In this paper an expert system concept in AI is introduced to the industrial process control. Specific structures and features of expert control system are discussed. An expert controller directly applicable to industrial process is designed. The simulation of control system indicates that the expert controller has strong information precssing capability and versatile control strategies with desirable control performance. Thus, expert control approach is an effective means towards the realization of intelligent Control.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method of expert controller, which is gotten by means of combining the technique of expert system with predictor control. The method adopts the multimode control as well as on-line characteristic identification so that the controller could not only give full play to the expert' s experience but also reflect the accuracy of predictor algorithm in control process. The simulation shows that the method has strong Robustness and good adaptability even when the object varies or the load changes suddenly, or something unexpected happenes with the system.  相似文献

温室环境控制系统的最大特点是控制对象的精确数学模型很难建立。文章将常规PID控制算法与现代控制理论相结合,对常规PID算法进行改进,得到新型MPT控制算法,并加入模糊控制算法规则,在误差大时,运用模糊算法进行调节,以彻底消除PID饱和积分现象,当误差较小时,采用改进后的PID算法控制输出。同时加入了自适应调节规则和自整定专家系统,建立了基于人工智能的温室环境控制算法。将此算法应用于温室环境控制。系统具有无超调和控制精度高等特点。  相似文献

分析中国农业标准化生产现状,发现其中存在的问题,提出与农业信息技术结合是解决问题的途径之一。而专家系统开发工具(平台)是农业信息技术的关键技术之一,它作为一种开发专家系统的通用工具,使农业领域专家无需掌握过多的编程知识就能建造性能良好的专家系统,从而能有效克服目前农业标准化生产中存在的问题。基于此介绍了将农业标准化生产和专家系统开发平台结合起来建立农业标准化生产管理系统开发平台的建立基础、设计思路、技术路线以及平台功能,并阐述了农业标准化生产管理系统开发平台的应用前景。  相似文献

The problem on rocket safety control is important during the rocket launching proceeding, and is also the focus of every space country. The importance of rocket safety control is introduced, and the characteristics of the existing system are analyzed. Because of the special characteristics, the paper proposes an intelligent decision support system of rocket safety control, adopting the technique of artificial intelligent especially expert system. First, the authors introduce rocket safety control architecture and function. Then, a new method is proposed to represent the knowledge which is integrated with production rule and object-oriented technique. 针对良好农业规范(good agricultural practices,GAP)标准内容复杂,不易被农业生产者准确使用的问题,将本体推理和数据挖掘技术相结合,构建了良好农业规范专家系统,实现标准知识查询和GAP控制点推荐等功能,更好的帮助生产者理解和使用GAP。系统构建过程中,采用本体知识表示方法构建GAP标准知识库,通过解析“良好农业规范生产和认证信息服务平台”的GAP电子检查表记录,对挖掘过程中涉及的关联规则算法进行分析和改进,挖掘分析了用户对控制点使用的偏好。设计了控制点评价模型,实现了GAP控制点的择优推荐。系统基于MVC模式,设计为3层体系架构。通过测试应用,用户能够准确和容易的使用GAP标准。  相似文献

This paper introduces the structure and characteristic of an expert system based on characteristics of wastewater treatment such as time-variation,nonlinearity,complexity and uncertainty.The paper then analyzes the status of wastewater treatment systems studies and existing disadvantages of expert systems.It shows that expert systems have been applied in nearly all aspects of wastewater treatment systems in other countries,but only initial work has been done in the People's Republic of China.The authors introduce the prospects for and trends in the application and study of expert systems in wastewater treatment.  相似文献

An adaptive robust control based on synthetical algorithm was presented in this paper. The main character is to put the expert knowledge into parameter identification to realize the robust estimation, and combine the generalised minimum variance control with the pole assignment control for improving the robustness of the controller. Numerical simulation has proved that the control scheme suggested by authors quite prevailed over the general adaptive controller in control effects.  相似文献

In this paper the generator's exciter/governor system are decomposed by using the overlapping decomposition method, and an overlapping decomposition decentralized control (ODDC) system is designed for the exciter /governor systems. In or.dar to enhance the dynamic qualities of the decentralized control system, the concept of the second feedback system is introduced to modify the first feedback gain matrix on the condition of the structure of the original decentralized control system maintaining unchanged. The practical decentralized control system design and its; simulation results show that this method greatly improves the control effect of the ODDC system and also holds all the advantages of the ODDC system. Besides, this paper indicates that it is a simple and effective method to control excitor/governor system by overlapping decomposition decentralized control strategy.  相似文献

系统阐述了棒曲霉素的的理化性质,分析了国内外对棒曲霉素检测、去除及降解技术研究的现状及存在问题,提出了我国目前应着力解决的关键技术性问题:①建立食品中棒曲霉素的全程控制技术体系,从源头做起,在食品生产的不同阶段嵌入关键控制技术,实现全程监测、预警及控制;②建立棒曲霉素的现场快速检测方法及监测技术体系,为实时控制提供基础数据;③进一步研究完善食品中棒曲霉素的安全去除技术方法;④研究开发食品中棒曲霉素安全的降解技术,构建降解与去除相耦合的新型工艺技术体系。  相似文献

To solve the problems of the existing expert management information system, such as lack of general standard and lag of technical operation, etc., an Internet-based EMIS expert management information system is designed and implemented by using ASP.NET technology and multi-layer B/S structure mode. The system integrates three functions, i.e. network reporting, online review and automatic management, unifies the expert accreditation procedures and criteria and solves the confusion problem of the expert information structure system. It also reduces complexity and cost of system development, increases integrability and scalability, and provides an effective solution for the construction of national expert management information system.  相似文献

During the last four decades, reinforced-concrete structure failures have been happening widely for many reasons, such as increased service loads, war accidents, fire, and durability problems. The economic losses due to those failures are very high. An expert system is an interactive computer-based decision tool that uses both facts and heuristics to solve difficult problems based on knowledge acquired from experts. To realize these requirements, a logic programming visual basic language is used together with visual diagnosis. The expert system, Diagnosis of Fire-Caused Damages to Reinforced-Concrete Tunnel Lining (DFCDRCTL) was developed in this work for diagnosing the annual damages caused by fire. The program is used as an alternative of a human expert to make annual technical decisions in diagnosing fire damages at the second reinforced-concrete tunnel lining segment. It is concluded that the proposed DFCDRCTL expert system is easy to use, and is fast and helpful for engineers.  相似文献

为了提高水产养殖现代化管理水平,实现水产养殖自动化管理和控制,采用可视化软件开发工具Visual C++,动态连接库、神经网络模型等技术,设计并实现了水产养殖专家系统。该系统包括水质环境监控、养殖生产管理、专家知识查询、经济分析、系统设置和在线帮助等模块。系统能自动进行养殖环境水质数据采集和数据记录,并根据不同的养殖对象、环境、方式和状况实时进行专业化智能数据分析处理,最后将处理结果及时输出作报警人工处理或全自动控制。  相似文献

Aiming at the difficulty optical cable-maintaining, this paper issues an intelligent diagnosis system based on GIS and expert system. To improve the optical cable-maintaining efficiency, the rules of the expert system are established according to the characteristic of the optical cable faults in the OTDR output. An improved predictive control method is presented to compensate the random time delay in the networked control system. The feedback time delay is compensated by predictive controller based on softened increment input strategy. The forward time delay is unknown for controller, so an extra feedback loop is added to compensate the delay by estimating the error between the actual control signal effected on plant and the output of controller in historical moment. For the controlled system with unknown or slowly varying parameters, the networked feedback correction algorithm is discussed based on a modified recursive least-squares identi cation algorithm. The system stability is analyzed and the simulation results show that the time delay in the networked control system can be accurately compensated. The excellent network performance is ensured with this strategy.  相似文献
