将无创伤性血液动力流变学技术和方法应用到家畜舌色的研究中 ,对 4 5匹健康成年骡和 4 7匹肠阻塞骡的舌色与血液动力流变学之间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明 ,暗红舌色组和青紫舌色组 PR、 CO、 CI、 EWK、 BLK、 FEK、 BV、η、 MRT、 MST均显著或非常显著地高于正常组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 0 1) ,SV、SI、VPE、LVWI、PP、MSP、VER、MHR显著或非常显著的低于正常组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 0 1) ,其余参数差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;青紫舌色组 PR、η、MRT和 MST显著高于暗红舌色组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 0 1) ,MHR显著低于暗红舌色组 (P<0 .0 5 )。其余参数差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 )。  相似文献

用无创伤性检测方法测定了40例患不同部位肠阻塞病的血流动力流变学25项参数,并与健康骡进行了比较,结果小结肠阻塞与胃状膨大部阻塞相比较,HOI,MSP,PP差异显著或极显著(P<0.05,P<0.01),与骨盆曲阻塞相比较,除HOI显著降低外(P<0..05),其它参数均无显著差异。胃状膨大部阻塞与骨盆曲阻塞相比较,25项参数均无显著差异,健康骡与小结肠阻塞相比较,PR,CI,EWK,BLK,VE  相似文献

运用无创伤性检查技术对35匹健康凉州驴和45匹病驴舌色进行了测定,以探讨舌色与血液粘度和血液微循环之间的关系。结果:与正常舌色(淡红色)相比,红绛舌时,血液粘度增高(P<0.01),微循环半更新时间(MRT)、微循环平均滞留时间(MST)延长(P<0.05,P<0.01),而在其他病理舌色时差异不显著(P>0.05)。与淡白舌相比,血液粘度在红绛舌、红舌时增高(P<0.01);MRT、MST在红绛舌时延长(P<0.01)。在其他病理舌色之间,血液粘度、MRT、MST差异均不显著(P>0.05)。  相似文献

用血液流变学方法测定了27匹健康成年骡和188例病骡的全血黏度、还原全血黏度以及血细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间。结果显示:随着舌色由淡红、红、赤红、暗红的转变,7种切变率下的全血黏度、还原全血黏度以及血细胞压积、红细胞电泳时间逐渐增加。其中全血黏度、还原全血黏度、血细胞压积差异显著或极显著(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。淡红、红、赤红、暗红四种舌色的全血黏度和还原全血黏度均随着切变率的增加而逐渐降低。这一结果说明,血液流变学主要指标与家畜舌色之间存在密切关系。  相似文献

Large intestinal obstruction (LIO) in farm animals can cause a ischaemic necrosis of intestinal tissue, eventually leading to death. The roles of endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) are not well understood in the process of LIO, but evidence suggests that endothelial-derived mediators may participate. In the present study, ET-1 concentration and total nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity were measured in heart, liver, pancreas, lung and kidney in a model of LIO in sheep. Our data demonstrated that ET-1 concentration and NOS activity were altered, with significant increases of ET-1 in heart, lung and kidney and of NOS activity in pancreas and kidney, but a marked decline of NOS activity in liver (p < 0.05). It is postulated that these alterations in NOS activity and ET-1 concentration may contribute to the progressive loss of organ function, and finally lead to death in LIO in sheep.  相似文献

对25头驴、骡进行血气分析,结果表明:驴、骡血液pH,Po_2,O_2ST,HCO,Tco_2,BE_b,SBc,BE_(ecf)在二者之间无显著差异性(P>0.05);驴血液Pco_2,和乳酸皆高于骡(P<0.01和P<0.05);驴、骡的血液pH为7.41±0.03,Po_2为4.97±0.97kPa,Pco_2为5.20±0.39kPa,O_2ST为71.29±9.25%,HCO_3为25.94±1.68mmol/L,Tco_2为27.15±1.73mmol/L,BE_b为1.96±1.71mmol/L,SBc为25.68±1.31mmol/L,BE_(ecf)为1.23±1.89mmol/L,乳酸含量为1.68±0.63mmol/L。  相似文献

用显微分光光度法检测了8匹马骡受~(60)Co-γ射线200拉德全身照射前、后外周血淋巴细胞的DNA含量,发现照后第2dDNA含量明显下降,第10d仍继续下降,第25d有回升的趋势,但未达到照射前的水平。同法检测了12匹照后发病死亡或迫杀的马骡与6匹健康对照马的肝细胞的DNA含量,同时进行了形态学对比观察,发现发病死亡马骡肝组织病变明显;照后47d临床症状基本消失的骡,肝组织病变极轻,其DNA含量高于死亡病例,但低于健康对照马。  相似文献

1120只AA肉鸡,四种日粮小麦水平30%、40%、50%和60%,四种酶添加量0mg/kg、5mg/kg、10mg/kg、15mg/kg,组合成16种日粮处理,用来研究木聚糖酶对肉鸡肠道食糜黏度和肉仔鸡生产性能的影响.试验结果表明添加木聚糖酶后,可以提高肉鸡1-21日龄的生产性能,并且酶的添加量越高,生产性能的提高幅度越大,但是添加木聚糖酶水平之间没有显著性差异(P>0.05).日粮中小麦水平越高,肉鸡肠道食糜黏度越大(P<0.05).添加木聚糖酶后肠道食糜黏度降低(P<0.05),各酶水平之间未见显著性差异.经回归分析,肠道食糜黏度的下降与肉仔鸡平均日增重和饲料转化效率之间有直线回归关系,其中与饲料转化效率之间回归方程为FCR=1.523+0.201ln(Ⅴ)(R2=0.649),说明肠道食糜黏度对饲料转化效率的影响较大.  相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of humic acids (HA) on intestinal viscosity, leaky gut and ammonia excretion in a 24 hr feed restriction (FR) model to induce intestinal permeability in chickens. One‐day‐old male Cobb‐Vantress broilers were randomly allocated to one of two groups (= 25 chickens), with or without 0.2% of isolated HA from worm‐compost, and placed in brooder batteries. Chicks had ad libitum access to water and feed for 14 days. Intestinal permeability was induced by 24 hr FR starting at 14 days. At 15 days of age, chickens in both groups were given an appropriate dose of fluorescein isothiocyanate dextran (FITC‐d) by oral gavage. Intestine and liver samples were also collected to evaluate viscosity and bacterial translocation (BT), respectively. An increase (p < .05) in intestinal viscosity was observed in the experimental group consuming 0.2% of HA and was confirmed in a published in vitro digestion model that simulates the chemical and physical conditions of the crop, proventriculus and intestine of chickens. Furthermore, the treated group also showed a significant reduction in FITC‐d, liver BT and ammonia in the manure. These results suggest that HA have a positive impact in intestinal integrity in chickens.  相似文献
