在将中亚以东南,即东亚,南亚,东南亚家牛划分为“蒙古利亚”、“中间”、“南岛”三大集团的既有研究结论的基础上,根据群体遗传学原理和模糊集合理论,论证了这一地域家牛血梳的三个判别式;以9个已知群体3个基因座18个等位基因频率的实例对这些判别式进行了验证,根据验证结果,确认了其中最理想的判别式,并检查以该式判别两个未知群体血统的结果是否符合已知的畜牧学逻辑,在该式的论证中,从遗传学,数学的角度,将1-  相似文献

应用中心产区典型群简单随机抽样的方法,检测控制湖羊、同羊、滩羊、小尾寒羊和洼地羊的血液酶和其他蛋白质变异的5个结构基因座位(Tf、X-p、Ary-Es、Hb-β、Ke)上的遗传变异,引用国内外学者以相同实验方法获得的其他分布于我国周边国家和地区的11个绵羊品种作为分析背景,对16个群体进行遗传距离分析及亲缘关系聚类。结果表明:中亚以东南绵羊群体可以划分为蒙古羊、藏羊和南亚-东南亚羊三大集团,湖羊、同羊、滩羊、小尾寒羊和洼地羊均属于"蒙古羊"系统。  相似文献

为研究中亚与南亚地区绵羊Cat过氧化氢酶的遗传多样性,采用单向水平板淀粉凝胶电泳检测方法对湖羊、同羊、滩羊、洼地绵羊、小尾寒羊和巴音布鲁克绵羊的Cat座位进行了检测,并引用分布于我国周边国家和地区的10个绵羊品种作为分析背景,计算其平均杂合度以及对其中立性测验的结果进行分析。结果显示:①16个绵羊群体的Cat座位基因分化系数Gst=0.2807,说明有71.93%的变异是由群体内的遗传多态现象引起的,只有28.07%的变异来自于群体间的差异;②中立性检测的观察值均在L95和U95之间,表明Cat位点为中立性位点,其遗传多样性基本上未受选择等因素的影响。  相似文献

利用50K芯片数据分析中国11个地方绵羊群体的遗传结构   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
旨在构建我国绵羊群体遗传结构的精细图谱,为我国绵羊遗传资源的保存、利用提供依据。利用乌珠穆沁羊、湖羊、同羊、大尾寒羊、罗布羊、哈萨克羊、多浪羊、迪庆羊、青海臧羊、四川藏羊、西藏藏羊共计11个地方绵羊品种(资源)的Illumina Ovine SNP 50K芯片数据,应用NETVIEW、PCA、STRUCTURE、NJ树等方法对群体结构进行分析。结果表明,乌珠穆沁羊与除罗布羊以外的蒙古系绵羊均有直接遗传关系,与罗布羊有间接的遗传关系。罗布羊与哈萨克系绵羊有较近的遗传关系,而哈萨克系的哈萨克羊与多浪羊存在较远的遗传关系。迪庆羊能够与藏系绵羊分离开,西藏地区藏羊能够与其他地区的藏羊分开,青海、四川的藏羊不能分开。结果提示,NETVIEW计算时间短,且基本能够反映史实,因而可以作为未来群体结构分析的工具;乌珠穆沁羊是此次试验选用的蒙古系绵羊中最古老的品种;蒙古系的罗布羊因混有哈萨克系绵羊的血统而与新疆地区的绵羊聚在一起;不同地区的藏羊存在着分化趋势,但分化并不严重。  相似文献

利用10个微卫星标记对新疆13个绵羊群体的遗传多样性和遗传分化进行了分析。通过计算多态信息含量(PIC)、平均杂合度(H)、群体内近交系数(Fis)、遗传分化系数(Fst)、总群体近交系数(Fit)和基因流(Nm)等参数,评估各品种遗传多样性和品种间遗传分化。结果表明:13个绵羊群体10个微卫星标记的平均多态信息含量为0.6803;平均杂合度为0.7192,其中中国美利奴羊平均杂合度最高为0.7530,山区和田羊最低为0.6754;13个绵羊群体总近交系数为0.1066,群体内近交系数为0.0565,群体间基因分化系数为0.0531,说明5.65%的遗传变异来自群体间,94.35%的遗传变异来自群体内个体间的差异;基因流Nm平均值为4.4621(3.0808~7.4589),说明各种群间存在或者在过去某个时期发生基因交流;各种群间平均遗传距离较低,为0.1702,平均遗传一致度数值较高,为0.8448,也再次证明了新疆13个绵羊群体间分化程度不高。基于Nei′s标准遗传距离运用UPGMA聚类法获得的新疆13个绵羊群体的聚类图与其品种育成史和地理分布基本相一致。  相似文献

研究利用14个微卫星标记,对新疆北疆9个绵羊群体的遗传多样性和系统发生关系进行了分析。结果表明:14个微卫星位点在9个绵羊群体中的多态信息含量(PIC)除BM1824、OarCP20为低、中度多态外,其余12个微卫星均为高度多态。绵羊群体的平均PIC为0.711,H为0.740,No为9.2,Ne为4.760。中国美利奴羊和新疆细毛羊与其他7个绵羊群体遗传距离较远;巴什拜羊与杂交F_1代、杂交F_2代和杂交F_3代遗传距离较远;哈萨克羊、阿勒泰羊、巴什拜羊和也木勒羊遗传距离较近;各绵羊品种与其来源、育成史和地理分布一致。  相似文献

为研究中国地方绵羊品种之间的遗传多样性,利用6个微卫星位点,对中国6个绵羊品种群体进行遗传检测,计算了各品种群体的平均杂合度(He)和平均多态信息含量(PIC),同时分析了各品种群体内的遗传变异,进行了UPGMA聚类。结果表明,6个绵羊品种Ho为0.5446~0.7140,PIC为0.5211~0.7732;6个绵羊品种都具有较丰富的遗传多样性,其中岷县黑裘皮羊的遗传变异最高,小尾寒羊的遗传变异最低;小尾寒羊的近交系数最高,揭示该群体内近交程度可能较高。利用UPGMA方法构建了系统发生树,兰州大尾寒羊与岷县黑裘皮羊为一类,哈萨克羊与贵德黑裘皮羊为一类,泗水绵羊与小尾寒羊为一类,表明群体遗传结构与地理分布及其驯化历史相关。  相似文献

利用 10种 10碱基的随机引物 ,分析了我国 8个地方绵羊品种计 88只绵羊的随机扩增多态 DNA。结果表明 ,我国地方绵羊品种基因组 DNA多态位点百分率为 81.36 % ,群体平均遗传多样性指数为 1.3370 ,具有丰富的群体遗传多样性。但滩羊、小尾寒羊、藏绵羊和蒙古羊群体遗传多样性程度较低 ,应加强保种措施。群体遗传分化指数为0 .9172 ,说明遗传变异主要存在于群体间。品种间的分子聚类关系基本上反映了品种间的遗传亲缘关系 ,与品种的形成历史及我国地方绵羊的起源进化学说基本一致 ,具有相同来源的蒙古羊、乌珠穆沁羊、小尾寒羊和湖羊的分子聚类关系表明 ,4个地方绵羊品种间已经有了明显的遗传分化 ,小尾寒羊、乌珠穆沁羊间遗传分化较低 ,湖羊与蒙古羊之间相对较高 ,而小尾寒羊和乌珠穆沁羊与湖羊和蒙古羊之间的遗传分化最高  相似文献

The genetic diversity and phylogenetic survey of native sheep breeds in the eastern and southern Central Asia were assessed in the present study. The clustering, principal components, structure and F statistics all demonstrate that the native sheep breeds in these regions be classified into two genetic groups: Mongolia‐Tibetan sheep group and South‐Southeast Asia sheep group. The Mongolia sheep group and the Tibetan sheep group had a certain degree of gene communication from the ancient times. In the present study we demonstrated that the Chinese native sheep populations belonged to Mongolia‐Tibetan sheep group. However, the relationships among the sheep populations in Mongolia sheep group in China were not closely related to the geographical distance among sheep populations.  相似文献

本研究利用单向水平板淀粉凝胶电泳以我国5个固有地方绵羊品种包括湖羊(Hu)、同羊(Tong)、滩羊(Tan)、小尾寒羊(Han)、洼地羊(WD)为研究对象对X-蛋白遗传多样性进行了检测,并引用我国周边国家、地区绵羊品种为分析背景。结果表明以喜马拉雅山脉为界的亚洲东部和南部的北部群体和南部群体在编码的X(+)型的显性等位基因X频率上存在极显著差异(P〈0.01)。北部检测的群体中X等位基因频率范围为0~0.18,平均值为0.0878,包括属于藏羊和蒙古羊系统的小尾寒羊(Han)、不丹羊(Bhutan)、同羊(Tong)、湖羊(Hu)、滩羊(Tan)、洼地绵羊(WD)、Bhyanglung绵羊(Bhy)、Baruwal绵羊(Bar)、云南绵羊(Yunnan)、哈拉和林绵羊(Kh)和乌兰巴托绵羊(Ub)。南部检测的群体中X等位基因频率范围为0.2037~0.4655,平均值为0.3082,包括属于印度绵羊系统的孟加拉国绵羊(Ban)、Kagi绵羊(Kagi)、Lampuchhre绵羊(Lamp)、越南占部落绵羊(Cham)和缅甸绵羊(Mya)。本研究揭示X等位基因可作印度绵羊的标记,在绵羊群体尤其是亚洲东部和南部绵羊系统形成的研究中具有潜在的重要作用。  相似文献

MEEREB is an informal network of rabies experts from the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, seeking to eliminate rabies from the region. They met for the second time to review the current rabies situation, both globally and in their respective countries, highlighting current rabies control problems and potential solutions. Success stories in Latin America, in Western Europe, in some Asian countries, as well as in Croatia and Serbia prove that elimination of human rabies is achievable in the MEEREB region. It requires political willingness and cooperation of all stakeholders, including Ministries of Health and of Agriculture; adequate management of animal bites through post‐exposure prophylaxis; pre‐exposure prophylaxis for populations at high risk of rabies exposure, animal vaccination and humane control of stray dog populations. MEEREB members called for a regional initiative for rabies elimination in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. They are confident that the elimination of human rabies of canine origin can be achieved in the region through adopting a One Health approach, and that campaigns for rabies elimination will have significant benefit for public health, including strengthening the structure for control of other zoonoses.  相似文献

采用中心产区典型群随机抽样方法在山东省济宁市抽取小尾寒羊60只,应用电泳技术检测了11个编码血液蛋白的结构基因座,引用东亚近海大陆的4个绵羊群体的相关资料进行遗传分析。研究表明:(1)5个群体哈拉和林绵羊、乌兰巴托绵羊、小尾寒羊、湖羊、占部落绵羊的基因平均杂合度分别为0.3742、0.3565、0.3184、0.3620和0.2473;(2)前人关于小尾寒羊和湖羊都是由蒙古羊分化而来的考证得到遗传学实验的进一步证明;(3)越南占部落绵羊与山东小尾寒羊关系最近;(4)小尾寒羊、湖羊和占部落绵羊受蒙古羊血统的影响递减。  相似文献

Morphological variation of the skull was examined in the northern treeshrew (Tupaia belangeri) from various localities across Southeast Asia. Through a multivariate analysis, the treeshrews from South Vietnam exhibited distinct morphological characteristics compared to other populations from Thailand and Laos, and Malaysia. The plots of the specimens of North Vietnam are not randomly mixed with Thailand plots segregation in the scatteregrams of canonical discriminant analysis. Since the skulls of the population from North Vietnam were morphologically similar to those form central Laos and northern and northeastern Thailand, the zoogeographical barrier effect of Mekong River was not clearly confirmed. The population of the Kanchanaburi in western Thailand is clearly smaller in size compared to the other populations. The southern border of the distribution of this species is determined by the Isthmus of Kra or Kangar-Pattani Line. In the northern treeshrew, which is distributed from southern China to Bangladesh and southern Thailand, we have detected osteometrical geographical variation driven by geography. These results indicate that the skull morphology in the Tupaia glis-belangeri complex distinctively differs in South Vietnam, western Thailand, and southern Thailand. The zoogeographical barrier and factor separating these districts are expected to clarify in the future.  相似文献

A genetic analysis using RAPD markers was performed on 12 natural populations of Oestrus ovis (Linné, 1761). Three-hundred and six O. ovis larvae (first, second and third instars) were randomly recovered in nasal cavities of sheep and goats naturally infected in Algeria, Ethiopia, France, Mauritania, Rumania and Tunisia and were analysed by 56 RAPD fragments. The results showed a high diversity within all samples. A significant genetic divergence was showed by discriminant analyses among the 12 populations sampled (p<0.0001). Moreover, discriminant analyses showed significant differentiation (p<0.0001) between O. ovis larva populations of sheep and goats and also among samples collected in the same region.  相似文献

SUMMARY: A survey was made from late 1976 to late 1977 to determine the extent of resistance to acaricides in the cattle tick Boophilus microplus in Queensland. Questionnaires and requests for samples of ticks were forwarded to more than 900 randomly selected stock owners in the tick infested area which had been divided into 4 regions, Far North, Coastal North, Coastal Central and South East. The response measured by the number of tick samples tested was 43%. The prevalence of resistance to organophosphorus (OP) compounds was highest in South East where 96% of the farms had OP-resistant ticks and 95% had the Biarra strain and lowest in Far North where 12% of the farms had OP-resistant ticks and 10% had the Biarra strain which was the predominant one in all regions. The highest percentages of the Ridgelands strain (35%) and the Tully strain (30%) occurred in Coastal North. The South East had the highest percentage of Mt Alford (30%).
Although chlorinated hydrocarbons were banned for use in control of ticks in 1962, 49% of the farms in South East had some ticks resistant to dieldrin but in Far North it was only 2%. DDT-resistant ticks, which because of cross resistance to synthetic pyrethroids will affect the future use of this group, were present on 8% of the farms in both Coastal North and Coastal Central and 3% in South East and Far North.
No resistance to the amidines, chlordimeform, chloromethiuron or amitraz was found.  相似文献

The characterisation of the small ruminant populations in developing countries will play a major role in the maintenance of the genetic resources as the basis for future improvement in livestock production. The present study aimed at morphological characterisation of the two main breeds of sheep in Ghana by assessing variation within and between breed populations using principal component and discriminant analyses. The two breeds were the Sahel and the Djallonke sheep of both sexes and of two groups namely, young (1 year old, consisting of 74 animals) and mature sheep (≥2 years old, comprising 219 animals). The analysis of variance revealed significant (P?<?0.05) differences in the morphological traits of the Sahel and the Djallonke sheep breeds with higher values recorded for the former. Sexual dimorphism was in favour of male animals in all the morphological traits examined. Mature animals also had comparative advantage over the young. Two principal components were extracted to discern the structure of the two genetic groups. The most discriminating traits between the two sheep breeds were rump height, height at withers, neck girth and pin-bone width. Mahalanobis distance between the two genetic groups was 5.723 (P?<?0.0001). The developed discriminant functions clearly discriminated and classified the Sahel and the Djallonke sheep into their breeds of origin, thus yielding 100, 93.4 and 90.4 % accurate classification for the rams, ewes and the overall sheep population, respectively. The present approach would greatly help in establishing management and conservation policies for the sustainable production of the two Ghanaian sheep breeds.  相似文献
