中性和酸性蛋白酶对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
选用135头平均体重为(7.2±0.1)kg的杜X长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,采用3×3两因子完全交叉试验设计,研究了日粮中添加3个中性蛋白酶水平(0、0.004%和0.008%)和3个酸性蛋白酶水平(0、0.004%和0.008%)对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响.试验共设9组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头猪.试验期为28 d,分为前期(1~14 d)和后期(15~28 d)2个阶段.结果表明,中性和酸性蛋白酶对断奶仔猪的前期、后期和全期的平均日增重和料重比有显著影响(P<0.05);对腹泻率无显著影响(P>0.05).其中添加0.008%的中性蛋白酶和0.004%的酸性蛋白酶可显著提高断奶仔猪的平均日增重和平均日采食量,显著降低料重比(P<0.05),而单独在日粮中添加0.008%酸性蛋白酶时料重比最高(P<0.05).由此可知,中性和酸性蛋白酶可一定程度上提高断奶仔猪生长性能,以添加0.008%的中性蛋白酶和0.004%的酸性蛋白酶效果最好,且两者存在互作效应.  相似文献

为了验证肠杆菌肽替代硫酸粘杆菌素对断奶仔猪生产性能和腹泻的影响,本试验选取150头健康且具有相同遗传背景、体重基本一致的29日龄断奶的杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,试验分3个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。处理1饲喂基础日粮,为对照组;处理2饲喂基础日粮+10%硫酸粘杆菌素200 mg/kg(以有效成分计),为试验1组;处理3饲喂基础日粮+肠杆菌肽500 mg/kg+10%硫酸粘杆菌素20 mg/kg,为试验2组。试验期30 d。结果表明:试验1组、试验2组断奶仔猪的平均日增重较对照组分别提高了21.9%、23.5%,且差异显著(P0.05)。在采食量方面,试验1组、试验2组分别较对照组提高了8.8%(P0.05)、10.0%(P0.05)。在料重比方面,试验1组、试验2组料重比均为1.30,与对照组比较差异显著(P0.05)。试验1组、试验2组仔猪的腹泻率均显著降低,分别为2.73%和2.69%,较对照组分别降低了10.98%和11.02%,差异极显著(P0.01),肠杆菌肽和低剂量硫酸粘杆菌素组与高剂量硫酸粘杆菌素组抗腹泻效果相当。在死亡率方面,试验1组、试验2组均没有猪只死亡,与对照组比较差异显著(P0.05)。说明肠杆菌肽在预防断奶仔猪腹泻、提高生产性能、及替代硫酸粘杆菌素等方面均有良好效果。  相似文献

选用日龄相同、平均体质量相近的大白×长白断奶仔猪32头,采用完全随机区组设计分成4个处理.对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1、2、3组,分别在基础日粮中添加1%、1.5%和2%柠檬酸.结果表明在18 d试验期内,试验组比对照组仔猪的平均日增体质量分别提高9%、13.8%和15.4%,其中添加2%柠檬酸的试验组与对照组平均日增重差异显著(P<0.05);料肉比分别降低6.7%、9.1%和10%;每kg增重饲料成本分别下降1.6%、1.8%和1.3%,并且添加柠檬酸显著降低了仔猪腹泻.试验结果显示以添加2%柠檬酸的试验组生产成绩和经济效益最好.  相似文献

试验选用50头"杜长大"三元杂交断奶仔猪为材料.随机分为对照组和试验组,研究蜂胶对断奶仔猪腹泻率、平均日增重和料重比等生产性能的影响.对照组只饲喂仔猪基础日粮,试验组则在基础日粮中添加蜂胶,试验为期30d.研究结果表明,与对照组相比较,试验组仔猪的平均日增重提高19.28%(P<0.05),而腹泻率下降21.74%(P<0.01),料重比降低了15.34%(P<0.05).因此,在断奶仔猪日粮中添加适量的蜂胶对仔猪生长性能和防病功能是有益的.  相似文献

文章旨在研究怀山药豆对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响,试验将120头28日龄的健康、体重一致的断奶仔猪随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头,分别为Ⅰ组:饲喂基础日粮(对照组),ⅠⅠ组:基础日粮+1%怀山药豆,Ⅲ组:基础日粮+3%怀山药豆,Ⅳ组:基础日粮+5%怀山药豆,试验期28 d。结果表明,(1)生长性能:Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组相比Ⅰ组全程平均日采食量、平均日增重显著提高(P <0.05);料肉比降低,但差异不显著(P> 0.05);腹泻率显著降低(P <0.05);(2)血清生化及免疫性能:Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组血清ⅠgA和ⅠgG水平均显著高于Ⅰ组(P <0.05);(3)盲肠微生物数量:与试验Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组肠道中大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌数量降低,乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌数量提高,但差异不显著(P> 0.05)。结论 :在断奶仔猪日粮中添加怀山药豆可提高断奶仔猪生长性能,降低肠道中大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的数量,提升乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌的数量,提高抗腹泻能力,还可以促进仔猪机体血清中ⅠgA、ⅠgG的生成,提升抵抗力,综合改善仔猪生产的成绩。  相似文献

选择30日龄断奶三元杂交仔猪(杜×长×大)64头。随机分成对照组、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,对照组饲以基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组日粮以膨化豆粕替代普通豆粕,试验Ⅱ组由3%的乳清粉替代3%的豆粕。试验Ⅲ组中膨化豆粕替代普通豆粕同时由3%的乳清粉替代3%的膨化豆粕。试验结果:对照组培育仔猪需46d,试验Ⅰ组(膨化豆粕组)培育仔猪需40d,试验Ⅱ组(乳清粉组)培育仔猪需43d,试验Ⅲ组(膨化豆粕+乳清粉组)培育仔猪需39d;平均日增重试验Ⅱ组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),试验Ⅲ组极显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01)、显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05);饲料利用率试验Ⅲ组最高,对照组饲料利用率最差;腹泻率试验Ⅰ组下降了38.13%,试验Ⅱ组下降了34.63%,试验Ⅲ组下降了47.08%。结果表明利用膨化大豆或乳清粉等优质蛋白。调整日粮结构,可显著降低TI等抗营养因子和抗原物质的含量,减少腹泻率,提高生长性能。  相似文献

The experiment was conducted to assess the effects of dietary supplementation of Cu on the growth performance, digestive enzymes, tissue minerals and absorptive transporters in small intestinal mucosa of weanling pigs. One hundred crossbred pigs weaned at 28 ± 2 d of age were assigned randomly to one of the following diets with 5 replicates: corn-soybean basal diet with 10, 100, 175, 250 mg/kg of Cu as CuSO4•5H2O. The results showed that 250 mg/kg Cu had a positive effect (P < 0.05) on average daily gain, daily feed intake and ratio of gain/feed. Compared to 10 mg/kg Cu, higher Cu had significant effect on the apparent digestibility of protein and fat (P < 0.05). The supplementing of Cu improved amylase and lipase activity in jejunum content and lipase in pancreas (P < 0.05) and had no effect on intestinal morphology. The liver Cu elevated approximately 4-fold in pigs fed diet with 250 mg/kg Cu compared with pigs fed diet with 10 mg/kg Cu, no increases were observed in pigs receiving the lower level of Cu (100 and 175 mg/kg). Both Fe and Zn contents in kidney and liver were not affected by Cu supplementation. There was no positive effect (P > 0.05) of Cu supplementation on PepT1 (peptide transporter 1) and SGLT1 (sodium/glucose cotransporter) mRNA abundance in intestinal mucosa. However, higher supplementing level (250 mg/kg) significantly elevated the DMT1 (divalent metal transporter) mRNA abundance in duodenum mucosa. These results suggested that dietary supplementation with 250 mg/kg Cu could improve growth performance, nutrient digestibility and intestinal enzyme activities of weanling pigs.  相似文献

将纳米硒和亚硒酸钠2种硒源分别以0.1、0.2、0.3、0.4、0.5、1.0 m g/kg 6个硒水平添加到基础日粮中,配制成12种试验日粮,研究纳米硒和亚硒酸钠对断奶仔猪生长和抗氧化的影响。结果显示:硒源添加浓度在0.1 ̄0.3 m g/kg时,亚硒酸钠和纳米硒对仔猪生长性能、总抗氧化能力(T-AO C)、丙二醛(M D A)和活性氧含量的影响无显著差异(P>0.05);硒源添加浓度在0.4 ̄1.0 m g/kg时,纳米硒组仔猪生长性能、T-AO C显著(P<0.05)高于亚硒酸钠组,M D A和活性氧含量显著(P<0.05)低于亚硒酸钠组;硒源添加浓度在0.10 ̄0.40 m g/kg时,2种硒源对谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(G SH-Px)活性的影响无显著差异(P>0.05);在0.50、1.0 m g/kg硒添加水平上,纳米硒组G SH-Px活性显著(P<0.05)高于亚硒酸钠组。上述结果提示:纳米硒的W einberg剂量-效应的最适剂量范围宽于亚硒酸钠。  相似文献

为探讨姜黄素对断奶仔猪生长性能和抗氧化性能的影响,试验选用40头21日龄断奶仔猪,随机分为4组,每组10个重复,每个重复1头猪。预试期用大肠杆菌攻毒(1×109个细胞/头),对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加50mg/kg喹烯酮,200mg/kg和400mg/kg姜黄素,试验期21d。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮中添加50mg/kg喹烯酮和400mg/kg姜黄素可以显著降低断奶仔猪的料重比(P0.05);400mg/kg姜黄素组断奶仔猪血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶的活性和总抗氧化能力显著提高(P0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P0.05)。因此得出结论,日粮中添加姜黄素能促进仔猪生长,提高仔猪抗氧化性能。  相似文献

Twenty-four early-weaned pigs were fed three different rations, with and without the addition of 16 mg. iodinated casein/lb. feed. In general, supplementation did not result in any change in liveweight gain, feed intake or feed efficiency, but brought about a noticeable, though not statistically significant, increase in the apparent digestibility of dry matter, gross energy, crude protein, ether extract, and total carbohydrates. An examination of the results of supplementing individual rations revealed that in one case iodinated casein had adversely affected liveweight gain, feed intake and efficiency of feed conversion. This particular ration, in comparison with the other two feeds, contained a high level of soybean oilmeal and a low level of feed of animal origin.  相似文献

根据遗传、性别、体重等相一致的原则,将30头35日龄断奶的杜洛克仔猪随机分为3个组,每组设2个重复,研究膨化全脂大豆对仔猪生产性能和饲粮养分消化率的影响。对照组以玉米豆粕等配制饲粮,试验1组以膨化全脂大豆替代50%的豆粕,试验2组以膨化全脂大豆替代全部豆粕,其他饲粮组成保持不变,进行40d的饲养试验。在试验第20d开始,连续收集粪便3d,测定饲粮养分消化率。结果表明,试验1组日增重比对照组提高了17.6%,差异显著(P〈0.05),试验2组比对照组提高了7.4%(P〉0.05);试验1组和试验2组饲料利用率分别比对照组提高11.7%和7.6%。试验2组干物质消化率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05),蛋白质的消化率三个组基本接近,但含有膨化大豆的试验1组和试验2组的粗脂肪和粗灰分的消化率均比对照组有提高趋势。  相似文献
