The behavior of engine automatic starting and stop under idle speed is an important working model for HEV(hybrid electric vehicle), which can avoid engine running under idle speed. So it can reduce engine fuel consumption, exhaust gas emission and wear efficiently. The ISG(integral starter/generator) motor control strategy is given by dynamic research of the HEV engine starting, based on the model and simulation of resistant characters during engine starting, then an ISG motor-engine integral control model is built up and simulated. The result shows that the ISG motor can drive engine quickly and the simulation meets well with the need of starting time.  相似文献

NGV engine adopts the fuel supply method of premixing natural gas and air in the premixing chamber out of cylinder, which results in the engine dynamic performances decline. It is an obstacle to popularizing and applying NGV. Using air rich in oxygen to support combustion can decrease ignition point of the fuel, enhance combustion efficiency and make much more heat available. The dynamic perfonnances and fuel consumption rate of a NGV engine with different oxygen concentration are researched in detail. The results show that the increase of oxygen concentration has remarkable influence on the dynamic performances of NGV engine. Power and Torque performances increase and fuel consumption rate decreases when oxygen concentration of premixed gas increases. The results of theory analysis and experiment research indicate that combustion-supporting using oxygen-rich air can enhance the dynamic performances of NGV engine.  相似文献

This paper studyies the method of controlling SC6360B's accelerated vehicle Exterior noise. First, the main noise is found, which is from engine compartment and from exhaust noise by the identification of vehicle noise resource. Second, this paper carris out the farther noise identification experiment on engine and the insert-loss experiment on the exhaust gas muffler. In the end, the authors make sure that the noise is mainly infected by direct leaked noise from engine compartment, radiation-noise caused by the vibration of engine accessories and loud exhaust noise because the muffler has dficient elimination . The corresponding methods has been adopted according to the analysis. Through the test, the noise is lowered 2.5 dBA than it was and reach the new requirement.  相似文献

Engine power performance of fuel economy and emission characteristics with a JL368Q engine run on ethanol/ gasoline blends was experimentally investigated. The results show that with the same structure and parameter of the engine, at the low speed, the power output or torque of blended fuels are almost similar to that of 93 # gasoline. But with the speed increasing, the E15W and E50W power outputs are lower than that of 93# gasoline while E30W remains the same. The brake specific fuel consumption of E15W is lower than that of gasoline about 0.35%. With the increase of ethanol volume fraction in the blended fuel, the specific fuel consumption increases gradually. When fueled with ethanol/ gasoline blends, the engine NOx emission increases and CO emission decreases. E30W gives the lowest CO emission in this test. With the increase of ethanol volume fraction, HC can be improved gradually.  相似文献

It is very difficult for small and medium sized motorcycle engine to use the combination of closed-loop control electronic fuel injection system and three-way catalytic converter for emission controlling due to the high cost. In order to strengthen emission controlling of the carburetor motorcycle engines, the metering characteristics of carburetor are adjusted, combustion chamber as well as intake and exhaust ducts are further optimized, and secondary air injection system and oxidation type catalytic converter are developed, and moreover a simplified positive crankcase ventilator is employed to eliminate the gas blowby from crankcase. It is verified by test cycle testing that pollutant emissions of the carburetor motorcycle engines can be effectively controlled within the emissions limits by taking the above technical approaches.  相似文献

The ratio control strategy and the relevant pulley clamping control strategy of the Metal Pushing V-belt Type CVT C Continuously Variable Transmission are key technology of CVT system matching. The engine output torque model and oil consumption model are given in numerical table by cubic spline interpolation to fit engine test result. Based on the engine speed feature, the speed ratio changing strategy of CVT in the numerical table are given to realize the optimal fuel economy and optimal performance mode within the ratio range of the CVT system.  相似文献

Compared to bi-fuel engine,it uses completely CNG(Compressed nature gas) to replace diesel which can save more oil fuel than bi-fuel engine that reffited diesel engine into CNG engine. A 4102 diesel engine is refitted into CNG engine and a mechanical ignition timing system is designed by the method of gear and belt. The principles and the construction of the system is introduced and the characteristics of the design is analyzed. The system performed well and had good liability when run in a platform. Compared with the previous one, it kept higher dynamic character and emitted lower. It is a cheap one and can be use to reform the diesel engines.  相似文献

During the study of noise emitted by accelerating mini-vehicle control, using theory of sound intensity measurement, it is actualized spotting the noise sources with the mini-vehicle engine. In the procees of the contour of sound intensity and frequency spectrum analysis, main noises of the engine are from oil sump tank and delivery menifold shield and two-way branch exhaust pipe shield. These noises are produced from the engine combustion. According to all analysis, the authors bring forward methods of modifying structure of shield-shell parts and consider them as main methods of reducing noises.  相似文献

Dynamic performance test methods and experiments of motorcycle engine are investigated. The models of clutch, transmission and brake are simulated by changing the resistance torque imposed by the dynamometer to the engine and with the moment of inertia and road resistance data, the model of a 125 mL motorcycle is established on the dynamic engine test bench. On this basis, the road tests are simulated with models of different inertial mass. Compared with the experiments on the drum tester, the results show that when the inertial mass is set to 1.1 times the datum mass of the motorcycle, the deviations of its maximum speed, sliding distance and acceleration time are no more than 3% and the fuel consumption of 100 km is no more than 5% except the speed of 35 km/h. Through driver operational model, the effect of different gear change models on vehicle acceleration performance is studied. Finally, the regulatory driving cycle for motorcycle is implemented on the dynamic bench and the measurements show that it has high ability to accurately control speed.  相似文献

Quality, composition, and characteristics of fuel from 7 areas of P. R. China were analyzed. Fuel quality factors influencing engine emission performance were studied. Using fuel from the HuaZhong and XiNan areas, engine COx, HC, and NOx emissions were tested by adjusting the excess air coefficient and the advanced ignition angle. In light of the characteristics of aromatic hydrocarbon and alkenes of fuel from different areas in P. R. China, we have shown engines can operate smoothly and engine emissions can be decreased when the excess air coefficient and the advanced ignition angle are properly adjusted.  相似文献

摘要:为了实现烟叶烘烤的环保节能,进行了生物质气化设备的开发和试验.。结果表明:研制的生物质气化炉能确保烟叶烘烤的热量需求且能连续供热,烘烤的烟叶质量正常,热能利用率较高,能耗较低,中部烟叶公斤干烟耗燃料量为2.21-3.15kg,上部烟叶公斤干烟耗燃料量为1.76-1.93kg,与普通烤房的煤耗基本一致。生物质气化设备解决了秸秆气化炉连续大量供气、加料不熄火、电动出灰及火力大小控制等问题,但仍有不自动落料、焦油处理等问题尚待解决。  相似文献

Owing to increasingly strict emission regulation, gasoline properties not only satisfy the needs of high performance for the engine, but also attain the requirement of vehicles exhaust control. The gasoline from gas stations around China is sampled and its properties are analyzed. The distribution of gasoline quality in different zones is listed. At the same time, the difference of properties between domestic and oversea gasoline is compared. After establishing the emission model of the engine, the reference value of vehicle emissions in different zones is obtained. At last, some measurements are proposed to reduce the emissions: improving gasoline quality and controlling the related parameters for engine according to the distribution of gasoline properties.  相似文献

Heat Transfer Simulation and Experiment of Highly Efficient Regenerator   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
On the base of regenerator configuration character, the heat transfer mathematics models are set up. The relevant relations of regenerator medium, exchange time, temperature efficiency and thermal efficiency are analyzed by numerical simulation. The results are anastomotic by numerical simulation and by experiments after exchanging 7 - 10 s. And it indicts reliability by simulation. The authors study effects of exhaust gas temperature and air preheat temperature influenced by regenerator medium, exchange time etc. , by numerical simulation and experiment. On the case, the suitable exchange time of corundum globule is about 60s, the suitabe exchange time of high aluminum and clay ceramic ball is 20 -30 s. Temperature efficiency is up more than 80%, thermal efficiency is up more than 70%.  相似文献

The burning rate of hydrogen air pre mixture on meso scale is mainly determined by its chemical reaction rate. So a Laminar Finite Rate Model, the gas phase reaction mechanism for the combustion of hydrogen air mixture which consists of 19 reversible elementary reactions and the dynamic mesh method are adopted to simulate the combustion of hydrogen air mixture in a meso scale IC engine which operates a quasi gas power cycle under ultrahigh combustion load. The combustion of hydrogen air mixture on meso scale in the micro combustion chamber with moving boundary can be stable. The complete thermodynamic process of heat addition, internal energy increasing, and a boundary work output producing during expansion can be perfectly achieved in the closed combustion system of the meso scaled IC engine igniting the hydrogen air mixture by wire surface of high temperature. However, running parameters such as cycle period, initial pressure and fuel/air ratio have complex effects on the hydrogen air combustion of micro closed container with moving boundary.  相似文献

A system simulation mathematical model on oxygen blast furnace ironmaking process is established. Provided that the material composition and the values of necessary process parameters are given, the model can predict the consumptions of raw material, fuel and flux, the quantity and composition of slag, the quantities and components of all kinds of gases, etc. At the condition of 90% stack ore metallization, the calculated results of the model show that when more circulating gas are introduced into the stack, the heat controls the total gas for the stack ore reduction, while when more circulating gas are introduced into the hearth, the reductive components control the total gas for the stack ore reduction. At normal operations with coke rate fixed, the coal consumption linearly increases with the output top gas. When the coke rate is fixed at 200 kg, the minimum value of calculated coal rate is 200 kg or so.  相似文献

The bench test of diesel engine is conducted fueled with biodiesel, diesel and blending fuel, the changes of cylinder pressure with crank angle is also measured, combined with the measurement results of carbonyl emissions, the theoretical relationship between combustion process and carbonyl formation is analyzed. The results show that, combustion intermediates such as C7, C5, CO and C2H2 are produced in the fuel oxidation process during the premixed combustion phase. The diffusion combustion period extend with the increase of load, and it is the main stage of re-oxidation and decomposition for the intermediate products, the cylinder temperature and pressure increase with the increase of load, while the ignition delay period is shortened, the probability of oxidation and conversion for carbonyl pollutants improve because of the extended residence time in the high-temperature and high pressure region, the high exhaust temperature in high load is conducive to the re-oxidation of carbonyl emissions.  相似文献

To analyze the influence of the platform screen doors (PSD) on energy consumption of subway environmental control systems in northern cities and to make good use of piston wind, EnergyPlus, an energy analysis and thermal load simulation program, is used to evaluate such systems in northern cities. A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation is made to model the velocity and temperature field of a subway station and to predict the effect on PSD reconstruction using Airpak. Compared to a system with automatic platform gates, a PSD system has 2% lower energy consumption. Thus, PSDs are inefficient for saving energy in northern cities. Because electricity consumption by ventilation equipment increases notably when PSDs are used, particularly by under platform exhaust fans, little difference exists in the overall energy consumption with or without PSD. More thoroughly using piston wind in transition seasons and the winter is the key to solving the high energy consumption problem. The energy analysis and CFD simulation results show that the adjustable vents in PSD can use the piston process to introduce outside air, thereby reducing ventilation energy consumption notably. Because the vents can be closed, PSDs also can save energy in the summer. Using these recommendations can reduced annual energy consumption 30%.  相似文献
