This paper reports the histological observation of larvae ofZethenia rufescentaria Motsch. after infection by ZrNPV. Histopathologic study revealed that ZrNPV were multiplied within the nuclear of fat body,
epidermis cell, midgut cell, tracheal matrix and blood cell. These cells showed obvious cytopathic effects. The nucleus of
infected cells underwent swelled. Under electron microscope, virus and polyhedral of ZrNPV were clearly observed in these
nucleus of infected cells. The nucleus of susceptible tissues were fulfilled with polyhedra after 70–140 h.

A new cell line was established from 5-day-old embryonated eggs ofDendrolimus superans and has been designated NEAU-Ds-950821. The cell line consists of mixture of cell types, including majority of spherical
shaped cells and a few of spindle shaped cells. The cell line has a population of doubling time of 52.6 h. Chromosome analysis
revealed typical lepidopteran chromosomes. Isozyme characterization of Esterase showed the patterns were different from other
three cell lines (Ms-927311, Xc-920730, and SF-21AE). Virus infectivity tests revealed the cell line can supportD. superans cytoplasmic polyhedrosis virus.

Dendrolimus superans (Butler) occurred in the vast areas of Daxing’an Mountains forest, in Heilongjiang Province, in 1990. Stands damaged byI). Superans seriously, intermediately and lightly show patch shape distribution within damaged area. By ordination analysis and correlation
analysis between ordination factors and coordinate axis. It was found that occurrence ofD Superans in different extent is owing to the effect of forest age, composition and exposure. The tended young pure forests grown on
the sunward slopes are most seriously damaged and non-tended middle-age mixing stands grown on the sunless slopes are most
lightly damaged. Therefore, in order to preventD. superans from seriously damaging larch forests, relatively large crown density (P > 0. 7) should be kept, and broadleaf trees should
be also properly preserved.

利用松毛虫质型多角体病毒 (DCPV)与苏云金芽孢杆菌 (BacillusthuringiensisBerlner)混合防治松毛虫试验结果表明 :当 1ml混合剂含量为 0 2亿Bt芽孢 + 0 0 0 0 8~ 0 0 0 2亿CPB时 ,在 2 7℃条件下 ,松毛虫在喷施后 4~ 6d死亡率达70 % ,残存种群病毒感染率达到 5 0 % ,有效地控制了松毛虫的种群数量。通过酶联免疫技术 ,检测施用DCPV后林间松毛虫感染病毒情况 ,其中喷施DCPV长达 11a之久的松林 ,松毛虫带病毒率高达 78 5 % ,而且林中松毛虫种群密度一直保持较低水平 相似文献

Dendrolimus superans is one of the important pests feeding on the needles of Larix gmelinii. Six standard compounds, (1R)-(−)-α-pinene, (1S)-(−)-α-pinene, ocimene, (1S)-(−)-β-pinene, R(−)-α-phellandrene and camphene, the main volatiles of L. gmelinii were used to test the electroantennogram (EAG) responses of moths. The results show that the order of the EAG responses of
moths to seven concentrations of these six compounds were as follows: mated females > virgin females > unmated males, except
for 0.1 μL/μL R(−)-α-phellandrene, where the order was: virgin females > mated females > unmated males. There are statistically significant differences
between the EAG responses of virgin females and unmated males (p < 0.05), and also between mated females with virgin females and mated females and unmated males (p < 0.01), which suggests that the mated females are more sensitive to the volatiles of host plant. The results of EAG responses
of the mated females, virgin females and unmated males indicate that they are more sensitive to R(−)-α-phellandrene than to the other volatile components. The active time for the EAG responses of both mated females and unmated
males occurs during the night, i.e., from 20:00 to 04:00 hours. This is consistent with their eclosion, mating and oviposition
periods.

The effect ofDendrolimus superans on growth of trees was investigated after the breakout in Shibazhan forest area in 1990. Stem analysis was conducted for
determining the tree increment loss. The result showed that the current annual increment for extreme heavily damaged, heavily
damaged, moderately damaged and lightly damaged stands is 14%, 39.8%, 64% and 82% of that of the control forest respectively.

Dendrolims superans produced one generation every two years. Large larvae and small larvae exist at the same time. It broke out in Daxiang an
Mountains in 1990, and seriously destroyed growth ofLarix gmelini Rupr. In order to controlD superans, the population properties ofD superans were studied from 1991 to 1992, including sexratio, age distribution, pattern etc.. The sex ratio ofD. superans population is ♀∶♂ − 1.06:L. The larvae age distribution indicates that larvae over 5 instar is less than younger larvae under
4 instar in Yongqing forest farm, but the younger larvae under 4 instar is more than larvae over 5 instar in Hanjiayuanzi
Forest Farm. The population ofD. superans in Yongqing Farm has been declining. and mereasing in Hanjiayuanzi. Pupae and eggs are mainly distributed in middle and lower
crowns layer of trees respeetively account for 66% and 59.5% of total individuals. The pupae in higher crown layer is lightly
regular distribution and clumping distribution middle and lower crowns layer of trees. The eggs in higher crown is light clumping
distribution and random in middle and low crown of tree.

The optimal formula of Beta-Cypermethrin aqueous capsule suspension was screened out through the experiment,preparation and manufacture of basic formulas, which has no sedimentation, suspended drops of oil, peels and agglomerating and the diameter of capsule is in range of 10-30μm, conformed to the technical requirement. The aftereffect of the 3.3% Beta-Cypermethrin aqueous capsule suspension which was manufactured according to the optimal formula was up more than 25 days. The experiments on controlling the larvae of Dendrolinmus superans Butler and the adults of Xylotrechus rusticus L were carried out with different concentrations of this chemical. The death rate reached 80% when 250 times solution of the chemical was sprayed on stem to control the larvae of D. superans. For control of the adults of X. rusticus, 200, 400 and 600 times solution of the chemical were applied and their control effects (death rate) reached 85.23%, 74.21% and 66.59% respectively. Two kinds of solution (200 times and 300 times) of the chemical were used to control the larvae of D. superans in large area, and the control effect for both concentrations was over 90%. 相似文献

纯化的马尾松毛虫质型多角体病毒(DpCPV)云南文山株的病毒粒子经SDSPAGE分析,其结构蛋白有120kd、116kd、110kd、66kd和33kd5个组分,而它的多角体蛋白含30kd和28kd两个主要组分。以纯化的DpCPV粒子为抗原制备了2D5、2D10、3D4和6B3共4种单克隆抗体,并测定了它们的亚类。制得的单克隆抗体用于DpCPV的ELISA检测。对DpCPV在棉铃虫卵巢细胞系SFEHA8212和SFEHA831中增殖动态的检测结果表明,DpCPV感染培养细胞具有释放病毒量小和呈现持续感染等特点。用Western印迹法在SFEHA831细胞感染DpCPV后第18h检测到病毒抗原的合成。运用所建立的免疫学检测方法,对几批采自DpCPV防治林区的幼虫样品进行分析,结果表明,该方法适用于对DpCPV的防治效果及其自然流行进行长时期、大规模的监测。 相似文献

A poorly known chrysomelid beetle, Chrysolina fastuosa (Scopoli) has been found in a strikingly great number on black horehound (Ballota nigra L.), a soft caulescent plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family. B. nigra can be found from April to August commonly on roadsides, along walls or at the border of gardens and orchards in Hungary
and continental Europe. It can be called a minor weed. The glistering tiny adults that feed voraciously on leaves cause apparently
significant damage. The subsequent investigation, which focuses on the number of feeding individuals and the loss of plant
tissue, showed 1–24 beetles on a plant and the consumed leave surface which amounted to 8–94%. The repeated damage assessment,
a week later showed a significantly unimportant increase in the number of individuals but a significant 20–31% increase in
the plant surface loss. According to the literature, Ch. fastuosa has been found in association with other Labiatae plants such as Galeopsis pubescens Besser, Lamium album L. and Urtica dioica L. (Urticaceae). Thus, considering its efficiency mentioned above, it could be used to augment and maintain its populations
as a biological control agent for these weeds. However, taking into consideration the growing importance of the production
of medicinal plants among which Lamiaceae species are numerous, Ch. fastuosa can cause damage that cannot be neglected. 相似文献

The efficacy of bottom board traps and CheckMite + strips using Coumaphos, for small hive beetle (SHB) diagnosis and control
was studied in Australia. Colonies in three apiaries (N = 10 each) were surveyed for SHB. In two apiaries, colonies received bottom board traps (cardboard or plastic) with CheckMite + strips
and in the control apiary, traps without strips. After 5 days, all colonies were surveyed again, killed and dissected to quantify
non-detected SHB. Significant differences in the number of live SHB were found between apiaries after treatment, supporting
the fact that Coumaphos traps are efficient (trap mortality: 94.73 ± 0.06% cardboard and 99.53 ± 0.01% plastic). However,
mortality assessment at the colony level (53.29 ± 31.30%), showed that only a limited SHB proportion was affected. Post mortem
colony inspections revealed that 14.06 ± 10.53% SHB were undetected, which should be considered for quantitative diagnosis.
Bottom board traps provided a first estimate of infestation levels (43.03 ± 27.02%). 相似文献

试验研究了饲毒龄期、饲毒浓度对舞毒蛾存活、幼虫体质量、虫尸质量和含毒量的影响以及饲毒时间对舞毒蛾含毒量的影响.结果表明:饲毒龄期和饲毒浓度对幼虫存活率和体质量增长均有不同程度的影响,饲毒龄期越小、饲毒浓度越高,死亡时间越早,死亡率越高,体质量增长越缓慢;而且饲毒时龄期越小、饲毒浓度越高,虫尸质量也越小,其含毒量也越低.饲毒时间与含毒量成抛物线型,饲毒时间过短或过长,体内含毒量均较低.由于5龄幼虫饲毒后有78%以上个体发育至蛹期,不发生死亡现象,因此,室内增殖舞毒蛾核型多角体病毒时,应选取4龄初幼虫喂饲1.0×106 PIB·mL-1病毒为宜,接毒10d后开始收集饲毒幼虫. 相似文献
