to identify the bad vibration source combining FEA. It also researches vibration's occurrence, formation, propaganda and fracture mechanism. Based on this, the authors put forward countermeasure, which improves the dynamic characteristic of the system, decreases the vibration intensity and avoides the fracture of bracket and belt.  相似文献

As a kind of complex power machinery, diesel engine is being paid more and more attention to its condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology. In the fault diagnosis field of diesel engine, the technique of signal process, character abstraction and identification method have formed a system, but there is a certain distance away from practical. This paper analyzes the common faults and influencing factor of diesel engine. The principle, characteristic and disadvantage of modern fault diagnosis technology, such as various time-frequency methods based on vibration signal, speed fluctuation method, iron content and spectrometry, grey system theoretical diagnosis method, artificial neural network and expert system fault diagnosis method, were reviewed. A multi rigid body dynamic model of an all terrain vehicle (ATV) is established in MSC.ADAMS. The model takes into consideration the body, suspension, frame and the steering system. According to the method of superposition of harmonic wave, a Grade B road file is created in ADAMS for the riding comfort test. The engine excitation is analyzed. The infliction for engine excitation to ADAMS is achieved. The ATV ride comfort simulation is carried out with the excitation of the engine, and the seat vibration is evaluated using an evaluation method programmed via MATLAB. The body is a key part of all terrain vehicles (ATV). Its dynamic characteristics greatly effect the vibration of the ATV assembly. Simulation and experimental methods are combined to analyze ATV body vibration characteristics. A computer aided design(CAD) model is built using UG4.0. A finite element method(FEM) model of an ATV body and a body with an engine are created using Hypermesh. The FEM model is imported to Msc.Nastran to calculate the free mode. The simulation model is verified by the experimental modal result. The results indicate that after the frame with engine, the first bending mode increases due to the engine increasing the body stiffness, while the first torsion mode decreases due to the engine mass. The effects on the dynamic response of the road and engine excitation are analyzed respectively. Vibration characteristic improvement methods and suggestions regarding the body are provided.  相似文献

Based on the analysis of experimental model, the vibrating experiment was made for the frame and engine of motorcycle in order to find the resonance frequency of the frame. Then the effect of engine exciting on the body vibration was analyzed, so that the mode frequency avoids the range of engine rotation speed. The experiment results show that the vibration of the saddle in vertical direction and the handlebar are caused by the resonance, while the vibrations of the other two directions of saddle and the pedal are the result of the transmission of engine energy. In order to decrease the transmission of the engine energy to pedals, we can change the stiff welding between the pedals and the frame of the motorcycle into the elastic link. Furthermore, to avoid the resonance of the frame in vertical direction, besides increase the stiffness of the frame, we can reduce the stiffness of the frame under the condition of having sufficient intensity, so that the nature frequency of the frame is reduced below the operating speed of the motorcycle engine.  相似文献

This paper studyies the method of controlling SC6360B's accelerated vehicle Exterior noise. First, the main noise is found, which is from engine compartment and from exhaust noise by the identification of vehicle noise resource. Second, this paper carris out the farther noise identification experiment on engine and the insert-loss experiment on the exhaust gas muffler. In the end, the authors make sure that the noise is mainly infected by direct leaked noise from engine compartment, radiation-noise caused by the vibration of engine accessories and loud exhaust noise because the muffler has dficient elimination . The corresponding methods has been adopted according to the analysis. Through the test, the noise is lowered 2.5 dBA than it was and reach the new requirement.  相似文献

因非道路车辆的特殊结构和成本限制,提出四缸柴油发动机中采用CVT刚性联接曲轴轴系结构。阐述了该新型结构的特征和工作原理,建立了四缸柴油发动机离合式曲轴计算模型和CVT刚性联接曲轴计算模型。通过曲轴前端实验,证明了所建模型和模型参数确定方法的正确性。求解所有计算模型,并对结果进行对比分析。结果表明,CVT刚性联接使曲轴轴系振动波动加大,减振器耗散能增加,各阶共振峰值对应转速低减。对曲轴各拐剪切应力幅度的影响不大,但有高转速工况降低而中低转速剪切应力幅值增加的普遍趋势,CVT端的扭振振幅和剪切应力较大些。综合研究得出结论:非道路车辆低速四缸柴油发动机可以采纳CVT刚性联接曲轴轴系结构。  相似文献

The vibration is a great obstacle of motorcycle enterprise development. To solve this problem, matching performance technology of the motorcycle is presented in the researches on the general design of the motorcycle. Based on finite element method and vibration theory, matching performance of the motorcycle has been studied, and the international general software MSC. PATRAN/NASTRAN has been used to analyze the best match between the engine and the frame of a type of motorcycle. An effective method has been formed, which can solve the problem of the vibration of the motorcycle essentially, and shorten the development period of motorcycle, reduce the development cost. The exhaust manifold cover is the main source of surface radiate noise of a 6 360 vehicle's engine.By using the finite element analysis technology,a finite element model of the cover is established,and then the modal analysis is done theoretically with this model,the result is consistent with the experiment.On this basis,the transient response of the cover under the excitation of engine block's vibration is analyzed.The result show that the free edge is the main source of radiate noise,because its normal velocity is maximal.The improved measures are adopted which is based on the practical structure of the cover.The analysis of the improved structure shows that the measures are effective,the radiate noise of the cover is decreased distinctly.  相似文献

Compared to bi-fuel engine,it uses completely CNG(Compressed nature gas) to replace diesel which can save more oil fuel than bi-fuel engine that reffited diesel engine into CNG engine. A 4102 diesel engine is refitted into CNG engine and a mechanical ignition timing system is designed by the method of gear and belt. The principles and the construction of the system is introduced and the characteristics of the design is analyzed. The system performed well and had good liability when run in a platform. Compared with the previous one, it kept higher dynamic character and emitted lower. It is a cheap one and can be use to reform the diesel engines.  相似文献

The two-way branch exhaust pipe shield is the main source of surface radiate noise of a vehicle's engine.(Using) the finite element analysis software ANSYS,a finite element model of the shield is established,and then the(modal) analysis is done theoretically with this model,the result is consistent with the experiment.The result shows that this finite element model can be used for the next structual dynamic characteristics analysis.With this model,the relationship of structural parameter,structural style of the shield and the corresponding vibrative modal is analyzed.The(optimal) improved measures are adopted which is based on the practical structure of the shield.The analysis of the(improved) structure shows that the increase of natural vibration frequency is visible,the vibration noise of the shield is suppressed distinctly.  相似文献

The robust control theory is used to solve the uncertainty of the optical extra-precise vibration isolation system. The wavelet theory is used to analyze the random vibration signal in the time-frequency domain and get the low frequency signal from the random vibration signal. The robust controller designed by the robust control theory is used to restrain the low frequency vibration. The active vibration isolation exploits the theory of robust control, which overcomes the uncertainty of model and the disturbance, and makes the control system to restrain the uncertainty of the model and the disturbance of the vibration. The simulation results prove that this method has shown good robustness and control precision in the vibration isolation of the optical extra-precise instrument and have good performance on restraining the low frequency vibration.  相似文献

This paper presents the structure of a knowledge-based ECG automaticdiagnosis system and the key technologies applied in the system. Using database technology to store, the ECG knowledge-database is constituted of ECG knowledgeand a set of rules .The inference engine of the system simulates the real diagnosis of the experts and combines the forward reasoning with inexact reasoning. At the same time, complicated reasoning is avoided. Because the inference engine is independent of what is stored in the ECG knowledge-database, the system is suitable for expert system.  相似文献
