A series of novel pyrazole oxime derivatives containing a 2-chloro-5-thiazolyl moiety were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassays showed that all of the title compounds had low acaricidal activity against Tetranychus cinnabarinus . However, most of them exhibited excellent insecticidal activity against Aphis medicagini at the dosage of 0.5 mg/mL, and some compounds still showed good insecticidal activity against A. medicagini even at the dosage of 0.2 mg/mL. Meanwhile, some title compounds displayed fungicidal and plant growth regulatory activities.  相似文献

A series of 3-[(alpha-hydroxy-substituted) benzylidene]pyrrolidine-2,4-dione derivatives were synthesized as candidate herbicides by reacting different aroyl acetates with N-substituted glycine esters. The new compounds were identified by 1H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analyses. Their herbicidal activities were evaluated. Some compounds exhibited excellent herbicidal activities at a dose of 187.5 g/ha. A suitable electron-donating substituent at the 2- and/or 4-position of the phenyl ring was essential for high herbicidal activity, a result that has not been reported before. It was also found that the title compound's structure-activity relationships were different from those of other similar kinds of earlier compounds, a result that may depend on the enol structure difference.  相似文献

New analogues of the bioactive enamides isolated from P. brevicompactum (2 and 3) have been synthesized to improve the biological activities. Two different structural modifications have been introduced: substitution of the aliphatic side chain present in the natural products (1-4) by other groups frequently found in other active compounds and use of other nitrogen-containing five-membered rings with different degrees of oxidation. In this way, the insecticidal and fungicidal activities have been improved. Thus, compound 9, which possess a 3-pyrroline ring, exhibited important insecticidal activity against third-instar nymphs of Oncopeltus fasciatus Dallas (100% mortality at 7.5 microg/cm(2)). Remarkable fungicidal activity was also found, and preliminary structure-activity relationships could be established.  相似文献

On the basis of commercial insecticides tebufenpyrad and tolfenpyrad, two series of novel pyrazole-5-carboxamides containing α-hydroxymethyl-N-benzyl or α-chloromethyl-N-benzyl and pyrazoles containing 4,5-dihydrooxazole moieties were designed and synthesized via the key intermediate 2-amino-1-(4-substituted) phenyl ethanol. The structures of target compounds were confirmed by (1)H NMR and elemental analysis or high-resolution mass spectrum (HRMS), and their activities against cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera), diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella), bean aphid (Aphis craccivora), mosquito (Culex pipiens pallens), and spider mite (Tetranychus cinnabarinus) were tested. The results of bioassays indicated that compounds containing α-chloromethyl-N-benzyl and compounds containing 4,5-dihydrooxazole showed high insecticidal activity against cotton bollworm. Especially, stomach activities of compounds Ij, Il, and IIe were 60% at 5 mg kg(-1). Moreover, the target compounds exhibited high selectivity between cotton bollworm and diamondback moth, although both of them belong to the order Lepidoptera. Although the activities against diamondback moth were at a low level, some of the target compounds exhibited antifeedant activity. The compounds also had good activities against bean aphid, mosquito, and spider mite. The foliar contact activity of compounds Ic, Id, Ie, and IIf against bean aphid were 95, 95, 100, and 95%, respectively, at 200 mg kg(-1). The miticidal and ovicidal activities of compound IIi against spider mite were both 95% at 200 mg kg(-1). Furthermore, a trivial change at 4-position of pyrazole ring would lead to great changes in properties and activities, which can easily be deduced by comparing the activities of compounds in series I (4-chloro-pyrazole compounds) with corresponding compounds in series II (4-hydro-pyrazole compounds), especially from the miticidal and ovicidal activities of Ii and IIi against spider mite.  相似文献

Heterocyclic rings were introduced into the core structure of s-triazine to design and synthesize a series of novel triazines containing arylmethylamino moieties. These compounds were characterized by using spectroscopic methods and elemental analysis. Their herbicidal, insecticidal, fungicidal, and antitumor activities were evaluated. Most of these compounds exhibited good herbicidal activity, especially against the dicotyledonous weeds, and compound F8 was almost at the same level as the control compound atrazine. Their structure-activity relationships were discussed. At the same time, some triazines had interesting fungicidal and insecticidal activities, of which F4 exhibited 100% efficacy against Puccinia triticina even at 20 ppm, and F5 showed Lepidopteran-specific activity in both leaf-piece and artificial diet assays. Moreover, these compounds showed antitumor activities against leukemia HL-60 cell line and lung adenocarcinoma A-549 cell line.  相似文献

On the basis of research of the proposed modes of action between neonicotinoids and insect nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR), a series of phenylazoneonicotinoids were designed and synthesized to further promote the π-π interaction between molecule and amino acid residues. The target compounds have been identified on the basis of satisfactory analytical and spectral ((1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, HRMS, and X-ray) data. The preliminary results revealed that tiny differences in substitutes resulted in different configurations and great bioactivity variations. Some compounds with electron-donating groups on positions 2 and 6 of the phenyl ring presented higher insecticidal activity than imidacloprid against cowpea aphids ( Aphis craccivora ). The impressive crystal structure of the excellent insecticidal activity compound 9q clearly proved that the functional electronegative pharmacophore was approximately vertical to the methyleneimidazolidine plane. The differences in the mode of interaction on nAChR of typical compounds 9h and 9q remain unclear.  相似文献

In continuation of a program aimed at the discovery and development of natural products-based insecticidal agents, two series of novel fraxinellone-based esters were synthesized by modification at the C-4 or C-10 position of fraxinellone and evaluated for their insecticidal activity against the pre-third-instar larvae of Mythimna separata in vivo. An efficient method for the stereoselective synthesis of 4α-hydroxyfraxinellone from fraxinellonone was developed, and the steric configuration of 6h was unambiguously confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Among 37 compounds, some derivatives displayed potent insecticidal activity; especially compounds 6h, 6q, 6t, and 7q showed more promising insecticidal activity than toosendanin, a commercial botanical insecticide derived from Melia azedarach . This suggested that introduction of the fluorine atom on the phenyl ring could lead to a more potent compound than one possessing chlorine or bromine. Meanwhile, introduction of the heterocyclic fragments at the C-4 or C-10 position of fraxinellone was essential for their insecticidal activity. This will pave the way for further design, structural modification, and development of fraxinellone as an insecticidal agent.  相似文献

Penitrem G (7), a new indole-diterpenoid compound, has been isolated together with the already known mycotoxins penitrems A-D (1-4) and F (6) from the mycelium of Penicillium crustosum Thom. The structure of penitrem G was established on the basis of spectroscopic data. In addition, paspaline (8), another indole-diterpenoid mycotoxin that has not been previously described in this fungus, was also isolated. These compounds were tested for insecticidal activity against the hemipteran Oncopeltus fasciatus Dallas and the dipteran Ceratitis capitata Wiedemann. Penitrems A-D and F showed convulsive and insecticidal activities against both insect species. In addition, important reductions in the fecundity and fertility of the surviving C. capitata females were observed. In contrast, penitrem G and paspaline did not show any kind of activity. Mortality data and sublethal effects of the treatments have allowed preliminary structure-activity relationships to be proposed.  相似文献

A series of novel spirocyclic tetronic acid derivatives containing an oxalyl moiety was designed and synthesized via the key intermediate 3-(2,4,6-trimethyl)-2-oxo-1-oxaspiro[4.4]-decyl-3-en-4-ol. The target compounds were identified by (1)H NMR and elemental analysis or high-resolution mass spectrum (HRMS). The results of bioassays indicated that most of the target compounds possessed excellent acaricidal activities against carmine spider mite larvae and eggs. Especially, diisopropylamino oxalyl compound 7g and piperidine oxalyl compound 7h were 1.4- and 2.3-fold as high as the activities of commercial Spiromesifen, respectively, against spider mite eggs. Moreover, most of the target compounds exhibited insecticidal activities against Lepidoptera pest. Interestingly, compounds containing alkylamino-substituted oxalyl moiety showed obvious selectivity between spider mite larvae and eggs because the activities against spider mite eggs of 7g and 7h were 25-fold those against spider mite larvae, whereas Spiromesifen had no significant differences in these activities. This meant that the introduction of an oxalyl moiety to spirocyclic tetronic acid might lead to novel biological activity characteristics.  相似文献

A series of pyrazolo[5,1-d][1,2,3,5]tetrazin-4(3H)one derivatives were designed, synthesized, and evaluated for their herbicidal activities where some of these compounds provided >80% control of Brassica campestris at 10 microg/mL. Quantitative structure-activity relationship studies were performed on these compounds using physicochemical parameters (electronic, Verloop, or hydrophobic) as independent parameters and herbicidal activity as a dependent parameter, where herbicidal activity correlated best (r > 0.8) with physicochemical parameters in this set of molecules. The herbicidal activity against B. campestris was mainly affected by the molar refractivity (MR) for R1, Taft (Eso) for R2 or R6, Verloop (Lm) for R3 or R5, and electronic parameters (Hammett's constants) for R4. The optimal MR for herbicidal activity is 0.95. The herbicidal activity against Echinochloa crus-galli was mainly related with the substituents' hydrophobic parameter. The optimal pi parameters for R1 and R4 for herbicidal activity are 0.72 and 0.68, respectively. In general, these compounds showed greater herbicidal activity toward B. campestris than E. crus-galli.  相似文献

A series of novel 2-aryl-pyrrole derivatives containing ester groups were synthesized, and their structures were characterized by (1)H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm, mosquito, diamondback moth, green rice leafhopper, and bean aphids and acaricidal activities against spider mite of these new compounds were evaluated. The results of bioassays indicated that some of these title compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal and acaricidal activities. The insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm of compounds IVa, IVd, IVe, IVf, IVg, IVi, IVk, and IVp were equal to commercialized Chlorfenapyr, and the insecticidal activities of most of compounds IVb, IVc, IVd, IVf, IVg, IVj, IVk, IVl, IVs, IVt, IVu, IVw, IVx, IVz, and Chlorfenapyr against mosquito at 0.10 mg kg (-1) were 100%, and the acaricidal activities of compounds IVd, IVe, IVf, IVg, IVh, IVi, and IVk were equal or superior to Chlorfenapyr. Especially, the results indicated that the acaricidal activity of [4-bromo-2-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-cyano-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrol-1-yl]methyl 3-methylbutanoate ( IVg) against spider mite was 2.65-fold as high as that of Chlorfenapyr from the value of LC 50.  相似文献

Milbemycins have received considerable interest in agricultural chemistry due to a special action mode, extremely high activity against arachnoide pests, low toxicity to mammals, and environmentally benign characteristics. Two series of novel milbemycin analogues (4Ia-6IIc) containing alkyl and aryl groups at the 4'- and 13-positions were designed and synthesized by five schemes. These analogues were identified by (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR, and elemental analysis (or HRMS). Their insecticidal activities against carmine spider mite, oriental armyworm, and black bean aphid were evaluated. The results showed that all of the title compounds had low acaricidal activity against carmine spider mite. However, most of them exhibited good insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm and black bean aphid at a concentration of 200 mg L(-1). The most potent substituents of 2,2-dimethylbutanoyl (4Ib), phenylacetyl (4IIm), and (Z)-1-(methoxyimino)-1-phenylacetyl (4IIn) exhibited the highest larvicidal activities, and its insecticidal LC(50) values against oriental armyworm were 0.250, 0.204, and 0.350 mg L(-1), while its insecticidal LC(50) values against black bean aphid were 0.150, 0.070, and 0.120 mg L(-1), respectively. These substituents provided some hints for further investigation on structure modification.  相似文献

A methanol extract from clove (Syzygium aromaticum) showed a suppressive effect of the SOS-inducing activity on the mutagen 2-(2-furyl)-3-(5-nitro-2-furyl)acrylamide (furylfuramide) in the Salmonella typhimurium TA1535/pSK1002 umu test. The methanol extract was re-extracted with hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, butanol, and water. The hexane fraction showed a suppressive effect. Suppressive compounds in the hexane fraction were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and identified as trans-isoeugenol (1) and eugenol (2) by GC, GC-MS, IR, and (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy. Compounds 1 and 2 suppressed the furylfuramide-induced SOS response in the umu test. Compounds 1 and 2 suppressed 42.3 and 29.9% of the SOS-inducing activity at a concentration of 0.60 micromol/mL. These compounds were assayed with other mutagens, 4-nitroquinolin 1-oxide (4NQO) and N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (MNNG). In addition, compounds 1 and 2 were assayed with aflatoxin B(1) (AfB(1)) and 3-amino-1,4-dimethyl-5H-pyrido[4,3-b]indole (Trp-P-1), which require liver metabolizing enzymes. These compounds showed suppressive effects of the SOS-inducing activity against furylfuramide, 4NQO, AfB(1), and Trp-P-1. To research the structure-activity relationship, methyl esters of 1 and 2 (1Me and 2Me) and o-eugenol (3), as compounds similar to 2, were also assayed with all mutagens. Compounds 1Me, 2Me, and 3 showed weak suppressive effects of the SOS-inducing activity against furylfuramide.  相似文献

A series of novel monohalovinylated pyrethroids are designed and synthesized to replace one halo atom with a hydrogen atom on the double bond of dihalopyrethroids. Bioassays indicate that some of the synthesized compounds, such as 3j and 1j, exhibit high insecticidal activities against mosquitoes ( Culex pipiens pallens ), oriental armyworms ( Mythimna separata ), alfalfa aphids ( Aphis medicagini ), and carmine spider mites ( Tetranychus cinnabarinus ). Photolytic results of E-cis-1j suggest that monohalovinylated pyrethroids are photodegraded more easily than compound 12.  相似文献

Lytic activity of l-menthol (1) derivatives [(-)-(1S,3R,4S,6S)-6-hydroxymenthol (2), (-)-(1S,3R,4S)-1-hydroxymenthol (3), and (+)-(1S,3R,4R,6S)-6,8-dihydroxymenthol (4)] against the snow blight disease fungus, Micronectriella nivalis was investigated. Compounds 2, 3, and 4 had 85.0, 63.9, and 81.9% lytic activity, respectively, at a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL. The activity of each of the three compounds increased in a dose-response manner. To study the structure-activity relationship, acetyl esters of 1-4 [(-)-menthyl acetate (1Ac), (-)-6-hydroxymenthyl diacetate (2Ac), (-)-1-hydroxymenthyl 3-monoacetate (3Ac), and (-)-6,8-dihydroxymenthyl 3,6-diacetate (4Ac)] were synthesized with yields of 80.2-99.8% and were also assayed. The acetyl esters of 1Ac, 2Ac, 3Ac, and 4Ac had 51.2, 91.5, 66.0, and 95.2% lytic activity, respectively, at a concentration of 0.2 mg/mL, and these compounds showed further high lytic activity compared with the alcohols of 1-4. These acetyl esters also showed higher lytic activity as their concentration was increased. Of particular interest is the fact that 2Ac and 4Ac both had higher lytic activity at 0.05-0.2 mg/mL compared with copper 8-hydroxyquinolate, a standard chemical widely used to control snow blight. This is the first report on lytic activity of l-menthol derivatives.  相似文献

A series of 3 H-pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,3]triazin-4-one derivatives were synthesized as candidate herbicides by diazotization of different 5(3)-amino- N-phenyl-1 H-pyrazole-4-carboxamide derivatives prepared by the reaction of substituted 5(3)-amino-pyrazole-4-carbonyl chloride with a substituted aniline. Their structures were identified by (1)H NMR and elemental analyses. The isomers D and E were isolated, and their structures were identified by two-dimensional NMR analyses (heteronuclear single quantum coherence and heteronuclear multiple-bond correlation) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bioassay results showed that some of the title compounds exhibited both excellent herbicidal activity at a dose of 93.75 g/ha and strong inhibition against protoporphyrinogen oxidase activity in vitro. The structure-activity relationship showed that D16 possessed the highest activities both in vivo and in vitro when the N-substituted group of the pyrazole ring was allyl and the N-substituted group of benzooxazinone was propargyl.  相似文献

Based on the carbamoyl triazole herbicide Cafenstrole, 12 novel selenium-containing compounds were designed and synthesized. All of the compounds were characterized and confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and high-resolution mass spectroscopy. The bioassay tests showed that some of the compounds (C2, C4, C(7-8), and C12) exhibited good inhibitory activity against cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) and semen euphorbiae (Leptochloa chinensis N.). Especially, compound C6 inhibited the growth of cucumber and semen euphorbiae by >90% at a concentration of 1.875 microg/mL, and the inhibition of the compound on the rice (Oryza sativa L.) was only 8.3% at a concentration of 7.5 microg/mL, which indicated a higher selectivity between weed and rice than that shown by Cafenstrole.  相似文献

In biological systems, bivalent ligands often possess increased functional affinity for their receptors compared with monovalent ligands. On the basis of the structure of acetylcholinesterase (AChE), a series of novel carbamate heterodimetic derivatives were designed and synthesized with the aim of increasing the potency toward AChE inhibition. The AChE inhibitory ability of all the novel compounds was tested using AChE obtained from the brain of the housefly. The bioassay results showed that compounds 6j, 6k, 6m, 6n, 6p, and 6q had increased inhibitory activities in comparison with parent phenyl N-methylcarbamate (MH) at the concentration of 100 mg/L. Among them, the most potent AChE inhibitor of these compounds was 6q (IC(50) = 12 μM), which showed 62-fold greater AChE inhibitory activity than that of MH and 12-fold greater activity than metolcarb (MT), which suggested that the 3-nitrophenoxy moiety of compound 6q was able to interact with the aromatic amino acid residues lining the gorge and the phenyl N-methylcarbamate moiety was able to interact with the catalytic sites of AChE, simultaneously. The insecticidal activities of compounds 6j, 6k, 6m, 6n, 6p, and 6q were further evaluated. Consistent with the result in vitro bioassay, those compounds demonstrated better activities against Lipaphis erysimi than parent compound MH at the concentration of 300 mg/L, and compound 6q showed the best insecticidal activity, causing 98% mortality after 24 h of treatment.  相似文献

A novel series of acyclic imine-substituted nitenpyram analogues were designed and synthesized from nitroaminoguanidine, and their structures were confirmed using X-ray diffraction crystallography. Preliminary bioassays showed that the target molecules exhibited good activities against aphids in laboratory (Myzus persicae Sulzer) and field trials (M. persicae Sulzer and Brevicoryne brassicae Linnaeus). Comparative molecular field analysis and comparative molecular similarity indices analysis were employed to develop a three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship model that describes the insecticidal activity of 21 neonicotinoid derivatives. Simple synthesis, low cost, and good insecticidal activity have made this series of compounds become very promising candidates for future commercial pesticides.  相似文献

Phloem-mobile insecticides are preferred to achieve economically useful activity. However, only a few phloem-mobile synthetic insecticides are available. One approach to converting nonmobile insecticides into phloem-mobile types is introducing sugar to the parent compound. To test whether the addition of a glucose group to a non-phloem-mobile insecticide enables conversion into phloem-mobile, N-[3-cyano-1-[2,6-dichloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4-[(trifluoromethyl)sulfinyl]-1H-pyrazol-5-yl]-1-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-methanamine (GTF) was prepared through click chemistry. A phloem-mobility test in Ricinus communis L. seedlings confirmed that GTF was mobile in the sieve tubes. Although GTF exhibited lower insecticidal activity against the third-instar larvae of Pzlutella xylostella than fipronil did, it can be reconverted into fipronil in adult plants of castor bean, thereby offsetting the decrease of insecticidal activity. Therefore, the presence of a glucose core confers phloem mobility to fipronil.  相似文献
