从疑似猪水肿病的30份病料中分离到21株大肠杆菌,经大肠杆菌标准抗"O"血清鉴定,6株为O139,5株为O8,4株为O138,O141、O149、O2各2株,其中O139、O8、O138为优势血清型,用优势血清型菌株筛选出敏感药物,并研制出多价油乳剂灭活苗和高免血清,用多价油乳剂灭活苗免疫仔猪,预防猪水肿病效果良好,而采取多价油乳剂灭活苗预防接种配合活菌制剂益生素的使用,预防效果更佳。使用高免血清是治疗该病的有效方法,而使用高免血清配合敏感抗菌素的使用,治疗效果更佳。 相似文献

鸡大肠埃希氏菌多价油乳剂灭活苗,是用从天津市各区(县)主要养鸡场和养鸡户群中分离到的5个优势血清型(O111,O89,O78,O86,O30)菌株的各自培养物,经甲醛灭活后制成的油乳剂苗,每1mL含菌量为100亿,每只鸡颈部皮下或肌肉注射0.5mL,15d产生较强免疫力,对同型菌株的保护率为91.67%,免疫期可持续6个月以上,安全性和免疫原性良好。 相似文献

Yolk harvested from eggs laid by hens hyperimmunized with killed Newcastle disease virus (NDV) was inoculated into the yolk sac of 1-day-old specific-pathogen-free (SPF) chickens. Serum hemagglutination-inhibition antibody titers reached maximum levels 1 to 4 days after yolk inoculation and declined at a rate similar to that reported for naturally acquired maternal antibody. Expected levels of immune interference were observed when yolk-inoculated chickens were vaccinated with a conventional oil-emulsion NDV vaccine. These results show that yolk-sac inoculation with yolk antibody is a suitable approach for producing maternally immune chickens for laboratory studies. 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to investigate the interaction between Escherichia coli and primary mammary epithelial cell cultures derived from cows with persistent intramammary infection (IMI). Two strains of E. coli, isolated from the milk of two different cows suffering from persistent E. coli IMI were tested for adhesion to and invasion of three primary mammary epithelial cell cultures derived from mammary biopsies of the two infected cows. Intracellular E. coli were detected during five days post infection in vitro. Both strains of E. coli adhered to and invaded monolayers of all three primary mammary epithelial cell cultures. One strain adhered less but invaded more than the other. Comparison with other mammary pathogens indicated that E. coli invaded the cells less efficiently than Staphylococcus aureus, about as efficiently as Streptococcus dysgalactiae and more efficiently than Streptococcus uberis. The mechanism of E. coli invasion was studied using the cytoskeleton disrupting agents colchicine and cytochalasin D. These compounds inhibited the invasion of E. coli. Invasion of E. coli could also be inhibited by the phosphokinase inhibitors genistein and staurosporin in a dose-dependent fashion. Phorbol-myristyl-acetate (PMA) had no effect on the invasion of E. coli. Histology of mammary tissue revealed chronic inflammatory changes in quarters that were persistently infected by E. coli. Intracellular bacteria were not detected in mammary tissue sections. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis suggested that the two strains of E. coli lacked genes encoding for bundle-forming pili (bfpA), intimin (eae) and translocated intimin receptor (tir), which are characteristic for enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC). 相似文献

豫北地区肉鸡大肠杆菌分离鉴定及其蜂胶灭活苗的研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
从豫北地区部分肉鸡场送检的病料中分离出了24株大肠杆菌,确定2l株菌分属8个血清型,其中02,074,01,078为主要血清型,分别占分离株的28.57%,23.8l%,19.04%,9.52%。药敏试验结果表明,所分离的24株大肠杆菌对丁胺卡那霉素、头孢曲松、头孢噻呋、氟苯尼考最敏感,可作为防治肉鸡大肠杆菌病的首选药物。从中筛选出3株致病力强、免疫原性好、具有优势血清型的大肠杆菌和标准菌株作为制苗菌株。以蜂胶为佐剂,研制出的肉鸡大肠杆菌多价灭活蜂胶疫苗,使用安全,免疫效果好。用该苗免疫后150d的保护率为100%,无不良反应。该苗4℃下保存1年不失效。田间试验结果表明,该苗性能好。免疫后对肉仔鸡、肉种鸡的生产性能无不良影响,鸡群大肠杆菌病的死亡率明显下降。 相似文献

血清2型鸭疫里默氏杆菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,RA)分离株经雏鸭体内复壮、回收、鉴定后,选取其中2株细菌NJ3和Yb2进行毒力测定,结果表明其半数致死量分别为5.62×107CFU和1.07×105CFU。选取5株细菌制备灭活油乳剂疫苗后免疫鸭,并进行攻毒保护试验。结果表明不同菌株制备的疫苗均可使免疫鸭产生高水平的RA特异性ELISA抗体和攻毒保护力,但是攻毒保护性差异较大,NJ3免疫后的攻毒保护性最好。抗体检测及攻毒保护实验表明NJ-3是较理想的制苗用菌株。 相似文献

Monovalent vaccines were prepared of E. coli strains with pathogenicity to swine by means of a technique described elsewhere. A polyvalent vaccine was obtained by mixing the monovalent vaccines. This polyvalent vaccine was tested by criteria usually applied to vaccine of E. coli strains with pathogenicity to man, and it exhibited the same quality characteristics. 相似文献
