本文研究了镁离子在土壤中的吸附特性和交换性镁对土壤某些物理性质的影响。试验结果表明:镁盐阴离子对镁离子侵入土壤吸收复合体能力的影响为:CO32->SO42->Cl-。在低浓度下,Mg2+在Na+陪伴下较其单独存在时更易被含MgCO3的石灰性土壤吸附。在混合盐溶液中,当盐渍度和SAR一定时,Na+在Na+-Mg2+体系中比在Na+-Ca2+体系中更易被土壤吸附。当ESP一定时,随着土壤吸收复合体中交换性镁百分率(EMP)的增加,分散系数逐渐增加,饱和导水率和毛管水上升高度逐渐降低,当EMP>60%时,不再发生变化。随着ESP的增加,交换性镁的不良影响逐渐变小。  相似文献

对宁夏回族自治区银北地区盐碱地野外土壤表层光谱反射率和土壤全盐及盐分进行定量分析,筛选出各土壤盐分指标的敏感波段,然后采用全回归和逐步回归的方法建立各盐分的预测模型。结果表明:表层土壤高光谱反射率r,及其平滑去嗓处理后的值R,lg(R)与全盐含量呈极显著正相关关系,1/R,lg(1/R)与全盐呈极显著负相关关系,(R)'和〔lg(1/R)〕'在特定单波段处表现较佳;土壤表层光谱反射率与CO32-的相关性最强,其次是SO42-;土壤光谱反射率与Na+的相关性在各种变换方法下均较强,其次为Mg2+,与Ca2+的相关性最弱。基于R的逐步回归方程为全盐含量预测的最佳模型;基于土壤光谱反射率拟合土壤CO32-的准确度略高于对土壤HCO3-;敏感波段估测土壤SO42-含量的决定系数明显高于其他阴离子;采用〔lg(1/R)〕'逐步回归得到的方程拟合土壤Na+,K+和Mg2+含量相对于其他变换方式效果更理想。预测模型中对土壤全盐和Na+的模型精度较高,预测能力强;光谱对土壤SO42-和Mg2+的预测能力也较强;对土壤Cl-和Ca2+的预测稳定性、预测能力和精度都较差。  相似文献

在野外GPS定点定位调查、土壤样品分析的基础上,借助Excel和ArcGIS9.3等软件,对新疆自治区喀什市岳普湖县塔吉克阿巴提镇0-30cm土层的盐离子特征、灌区土壤盐渍化现状及空间分布特征进行了分析。结果表明,0-30cm土层土壤中的离子以Cl-,SO42-,Na+,Ca2+为主Na+与Cl-呈极显著正相关关系,相关系数为0.98,HCO3-与其它6种离子(Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,K+,Cl-,SO42-)呈负相关关系受灌排系统影响较大的农田0-30cm土壤中Cl-/SO42-比值远小于不受灌排系统影响的荒地农田和荒地0-30cm土壤中的Cl-/SO42-比值与总盐呈正相关关系,相关系数依次为0.68和0.32。现阶段对塔吉克阿巴提镇灌区农业危害最严重的是氯化物-硫酸盐盐渍化土,硫酸盐盐渍化土表现为盐渍化土地向非盐渍化土地转变的过渡类型非盐渍化农田及轻度盐渍化农田主要分布在开垦较早,灌排系统畅通的区域,灌排系统不畅通的区域仍然处于脱盐缓慢或持续积盐的状态。  相似文献

中国亚热带森林小流域植物生长驱动下矿物风化评估   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Plant growth contributes to mineral weathering, but this contribution remains poorly understood. Weathering rates in an aggrading forested watershed in subtropical China were studied by means of geochemical mass balance. Rainfall, dry deposition, and streamwater were monitored from March 2007 to February 2012. Samples of vegetative components, rainfall, dry deposition, streamwater, representative soils, and parent rock were collected and determined for mass balance calculation and clarifying plant-driven weathering mechanisms stoichiometrically. Ignoring biomass, weathering rates of Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+, and Si were 25.6, 10.7, 2.8, and 51.0 kg ha-1 year-1, respectively. Taking biomass into consideration, weathering rates of Ca2+, Mg2+, and Si and the sum of weathering rates of Ca2+, Mg2+, Na+, K+, and Si were 2.6, 1.8, 1.2, and 1.5-fold higher than those ignoring biomass, respectively. This is attributed to plant-driven weathering due to the nutrient (e.g., Ca2+, Mg2+, and K+) absorption by vegetation and substantial proton production during assimilation of these nutrients, with the former acting as a pump for removing weathering products and the latter being a source of weathering agents solubilizing mineral components. The same pattern of weathering, i.e., higher rates of weathering with than without including biomass in mass balance calculation, was reported in previous studies; however, the extent to which plants drive weathering rates varied with vegetation types and climatic zones. The documented biological weathering driven by plants is expected to play a critical role in regulating nutrient cycling and material flows within the Earth’s Critical Zone.  相似文献

A red soil derived from Quaternary red clay was employed to study nutrient leaching with soil columns repacked in laboratory. The objective was to identify the effects of fertilization practices on leaching patterns and magnitudes of Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, NH4+, and NO3-. The treatments were CK (as a control), CaCO3, CaSO4, MgCO3, Ca(H2PO4)2, urea, KCl, and multiple (a mixture of the above-mentioned fertilizers). The fertilizers were added to the bare surface of the soil columns, and then the columns were leached with 120 mL deionized water daily through peristaltic pumps over a period of 92 days. Leaching processes of NH4+, and NO3- were only measured in CK, urea, and multiple treatments which were directly related to N leaching. Results showed that sole application of CaSO4, and Ca(H2PO4)2 scarcely had any effect on the leaching losses of Ca2+, Mg2+, and K+; the application of MgCO3 stimulated the leaching of Mg2+; the application of CaCO3 promoted the leaching of Ca2+, Mg2+ and K+; urea treatment also promoted the leaching of K+ and NH4+, and NO3- leaching mainly occurred at late stage of leaching process in particular; under KCl treatment, leaching of Ca2+, Mg2+, and K+ was promoted to a large extent; under multiple treatment, leaching of Ca2+, Mg2+, K+, NH4+, and NO3- was all increased and NO3- was mainly leached at the end of leaching process and still had a trend of increase.  相似文献

主要通过土柱模拟试验探究不同有机物料对渗滤液的盐分和可溶性有机碳(DOC)以及不同深度土壤盐分、有机质和微生物生物量碳氮的影响,设置有机硅功能肥(WO)、颗粒状有机物料(YP)、粉末状有机物料(GG)、颗粒状有机物料和粉末状有机物料各50%(YG)以及不添加有机物料(CK)共5个处理。结果表明,有机物料的添加提高了渗滤液的EC值及水溶性Ca2+、Mg2+和Na+含量,YP处理的渗滤液盐基离子含量最高,而WO处理的渗滤液中DOC含量最低;与CK处理相比,WO处理显著提高各深度土层的水溶性Ca2+、Mg2+和K+含量,显著降低各深度土层的pH、交换性Na+、碱化度(ESP)和0—20 cm土层的水溶性Na+和钠吸附比(SAR),但其他有机物料的处理对pH、EC值和盐分等无显著影响;淋洗作用使表层土壤(0—20 cm)盐分向土壤深层移动,淋洗结束后,各处理的土壤EC值、水溶性总盐、交换性Na+和ESP随着土层深度的增加而升高;与CK处理相比,GG和YG处理显著提高0—20 cm土层的有机质含量,分别提高23.97%和20.53%。研究结果为有机物料的添加对盐碱地淋洗过程中盐分和有机质的变化提供了理论的数据参考。  相似文献

内蒙古河套灌区灌排水离子组成及淋洗盐分用水量评价   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
以河套灌区“盐分去向”为研究背景, 通过调查灌区土壤及各级灌排渠系水阳离子含量变化及室内模拟灌溉水淋洗土柱试验, 分析灌溉水经过土壤到排水阳离子组成的变化规律, 探讨用Na+浓度评价淋盐排灌水量比的可行性。结果表明, 与灌溉水相比, 各级排水干渠排水所含盐分中Na+所占比例明显增加, 平均约为87%; Ca2+所占比例减少, 平均约为7%。排水的全盐浓度(EC)和Na+浓度有显著相关关系, 说明Na+浓度对排水的全盐浓度有显著影响。灌溉水的2/3 Ca2+以非水溶性钙盐积聚在土壤, 排出量较少, 但灌区全年的Na+收支基本平衡。淋盐排灌水量比评价分析结果表明, 用Na+浓度评价淋盐排灌水量比要优于用全盐浓度(EC); 要维持灌区Na+收支平衡, 排灌水量比应保持在0.12~0.15, 针对现有灌区年引水量50 亿t, 年排水量要达到6~7 亿t。  相似文献

Irrational irrigation practices in the Arys Turkestan Canal command area in the southern part of Kazakhstan have led to the formation of soils with poor physical and chemical properties. To study whether irrigation and leaching practices and/or groundwater rise have contributed to the accumulation of Mg2+ on the cation exchange complex of these soils, historical changes in soil and groundwater quality were used as source data and the Visual MINTEQ model was applied to analyze the chemical composition of water and soils in the study area. The imposed irrigation regime and the leaching of light sierosem soils led to the dissolution and subsequent leaching of inherent gypsum and organic matter from the soil profile. Further, the domination of bicarbonate in the irrigation water promoted weathering of the carbonate minerals present as calcite. The higher concentrations of Mg2+ in comparison to Ca2+ in the irrigation water resulted in the replacement of Na+ by Mg2+ on the cation exchange complex. In the lower part of the command area, shallow groundwater has contributed to the accumulation of Na+ and to a large extent of Mg2+ on the cation exchange sites.  相似文献

[目的] 研究秦岭火地塘林区3种主要林型林冠层对不同pH值降雨水质的影响过程,为研究酸沉降对森林生态系统的影响提供基础。[方法] 以林区油松林、华山松林、锐齿栎林为研究对象,自制人工降雨器模拟降雨,分析各林分林冠穿透雨水化学物质浓度随降雨时间及降雨酸度的变化规律。[结果] ①模拟降雨10 min或20 min 3种林分林冠穿透雨中NH4+,NO3-,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Pb,Zn,Cd浓度达到峰值,降雨20~30 min后浓度降低并趋于稳定,随降雨时间延长总体上呈先升高后降低并趋于稳定的规律。②针叶林、阔叶林不同的叶组织特性影响林冠中化学物质淋洗量。相同pH值降雨淋洗,油松、华山松林冠穿透雨中NH4+,NO3-,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Pb,Zn,Cd浓度多表现为大于锐齿栎。③酸雨能促进林冠中化学物质淋失。对于同一树种,不同pH值降雨淋洗,林冠穿透雨中NH4+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Pb,Cd浓度值及浓度变化幅度大小大体表现为:pH4.0 > pH5.0 > pH7.0。[结论] 根据林冠穿透雨水化学物质浓度随降雨时间动态变化规律,将林冠对穿透雨水质影响过程划分为降雨淋洗(降雨开始至降雨10 min或20 min)和降雨淋溶(降雨约20~30 min以后)两个阶段。降雨淋洗阶段,林冠层对水质变化影响大。  相似文献

开展田间试验研究微咸水滴灌条件下不同盐分离子在土壤中的分布特征。试验采用5个水平的微咸水灌溉处理:电导率分别为1.1 dS/m(K1),2.2 dS/m(K2),2.9 dS/m(K3),3.5 dS/m(K4)和4.2 dS/m(K5),重复3次,按随机区组布置。试验结果表明:滴灌条件下各种盐分离子的迁移速度与分布特性不同,Ca2+、Mg2+与SO2-4易于被灌溉水分淋洗,主要分布在湿润体外围,而HCO-3、Na+与Cl-主要分布在湿润体内部。生育期内土壤剖面上的平均盐分含量没有增加,但对土壤结构与作物有重要影响,Cl-、Na+、HCO-3有增加的趋势。  相似文献

【目的】以富士(Fuji)、 秦冠(Qinguan)嫁接在平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensis Rehd.)上的当年生盆栽苗为试验材料,采用砂培方法,研究了缺氮胁迫和干旱对富士和秦冠生长情况、 光合参数、 植株各部位氮磷钾含量及氮素利用效率的影响,分析比较了低氮干旱条件下富士和秦冠生长及氮素利用的差异,以期为果树生产高效肥水利用提供理论指导。【方法】试验共设四个处理: 正常氮正常水(ZZ)、 低氮正常水(DZ)、 正常氮干旱(ZG)、 低氮干旱(DG)。氮素和水分均设置两个水平,分别为正常氮(6 mmol/L NO-3-N)、 低氮(0.3 mmol/LNO-3-N)、 正常供水(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的80%~85%)、 干旱处理(保持盆中砂子相对含水量为饱和含水量的60%~65%)。【结果】富士和秦冠的生物量(茎和叶)、 株高茎粗等生长指标以及光合速率、 气孔导度、 蒸腾速率均为正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG),并且相对应处理下秦冠的以上指标均高于富士;正常供水下,缺氮处理使富士、 秦冠的根冠比比正常氮处理均有所增加,富士提高了2.05%,秦冠提高了22.40%。富士和秦冠的氮、 磷、 钾含量均表现出正常氮正常水(ZZ)>低氮正常水(DZ)>正常氮干旱(ZG)>低氮干旱(DG); 氮、 钾元素含量在植株各部位的分布顺序依次是叶>根>茎,磷元素则是根>叶>茎;光合氮素利用效率(PNUE)和氮素利用效率表现为秦冠处理之间差异极显著,富士处理之间差异不显著;秦冠的PNUE和NUE明显高于富士,在低氮正常水(DZ)处理下,秦冠氮肥利用率比富士高42.07%,在低氮干旱(DG)处理下高64.14%;低氮胁迫下富士和秦冠的NUE显著提高,并且秦冠提高的幅度高于富士。【结论】施用氮肥能够显著提高富士与秦冠的干物质量,同等水肥条件下,秦冠生长优于富士;水分亏缺会减少叶片对氮的吸收,干旱条件下适度增施氮肥,可提高果树的抗旱能力;低氮干旱胁迫下秦冠的生长指标、 光合指标及氮素利用效率指标均优于富士,表现出较强的抗低氮干旱胁迫的能力。  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) is a new technique for the analysis of plant material. This study investigates the application of LIBS to pasture-based plant samples. The LIBS measurements were obtained from pelletized pasture samples (100 samples) that had been also analyzed by inductively coupled plasma–optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) following microwave digestion for calibration and comparison purposes. Comparisons for elements sodium (Na), potassium (K), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), boron (B), phosphorus (P), and sulfur (S) showed that LIBS could be used for almost all the standard profile total elements with concentrations down to low mg/kg levels (observed error of Na: 0.024 percent, K: 0.18 percent, Mg: 0.016 percent, Ca: 0.073 percent, P: 0.017 percent, Mn: 31 mg/kg, Fe: 150 mg/kg, Zn: 6.6 mg/kg, and B: 1.1 mg/kg). Elemental analysis at less than mg/kg levels was not possible using LIBS. The elements S and Cu were particularly difficult to analyze with reliability using LIBS at the concentration levels found in the plant samples. Replacing microwave digestion and subsequent ICP analysis with a direct analysis of dried plant samples using LIBS has the potential to improve the productivity and reduce the cost of testing.  相似文献

Staff members of the Department of Botany of Palacký University in Olomouc and Gene Bank Department – Workplace Olomouc, Research Institute of Crop Production in Prague, Czech Republic, conducted an expedition in seven European countries (Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland) in August/September 1999 to collect wild Lactuca spp. germplasm and study its geographic distribution, ecology and biodiversity. During the mission, more than 600 locations were visited resulting in the collection of 602 seed samples (accessions) of wild Lactuca species and 13 seed samples of related genera (Chondrilla and Mycelis). Lactuca serriola f. serriola, L. serriola f. integrifolia, L. saligna and L. viminea subsp. chondrilliflora were prevalent in southern Europe (Italy, France), however, only L. serriola was common in central and western Europe (Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland). The greatest diversity of Lactuca species was found in France, where also the most seed samples (165) were collected. The most characteristic habitats with a high density of Lactuca spp. populations were observed along roads and highways, grassy ditches, ruderal communities, and dust-heaps. Natural infections by powdery mildew (Erysiphe cichoracearum) and downy mildew (Bremia lactucae) on some wild Lactuca spp. were observed. Recent observations concerning the geographic distribution, population structure, habitats, and natural occurrence of diseases of Lactuca spp. are discussed. This assemblage of genetic resources of Lactuca spp. can serve as the basis of future studies of species diversification, spatial population structure, plant microevolution, domestication processes, and genetic variability of host-parasite interactions.  相似文献

The responses of tallgrass prairie plant communities and ecosystem processes to fire and grazing are well characterized. However, responses of invertebrate consumer groups, and particularly soil-dwelling organisms, to these disturbances are not well known. At Konza Prairie Biological Station, we sampled soil macroinvertebrates in 1994 and 1999 as part of a long-term experiment designed to examine the effects and interactions of annual fire, mowing, and fertilization (N and P) on prairie soil communities and processes. For nearly all taxa, in both years, responses were characterized by significant treatment interactions, but some general patterns were evident. Introduced European earthworms (Aporrectodea spp. and Octolasion spp.) were most abundant in plots where fire was excluded, and the proportion of the total earthworm community consisting of introduced earthworms was greater in unburned, unmowed, and fertilized plots. Nymphs of two Cicada genera were collected (Cicadetta spp. and Tibicen spp.). Cicadetta nymphs were more abundant in burned plots, but mowing reduced their abundance. Tibicen nymphs were collected almost exclusively from unburned plots. Treatment effects on herbivorous beetle larvae (Scarabaeidae, Elateridae, and Curculionidae) were variable, but nutrient additions (N or P) usually resulted in greater densities, whereas mowing usually resulted in lower densities. Our results suggest that departures from historical disturbance regimes (i.e. frequent fire and grazing) may render soils more susceptible to increased numbers of European earthworms, and that interactions between fire, aboveground biomass removal, and vegetation responses affect the structure and composition of invertebrate communities in tallgrass prairie soils.  相似文献

We have studied the effect of anaerobically digested (ADMSW) and composted municipal solid waste (CMSW) on mineralization and foodweb dynamics to verify the hypothesis that ADMSW would immobilize N right after addition to soil in contrast to addition with CMSW. Another hypothesis was that the mesofauna (enchytraeids and microarthropods) would stimulate N release from the decomposer community. We measured excretion of -N and urea-N from the mesofauna and hypothesized that enchytraeids would release urea. ADMSW and CMSW were amended to pots with sandy loam and barley. The pots were divided into treatments with or without mesofauna. Mesofauna, plant N and biomass, soil N and ergosterol (fungal biomass) were measured over a 113-day period of four equidistant samplings. Soil respiration, N mineralization and N release by the mesofauna were modelled from concurrent studies. ADMSW- and CMSW-treated soils initially (<20 days) immobilized N. The amendments did not increase plant growth substantially, and this was probably due to N-limitation in the early stages of plant growth. Enchytraeid abundance was about three times higher in ADMSW- than CMSW-treated soils, indicating that ADMSW contained more labile compounds, bacteria, and microfauna. The mesofauna did not affect N-content, but the cumulated -N excreted by the mesofauna was estimated to be substantial and about one-fifth of total plant N in ADMSW. An explanation for this discrepancy might be that in the absence of the mesofauna, other members of the detrivore and microbivore community performed the mesofauna’s function. Neither enchytraeids nor microarthropods excreted urea.  相似文献

Abstract

A 3-year study was carried out to investigate quality parameters in 14 tree fruit and berry species grown in southern Norway. The species were blueberry, apple, aronia, sour cherry, sweet cherry, red raspberry, strawberry, blackcurrant, gooseberry, red currant and elderberry, harvested along with wild bilberry, cloudberry and lingonberry. Significant differences between species were identified for all quality parameters. The coefficient of variation between species was lowest for pH (12.5%), dry matter (18.9%) and soluble solids (25.3%), followed by titratable acids (59.3%), total phenolics (83.8%), antioxidant capacity FRAP (85.7%) and antiradical power by the DPPH-assay (97.8%), total monomeric anthocyanins (132%) and ascorbic acid (137%). Average coefficient of variation within species were lower and ranged from 4 (pH) to 62% (ascorbic acid). Only the FRAP values were significantly affected by harvesting year with lower levels in 2004 than in 2005 and 2006. There were significant interactions between species and harvesting year for dry matter, soluble solids, pH, ascorbic acid and FRAP. The results indicate generic ranges in composition within species independent upon growing location and climate, and the composition of the tree fruits and berries is not likely to deviate from these ranges. It is concluded that desirable composition of tree fruits and berries and their products should primarily be achieved by selection among species rather than searching fors broadened variation within individual species.  相似文献

Potassium (K) fixation and release in soil are important factors in the long-term sustainability of a cropping system. Changes in K concentration and characteristics of K fixation and release in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils in the rapeseed (Brassica napus L.)–rice (Oryza sativa L.) rotation were investigated using a rhizobox system. The concentrations of different forms of K in both rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soils decreased with plants compared to without plants, regardless of K fertilizer application. Potassium uptake by crops mainly came from the rhizosphere soil. In the treatment without K fertilizer (–K), the main form of K supplied by the soil to the crops was 1.0 mol L?1 nitric acid (HNO3) nonextractable K, followed by nonexchangeable K, and then exchangeable K. In the treatment with K fertilizer (+K), the main K forms supplied by the soil to the crops were exchangeable K and nonexchangeable K. The amount and rate of K fixation after one cycle of the rapeseed–rice rotation was greater in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The amount and rate of K fixation of soil in the +K treatment were significantly less than in the –K treatment. The cumulative amounts of K released with 1.0 mol L?1 ammonium acetate (NH4OAc) and 1.0 mol L?1 HNO3 extraction increased with the increasing numbers of extractions, but the K-releasing power of soil by successive extraction decreased gradually and finally became almost constant. The release of K was less in rhizosphere soil than in nonrhizosphere soil. The release of K in the +K treatment was similar to that in the –K treatment in rhizosphere soil, but the K release in nonrhizosphere soil was greater with the +K than the –K treatment.
