Numerical control last making machine is a machine that is used to process shoe last. A new principle of numerical control machining shoe last is put forward aiming at the deficiency of current carving last system. On the basis of the principle, the algorithm of cutter machining position during numerical controlled carving last is analyzed in detail. The complex problem of the calculation of cutter machining positiion is resolved by applying spherical milling cutter that is often used in machining free_curve surface today and taking account of practical situation of the shoe last_making machine. At the same time, the calculation of cutter machining position is realized by program using Visual C++6.0. As a result, the calculation time of cutter machining position is reduced greatly and the efficiency of design is improved. Moreover, the process of carving last is agile and precision of carving last is ensured.  相似文献

A method of solving the problem of shoe leather lumen measurement in shoe CAD/CAM by industrial CT technology is introduced,X ray industrial CT technology is studied. The paper gives a rational scheme of system dispose. This scheme can be not only meet the need of shoe leather lumen measurement, but also achieve ordinary measurement. An uncomplicated and practicable movement control system are proposed also. This scheme achieves high precision of movement position without expensive direct current servo-control. A new simple method measurement is developed and accurate control of position in movement of detector data insert is achieved. Concentrating on peculiarity and requirement of leather cavity measurement, this paper presents a X-ray industrial CT system scheme, which not only satisfy the requirement of leather cavity measurement but also can achieve general industrial CT. measurement. In contrast to the finite element method, another form of numerical method which is based on the using of rectangular math covers in manifold method is proposed. In this method, the element data is not a necessary in the input data files and it can be incorporated with the CAD technology conveniently. The theory and application of the method are discussed and the auto mesh algorithm of the cover system is also given in this paper. The numerical examples indicate that the method and the algorithm are accurate and effective.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the features of data for network-supported collaborative design, researches the data transformation, the data transmission and the data transaction of collaborative design. The system configuration and organization mode of dynamic data exchange for network-supported collaborative design are developed, in which, STEP serves as the product data exchange standard, what's more, Object-Oriented Database (OODB) is the kernel database of the system, so that each of the CAD systems can synchronously access the OODB, share and exchange the design information. The STEP-OODB serves as the organizing mode of dynamic data exchange for the network-supported collaborative design based on Internet, which realizes the real-time exchange and consistency of the dynamic data among the cross-platforms and CAD systems.  相似文献

Military petroleum equipment is one of main logistical equipment. The characteristics and organization of the petroleum equipment are analyzed and the design flow chart and concurrent design frame of the petroleum equipment CAD system is built up . The CAD system includes three subsystems, which are engineering subsystem, management subsystem and supporting environmental system. A solid model, assembly structure and strength of oil tank in vehicle are analyzed by integrated CAD/CAE/CAM software I-DEAS. In order to push the informationization process of the building industry,promote sustainable architectural design and enhance the competitiveness of China's building industry,the authors study BIM(Building Information Modeling) based on intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM is a new technology in the field of computer aided architectural design,which contains not only geometric data but also the great amount of engineering data throughout the lifecycle of a building.The authors also compare BIM technology with 2D CAD technology,and demonstrate the advantages and characteristics of intelligent parametric modeling technology.BIM,which is based on intelligent parametric modeling technology,will certainly replace traditional computer aided architectural design and become a new driving force to push forward China's building industry in this Information Age.  相似文献

On the basis of analysing the defaults occuring in normal design,a new method of optimum design for individual foundation is put forward in this paper.This method can solve some problems successfully such as the strengh and deformation can be considered at the same time,which cannot be done in the current specification.The optimal mathematical models of individual foundation design and the bottom surface dimension design under eccentric load are derived.The optimal solution is decided by method of optimization and the method selected is penalty function and complex method, and the programs of optimum algorithm have been compiled and design and drawing of individual foundation have been completed. The final result suggests that a fair-sized economic efficiency can be obtained by using optimum method for foundation design.  相似文献

Increase in drought conditions during the oilseed rape (OSR) reproductive phase is predicted to occur more often in the temperate zone, leading to significant yield losses. Crop management solutions such as film antitranspirant (AT) applied at key drought‐sensitive growth stages on both wheat and oilseed rape have recently been shown to alleviate drought‐induced yield losses. However, there is a lack of information regarding potential AT effectiveness to reduce drought damage on OSR plants at different soil moisture regimes. Therefore, two similar experiments were performed in a computer‐controlled glasshouse/phenotyping centre to investigate the physiological responses of OSR to well‐watered (WW), moderate water stress (MWS), water stress (WS) and severe water stress (SWS) conditions. Stress treatments were imposed at the initiation of flowering and treated with an AT or water onto the leaf canopy. Stress limited the gas‐exchange and increased leaf temperature, leaf‐to‐air temperature, bud‐to‐air temperature and ABA concentrations which increased with stress intensity in all tissues analysed. Yield components were significantly reduced by WS and SWS treatments when compared to the WW plants. Application of AT counteracted the detrimental effect of WS and SWS by decreasing water use over the first few days of stress application thus improving relative water content and leaf water‐use efficiency, decreasing ABA accumulation in leaf and all the reproductive organs analysed (buds, flowers and pods) and avoiding bud‐to‐air temperature increases. AT application sustained pod formation and seed production under WS but only seed production under SWS conditions. These data suggest that leaf‐canopy application of AT at key phenological stages under particular magnitudes of soil moisture deficit may sustain OSR reproduction and reduce yield losses.  相似文献

The decision support system for agrotechnology transfer (DSSAT) has been in use for the last 15 years by researchers worldwide. This package incorporates models of 16 different crops with software that facilitates the evaluation and application of the crop models for different purposes. Over the last few years, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain the DSSAT crop models, partly due to fact that there were different sets of computer code for different crops with little attention to software design at the level of crop models themselves. Thus, the DSSAT crop models have been re-designed and programmed to facilitate more efficient incorporation of new scientific advances, applications, documentation and maintenance. The basis for the new DSSAT cropping system model (CSM) design is a modular structure in which components separate along scientific discipline lines and are structured to allow easy replacement or addition of modules. It has one Soil module, a Crop Template module which can simulate different crops by defining species input files, an interface to add individual crop models if they have the same design and interface, a Weather module, and a module for dealing with competition for light and water among the soil, plants, and atmosphere. It is also designed for incorporation into various application packages, ranging from those that help researchers adapt and test the CSM to those that operate the DSSAT–CSM to simulate production over time and space for different purposes. In this paper, we describe this new DSSAT–CSM design as well as approaches used to model the primary scientific components (soil, crop, weather, and management). In addition, the paper describes data requirements and methods used for model evaluation. We provide an overview of the hundreds of published studies in which the DSSAT crop models have been used for various applications. The benefits of the new, re-designed DSSAT–CSM will provide considerable opportunities to its developers and others in the scientific community for greater cooperation in interdisciplinary research and in the application of knowledge to solve problems at field, farm, and higher levels.  相似文献

In order to investigate the issue in the field of the application of CFG pile application of CFG pile composite foundation technology in deep embedded secret passage of such special structure ground treatment, the settlement deformation of CFG pile composite foundation according to deep are studied and detailed analysis are given in the field test and indoor model test of the gravel cushion with different thickness. Moreover it points out that the cushion compressive deformation must be taken into account, and that the settlement deformation calculation cannot simply consider the amendments of composite foundation. The amendments of cushion deformation must be considered. The effect of the different thickness of cushion on pile-soil stress ratio, total settlement of composite foundation, cushion compression and axial stress of pile body were analysed by using ABAQUS finite element method. Through the analysis of the field test, indoor model test and the numerical simulation of CFG piles-gravel cushion composite foundation of the deep embedded secret passage, a settlement deformation monitoring method has been described and the selection principle of the cushion has determined so as to provide the cushion design basis in the process of composite foundation design.  相似文献

The traditional storage of tree data structure is according to the relation of the elements' frant-and-back. Since it is difficult to define the frant-and-back relation of graphics units in CAD for Engineering structure, the application of the tree structure becomes inconvenient. The authors change the storing method for the tree structure into gradation and classification. And a graded equivalence relation of graphics units is brought forward, which grade the graphics units with the equivalence relation. By using this storing method, we can easily accomplish some operations, such as picking up the subtree with a certain character, deleting a node, insert a graded and classified node, etc. The example provided indicates that the storage by gradation and classification can speed up searching and process the data of the subtree by gradation and classification expediently. This kind of storing method for the tree structure is applicable for data which contain the graded equivalence relation.  相似文献
