A new type of inorganic anchoring material is developed as a substitution for anchoring adhesive to overcome some imperfections in the process of planting reinforcing steel bar.The mix proportion of the anchoring material is determined by experiments.The compressive strength,adhesive force to concrete,volume stability and anchoring force with steel bar are studied.The early strength of the anchoring inorganic material is quite high: for 1d up to 38.5MPa and 3d up to 60MPa.It is a good adhesive to concrete and the adhesive strength of 28d is about 2MPa.The anchoring material will have tiny volume expansion with the age,which is beneficial to enhancing the anchoring force.The essential component of the inorganic anchoring material is cement-based material,so some defects of the organic macromolecular material can be avoided,such as poor stability and requirement for vigorous construction conditions.Its characteristics in early strength,adhesive force to concrete and volume expansion can satisfy the requirement of the construction to the planting reinforcing steel bar and the loading force,thus it can be used as a substituting material for anchoring adhesive.  相似文献

The refined plastic-hinge method is one of the simplified advanced analysis methods. The second order effects of the whole structure and its members, geometric imperfections and residual stress as well as the feature of semi-rigid connections can be taken into account in this method. The refined plastic-hinge method can be used in advanced analysis and design of planar steel frames, while its use in the advanced analysis of space frames needs to be developed. The technique associated with the dealing of different inelastic factors in advanced analysis of both the planar and space steel frames with practical refined plastic-hinge method and the available way to extend planar frame analysis to space frame analysis are reviewed in detail. The problems of the refined plastic-hinge method for advanced analysis are discussed in this paper.  相似文献

Although the polycross methods developed by Tysdal, Frandsen and Wellensiek are mostly considered, also by the authors themselves, to be practically the same, those applied by Tysdal and Frandsen essentially differ from the method of Wellensiek. The former authors try to find combining ability while the latter attempts to detect genetic differences. Imperfections in the logical conception, combined with practical difficulties which have to be faced, while carrying out an ideal program, are often responsible for a less successful result of the polycross method in looking for the best combining ability. There are no such imperfections in the conception of Wellensiek's method. Possibilities are being explored to develop a method ensuring a good determination of combining ability of a grass clone by means of an I1-generation derived from one individual through self-pollination.  相似文献

The rehabilitation project of road tunnel in highland area and cold region is an important and worthy exploring research field. The development of the defects of crack in the liner, water leakage, structural deterioration and frost defects for Dabanshan road tunnel are studied. After an insight into the cause and development of tunnel defects, the water leakage and frost damage are considered as the root of defect, so restoration of drainage system and the reinstallation of cold prevention system are the focuses of the rehabilitation project. For consideration of safety, cover arch is installed for the tunnel structure enforcement as well. Results indicate measures in Dabanshan road tunnel rehabilitation project are effective for road tunnel of high altitude and tunnel in cold region.  相似文献

In order to recognize partial discharge by analysis of SF6 decomposition products, the decomposition characteristic of SF6 under different partial discharges should be investigated, and also the feature parameters of decomposition products should be found. The decomposition of SF6 is simulated under partial discharge generated by needle defect and contamination defect respectively on the SF6 decomposition equipment made especially for the experiment. Three kinds of byproducts namely CF4, SO2F2 and SOF2 are detected, and their concentration changes with time are also studied. After that, the characteristics of three kinds of concentration ratios namely SOF2/SO2F2, SO2F2/CF4 and SOF2/CF4 under two defects are analyzed. The results show that SOF2, SO2F2 and CF4 exist in the byproducts under both the two defects. Moreover, the increase rules of the three kinds of byproducts under two defects are obviously different. Meanwhile the results illustrate that the three contamination ratios under the two defects have a notable disparity. Therefore the concentration ratios of the decomposition products can be used as feature parameters for partial discharge recognition.  相似文献

Complex wavelet transform can characterize the partial feature of the PD signal in time-domain and frequency-domain,and provides the unique phasic information.In this paper,the PD pulse waveforms which are created by 4 typical insulated defects are transformed by complex wavelet,and then the complex wavelet coefficient's real part,imaginary part and compound coefficient are clustered by the Fuzzy c-means,the energy of the cluster is the feature of pattern recognition.Discharge samples are got through large number of experiments,and BPNN can identify the PD created by 4 typical insulated defects effectively.The results show that the feature extracted from compound coefficient is better than the feature extracted form the real part and imaginary part of complex wavelet coefficient or wavelet coefficient.  相似文献

There exists imperfections of the methods for energy conservation verification of the energy efficiency retrofit projects. A new energy conservation verification method was developed by creating energy conversion correction model and four correction coefficients and three calculation formulas were involved, The four correction coefficients were outdoor weather correction coefficient, indoor environmental correction coefficient, internal load correction coefficient and performance period correction coefficient. The three calculation formulas were heating energy conversion calculation, air-conditioning energy conversion calculation and total energy conversion calculation. The energy conversion correction model was adopted to analysis the energy conservation of an office building located in Tianjin to demonstrate the reliability of the correction model and the feasibility of the verification method, and the corrected energy conversion based on consistent conditions before and after retrofit was obtained. 10.23% difference between the corrected energy conversion and the direct energy conversion exists indicating that the correction energy conversion is necessary. The energy conservation difference of 3.03% the calculation result of energy simulation software verified the accuracy of the new verification method.  相似文献

Nut samples of hazelnut (Corylus avellana L.) cultivars, selections, and seedlings were cracked and scored for frequency of good kernels and 7 types of defects. Blanks, poorly filled nuts, and moldy kernels were the most common defects. Variance components were calculated using defect counts from trees of 17 genotypes which were sampled in each of 4 years. The largest components were for among genotypes, genotype × year interaction, and between samples within trees. Year effects were large only for poorly filled nuts. The genotype × year interaction term was large for black tips, shrivels, and blanks. Variance components indicate limited genetic variability for brown stain, but moderate to large amounts for all other defects. Narrow sense heritability estimates from regression of progeny means on mid-parent values exceeded 50 % for frequency of blanks (51 %), moldy kernels (61 %), kernels with black tips (60 %), and doubles (84 %), but was low for frequency of shrivelled kernels (22 %), poorly filled nuts (25 %), and brown stain (15 %). The low heritability of poorly filled nuts appears to indicate that the frequency of poor fill in the first crop or two produced by a young seedling does not reliably predict the genotype's susceptibility to this disorder rather than a lack of additive genetic variance. Heritability was intermediate for frequency of good kernels (42 %). Phenotypic correlation coefficients indicate that nut weight, kernel percentage, fiber rating, and pellicle removal rating are, for applied breeding purposes, inherited independently of the frequency of the 7 types of defects.  相似文献

Little is known about Chestnut (Castanea spp.) in vivo cultivar characterization and morphology, the effect of mechanical harvesting, peelability, postharvest mold, physiological kernel decay, and quality. Thus, there is a need to develop a nondestructive technique able to assess fresh chestnut internal components, especially disorders. In this study, a medical grade computed tomography (CT) was used to obtain transversal two-dimensional (2D) images from decayed and healthy fresh chestnuts, from the hybrid cultivar ‘Colossal’ and ‘Chinese seedlings’. Attenuation coefficients, referred to as Hounsfield-units (HU) or CT numbers, were acquired from different 2D CT image regions including air, and several chestnut components containing decayed tissue, healthy tissue, various imperfections such as pellicle invagination into healthy kernel, and void spaces. Results offer an in vivo accurate insight of fresh intact chestnuts, and suggest that CT technology is appropriate for inline sorting. HU measurements can be used as a nondestructive predictor of fresh chestnut internal components with a 90.6% overall accuracy rate.  相似文献

Calculations and analyses are made with the CVDA, IIW, JWES standards for the strength and welding defects of two spherical tanks of natural gas in CHONG QING. The results of the analyses indecate that though there are some problems with the welding quality in these tanks, they may still be used with the desingned presure. To overcome the detection difficulties of the surface defects when milling a hot heavy rail,a suite of detection system for on-line surface defect is developed. To select optical environment according to radiation of heavy rail and characteristics of light,use multi-linear array CCD cameras to parallel multi-angle collect images of whole surface of hot heavy rail,and obtain images through an image adaptive preprocessing to meet requirements of defect detection. For the condition that the defects extracting causing by continuity of the surface defects of hot heavy rail is hard to realize through traditional image segmentation, an examining algorithm of image relevance between pixel lines is proposed, using pixel de-differentiation and statistical variance operations to extract defect. This algorithm is demonstrated to be better than traditional edge detection,and the system has achieved good results in the practical application of a rail beam plant.  相似文献

To identify individual partial discharges(PD)signals produced by multiple insulation defects in gas insolated switchgear (GIS),this paper analyses the mechanism of propagation and mixing of multiple PD electromagnetic wave signals in GIS cylinder and proposes the convolutive mixing model to describe it for a separation algorithm to acquire individual PD signals. With the non-stationary property,mixing PD signals are changed at time domain into a set consisting of short-time stationary PD signals and then the Molgedey-Schuster decorrelation approach is employed to separate these stationary PD signals at frequency domain. The correlation of the envelope of separated PD signals in this set is used to reconstruct PD signals to realize the separation of non-stationary UHF PD mixtures. The effective separation of actual UHF PD mixing signals validates the assumption of convolutive mixing process in GIS and also offers a new approach to the identification of mixing PD signals by external ultra-high frequency detection scheme from multiple insulation defects in GIS.  相似文献

Taking into account the influence of the internal micro cracks on the strength and deformation of concrete, a four phase composite material model was proposed, in which it included mortar, aggregate, interface and random defects. Meso scale unit in concrete was subjected to elastic plastic damage constitutive of increments form in strain space. With the simulation of mesh concrete crack growth by damage elimination, the damage processes of concrete under 3 D uniaxial compression and the elasto plastic damage process of concrete under uniaxial tension with heterogeneous specimen were obtained. It was shown that the proposed four phase model added the simulation of random defects, with which it was more appropriate to the actual situation in concrete forming. The percentage of random defects in volume was the key to determine the weakening degree of macro strength of concrete. The cracks occlusion was obvious for the lower homogeneous uniaxial tension specimen and the fracture was clearer for higher homogeneous specimen. The simulation results was in good agreement with test results.  相似文献

We discuss the Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) method and the wavelet method. Some normal and abnormal heart sounds were analyzed by these methods. This paper presents a method based on quadratic discriminant analysis to select the best filters for detecting a wide range of defects in ‘Jonagold’ apple fruit using a multi-spectral vision system. Reflectance spectra of damaged and sound tissue were recorded using a visible/NIR spectrometer. Analysed defects consisted of scald, hail damage (with and without skin perforation), limb rubs, russets, scab tissue, frost damage, rot, visible flesh damage and recent bruises. Camera filter effects were approximated by summing the reflectances of all the wavelengths within the filter bandwidth. Combinations of three and four filters were tested and evaluated for discriminating damaged tissues from healthy ones. If a three-filter combination appeared sufficient to detect most of the damaged tissue, a four-filter combination should be considered for the complete sorting automation of this bicolour apple variety. A fourth filter was necessary to quantify the ratio between the blush and ground colours. Regarding recent bruise defects which represented the major difficulty, an image segmentation algorithm based on local contrast variations can enhance their detection.  相似文献
